A prismatic ultraviolet LED light source device with liquid cooling

Abstract

This invention relates to a liquid-cooled prismatic ultraviolet LED light source device, comprising multiple ultraviolet LED light source modules and a regular prismatic heat sink. The number of ultraviolet LED light source modules is an integer multiple of the number of sides of the heat sink and is evenly distributed on the outer surface of each side. The heat sink has a liquid inflow channel and a liquid outflow channel arranged around the liquid inflow channel. The inlet of the liquid outflow channel and the outlet of the liquid inflow channel are connected at one end of the heat sink, while the outlet of the liquid outflow channel and the inlet of the liquid inflow channel are both located at the other end of the heat sink. Compared with the prior art, this invention uses irregularly shaped separators to realize the internal flow channel, resulting in a compact structure. It fully utilizes the internal dimensions of the heat sink to construct the liquid cooling heat dissipation circuit, eliminating the need for additional pipes, and ensuring consistent light emission performance across all cylindrical surfaces, forming a good columnar light source.
