Abstract
Description
Composite material degradation recovery system and composite material degradation recovery method Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a material recovery device, in particular to a degradation recovery system and a degradation recovery method for composite materials. Background Art
[0002] A composite material is a material in which a reinforcement is added to a base material. The material properties of the base material and the reinforcement complement each other, improving the overall material performance. One method for recycling composite materials is to degrade the base material into oligomers soluble in the degradation solution, allowing the base material and reinforcement to be recycled separately.
[0003] The current practice involves mixing the composite material's base material with a degradation solution and placing it in a degradation tank for degradation. Once the composite material is degraded by the degradation solution, the degraded mixture must be removed from the tank, and the composite material's reinforcement material and the degradation solution (including the degraded base material) must be separated separately. The reinforcement material is then separated again, cleaned, and dried using various processing devices. Furthermore, the next degradation cycle requires refilling the tank with degradation solution and heating it to the degradation temperature. This time-consuming process reduces the efficiency of the degradation process and needs improvement.

[0063] 2 , 7 and 9 , the composite material degradation and recovery method of the present invention is applicable to the composite material degradation and recovery system described above. The composite material degradation and recovery method comprises the following steps:
[0064] Step 91: One of the movable carriers 73 drives one of the inner cylinders 1 to move into one of the degradation cylinders 31. The filter holes 114 of one of the inner cylinders 1 allow the degradation liquid to enter the chamber 12 to degrade the composite material matrix in one of the inner cylinders 1 into the oligomers.
[0065] Step 92: One of the movable carriers 73 drives one of the inner cylinders 1 to move from one of the degradation cylinders 31 to the separation cylinder 41, and one of the inner cylinders 1 rotates centrifugally in the separation cylinder 41, so that the degradation liquid containing the oligomers flows into the separation cylinder 41 through the filter pores 114 of one of the inner cylinders 1.
[0066] When one of the movable carriers 73 drives one of the inner cylinders 1 to move out of one of the degradation cylinders 31 , the degradation liquid containing the oligomers can flow into one of the degradation cylinders 31 through the filter holes 114 of one of the inner cylinders 1 .
[0067] Step 93 : The collection box 33 collects the degradation liquid containing the oligomers from one of the degradation cylinders 31 and the separation cylinder 41 , and the degradation separator 34 separates the oligomers from the degradation liquid, and the oligomer box 35 collects the oligomers again.
[0068] Step 94 : One of the movable carriers 73 drives one of the inner tubes 1 to move from the separation tube 41 to one of the cleaning tubes 42 , and the corresponding injector 43 injects the cleaning liquid to clean the composite reinforcement material in one of the inner tubes 1 .
[0069] Step 95 : One of the inner cylinders 1 is centrifugally rotated in one of the cleaning cylinders 42 , so that the cleaning liquid containing the degradation liquid flows into one of the cleaning cylinders 42 through the filter holes 114 of one of the inner cylinders 1 .
[0070] Step 96 : The central tank 45 collects the cleaning liquid containing the degradation liquid in one of the cleaning cylinders 42 , and the cleaning separator 46 separates the degradation liquid from the cleaning liquid. The degradation liquid tank 47 then collects the degradation liquid.
[0071] Step 97: One of the movable carriers 73 drives one of the inner cylinders 1 from one of the cleaning cylinders 42 to one of the drying cylinders 51. The corresponding dryer 52 then dries the composite reinforcement in one of the inner cylinders 1. At this point, the reinforcement can be collected and recycled.
[0072] In the present invention, the inner cylinder 1 for containing the composite material has the filter holes 114 for allowing the degradation liquid and the cleaning liquid to enter and exit the chamber 12, and the movable carrier 73 is used to drive the inner cylinder 1 into the degradation cylinder 31. After the base material of the composite material is degraded into the oligomers by the degradation liquid, the movable carrier 73 then drives the inner cylinder 1 containing the reinforcing material of the composite material into the separation cylinder 41, the cleaning cylinder 42 and the drying cylinder 51 for subsequent processing. This can prevent the reinforcing material from remaining in various devices during the process, thereby improving the recovery rate of the reinforcing material of the composite material. Furthermore, after the composite material in the inner cylinder 1 is degraded by the degradation liquid in the degradation cylinder 31, the movable carrier 73 removes the inner cylinder 1 containing the reinforcement material from the degradation cylinder 31. At this point, the degradation liquid remains in the degradation cylinder 31, and the movable carrier 73 can then place the next inner cylinder 1 containing the composite material into the degradation cylinder 31 to continue the next degradation operation, thereby achieving the effect of continuous composite material degradation. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention can be truly achieved.

The cover defines a containing space for containing the degradation device, the separation device, the drying device and the driving device. The exhaust device is arranged in the cover and is used to exhaust the gas in the containing space to the outside.
15. A method for recycling composite materials by degradation, characterized in that: The composite material degradation and recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the composite material degradation and recycling method comprises the following steps: (A) the movable carrier drives the inner cylinder to move into the degradation cylinder, and the degradation liquid in the degradation cylinder degrades the matrix of the composite material in the inner cylinder into the oligomers; (B) the movable carrier drives the inner cylinder to move from the degradation cylinder to the separation cylinder, and the inner cylinder is centrifugally rotated in the separation cylinder, so that the degradation liquid containing the oligomers flows into the separation cylinder through the filter holes of the inner cylinder; (C) the movable carrier drives the inner cylinder to move from the separation cylinder to the cleaning cylinder, and the injector then injects the cleaning liquid to clean the reinforcing material of the composite material in the inner cylinder; (D) the inner cylinder is centrifugally rotated in the cleaning cylinder, so that the cleaning liquid containing the degradation liquid flows into the cleaning cylinder through the filter holes of the inner cylinder; and (E) The movable carrier drives the inner cylinder to move from the cleaning cylinder to the drying cylinder, and the dryer then dries the reinforcing material of the composite material in the inner cylinder.
16. The method for recycling composite materials according to claim 15, characterized in that: The degradation device also includes a collecting box connected to the degradation cylinder and the separation cylinder, a degradation separator connected to the collecting box, and an oligomer box connected to the degradation separator. The degradation and recovery method of the composite material also includes a step (B′) after step (B). In step (B′), the collecting box collects the degradation liquid containing the oligomers, and the degradation separator separates the oligomers from the degradation liquid, and the oligomer box collects the oligomers again.
17. The method for recycling composite materials according to claim 15, characterized in that: The separation device also includes a concentration box connected to the cleaning cylinder, a cleaning separator connected to the concentration box, and a degradation liquid tank connected to the cleaning separator. The degradation and recovery method of the composite material also includes a step (D′) after step (D). In step (D′), the concentration box collects the cleaning liquid containing the degradation liquid, and the cleaning separator separates the degradation liquid from the cleaning liquid, and the degradation liquid tank collects the degradation liquid again.
