In the outdoor, people will often encounter thunderstorms, light and other climates, which seriously affect the normal outdoor sports experience. Therefore, the outdoor gazebo came into being, which can protect people from the wind and rain to a certain extent.
[0004] Outdoor gazebos are built by people with certain materials, and the characteristics of materials will inevitably have an impact on the modeling style of buildings. Therefore, the plastic arts of gazebos also depend on the materials selected to some extent. Because of the differences in the performance of various materials, the gazebos built with different materials have their own distinctive features, and at the same time, they are bound to be limited by the characteristics of the materials used. At present, the popular outdoor gazebo building materials are not only wooden materials, but also metal materials.
[0005] At present, when the top plates of metal gazebos are installed, most of them are fixed together by welding, thus forming the roof of the gazebo. However, welding will completely fix all the connecting parts together, which is not easy to disassemble, and the installation process is complicated and the cost is high.

[0031] Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 7;
[0032] the present invention provide a connecting structure applicable to a top of an outdoor gazebo, which includes a fixed beam 100 fixed on the top of the gazebo and a plate 200, wherein the fixed beam 100 is provided with a connecting pipe 102 for connecting with the plate 200, and a cylinder 201 is arrange at the edge of the plate 200, and the cylinder 201 is inserted into the connecting pipe 102 to form a detachable connection between the fixed beam 100 and the plate 200.
[0033] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, by inserting the cylinder 201 into the connecting pipe 102 of the fixed beam 100, the plate 200 can be installed together with the fixed beam 100. On the contrary, by pulling out the cylinder 201 from the fixed beam 100, the plate 200 can be detached from the fixed beam 100, so that in this way, the installation and disassembly between the plate 200 and the fixed beam 100 are convenient and fast, and the installation cost is low.
[0034] In this embodiment, the middle of the plate 200 is also provided with a raised groove body and configured as a convex groove 202; the end of the convex groove 202 is provided with a fixed seat 300, and the convex groove 202 and the fixed seat 300 are attached to the cross beam 600 of the gazebo through rivets 400.
[0035] After the plate 200 is installed between the fixed beam 100 and the convex groove 202, the fixed seat 300 is placed between the convex groove 202 and the cross beam 600, and then the plate 200, the fixed seat 300 and the cross beam 600 are connected together by rivets 400, so that the plate 200 can be completely installed on the top frame of the gazebo, thereby improving the installation stability of the plate 200.
[0036] In other embodiments (not shown), the rivets 400 can also be replaced by bolts, so that the plate 200, the fixed seat 300 and the cross beam 600 can be connected together by threaded connection, which is more convenient and faster than the rivets 400.
[0037] According to the above, in this embodiment, the fixed beam 100 is a multilayer hollow structure, and the cross section of the fixed beam 100 is an isosceles trapezoid. The hollow structure in the middle of the fixed beam 100 is configured as a fixed pipe 101, the hollow structures on both sides of the fixed pipe 101 are configured as connecting pipes 102, both the connecting pipes 102 and the fixed pipe 101 are rectangular; and the hollow structure formed between the connecting pipes 102 and the fixed pipe 101 is configured as a supporting pipe 103, which is a right triangle; the cross section of the connecting pipe 102 is a semi-closed structure, and the opening of the semi-closed structure is configured as a through groove 104.
[0038] In this embodiment, the connecting pipes 102 are arranged on the left and right sides of the fixed beam 100, and by arranging the connecting pipes 102 on the left and right sides of the fixed beam 100, a plate 200 can be installed on either the left or right side of the fixed beam 100. Therefore, through this connection, a plurality of fixed beams 100 are installed side by side in parallel, and then a plate 200 can be installed between two adjacent fixed beams 100, thus forming a whole roof slab, as shown in FIG. 1.
[0039] In this example, as shown in FIG. 4, when the cylindrical cylinder 201 is inserted into the rectangular connecting pipe 102, the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 201 will be tangent to the inner surface of the connecting pipe 102, thus forming a sealing structure, so as to conduct waterproof sealing between the plate 200 and the fixed beam 100 and avoid water leakage in rainy weather.
[0040] In other embodiments of the cylinder 201 (not shown), the outer surface of the cylinder 201 can also be bonded with a sealing layer, wherein the sealing layer can be made of silicone rubber or pearl cotton. Therefore, when the cylinder 201 is inserted into the connecting pipe 102, the sealing layer can be closely attached between the cylinder 201 and the connecting pipe 102, thereby further improving the sealing ability between the cylinder 201 and the connecting pipe 102 and improving the waterproof sealing effect between the plate 200 and the fixed beam 100.
[0041] By arranging the through groove 104, the plate 200 passes through the through groove 104 when the cylinder 201 is inserted into the connecting pipe 102. In this way, when the cylinder 201 is inserted into the connecting pipe 102, the through groove 104 allows the plate 200 to have a movable space to ensure that the cylinder 201 can be inserted into the connecting pipe 102 smoothly.
[0042] In one embodiment of the through groove 104, as shown in FIG. 6, the groove width of the through groove 104 is corresponding to the thickness of the plate 200. In this embodiment, the groove width of the through groove 104 is the same as the thickness of the plate 200, so that when the cylinder 201 is inserted into the connecting pipe 102, the upper and lower surfaces of the through groove 104 can be fit to the upper and lower surfaces of the plate 200, so that the plate 200 can be connected with the connecting pipe 102. In this way, the waterproof sealing effect between the plate 200 and the fixed beam 100 can be improved in rainy weather. In the modified embodiment of this embodiment, the upper and lower surfaces of the through groove 104 can also be bonded with gaskets, so that when the plate 200 is inserted into the through groove 104, the plate 200 can be closely attached to the through groove 104, thereby further improving the sealing effect.
[0043] In another embodiment of the through groove 104, as shown in FIG. 5, the groove width of the through groove 104 is larger than the thickness of the plate 200. By making the groove width of the through groove 104 larger than the thickness of the plate 200, the movement of the plate 200 in the through groove 104 is more convenient, and the installation and disassembly of the plate 200 are also more convenient.
[0044] By arranging the fixed pipe 101 and the supporting pipe 103, a hollow structure may be formed in the fixed beam 100, thereby reducing the weight of the fixed beam 100, facilitating the transportation of the fixed beam 100 and reducing the processing and manufacturing cost of the fixed beam 100. In this embodiment, the supporting pipe 103 is a right triangle, and the supporting pipe 103 can play a support role between the fixed pipe 101 and the connecting pipe 102 by using the principle that the right triangle has good stability, thereby improving the overall structural strength of the fixed beam 100.
[0045] Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention also provides an outdoor gazebo, which includes a plurality of upright posts 500 and a plurality of cross beams 600, wherein the beams 600 form a top frame and are installed above the upright posts 500; wherein, a plurality of fixed beams 100 are uniformly installed between two adjacent beams 600; a plate 200 is arranged between two adjacent fixed beams 100, a cylinder 201 is arranged on the plate 200, and a connecting pipe 102 is arranged on the fixed beam 100; and the cylinder 201 is inserted into the connecting pipe 102 to form a detachable connection between the fixed beams 100 and the plate 200.
