Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a standing base paper.
Background Art
[0002] Conventional display tools in various receptions, conferences, ceremony halls, etc. are base papers or resin-made display tools that are substantially triangular in side view, and it has been difficult to directly print and describe names, contents, etc. on the display tools easily with a printer or the like. Also, there was a support tool with a closed triangular shape as seen in the standing support tool using thick paper in a desktop calendar, but the manufacturing process has not been improved, and there has been no base paper that can stand stably with only paper without using adhesives or adhesive tapes. In addition, although the applicant has proposed a form in which the standing support tool stands on a desktop (see Patent Document 1), a method for stabilizing the locking tool has not been considered.

Since it is the mount according to claim 1, the opening / closing angle between the support plates can be selected according to the installation location and use. Furthermore, it is possible to cut and use unnecessary protrusions.
[0024] In the third invention, a cut or a pressing score that does not cut the mount is made in the rectangular mount, and an adhesive penetration groove cut or a pressing score is provided in connection with the cut or the pressing score that does not cut the mount. Since it is the mount according to claim 2, the adhesive penetrates into the adhesive penetration groove cut or the pressing score, and the adhesive area is enlarged, so that the paper or calendar ticket adhered to the mount is difficult to peel off.
[0025] In the fourth invention, a horizontally long slit having the convex portion is provided at the upper portions of the front support plate and the rear support plate. Since it is the mount according to claim 2, the locking tool slit is fitted and mounted on the convex portion of the horizontally long slit to limit the movement of the locking tool, and the locking tool can be stably mounted.
[0026] In the fifth invention, it has the locking tool inserted into the horizontally long slit provided in the front support plate and the rear support plate, the locking tool has the insertion-side end portion and the locking-side end portion, the insertion-side end portion is provided with the locking tool slit that fits with the convex portion of the horizontally long slit and the insertion-side protruding pieces on both side surfaces of the tip of the locking tool, and the locking-side end portion is provided with the locking tool slit that fits with the convex portion of the horizontally long slit and the locking-side stepped portions on both side surfaces of the rear end of the locking tool for locking to the horizontally long slit. Since the locking tool is supported by the convex portion of the horizontally long slit and the movement of the locking tool in the front-rear, left-right directions is limited, even when the paper or calendar ticket is attached to the locking tool, the paper or calendar ticket can be locked without a significant change in the position of the locking tool.
[0027] In the sixth invention, it is the mount according to claim 2, characterized in that the semicircular cutouts are provided in the front support plate and the rear support plate by connecting to the folding line of the mount or the cut that does not cut the mount. When cutting out a sphere such as a golf ball, it is cut out so that the upper part of the circle is connected by a semicircle that is open. The opening / closing angle fixing piece is inserted into the opening / closing angle holding hole and locked, and the ball is stored in the standing mount. At this time, the ball is supported at the lower part of the semicircular cutouts of the front support plate and the rear support plate, and the shape is such that the ball is prevented from popping out at the upper part of the semicircular cutouts. The position of the semicircular cutouts does not have to be in the center. Also, by pasting printed characters or photo stickers, a simple commemorative shield or commemorative colored paper can be easily made on the spot.
[0028] In the seventh invention, it is the mount according to claim 2, characterized in that the cutouts including the perforations and folding lines are made in a shape that can be freely formed by connecting or being close to the folding line or the cut that does not cut the mount. By making this cutout, it can be hung on the wall, or a catch copy can be pasted or filled in.
[0029] In the eighth invention, since it is the mount according to claim 5, characterized in that a plurality of the horizontally long slits are provided in upper portions of the front support plate and the rear support plate of the mount, and a plurality of the locking members are attached, the number of convex portions of the horizontally long slits can be decreased.
[0030] In the ninth invention, since it is the mount according to claim 5, characterized in that the locking member in which the locking side stepped portions on both side surfaces of the rear end of the plurality of the locking members are connected and integrated is attached to the plurality of the horizontally long slits provided in the mount, it is possible to decrease the number of slits of the locking member slit of the locking member as well as the number of convex portions of the horizontally long slits.
[0031] In the tenth invention, since it is the mount according to claim 5, characterized in that a plurality of the horizontally long slits are provided in the mount, a hanging portion projecting hole is provided at the center of the upper end of the mount, and the hanging portion is added to the stepped portion of the locking member in which the locking side stepped portions on both side surfaces of the rear end of the plurality of the locking members are connected and integrated, the mount can be wall-mounted through a hole provided in the hanging portion.
[0032] In the eleventh invention, since it is the mount according to claim 3, characterized in that the paper or calendar ticket provided with perforations and cut lines connecting the perforations from the upper end to the lower end of the rectangular paper or calendar ticket is adhered to the mount, for example, even if the paper or calendar ticket for two months is arranged in parallel, it can be handled as an integral paper or calendar ticket, so the working efficiency is good.
[0033] In the twelfth invention, since it is the mount according to claim 5, characterized in that the horizontally long slits are provided in an upper portion of the paper or calendar ticket provided with perforations and cut lines connecting the perforations from the upper end to the lower end of the rectangular paper or calendar ticket, and the paper or calendar ticket is attached to the locking member attached to the mount, it is an integral paper or calendar ticket instead of separate left and right papers or calendar tickets, the workability is improved, and it can be listed when in use and cut along the upper perforations to be handled separately left and right, so it is convenient.
[0034] In the 13th invention, a horizontal slit is provided at the upper part of the rectangular paper or calendar ticket, and the paper or calendar ticket is attached to the locking tool attached to the base paper. Therefore, the paper or calendar ticket can be stored, as described in claim 9 of the base paper.
[0035] In the 14th invention, the rectangular paper or calendar ticket is adhered to the upper end of the base paper. Therefore, it can be used for a desktop calendar, desktop memo, etc., as described in claim 3 of the base paper.
[0036] In the 15th invention, a plurality of horizontal slits are provided in the base paper, and a hanging part protruding hole is provided at the center of the upper end of the base paper, and the hanging tool is attached. Therefore, various colors and materials can be selected for the hanging tool, as described in claim 5 of the base paper.
[0037] In the 16th invention, a notch or pressing stripe that does not cut the base paper and an opening / closing angle fixing piece are provided at the lower end of the front support plate. Therefore, the opening / closing angle fixing piece is greatly strengthened, and a window serving as a clue is not required, and the front support plate can maintain a flat surface without providing holes or notches, as described in claim 4 of the base paper.
[0038] Writing and printing can be performed on the base paper, so it is effective as various displays in a reception area, conference room, etc. Since it is a base paper that can stand stably only with the paper or calendar ticket without using an adhesive or adhesive tape, it is easy to recycle after use and brings good results to the environment.
[0039] By using thick paper for the base paper, it is also effective as a support in a desktop calendar or a simple commemorative shield that can be made on the spot, and various uses can be considered.
[0040] In addition, a base paper with cutouts such as Chinese zodiac signs and hearts including folding lines and intermittent cuts at the upper parts of the front support plate and the rear support plate of the base paper can also be used for New Year greetings and greetings.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0042] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the standing state of the present invention. The rectangular mount is folded or cut at three folds or non-cutting cuts as vertices, and the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2 are double-folded, the outer surface 1a of the front support plate, the inner surface 1b of the front support plate, the outer surface 2a of the rear support plate, and the inner surface 2b of the rear support plate. A′ provided on the front support plate 1 indicates the opening / closing angle fixing portion cut A′, A indicates the opening / closing angle fixing piece A bent from the fold C, and B provided on the rear support plate 2 indicates the opening / closing angle holding hole B. By inserting and locking the opening / closing angle fixing piece A into the opening / closing angle holding hole B, the mount is brought into a standing state, and the opening / closing angle fixing piece is detachable from the opening / closing angle holding hole B, and the mount is characterized by standing without requiring other members. Also, handling procedures, photos, etc. can be printed on the outer surface 2a of the rear support plate.
[0043] FIG. 2 is a developed view of FIG. 1. The front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2 are made of a single mount, and a fold or a non-cutting cut 3 is provided in the central portion to form the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2. Cuts for the opening / closing angle fixing portion cut A′, the opening / closing angle holding hole portion cut B′, and the window F connected to the opening / closing angle fixing piece A are provided. This window F is a clue for bending the opening / closing angle fixing piece A.
[0044] At this time, the positions where the opening / closing angle fixing portion cut A′ and the opening / closing angle holding hole portion cut B′ are provided on the mount may be horizontal or vertical, and can be provided at appropriate positions in the up, down, left, and right directions. Also, the opening / closing angle holding hole portion cut B′ may be rotated 180 degrees, and the center positions of the opening / closing angle fixing portion cut A′ and the opening / closing angle holding hole portion cut B′ may be slightly shifted. The length H1 of the front support plate 1 and the length H2 of the rear support plate 2 do not have to be the same. The mount may be a single sheet of cardboard or a cardboard laminated with two or more sheets. Also, the shape of the fold or the non-cutting cut 3 of the mount is arbitrary.
[0045] Figure 3 shows each part and the dimensions of each part of the opening / closing angle fixing piece A. a1, a2, a3, and a4 indicate the locations of the parts, and A1, A2, A3, and A4 are the respective dimensions. The dimensions are such that A1 > A2 > A3 > A4. Also, the length L of the opening / closing angle fixing piece A is arbitrary and is determined by the required opening / closing angle.
[0046] Figure 4 shows the opening / closing angle holding hole B. b1, b2, and b3 indicate the locations of the parts, and the dimensions are such that B1 > B2 > B3. The dimensions of the opening / closing angle fixing piece A and the opening / closing angle holding hole B are such that B1 > A2 > B2 > A3 > B3 > A4. Also, the width A4 of a4 is preferably set to ensure that the opening / closing angle fixing piece A does not bend easily when being bent.
[0047] The opening / closing angle fixing piece A and the opening / closing angle holding hole B are in a so-called male-female relationship. a1 is the bending part of the opening / closing angle fixing piece. When a1 is bent at the position of the folding line C, and the opening / closing angle fixing piece a3 together with the protruding piece a2 provided at the tip of the opening / closing angle fixing piece is inserted into and passes through the protruding piece passing part b1 of the opening / closing angle holding hole, then the opening / closing angle fixing piece a4 can pass through the opening / closing angle holding hole b3 and insert the opening / closing angle fixing piece a3 into the opening / closing angle holding hole b2. Also, since B3 < A3, the opening / closing angle fixing piece a3 together with the protruding piece a2 provided at the tip of the opening / closing angle fixing piece is locked in the opening / closing angle holding hole b2 to fix the opening / closing angle and stand up.
[0048] Also, when standing up, the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2 are not restricted in the opening / closing angle and try to expand the distance between each other, so the protruding piece a2 provided on the opening / closing angle fixing piece is locked in the opening / closing angle holding hole b2. Also, when the paper or calendar ticket is thin, a folding line E may be provided and bent. The shape of the opening / closing angle fixing piece is freely determined. Furthermore, the opening / closing angle fixing piece bending part a1 requires a width A1 such that the opening / closing angle fixing piece does not bend easily even when being pushed from the front and rear by the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2.
[0049] Figure 5 shows that two protruding pieces a2 and a2’ are provided at the tip of the opening / closing angle fixing piece, and the opening / closing angle fixing piece a3’ having mountain-shaped and valley-shaped recesses between the two protruding pieces is provided. The minimum width portion of the recessed portion a3’ passes through the opening / closing angle holding hole b3, and the portion close to the protruding pieces a2 and a2’ does not pass through the opening / closing angle holding hole b3. Further, when the protruding piece a2’ and the opening / closing angle fixing piece a3’ are cut off, it becomes the same shape as the opening / closing angle fixing piece A shown in Figure 3, and the protruding piece a2 can be locked in the opening / closing angle holding hole b2 to stand up. In this case, since the length L of the opening / closing angle fixing piece changes, the opening / closing angle can also be changed to stand up.
[0050] Figure 6 shows that the opening / closing angle holding hole B’ is continuous with the lower side of the rear support plate 2, indicating that the opening / closing angle holding hole B’ is open.
[0051] Figure 8 shows that when the mounting board is thick and cannot be folded in two with the folding lines placed in the central part, a wide-angle groove D is provided in close proximity. Also, the shape of the groove D is not limited.
[0052] Figure 12 shows a side view of the state where the wide-angle groove D provided in Figure 7 is bent.
[0053] Figure 9 shows that a plurality of protruding pieces a2 and mountain-shaped and valley-shaped recessed portions a3 are provided on the opening / closing angle fixing piece A, and the protruding piece a2 at an appropriate position is locked in the opening / closing angle holding hole B to determine the opening / closing angle.
[0054] Figure 10 is a perspective view showing that the protruding pieces a2 provided multiply on the opening / closing angle fixing piece A in Figure 9 are locked in the opening / closing angle holding hole B to determine a suitable opening / closing angle.
[0055] Figure 11-1 is a perspective view for use in place cards on a table or price tags for products during meetings or the like, or for use in the explanation and description of exhibits. The vertical and horizontal dimensions of the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2 can be changed to cope with various uses.
[0056] Shown in Fig. 11-2 is an adhesive penetration groove cut or press rib 3B that is continuous with the cut or press rib 3 that does not cut the mount. When adhesive penetrates into this adhesive penetration groove cut or press rib, the area where the paper or calendar sticker adheres to the mount increases, making it difficult for the paper or calendar sticker adhered to the mount to peel off.
[0057] Fig. 12 shows a perspective view in which the horizontal long slit YS is provided in the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2.
[0058] Fig. 13 shows a developed view in which the horizontal long slit YS is provided in the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2.
[0059] Fig. 14 shows the locking tool KG characterized in that a locking tool slit KGS that fits into the horizontal long slit convex part YS1 of the horizontal long slit YS provided in the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2 is provided. Locking tool projecting pieces KGT are provided on both sides of the tip of the locking tool KG, and locking tool step parts KGB are provided on both sides of the rear end of the locking tool. When both corners of the tip of the locking tool KG are rounded, it becomes easier to insert the locking tool KG into the horizontal long slit YS. It is desirable that this locking tool KG be an elastic and flexible resin film. Also, the elastic force required when locking the paper or calendar sticker or the like can be obtained by selecting the thickness of the resin film.
[0060] FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing the locking tool KG provided with the locking tool slit KGS fitted to the horizontally long slit protrusion YS1 provided on the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2. For example, the tip of the locking tool is inserted from the inside 1b of the front support plate of the horizontally long slit YS provided on the front support plate 1, the locking tool protrusion piece KGT is bent, the locking tool KG is inserted into the horizontally long slit YS, and the stepped portion KGB at the rear end of the locking tool is locked to the horizontally long slit YS of the front support plate, and the horizontally long slit protrusion YS1 and the locking tool slit KGS can be fitted. Next, the tip of the locking tool KG is inserted from the outside 2a of the rear support plate, the locking tool protrusion piece KGT is bent, inserted into the inside 2b of the rear support plate, the horizontally long slit protrusion YS1 and the locking tool slit KGS are fitted, and the locking tool KG is attached to the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2.
[0061] Also, when the locking tool KG shown in FIG. 14 is attached to the mount shown in FIG. 12, since the dimensional difference between the horizontally long slit protrusion YS1 and the locking tool slit KGS is set to be small, the movement of the locking tool KG in the front-back and left-right directions is suppressed, the locking tool KG becomes elliptical, and due to the elasticity of the locking tool KG, it fits deeply into the horizontally long slit protrusion YS1 applied to the front support plate and the rear support plate, so it is stable. Further, even when the locking tool slit KGS does not fit with the horizontally long slit protrusion YS1 of the front support plate, the locking tool protrusion piece KGT and the stepped portion KGB at the rear end of the locking tool have the relationship of KGW < YSW < KGTW ≒ KGBW, and due to these dimensional shapes, the locking tool KG does not fall off from the horizontally long slit YS of the front support plate. Therefore, the locking tool KG can be stored inside the front support plate and the rear support plate, which is suitable for packing and delivery and is advantageous.
[0062] Figure 16 shows a partially enlarged view of the horizontally elongated slit YS provided in the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2. In the figure, YS1 indicates the horizontally elongated slit convex portion YS1, YS2 indicates the horizontally elongated slit concave portion YS2, and YS3 indicates the horizontally elongated slit locking tool suppressing convex portion YS3. The horizontally elongated slit locking tool suppressing convex portion YS3 has the effect of eliminating or minimizing the gap on the horizontally elongated slit convex portion YS1 (the gap when not considering the horizontally elongated slit concave portion YS2).
[0063] Figure 17 shows the paper or calendar ticket YOS that is attached to the base paper with the locking tool KG attached to the horizontally elongated slit YS shown in Figure 15. The slit width YOSLW of the paper or calendar ticket slit YOSL and the locking width KGW of the locking tool KG have the relationship of YOSLW > KGW.
[0064] Figure 18 shows a perspective view of the base paper with the base paper extended horizontally and provided with a plurality of the horizontally elongated slits YS and a plurality of the locking tools KG attached. The base paper has one opening / closing angle fixing piece A and one opening / closing angle holding hole B respectively.
[0065] Figure 19 shows a plan view showing a locking tool KG2 in which a stepped portion KGB provided at the rear end of the locking tool KG is partially extended and connected to integrate a plurality of the locking tools KG.
[0066] Figure 20 shows that a suspension portion protruding hole KGH is provided on or near the folding portion 3 of the base paper provided with a plurality of the locking tools KG attached to the plurality of horizontally elongated slits YS provided in the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2 shown in Figure 18. A locking tool KG3 in which a plurality of the locking tools KG are integrated and a suspension portion KGF is provided at the center is inserted from the horizontally elongated slit YS on the front support plate 1b side into the horizontally elongated slit YS of the rear support plate 2a, and the horizontally elongated slit convex portion YS1 of both support plates and the locking tool slit KGS are fitted, and the suspension portion KGF of the locking tool is made to protrude from the suspension portion protruding hole KGH. This is a perspective view of the base paper.
[0067] Fig. 21 shows a plan view of a locking tool KG3 in which a stepped portion provided at the rear end of the locking tool KG provided with a locking tool slit KGS that fits into the horizontally long slit convex portion YS1 of the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2 is partially extended and connected so that a plurality of the locking tools KG are integrated, and a hanging portion KGF is provided at the central portion.
[0068] Fig. 22 shows the paper or calendar ticket YOS that is locked to the mount on which the locking tool shown in Fig. 18 is mounted. This paper or calendar ticket YOS has a perforation including a perforation for convenience in production and for the need to remove it separately on the left and right.

When the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2 are folded in two and erected, the upper part of the circle is open, and this cut forms a shape that constitutes a lower part for supporting a ball and an upper part for preventing the ball from popping out. Although not shown, a cutout can be provided according to the shape of an article, and the article can also be freely supported.
[0071] Fig. 25 shows a plan view of a mount provided with a cut SC provided with a perforation or a folding line SCM and a hole SCH on the upper portions of the front support plate 1 and the rear support plate 2. This cut SC can be a free shape such as a silhouette or a geometric cut, and when it is bent up without cutting a part of the shape, it can be suspended and used with the provided hole SCH. Various cutouts such as Chinese zodiac signs and hearts can be considered.
[0072] Moreover, since seals can be affixed to and writing can be done on the mounting board shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, it can be utilized as a simple commemorative shield that can be made on-site for various sports awards or golf competitions, etc., and can also be used for New Year greetings.
[0073] FIG. 26 shows a perspective view in which the rectangular sheet or calendar ticket YOS is adhered to the upper end of the front support plate 1. Since disposable sheets such as calendars are peeled off and discarded, a simple structure is economical.
[0074] FIG. 27 shows a perspective view in which the rectangular sheet or calendar ticket YOS provided with perforations MSL connecting the perforations is adhered to the upper end of the front support plate 1. With this, the sheets or calendar tickets YOS on the left and right of the perforations MSL connecting the perforations can be peeled off separately.
[0075] FIG. 28 shows a perspective view in which a slit YOSL is provided in the sheet or calendar ticket YOS and attached to the locking tool KG attached to the mounting board. With this, the sheet or calendar ticket YOS can be rotated to the rear support plate 2 side for storage.
[0076] FIG. 29 shows a perspective view in which a plurality of horizontally long slits are provided in the sheet or calendar ticket YOS provided with perforations MSL connecting the perforations and attached to a plurality of locking tools KG attached to the mounting board. With this, the sheet or calendar ticket YOS can be handled as a unit during assembly, so the work efficiency is good.
[0077] FIG. 30 shows the hanging tool KGF to be attached to the hanging part protruding hole KGH provided in the mounting board. Since this hanging tool KGF is independent, the material, color, thickness, etc. can be freely selected.
[0078] Fig. 31 shows an example of the horizontally long slit convex part YS1 provided on the mount board. The upper part of the horizontally long slit convex part YS1 is in contact with the horizontally long slit YS. Since the horizontally long slit YS is formed by a cut with an angle (e.g., ∠60° or ∠80°), the cut serves as a guide when attaching the fastener KG, and the fastener KG can be attached to the horizontally long slit YS.
[0079] Fig. 32 shows an exploded view of the folding rib or non-cut notch 3 and the opening / closing angle fixing piece A provided connected to the front support plate 1. This eliminates the need for a window F that causes the opening / closing angle fixing piece A to become large and strengthened and serves as a clue to the opening / closing angle fixing piece A.
