Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to a hydraulic assembly. Background Art

[0002] A hydraulic assembly is known from the prior art, which is equipped for hydraulically supplying at least one identifiable hydraulic consumer, such as pressure supply and / or volume flow supply. For this purpose, such a hydraulic assembly has at least one hydraulic tank and at least one pump component group. Such a hydraulic assembly typically also has fluid lines for controlling the consumers and a trough (wanne) designed to collect leakage. In the common design of a hydraulic assembly for static operation, for example for a forming press, the fluid tank is fixed to the collecting trough in a flat construction, that is, in an approximately horizontal plane with maximum extension, while the pump component group is fixed to the fluid tank in a flat construction, that is, with a spindle extending, for example, horizontally, and a control device including a fluid line is fixed to the fluid tank and / or to the pump component group.

[0003] This conventional design has the major disadvantage that the horizontally extending construction does not meet the requirements of modern workshops for a machine floor that is as low as possible, where the machine height is mostly unlimited. In addition, the conventional design has many other disadvantages: the hydraulic tank, in addition to the container function, also performs the function of static load-bearing, which is expensive and inflexible in design. The components / component groups mechanically mounted in series with each other deteriorate the maintainability. The components / component groups mechanically mounted in series with each other complicate the modularity / application adaptability. The hydraulic tank supporting the other components / component groups is excited to vibrate, which also increases the undesirable sound emissions; the acoustic optimization of the hydraulic tank requires an increase in material use again. Summary of the invention

[0004] In contrast, the object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic assembly with a small footprint. The present invention preferably meets at least one of the additional requirements of simple maintainability, flexibly adaptable design, simplified modularization and / or reduced emissions. The present invention is also preferably mass-producible and / or can be used in an application-specific manner.

[0005] The object is achieved by a hydraulic assembly, which includes a fluid supply area arranged in a housing section and a control area arranged in a housing section arranged above the fluid supply area, wherein at least one hydraulic tank and at least one pump component group are arranged side by side in the fluid supply area, characterized in that the pump component group is arranged in an upright construction.

[0006] The hydraulic assembly according to the present invention is provided with at least one hydraulic tank and a pump component group in the fluid supply area for supplying at least one hydraulic consumer. The hydraulic assembly is preferably arranged for static operation, for example for supplying factory machinery. By arranging the fluid supply area and the control area approximately one above the other or approximately vertically, the bottom surface of the hydraulic assembly is kept very small. The areas can be limited by at least one housing section, such as a housing part and / or a partial housing. The control area can be a housing section prepared for accommodating a control device and / or a control member in order to prepare for application compatibility. By enabling the pump component group to be designed in an upright construction manner, i.e. with the maximum extension in the vertical direction, such as, for example, with a main axis extending approximately vertically, only a small bottom surface is required.

[0007] The hydraulic tank is also preferably designed in an upright construction, wherein the maximum extension extends approximately vertically, so that only a small base surface is also required. In addition to the pump component group, the hydraulic tank is also preferably arranged in the fluid supply area, so that a compact arrangement can be achieved by means of the respectively independently optimized shapes and overall space saving can be achieved. The hydraulic tank is preferably a flow-optimized and / or volume-reduced tank, so that only a small base surface is required; for example, a tank with at least two deflections (Umlenkung) each deflected by 180° can be used. For example, it is possible that at least one recess, such as a cavity, is present in the surface of the hydraulic tank, which recess corresponds, for example, to at least one flow-guiding geometry arranged in the interior, wherein at least one accessory, such as a cooling pump or the like, and / or a part of the accessory, is embedded in the recess in a space-saving manner.

[0008] In the pump component group, at least one hydraulic pump and at least one drive motor are preferably at least directly connected, so that a coupling (Kupplung) can be omitted. Advantageous embodiments further save structural space and costs, such as partially integrated construction methods or even fully integrated construction methods, in which the pump shaft is, for example, accommodated in the hollow shaft of the drive motor or the drive motor shaft is accommodated in the hollow shaft of the pump, and in a fully integrated construction method, the pump or motor is provided, for example, in a common housing. In principle, any drive technology can be used. Asynchronous motor technology is particularly reliable as a drive motor. A drive motor with preferably synchronous motor technology achieves a particularly high energy density and / or a particularly small construction size. Water-cooled synchronous motors are even more energy-intensive and / or have smaller construction sizes.

[0009] The fluid supply area, also referred to as the hydraulic area, comprises, in addition to at least one pump component group and at least one hydraulic tank, further components and / or component groups, such as, for example, a filter component group, which can be fluidically connected in parallel and / or in series with a consumer circuit, and / or, for example, a cooling component group, such as an actively and / or passively air-cooled and / or water-cooled cooler component group, which is connected in parallel and / or in series with a consumer circuit.

[0010] A foundation which delimits the fluid supply area on the bottom side can be designed as the basis of the hydraulic assembly, wherein the foundation is preferably a component of the hydraulic assembly which can be moved relative to the surrounding environment, such as a workshop. If the pump component group and the hydraulic tank are connected in parallel to the foundation, an overall simple design is achieved. The pump component group and the hydraulic tank can be arranged or fixed on a common foundation.

[0011] If the pump component group and / or the hydraulic tank are rigidly connected to a base designed as a block foundation, which limits the fluid supply area on the bottom side, this advantageously changes the natural frequency of this composite structure and / or the hydraulic assembly, so that less sound can be emitted overall and / or in a frequency band that is considered less disturbing. The block foundation can be a foundation designed according to the principle of large inertial mass. Alternatively, it can be provided that the pump component group and / or the tank are supported on the base in a spring-loaded, damped and / or floating manner with at least one or at least one elastic and / or damping element connected in between, so as to meet customer requirements.

[0012] In view of the strong vibration-damping properties, it is preferred that the foundation contains polymer concrete and / or consists of polymer concrete. Polymer concrete can be defined as a composite material having at least concrete and polymer fibers and optionally at least one metal component, such as a steel semi-finished product, and / or at least one other additive.

[0013] In order to reduce emissions, the base and the housing section can seal around the fluid supply area at least on the bottom side and the outside. The fluid supply area can also be further expanded to be sealed around the upper side by the housing section. Emissions to be reduced can be, for example, acoustic emissions, leakage fluid emissions and / or the like.

[0014] Thus, for example, it can be provided that the base and the housing section surrounding the fluid supply area are formed together as a fluid collecting groove, so that leaking fluid flows escaping under pressure can also be reliably collected directly. For example, it can be provided that the housing section contains a sound-absorbing plate-shaped element. For example, it can be provided that the housing section and the base are spliced in a fluid-tight manner.

[0015] If the base is designed as a fluid collecting trough, the escaping hydraulic fluid can be collected directly. The base can be formed, for example, concavely on the upper side. The base can preferably be dimensioned at least to accommodate the leakage fluid flow and more preferably to accommodate the volume corresponding to the hydraulic circuit and / or the tank. The base can additionally or alternatively be equipped with a transfer interface for a separate fluid collecting trough. These features can facilitate or promote compliance with legal regulations, such as the German Water Conservation Act.

[0016] The control area preferably includes an electrical control area and a fluid circuit construction space. The electrical control area preferably includes the electrical energy supply structure of the hydraulic assembly and / or the electronic control device of the hydraulic assembly. The term "electronic control device" can be understood or summarized as: a control device related to the assembly, such as a controller such as a control device that can store programming; a control device related to a component, such as a drive for an actuator or an evaluation unit for a sensor; a communication device, such as a network connection; an input and / or output device, such as a human-machine interface such as a touch-sensitive screen; or the like. The fluid circuit construction space is preferably a construction space that is prepared for the installation of application-specific fluid circuits.

[0017] For ease of maintenance, it can be provided that the fluid supply area and the electrical control area arranged in the control area are arranged on the same assembly side. This makes it easier to replace filters, such as oil filters in the fluid supply area and air filters in the housing section of the electrical control area. It can be further extended to provide that the fluid supply area and the electrical control area have at least one openable housing part, such as a door, on the same assembly side, or have a common openable housing part. This assembly side is preferably configured as the front side of the hydraulic assembly; this assembly side can, for example, contain operating elements and / or operating connections; the bottom surface can therefore be omitted, so that only the surface for access by the operator should be provided on the assembly side.

[0018] Further expansion or can be independently claimed is that the fluid supply area and the fluid line structure space arranged in the control area are fluidly connected and / or connected through an attachment block (Anschlussblock). The attachment block is preferably equipped with at least one interface for at least one arbitrary fluid line on the side of the fluid line structure space. Advantageously, the interface is configured to connect at least one standard line structure element and / or to connect at least one hydraulic line, such as at least one input line to a consumer and / or at least one return line away from the consumer. The interface preferably includes a substantially horizontal contact surface for a fluid line constructed in a vertical layer structure, wherein the individual line elements are placed in layers one above the other in the corresponding housing block so that the refitting of the fluid line can be realized with simple devices. It is particularly preferred that the attachment block in the form of a valve body (Ventilblock) is designed as a line unit, which accommodates at least one pressure limiting unit, at least one non-return unit that is fluidically cut off from the fluid line to the pump component group, at least one pressure filter unit and / or at least one sensor unit, such as at least one temperature sensor unit, at least one pressure sensor unit and / or at least one volume flow sensor unit. Advantageously, the attachment block comprises at least one electronic interface, preferably for communication with an electronic control device. The attachment block preferably extends approximately horizontally in order to enable simple mountability. In an exemplary configuration, in which the fluid supply area is arranged at the lower front and the fluid line area is arranged at the upper rear, the attachment block then extends approximately horizontally, for example also above the hydraulic tank and between them, in order to connect the fluid areas to one another in a manner that can be easily mounted. The attachment block can also be referred to as a hydraulic block.

[0019] The housing includes a housing section with a fluid supply area below and a housing section with a control area above. In addition to the base described above, the housing can include other sections. The housing can be designed as a frame structure with a load-bearing frame component so that it can be particularly accessible. The housing can be designed as a truss structure (Fachwerkkonstruktion) with a load-bearing frame component and a wall component fixed thereon, so that the structural elements optimized respectively are used for absorbing loads and for covering / shielding. The housing can be designed as a self-supporting wall structure to reduce the number of parts, which saves costs especially in mass production. The housing can be a hybrid structure consisting of a segmented pure frame structure, a truss structure and / or a self-supporting wall structure, so as to meet different requirements in sections. Here, "segmentation" is not a mandatory "housing section". Therefore, the hybrid structure can use self-supporting walls as side walls and rear walls respectively, and the self-supporting walls are used as a frame for a removable wall or at least one door for at least one front part, so as to ensure simple access to the interior of the housing. The hybrid structure can also include a self-supporting wall in the lower part and a truss structure built thereon in the upper part, so as to better prevent the discharge in the lower housing section, for example. An insulating structure, such as a soundproofing structure, can be preferably provided on the inner side of the housing for at least one housing part, such as a frame part and / or a wall part and / or a door and / or a base, so as to further reduce the discharge. The housing parts, preferably at least the housing parts surrounding the fluid supply area, are preferably connected to each other in a sealed manner, so as to at least prevent the fluid from escaping from the housing. Profile rails can be advantageously used to achieve simple and fast installation, wherein these profile rails can be used to connect application-specific fluid lines in the area of the attachment block and / or the fluid line structure space and / or in the area of the electrical line area for connecting application-specific controllers and / or for example integrated switch cabinets and / or in the area outside the housing for connecting the hydraulic assembly with an application-specific mechanism. The frame part can be a profile rail. The profile rail can be a separate component, such as a semi-finished product, or the profile rail can be a section of a component, such as a groove of a wall part.

[0020] The hydraulic assembly is preferably provided with at least one cooling water connection, which has at least one inlet connection and at least one return connection, wherein only one connection with only one inlet and only one return structure is particularly preferred for simple connection. In addition, the hydraulic assembly preferably has an internal cooling water distribution mechanism, which distributes the input cooling water to internal consumers, collects cooling water from the internal consumers and inputs the cooling water to the return structure. The cooling water consumer can be a hydraulic fluid cooler, such as a tube bundle cooler, a countercurrent cooler or preferably a plate cooler, a drive, such as a water-cooled synchronous motor or the like, a power electronic device, such as a drive or a power amplifier, a transformer and / or a controller or the like. The hydraulic assembly is preferably provided with at least one energy supply interface, wherein only one interface is particularly preferred. In addition, the hydraulic assembly preferably has an internal energy distribution mechanism. The hydraulic assembly is preferably provided with at least one data exchange interface. The hydraulic assembly is preferably provided with at least one human-machine interface, wherein the human-machine interface is preferably mounted on the front side of the housing, for example on a door. It is particularly preferred that the hydraulic assembly is provided with a human-machine control interface for controlling the controller and / or a human-machine information interface for notifying a user. An example of such a control interface is a monitor with a keyboard or a touch-sensitive screen or the like. An example of such an information interface is a status light provided for visualizing the state of the hydraulic assembly, such as a light that is intended to emit red, yellow and green light, such as an RGB light or an RG light, for example an LED light.

[0021] Therefore, a hydraulic assembly with a housing is disclosed, wherein the tank and the pump are arranged side by side in the fluid supply area at the bottom and the control area is arranged above the fluid control area. By designing the pump in an upright construction, a compact hydraulic assembly with a small bottom surface is achieved.

[0022] In other words, the hydraulic assembly can be claimed independently, wherein in the lower part a hydraulic tank is arranged in a housing and in front of it a pump with a drive motor designed in an upright manner is arranged. The electronic control device can be arranged above it, more precisely, preferably diagonally offset or arranged forward of the hydraulic tank. In the space above the tank, it can be preferably arranged in a highly tandem manner. Fluid control devices are arranged, such as, for example, at least one functional block and / or at least one valve. The housing can be formed by frame parts and / or wall parts. In addition, an attachment block can be provided in the hydraulic assembly, which attachment block can, for example, extend approximately through the depth of the assembly, such as extending in a front-to-rear orientation. This attachment block can have connections for a pump and for the hydraulic return to the tank in the front part and, for example, a filter that can be screwed on. In the rear part, the attachment block can provide at least one upwardly pointing attachment surface for at least one valve and / or at least one control block. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0030] Figure 1 The hydraulic assembly 1 according to the invention is shown for stationary operation and is accommodated in a housing 2 . The housing 2 accommodates a fluid supply region 6 or a hydraulic region or a hydraulic unit in a lower housing section 4 and a control region 10 in an upper housing section 8 .

[0031] The base 12 or floor, which can be considered as part of the housing 2, consists of polymer concrete and is designed and dimensioned as a collecting trough and closes the fluid supply area 6 on the bottom side. An upwardly self-supporting wall 14 with an internal sound insulation structure (not shown) is connected to the base 12 in a fluid-tight manner laterally and at the rear, while a door 16 with a likewise internal sound insulation structure abuts against the front in a fluid-tight manner, see in particular Figure 2 .

[0032] In the fluid supply area 6, a hydraulic tank 18, a pump assembly 20 or a hydraulic drive unit and a cooling assembly 22 or a cooler assembly are installed without a bottom surface. The hydraulic tank 18 is rigidly connected to the base 12. The hydraulic tank 18 has a flow-optimized and degassing-optimized shape and is designed in an upright construction, that is, the height is not less than the width and depth, so that the hydraulic tank only requires a small bottom surface. The hydraulic tank 18 is designed as a tank assembly, which, in addition to the tank as a container, also has a filling level display, a filling height sensor, a sensor interface, a suction interface and a return line interface (all not shown), which can all be specified as optional and independent of each other. The pump assembly 20 includes a pump 24 in an upright construction rigidly connected to the base 12, that is, the height of the pump is also not less than the width and depth, and the pump assembly includes a synchronous motor rigidly connected to the pump 24 as a drive 26, so as to reduce the overall height and increase the inertial mass. The pump shaft is accommodated in the hollow motor shaft (not shown). The cooling component group 22 is connected in parallel with the pump component group 20 and is connected to the hydraulic tank 18 fluidically independently of the consumer circuit or pressure circuit. The cooling component group 22 comprises a cooling pump 28, the motor of which is concealed in the flow-guiding geometry of the hydraulic tank 18 in a space-saving manner, and a plate cooler 30, which is also partially concealed in the flow-guiding geometry of the hydraulic tank 18 in a space-saving manner.

[0033] In the control area 10 there is arranged Figure 3 The electrical control area 32 or electrical unit or switch box section and the electrical control area 32 or electrical unit or switch box section shown in the Figure 4 The fluid line installation space 34 explicitly shown in FIG. 1 is an area for an application-specific or customer-specific hydraulic control.

[0034] The electrical control area 32 is surrounded by a wall 14 and a door 16 arranged in front in a dust-tight manner, wherein an air inlet 36 with an air inlet filter 38 and an air outlet 40 with an internal air guide geometry 56 such as at least one air guide plate and an air outlet filter 42 are arranged in the wall 14 on approximately diagonally opposite housing sections. In the electrical control area 32, a main switch 44, a mains choke 46, a mains filter 48, electronic components 50 for distribution and protection, a drive regulator 52 are shown by way of example, and a touch-sensitive screen 54 is shown in the window of the door 16 as a human-machine interface. Figure 3 Also shown is at least one fluid-tight and dust-tight cable leadthrough 56 through the wall 14 separating the fluid supply area 6 and the electrical control area 32 in a fluid-tight and dust-tight manner, through which motor power cables and / or sensor cables are guided.

[0035] The fluid line installation space 34 is partially open for easier access, in this case at the rear and at the top, wherein the wall 14 serves as a side dam. Access to the fluid control device 62 is achieved here via windows in the lateral walls 14, see Figure 1 . The interface 58 of the attachment block 60 opens into the fluid line space 34 on the bottom side, pointing upward. The interface 58 is configured here to construct a customer-specific or application-specific fluid control device 62 or such a control block or valve body approximately vertically according to a segmented block-shaped construction method, such as construction method IH20. This construction method is only a preferred example of a standard-compliant interface 58. In addition to the fluid control device 62, in the fluid line structural space 34, a degassing unit 64 for actively separating air bubbles in the hydraulic tank 18 or actively separating air bubbles from the hydraulic tank 18 is connected to the attachment block 60. In addition, a currently optional additional connector 66 to and from the hydraulic tank 18 opens into the fluid line structural space 34 on the bottom side. Via the wall 14 between the electrical control area 32 and the fluid line structural space 34, at least one electrical interface 67 connects the two areas 32 and 34.

[0036] exist Figure 4 In the illustration of , the fluid supply area 6 with the hydraulic tank 18 can be seen on the bottom side, but the fluid-tightly closed wall can optionally be arranged to close the fluid supply area 6 at the top or to close the fluid line structure space 34 at the bottom; this wall that closes the fluid line structure space 34 at the bottom in a fluid-tight manner is preferably designed to collect leaking oil and transfer it to the hydraulic tank 18, the upper side of the base 12 and / or the like. As an alternative to this, as in Figure 5 As can be seen in the side view of FIG. 6 , the upper side of the hydraulic tank with the leakage guide geometry 68 can be designed, for example, to be inclined or to be designed as an outlet.

[0037] Figure 5 The basic structure of the hydraulic assembly 1 is shown in a sectional side view. Here, the fluid supply area 6 arranged below and the control area 10 arranged above or above it are limited by the corresponding housing sections 4, 8. In each of the front areas 70, that is, on the front assembly side, the pump component group 20 and the cooling component group 22, the electrical control area 32 and the attachment block 60 located therebetween, in particular, for example, a filter 72 screwed into it, are arranged in a manner that can be accessed through the door 16. The screen 54 can also be accessed from the front. At the rear, in each of the rear areas 74, that is, on the rear assembly side, the hydraulic tank 18 and the fluid line structural space 34 are arranged. Figure 5In the side view, a suction line 76 from the hydraulic tank 18 to the pump 24, a pressure connection 78 such as a hose from the pump 24 to the attachment block 60, and a return flow 80 from the attachment block 60 to the hydraulic tank 18 are also shown in the front area of the fluid supply area.

[0038] The attachment piece 60 has a lateral connection at the end in the front region 70 that is directed downward and / or at least accessible from below in terms of installation technology, and has a lateral connection at the end in the rear region 74 that is directed upward and / or at least accessible from above in terms of installation technology. Figure 6 A variation of is shown with an added filter 72 and an added three-part fluid control device 62 .

[0039] The housing 2 is designed as a combined structure here. The foundation forms a base 12 supported on a height-adjustable support. The housing section 4 below with a self-supporting wall 14 and a door 16 is constructed on the base 12. Optionally, a frame component 82, such as a profiled rod, is also used in the housing section 4 below. Here, a semi-finished profiled rod is constructed as a frame component 82 on the housing section below, and the frame component forms a layer that is advantageously suitable for connecting / adding other elements. Via the frame component 82, the upper housing section 8 is formed by other walls 14, wherein the electrical control area 32 is surrounded by the wall 14 and the door 16 in an all-round manner, and the fluid control structural space 32 is only limited by the wall 14 laterally here. This structure has a number of advantageous characteristics. The pump component group 20 is, for example, surrounded by fluid sealing and soundproofing at least on five sides and preferably on six sides, thereby reducing emissions; in other words, they can be surrounded as much as possible and can therefore be well soundproofed. In addition, the electrical control area 32 can directly dissipate heat upward through the air outlet 40. The hydraulic consumer connections (not shown) on the fluid control device 62 are freely accessible from the rear side and spatially separated from the operating elements, so that the fluid control device 62 can be replaced without reconfiguring the housing 2. The current hydraulic assembly is such a compact unit, which can particularly well utilize the space available in height on its base or facade and thus meets the requirements of modern workshops cost-effectively.
