Intelligent sludge dewatering system

Abstract

The application relates to an intelligent sludge dewatering system which comprises a centrifugal dewatering assembly, a dewatering control assembly and a direction-changing drainage assembly. The centrifugal dewatering assembly comprises a power centrifugal cylinder and a first motor, and the first motor is in transmission connection with the power centrifugal cylinder. The dewatering control assembly comprises a vertical bearing ring, a horizontal dewatering cylinder, a sludge inlet pipe, a drainage pipe, a flow guide pipe and a backwashing pipe. The horizontal dewatering cylinder is arranged outside the power centrifugal cylinder, one end of the horizontal dewatering cylinder is directly or indirectly connected with the vertical bearing ring, the sludge inlet pipe and the drainage pipe are respectively communicated with the inner wall side of the vertical bearing ring, the flow guide pipe is communicated with the horizontal dewatering cylinder and the drainage pipe, and the backwashing pipe is communicated with the flow guide pipe. The direction-changing drainage assembly comprises a plugging ring, a hollow drainage body and a drainage pipe. The plugging ring is movably arranged inside the vertical bearing ring, the hollow drainage body is communicated with the outer wall side of the plugging ring through the drainage pipe, and the end part of the hollow drainage body is communicated with the inner cavity of the power centrifugal cylinder. The plugging ring can rotate by a preset angle relative to the vertical bearing ring.
