Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a sealing structure for a window frame and a wall panel having said window frame. [Background technology]
[0002] Semi-exterior window frames are usually attached to openings in buildings, as described in Patent Document 1. Semi-exterior window frames are attached by fastening nail fins on each frame to the exterior surface of the building frame with screws. As described in Patent Document 1, the sealing structure between the building frame and the window frame with nail fins fixed to the exterior surface of the building frame is achieved by applying double-sided waterproof tape and a breathable waterproof sheet across the building frame and the nail fins. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2017-150300 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, there is a difference in level between the exterior surface of the frame and the exterior surface of the nail fin, equal to the thickness of the nail fin. This can cause pinholes when double-sided waterproof tape is applied, allowing rainwater and other liquids to seep into the frame.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to provide a window frame sealing structure and wall panel that can suppress the occurrence of pinholes in waterproof tape and reduce the risk of water intrusion. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The present invention is a sealing structure for a window frame fixed to an opening in a main body, characterized in that the window frame has an upper frame, the exterior surface of the upper frame is flush with the exterior surface of the main body, and waterproof tape is provided across the exterior surface of the upper frame and the exterior surface of the main body.
[0007] The present invention is a wall panel comprising a main body opening frame, a surface material attached to the exterior side of the main body opening frame, and a window frame attached within the main body opening frame, wherein the window frame comprises an upper frame, the exterior surface of the upper frame and the exterior surface of the surface material are flush with each other, and waterproof tape is provided across the exterior surface of the upper frame and the exterior surface of the surface material. [Effects of the Invention]
[0008] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a window frame sealing structure and a wall panel that can suppress the occurrence of pinholes in waterproof tape and reduce the risk of water intrusion. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the wall panel 1 of this embodiment is handled as a single structure when attached to a building, and comprises a panel body 2 and a fitting 3 that is attached to an opening in the panel body 2. The fitting 3 of this embodiment comprises a window frame 30 and a shoji screen 60, and the shoji screen 60 is an inward-opening window that opens toward the room relative to the window frame 30. 1 is an interior view of the wall panel 1, and FIGS. 2 and 3 are longitudinal and transverse cross-sectional views of the wall panel 1 installed in a building. In each cross-sectional view, hatching indicating the cross sections of the window frame 30 and the shoji screen 60 has been omitted. In the following description, the left-right direction of the wall panel 1 is defined as the X-axis direction, the up-down direction of the wall panel 1 as the Y-axis direction, and the projection direction of the wall panel 1 (indoor / outdoor direction). The X-, Y-, and Z-axis directions are perpendicular to each other.
[0011] As shown in FIG. 1, the panel body 2 includes a panel frame 20 and a surface material 29 attached to the outdoor surface of the panel frame 20. The panel frame 20 is configured in a frame-like shape and includes a lintel 21, a window sill 22, left and right vertical members 23, and horizontal members 25, 26 attached between the upper and lower ends of each vertical member 23. The left and right vertical members 23 and the horizontal members 25, 26 are framed horizontally. The lintel 21 and window sill 22 are attached to span between the left and right vertical members 23. Vertical bars 27, 28 are arranged between the lintel 21 and the horizontal member 25, and between the window sill 22 and the horizontal member 26, respectively. The left and right vertical members 23 each include a main vertical member 231 connected to the upper and lower horizontal members 25, 26, and an intermediate vertical member 232 fixed to the inner peripheral side of the main vertical member 231 and positioned between the lintel 21 and the window sill 22.
[0012] The main vertical members 231 and intermediate vertical members 232 that make up the left and right vertical members 23, the lintel 21, the window sill 22, the upper and lower horizontal members 25, 26, and the vertical bars 27, 28 are all made of wood (solid material) and are connected to each other with screws, nails, etc. The panel frame 20 has an opening defined by a lintel 21, a window sill 22, and left and right intermediate vertical members 232. A fitting 3 is placed in this opening. For this reason, in this embodiment, the skeleton opening frame 5 in which the fitting 3 is placed is made up of the lintel 21, the window sill 22, and left and right intermediate vertical members 232. The left and right vertical members 23 are not limited to those composed of separate main vertical members 231 and intermediate vertical members 232, and may be vertical members 23 in which the main vertical members 231 and intermediate vertical members 232 are integrally formed by processing wood. Furthermore, the vertical members 23 may be configured to have the same cross-sectional shape with main vertical member portions and intermediate vertical member portions over their entire length. Therefore, the vertical members of the opening may be configured with two members, the main vertical member 231 and the intermediate vertical member 232, as in the vertical member 23 of this embodiment, or may be configured with one member. Furthermore, if the width of the fitting 3 is smaller than that of the wall panel 1, the main vertical members 231 and intermediate vertical members 232 that make up the panel frame 20 may be arranged spaced apart in the left-right direction. That is, the intermediate vertical members 232 may be arranged spaced apart from the main vertical members 231, and both upper and lower end faces of the main vertical member 231 may be fixed to the lintel 21 and the window sill 22. In this case, the main vertical members 231 function only as a component of the panel frame 20, and it is the intermediate vertical members 232 that serve as a component of the skeleton opening frame 5. Depending on the position and height of the opening to be formed in the panel frame 20, the lintel 21 and the horizontal member 25 may be formed integrally, or the window sill 22 and the horizontal member 26 may be formed integrally.
[0013] The inner peripheral surfaces of the lintel 21, window sill 22, and intermediate vertical member 232 that make up the frame 5 of the structural opening, i.e., the surface to which the window frame 30 of the interior window is attached, are shaped to correspond to the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the window frame 30. That is, as shown in Figure 2, the underside of the lintel 21 has an exterior visible surface 211 along the Z-axis, an intermediate sighting surface 212 that extends downward along the Y-axis from the interior end of the exterior visible surface 211, an intermediate sighting surface 213 that extends from the bottom end of the intermediate sighting surface 212 toward the interior along the Z-axis, a lower interior sighting surface 214 that extends upward along the Y-axis from the interior end of the intermediate sighting surface 213, and an interior sighting surface 215 that extends from the top end of the lower interior sighting surface 214 toward the interior along the Z-axis.
[0014] As shown in Figure 2, the upper surface of the window sill 22 comprises an exterior sight surface 221 along the Z-axis direction, a first intermediate sight surface 222 extending upward from the interior end of the exterior sight surface 221 along the Y-axis direction, a first intermediate sight surface 223 extending from the upper end of the first intermediate sight surface 222 toward the interior along the Z-axis direction, a second intermediate sight surface 224 extending upward from the interior end of the first intermediate sight surface 223 along the Y-axis direction, a second intermediate sight surface 225 extending from the upper end of the second intermediate sight surface 224 toward the interior along the Z-axis direction, a third intermediate sight surface 226 extending downward from the interior end of the second intermediate sight surface 225 along the Y-axis direction, and an interior sight surface 227 extending from the lower end of the third intermediate sight surface 226 toward the interior along the Z-axis direction.
[0015] As shown in Figure 3, the left and right intermediate vertical members 232 have an outdoor observation surface 241 along the Z-axis direction, an intermediate sighting surface 242 extending inward from the indoor end of the outdoor observation surface 241 along the X-axis direction, an intermediate observation surface 243 extending from the indoor end of the intermediate sighting surface 242 toward the indoor side along the Z-axis direction, and an indoor observation surface 244 extending outward from the indoor end of the intermediate sighting surface 243 along the X-axis direction.
[0016] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the surface material 29 is composed of a load-bearing surface material such as particle board made by stacking multiple wooden boards, and is attached to the exterior surface of the panel frame 20 other than the opening defined by the main body opening frame 5.
[0017] The fitting 3 is composed of a window frame 30 and a shoji screen 60. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the window frame 30 is composed of an upper frame 31, a lower frame 32, and left and right vertical frames 33. The window frame 30 is fitted with a trim 11 fixed to the upper frame 31, a water-repellent material 12 attached to the lower frame 32, and a trim 13 attached to the left and right vertical frames 33, which protrude outwards from the room. The shoji screen 60 is constructed by assembling an upper frame 61, a lower frame 62, and left and right vertical frames 63 formed from extruded resin profiles, and a surface material 65 such as a glass panel.
[0018] As shown in FIG. 4, the upper frame 31 comprises an outdoor frame member 310 made of aluminum and an indoor frame member 410 made of synthetic resin, which are connected by a connecting portion 50. The outdoor frame material 310 has a visible surface portion 311 along the Z-axis direction, an outdoor visible surface portion 312 that continues from the outdoor end of the visible surface portion 311 and extends along the Y-axis direction, an indoor visible surface portion 313 that continues from the indoor end of the visible surface portion 311 and extends along the Y-axis direction, a connecting surface portion 314 that continues from the outer (upper) end of the indoor visible surface portion 313 and extends toward the indoor side along the Z-axis direction, and a hollow portion forming portion 315 that extends downward from the underside of the visible surface portion 311 and is further bent toward the outdoor side, continuing to the outdoor visible surface portion 312 and defining a hollow portion. The exterior frame material 310 is arranged along the exterior visible surface 211 of the lintel 21 and is fixed to the lintel 21 with a plurality of screws 35 that are screwed in from the visible surface portion 311. The interior facing surface portion 313 and the hollow portion forming portion 315 are each provided with an airtight material 36 that abuts against the upper frame 61 in the Z-axis direction.
[0019] The exterior-facing surface 312 extends vertically relative to the in-view surface 311. The interior-facing surface 313 extends upward relative to the in-view surface 311. Therefore, the exterior frame member 310 is formed with a groove 37 that is partitioned by the in-view surface 311, the exterior-facing surface 312, and the interior-facing surface 313 and has a generally U-shaped cross section that opens at the top. The exterior-facing surface 312, the interior-facing surface 313, and the in-view surface 311 that make up the groove 37 are the first in-view surface, the second in-view surface, and the in-view surface that make up the groove 37. By forming the groove 37 in the exterior frame member 310, even if water such as rainwater penetrates indoors beyond the exterior-facing surface 312, it is possible to prevent the water from penetrating indoors beyond the groove 37. Water that has entered the recessed groove portion 37 can be drained from both ends of the recessed groove portion 37 through the vertical frame 33 or the like.
[0020] The indoor frame material 410 has an L-shaped cross section, with a visible surface 411 along the Z-axis direction and a sight surface 412 extending upward along the Y-axis direction from the indoor end of the visible surface 411. The indoor frame material 410 is fixed to the lintel 21 with a plurality of screws 45 that are screwed in from the sight surface 412. The connecting portion 50 is a portion where the outdoor frame member 310 and the indoor frame member 410 are butted against each other in the Z-axis direction and connected, and will be described in detail later.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 5, the lower frame 32 comprises an outdoor frame member 320 made of aluminum and an indoor frame member 420 made of synthetic resin, which are connected by a connecting portion 50. The exterior frame material 320 has a hollow rectangular lower frame body 321, an exterior-facing surface 322 that is continuous with the exterior-side upper end of the lower frame body 321, a connecting surface 323 that is continuous with the interior-side lower end of the lower frame body 321, a locking portion 324 that is continuous with the exterior-side lower end of the lower frame body 321, and a hanging piece 325 that extends downward from the connecting surface 323. The locking portion 324 and hanging piece 325 of the exterior frame material 320 are placed on the window sill 22 for installation. A drainage component (drainage valve) 38 is attached to the outdoor portion of the lower frame body 321. An airtight material 36 that abuts against the lower frame 62 in the Z-axis direction is provided on the outdoor appearance surface 322 and the indoor upper end of the lower frame body 321. A water drip material 12 is engaged with the locking portion 324.
[0022] Like the indoor frame material 410, the indoor frame material 420 has an L-shaped cross section, with a visible surface 421 along the Z-axis direction and a sight surface 422 extending downward along the Y-axis direction from the indoor end of the visible surface 421. The indoor frame material 420 is fixed to the window sill 22 with multiple screws 45 that are screwed in from the sight surface 422. The connecting portion 50 is a portion where the outdoor frame member 320 and the indoor frame member 420 are butted against each other in the Z-axis direction and connected, and will be described in detail later.
[0023] The left and right vertical frames 33 are formed from the same material and are arranged in opposite left and right directions, as shown in Fig. 3. As shown in Fig. 6, the vertical frames 33 include an outdoor frame material 330 made of aluminum and an indoor frame material 430 made of synthetic resin, which are connected by a connecting portion 50.
[0024] The outdoor frame material 330 has a visible surface portion 331 along the Z-axis direction, an outdoor visible surface portion 332 extending inward from the outdoor end of the visible surface portion 331 along the X-axis direction, an indoor visible surface portion 333 extending inward from the visible surface portion 331 along the X-axis direction at a position indoors rather than the outdoor visible surface portion 332, a connecting surface portion 334 continuing from the indoor end of the visible surface portion 331, and a hollow portion forming portion 335 extending inward from the visible surface portion 331 along the X-axis direction and bent to the outdoor side, continuing to the outdoor visible surface portion 332 and defining a hollow portion. The outdoor frame material 330 is arranged along the outdoor visible surface 241 of the intermediate vertical member 232 and is fixed to the intermediate vertical member 232 with a plurality of screws 35 that are screwed in from the visible surface portion 331. The hollow portion forming portion 335 and the interior facing surface portion 333 are each provided with an airtight material 36 that abuts against the vertical frame 63 in the Z-axis direction.
[0025] Like the indoor frame members 410 and 420, the indoor frame member 430 has an L-shaped cross section, with a visible surface 431 along the Z-axis direction and a sight surface 432 extending from the indoor end of the visible surface 431 to the outer periphery along the X-axis direction. The indoor frame member 430 is fixed to the intermediate vertical member 232 with a plurality of screws 45 that are screwed in from the sight surface 432. The connecting portion 50 is a portion where the outdoor frame member 330 and the indoor frame member 430 are butted against each other in the Z-axis direction and connected, and will be described in detail later.
[0026] The indoor-side ends of the outdoor frame members 310, 320, and 330 and the outdoor-side ends of the indoor frame members 410, 420, and 430 are butted together to form a connecting portion 50. As shown in Figure 7, the connecting portion 50 of the lower frame 32 is made up of an outdoor-side connecting portion 50A and an indoor-side connecting portion 50B. The outdoor connecting portion 50A comprises an abutment piece 51 extending upward along the Y-axis direction from the outdoor end of the connecting surface portion 323 of the outdoor frame material 320, and a protrusion portion 52 protruding from the abutment piece 51 toward the indoor side. The indoor-side connecting part 50B includes a facing part 53 extending downward from the outdoor end of the front-facing surface 421, a protruding piece 54 protruding outdoor from the lower end of the facing part 53, and a soft part 55 provided on the outdoor surface of the upper end of the facing part 53. The facing part 53 faces the abutting piece 51 and extends downward below the upper end of the second intermediate sighting surface 224 of the windowsill 22. The second intermediate sighting surface 224 is therefore an indoor-side sighting surface that is positioned on the indoor side of the connecting part 50 in the Z-axis direction. More specifically, the position of the second intermediate sighting surface 224 in the Z-axis direction is located on the indoor side of the position where the outdoor connecting part 50A and the indoor connecting part 50B abut on each other in the connecting part 50, i.e., the position of the abutting surface between the protruding piece 54 and the abutting piece 51. The soft portion 55 is formed with an L-shaped cross section. The soft portion 55 is made of a material that is softer than the other portions of the indoor-side frame material 420, and is formed by two-color molding the indoor-side frame material 420, and is made to be part of the indoor-side frame material 420. The opposing portion 53, the protruding piece 54, and the soft portion 55 described above form a recess 56 that opens to the outside of the room.
[0027] By butting the outdoor connecting part 50A and the indoor connecting part 50B configured as described above against each other, the protrusion 52 is positioned in the recess 56, and the protruding piece 54 abuts against the abutting piece 51. As a result, the soft part 55 abuts against the upper end sides of the protrusion 52 and the abutting piece 51 and deforms, thereby adhering tightly, thereby ensuring airtightness of the connecting part 50. The connecting portion 50 between the outdoor frame member 310 and the indoor frame member 410 shown in Figure 4 and the connecting portion 50 between the outdoor frame member 330 and the indoor frame member 430 shown in Figure 6 have the same structure, so their explanation will be omitted.
[0028] Next, the sealing structure between the skeleton and the window frame 30 will be explained. The skeleton to which the window frame 30 is attached comprises a panel frame 20 including the skeleton opening frame 5, and a surface material 29 attached to the panel frame 20. As shown in Figures 4 and 6, waterproof double-sided tape 71 and a breathable waterproof sheet 72 are affixed between the top frame 31 and vertical frame 33 and the surface material 29 attached to the outdoor side of the lintel 21 and intermediate vertical member 232. The waterproof double-sided tape 71 is made of double-sided butyl tape or the like. Here, the exterior surface of the surface material 29 of the panel frame 20 is flush with the exterior surfaces of the exterior facing surfaces 312, 332, and waterproof double-sided tape 71 is applied across these flush exterior surfaces. Note that "flush exterior surfaces" refers to the alignment of the exterior surfaces in the Z-axis direction, i.e., the exterior surfaces are located on the same plane along the X- and Y-axes. However, since the purpose of making the exterior surfaces flush is to prevent unevenness in the waterproof double-sided tape 71 applied across the exterior surfaces, which could result in pinholes, "flush exterior surfaces" does not only mean that the positions of the exterior surfaces are perfectly aligned in the Z-axis direction, but also includes differences in the waterproof double-sided tape 71 that are small enough to prevent pinholes from occurring, such as differences of 1 mm or less. Because the waterproof double-sided tape 71 is in the form of a tape with a fixed width, it can be easily applied across the exterior facing surfaces 312, 332 and the surface material 29. The moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 72 is attached to the entire surface of the surface material 29 of the panel body 2, and is also attached to the surface of the waterproof double-sided tape 71. In this way, by applying the waterproof double-sided tape 71 and the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 72, water is prevented from seeping in through the gaps between the upper frame 31 and the vertical frame 33 and the surface material 29. Furthermore, by using the waterproof double-sided tape 71, the ends of the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 72 can be attached, eliminating the need for separate attachment parts, thereby improving the ease of installation.
[0029] As shown in Fig. 5, a waterproof plate 80 is attached to the window sill 22. The configuration and attachment procedure of this waterproof plate 80 will be described with reference to Figs. As shown in FIG. 8(A), the panel body 2 is assembled from the panel frame 20 and the surface material 29 in a factory. Next, as shown in Figure 8(B), double-sided butyl tape 85 is attached to the first intermediate visible surface 223 of the window sill 22. Note that the needle attachment position of the double-sided butyl tape 85 is not limited to the first intermediate visible surface 223, but may be anywhere from the outdoor visible surface 221 to the second intermediate visible surface 224, as long as the corner waterproofing member 81 and intermediate waterproofing member 82, described below, can be attached to the window sill 22. Next, as shown in FIGS. 8(C) and 8(D), corner waterproofing members 81 are attached to the two corners with double-sided butyl tape 85. The corner waterproofing members 81 are placed at the two lower corners of the four corners of the main body opening frame 5. In other words, the corner waterproofing members 81 are placed at the corners where both ends of the window sill 22 are connected to each of the vertical members 23. The corner waterproofing members 81 are molded to fit the shapes of the window sill 22 and the vertical members 23. Specifically, the corner waterproofing members 81 are manufactured by vacuum molding or the like using synthetic resin materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene.
[0030] Next, as shown in FIGS. 9(E) and 9(F), the intermediate waterproofing member 82 is attached to each corner waterproofing member 81 with double-sided butyl tape 85 so as to straddle the corner waterproofing members 81. 10, the intermediate waterproofing member 82 is formed by cutting a long sheet material made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, which has formed therein folding grooves 820 that allow for valley folds and mountain folds, to a predetermined length, and folding the sheet material at the folding grooves 820. Therefore, the intermediate waterproofing member 82 can be used by processing the folding grooves 820 in the sheet material and cutting it to the required length, which reduces manufacturing costs and enables the sheet material to be used effectively without waste. By folding the intermediate waterproofing member 82 at the folding groove 820, as shown in Figure 5, it is configured to have an exterior surface portion 821 arranged along the exterior surface of the surface material 29, a first flat portion 822 arranged along the surface of the exterior visible surface 221 of the windowsill 22, a first raised portion 823 arranged along the first intermediate visible surface 222, a second flat portion 824 attached to double-sided butyl tape 85 attached to the first intermediate visible surface 223, and a second raised portion 825 arranged along the second intermediate visible surface 224. Furthermore, the portion of the corner waterproofing member 81 that is placed on the window sill 22 has the same structure as the intermediate waterproofing member 82 . 9(G) and 9(H), single-sided butyl tape 86 is attached across the corner waterproofing members 81 and the intermediate waterproofing member 82. In this way, the waterproof plate 80 is attached to the panel frame 20.
[0031] Next, the window frame 30 is installed within the frame 5 of the structural opening and secured with screws 35 and 45. First, the aluminum exterior frame members 310, 320, and 330 are framed and placed within the frame 5 of the structural opening by threading screws from the exterior frame member 330 of the left and right vertical frames 33 to the screw holes in the exterior frame members 310, 320 of the upper and lower frames 31 and 32. Next, the exterior frame member 320 is abutted against the waterproof plate 80 on the sill 22 and secured with screws 35, with the exterior-facing surfaces 312 and 332 flush with the surface material 29. Note that the exterior frame member 320 of the lower frame 32 does not need to be screwed to the sill 22 because the left and right exterior frame members 330 to which the exterior frame member 320 is screwed are screwed to the intermediate vertical members 232, and the weight of the fitting 3 causes the frame 3 to rest on the sill 22. The indoor frame members 410, 420, 430 are positioned so that the indoor connecting portion 50B and the outdoor connecting portion 50A are butted against each other, and are fixed to the frame 5 of the main body opening with screws 45. The order in which the outdoor frame members 310, 320, 330 and the indoor frame members 410, 420, 430 are attached to the frame 5 of the main body opening is not important. As shown in Figure 7, the upper end side of the second rising portion 825 of the waterproof plate 80, which is arranged along the second intermediate sighting surface 224, is positioned on the indoor side of the opposing portion 53, preventing the upper end of the second rising portion 825 from separating from the second intermediate sighting surface 224 and falling to the outdoor side. In this way, the outdoor frame members 310, 320, 330 of the window frame 30 are made of aluminum metal material, which increases the rigidity and improves the weather resistance of the window frame 30. Furthermore, the indoor frame members 410, 420, 430 of the window frame 30 are made of synthetic resin material, which improves the heat insulating performance of the window frame 30.
[0032] Next, waterproof double-sided tape 71 is attached across the top frame 31, the left and right vertical frames 33, the lintel 21, and the left and right intermediate vertical members 232. At this time, part of the waterproof double-sided tape 71 overlaps the corner waterproofing member 81, but because the thickness dimension of the corner waterproofing member 81 is small, pinholes will not occur in the waterproof double-sided tape 71. After that, a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 72 is attached to the surface side of the surface material 29 of the panel body 2. For this reason, a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet 72 is also attached to the surface side of the exterior surface 821 of the waterproof plate 80. Furthermore, a shoji screen 60 manufactured on a separate assembly line is attached to the window frame 30. By carrying out the above assembly work in the factory, the wall panel 1 with the fitting 3 incorporated therein is manufactured.
[0033] Next, the construction procedure at the construction site where the building is constructed will be described. Wall panel 1 manufactured in a factory is transported to the building construction site. The trim panels 11, 13, and 12 are framed by screwing screws from trim panel 13 into the screw holes in trim panels 11 and 12. Then, as shown in Figures 4 to 6, the trim panel 12 is engaged with the engaging portion 324 of the lower frame 32, and the trim panels 11 and 13 are secured to the upper frame 31 and vertical frame 33 with screws 15. In this process, the upper end of the fastening piece of trim panel 11 secured to the upper frame 31 presses against the lower ends of the waterproof double-sided tape 71 and the vapor-permeable waterproof sheet 72 from the outside. Furthermore, the outer periphery of the fastening piece of trim panel 13 secured to the vertical frame 33 presses against the ends of the waterproof double-sided tape 71 and the vapor-permeable waterproof sheet 72 from the outside. This prevents the waterproof double-sided tape 71 and the vapor-permeable waterproof sheet 72 from peeling off at their ends. It is not necessary to hold down the ends of the waterproof double-sided tape 71 or the breathable waterproof sheet 72 from the outside of the room with the trim 11, 13. For this reason, the lower ends of the waterproof double-sided tape 71 or the breathable waterproof sheet 72 attached to the outside of the lintel 21 may be positioned above the fixed part of the trim 11. Similarly, the inner peripheral end of the waterproof double-sided tape 71 or the breathable waterproof sheet 72 attached to the outside of the vertical member 23 may be positioned outer peripherally of the fixed part of the trim 13.
[0034] 2 and 3, the exterior material 91 is attached to the exterior side of the wall panel 1 via vertical furring strips 92 and horizontal furring strips 93. The exterior material 91 is attached except for the opening where the fitting 3 will be placed, and is placed at a distance to the exterior side from the vapor-permeable waterproof sheet 72 attached to the facing material 29 via the vertical furring strips 92 and horizontal furring strips 93. As a result, an air-permeable layer is formed between the exterior material 91 and the vapor-permeable waterproof sheet 72. A backup material 95 and a sealing material 96 are arranged between the exterior material 91 and the parting materials 11 and 13. A backup material 95 and a sealing material 96 are also arranged between the flashing material 12 and the exterior material 91. An interior material 97 is attached to the interior side of the panel frame 20, except for the opening where the fitting 3 will be placed. Furthermore, a frame 98 is attached to the interior side of the body opening frame 5, covering the interior material 97 and hiding the screws 45. In this way, the exterior wall of the building is constructed. Here, because the trim 11 is attached to the exterior facing surface 312 of the upper frame 31 with screws 15, the height of the lintel 21, i.e., the gap between the lintel 21 and the exterior facing surface 312 covered with the waterproof double-sided tape 71 and the breathable waterproof sheet 72, is located higher than the backup material 95 and sealant 96 placed between the underside of the exterior material 91 and the trim 11. Therefore, even if the sealant 96 or the like is damaged due to aging or other reasons and rainwater seeps into the ventilation layer, the risk of water seeping inside the room beyond the exterior facing surface 312 is reduced. Rainwater that seeps into the ventilation layer can be drained by running around the trims 11 and 13.
[0035] [Effects of the embodiment] According to the above embodiment, the lower frame 32 is formed by an outdoor frame material 320 and an indoor frame material 420 connected by a connecting portion 50, and a waterproof plate 80 is arranged along the shape of the window sill 22 from the second intermediate sight surface 224, which is located inside the room rather than the connecting portion 50 of the lower frame 32, to the first intermediate sight surface 223, the first intermediate sight surface 222, the outdoor sight surface 221, and the outdoor surface of the surface material 29. Therefore, even if rainwater or the like seeps in through the connecting portion 50 of the lower frame 32, it falls onto the waterproof plate 80, preventing the window sill 22 from getting wet. The corner waterproofing members 81 and intermediate waterproofing members 82 that make up the waterproof plate 80 are formed to fit the shape of the window sill 22, improving installation workability. Furthermore, the increased adhesion between the window sill 22 and the waterproof plate 80 reduces the risk of water leakage due to uneven installation. Furthermore, because the waterproof plate 80 is made up of a pair of corner waterproofing members 81 and an intermediate waterproofing member 82, even if the dimension in the X-axis direction of the fitting 3, i.e., the length of the sill 32, varies, the length can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the intermediate waterproofing member 82. This allows the corner waterproofing members 81 to be standardized, reducing the manufacturing cost of the waterproof plate 80. Furthermore, the length of the intermediate waterproofing member 82 can be easily adjusted by adjusting the cutting position of the sheet material, further reducing costs.
[0036] Because the outdoor frame members 310, 320, and 330 of the window frame 30 are made of a metal material such as aluminum, they can be easily attached by driving screws into the screw holes. Furthermore, when fastening the nail fins of a resin frame to the frame of the opening in the main body 5 with screws, care must be taken to prevent cracks from occurring in the nail fins. However, in this embodiment, the metal outdoor frame members 310 and 330 can be fastened to the frame of the opening in the main body 5 with screws 35, preventing cracks from occurring and water leakage from cracks. The exterior facing surfaces 312, 332 to which the waterproof double-sided tape 71 is stuck are flush with the exterior surfaces of the surface material 29, so that no step occurs in the waterproof double-sided tape 71, thereby preventing pinholes from occurring and reducing the risk of water intrusion. Furthermore, since the trim 11 is fixed to the exterior visible surface 312 of the upper frame 31 with screws 15, the height position of the trim 11 and sealing material 96 can be made lower than the height position of the lintel 21, and even if the sealing material 96 etc. deteriorates and water seeps in, it is possible to prevent the water from seeping inside the upper frame 31, and the water that seeps in can be drained to the outside by running around the trim materials 11 and 13 in the ventilation layer.
[0037] [Variations] In the above embodiment, the intermediate waterproofing member 82 was attached after the corner waterproofing member 81 was attached to the window sill 22, but the intermediate waterproofing member 82 may be attached to the window sill 22 first. Also, the intermediate waterproofing member 82 was made of a sheet material with fold grooves 820 processed, but like the corner waterproofing member 81, it may also be formed by vacuum forming or the like. Furthermore, although the intermediate waterproofing member 82 is configured with a length dimension such that both ends thereof overlap a portion of the corner waterproofing members 81, it may also be configured with a length dimension such that it is disposed between the corner waterproofing members 81 without overlapping with the corner waterproofing members 81. Even in this case, waterproofing can be ensured by attaching single-sided butyl tape 86 across the corner waterproofing member 81 and the intermediate waterproofing member 82. Furthermore, the waterproof plate 80 is not limited to one in which the corner waterproof members 81 and the intermediate waterproof member 82 are formed separately, but may be one in which they are integrally formed by vacuum forming or the like. The connecting portion 50 between the outdoor frame members 310, 320, 330 and the indoor frame members 410, 420, 430 is not limited to the structure of the above embodiment. For example, since the connecting portion 50 faces the indoor space that is isolated from the outdoor space by the double airtight material 36 and ensures airtightness and watertightness, a connecting structure that omits the soft portion 55 may be adopted. In the waterproof plate 80, the upper end of the second rising portion 825 is at the same height as the upper end of the second intermediate sighting surface 224, but may be at a lower height than the second intermediate sighting surface 224. In the above embodiment, the outdoor frame materials 310, 320, and 330 are made of metal material, and the indoor frame materials 410, 420, and 430 are made of synthetic resin material, but this is not limited to this. For example, both the outdoor frame materials and the indoor frame materials may be made of metal material, or both may be made of synthetic resin material. In the above embodiment, an inward-opening window was described as the fixture 3, but the type of fixture 3 is not particularly limited, and it may be any type of window having a composite frame that connects the exterior frame material and the interior frame material. Furthermore, the waterproof plate mounting structure and window frame sealing structure are not limited to waterproof plates 80 and window frames 30 attached to wall panels 1 produced in a factory, but can also be used for waterproof plate mounting structures and window frame sealing structures attached to openings in buildings constructed on-site by assembling pillars, beams, studs, window sills, lintels, etc., but are particularly suitable for attaching waterproof plates 80 and window frames 30 to wall panels 1 produced in a factory.
