By designing a double-layer structure and slurry discharge space in the cyclone of the pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower, the gravity flow of the slurry is reduced and the resistance in the tower is reduced. Through the design of the split assembly structure, the on-site welding is reduced and the installation efficiency is improved. The problems of excessive tower resistance and excessive equipment scale design during high-sulfur flue gas treatment are solved, and efficient and low-energy flue gas purification is achieved.

Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of flue gas purification equipment, in particular to a treatment device for purifying flue gas from industrial furnaces, boilers and other equipment by utilizing the pneumatic emulsification principle. Background Art

[0002] Wet flue gas desulfurization is the most widely used desulfurization technology, accounting for almost 85% of the world's total desulfurization installed capacity. There are more than 200 specific implementation methods, most of which are inseparable from nozzles, such as empty tower spray, Venturi, swirl plate tower, bubbling tower, turbulent ball tower, porous plate tower, water film tower, etc., all of which are inseparable from spraying liquid. The pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower developed based on the principles of aerodynamics is the only wet flue gas purification device on the market that does not require nozzles for liquid distribution.

[0003] In the past 20 years, more than 1,000 pneumatic emulsification desulfurization towers have been put into industrial operation. Due to their high desulfurization efficiency, low operating costs, and simple and compact absorption tower structure, they are widely used in the non-ferrous metal smelting industry. The highest desulfurization efficiency reaches 99.99%, the operating power consumption is only 20% of other methods, and the performance is very stable.

[0004] In 2008, the dual-cyclone pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower was successfully developed. Since 2010, it has been gradually applied to industries other than non-ferrous smelting. In 2016, it was put into commercial use to meet the situation of unstable and fluctuating flue gas volume in steel metallurgy. Up to now, among the hundreds of thousands of boilers and tens of thousands of pellet sintering production equipment in China, more than 400 furnaces have been equipped with pneumatic emulsification desulfurization towers.

[0005] The multi-cyclone pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower has high desulfurization efficiency. Compared with wet methods such as spraying, semi-dry methods such as circulating fluidized bed, and dry methods such as activated carbon, the overall system equipment scale is small and the operating cost is low, which is very competitive in the market. However, in use, there are the following situations:

[0006] First, the desulfurization tower has a large resistance. When the flue gas to be treated is high in sulfur (tens of thousands of milligrams), the liquid-gas ratio is larger than the design value. In order to ensure that the single-tower resistance is lower than a certain value, the original pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower is generally a single-tower double-swirl flow. When treating high-sulfur flue gas, multiple towers are connected in series to ensure that the outlet emissions meet the standards. Even so, the tower resistance generated by treating ultra-high sulfur flue gas is very high. When the design treats 70,000 mg / m 3 In the engineering practice of sulfur dioxide flue gas, the outlet sulfur dioxide reaches 100mg / m 3When the following requirements are met (desulfurization rate 99.86%), the actual double cyclone tower series resistance reaches 14000pa, which is much higher than the theoretically calculated resistance of 8000pa. The higher the overall resistance, the greater the work that the flue gas needs to do to overcome the tower resistance, and the fan performance requirements are high. The rated power and actual operating power of the matching motor under the same flue gas conditions will be greater, and the energy consumption of the entire production line will be higher. Although the efficiency of pneumatic emulsification technology has been verified, it produces a large energy loss in actual production. When the fan capacity is insufficient, it may even affect production. The actual production operation is difficult, and there is still a lot of room for improvement in pneumatic emulsification technology (pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower).

[0007] Second, the resistance of the desulfurization tower is uncontrollable. Pneumatic emulsification technology is widely used in the field of kiln exhaust gas treatment in the iron and steel metallurgy, non-ferrous smelting and other industries. In the kilns in the field of non-ferrous smelting and renewable resources, the kiln ingredients contain high levels of harmful substances such as sulfur, and the kiln load varies greatly. In the recycled lead industry, such as the oxygen-enriched side-blowing furnace in the factory area of Shandong Zhongqing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., the highest kiln sulfur dioxide emission reaches 70,000 mg / m 3 The average sulfur dioxide is 42000mg / m 3 The feeding period is 6 hours, from 7000mg / m 3 Sulfur dioxide concentration reaches 70000mg / m 3 It only takes 15 minutes. During this process, the amount of fresh circulating liquid instantly increases several times, the thickness of the emulsion layer increases accordingly, and the resistance increases accordingly. The maximum tower resistance reaches 13000pa.

[0008] Third, the sulfur dioxide in most furnaces that produce high-sulfur flue gas is unstable, with a large fluctuation from thousands of milligrams to tens of thousands of milligrams. The desulfurization system can actually be regarded as a chemical production line for the preparation of desulfurization by-products. When the operating conditions are unstable, it is difficult to control the production parameters and the preparation of desulfurization by-products is unstable.

[0009] In the original double cyclone series pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower or pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower with adjustable flue gas volume, after the emulsion layer slurry formed by the cyclones in each layer in a cyclone cylinder absorbs the harmful substances in the flue gas, its main process parameters (pH value, density) are different due to the concentration of harmful substances in the flue gas, the absorption efficiency and absorption effect of each layer are different, and the subsequent treatment and control are also different. In the existing pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower, the single tower multi-layer absorption slurry all falls into the homogenization chamber, and flows from the homogenization chamber to a reaction tank. When the pollutant concentration parameters in the flue gas fluctuate greatly, the slurry supply of each emulsion layer of the desulfurization tower increases and decreases accordingly, but the absorption efficiency and effect of each layer cannot be accurately known, resulting in the unstable reaction time of the slurry after absorbing harmful substances, and the process control time must also change accordingly.

[0010] For this reason, all equipment sizes and types are designed according to the maximum design value, and sometimes the design margin needs to be increased. The overall scale of the project is determined from the beginning of the design, and the investment has not reached the most economical state; at the same time, wet desulfurization has certain requirements on the quality of the desulfurizer, such as the mesh size of limestone powder is greater than 300 mesh, and the CaO content is greater than 52%. The finer the lime particles, the better the desulfurization effect and the effect of desulfurization gypsum, but the higher the quality of limestone powder, the higher the price. Even if you grind limestone powder yourself, you need to invest in certain equipment, and the investment and energy consumption have not reached the optimal state. If the system is a single-layer cyclone pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower connected in series, the above problems can be solved, but several desulfurization towers are required, which is costly and occupies a large area, causing unnecessary waste.

[0011] Fourth, most of the existing pneumatic emulsified desulfurization towers are made of 316L stainless steel. When the flue gas in the chemical industry contains high fluorine and chloride ions, plastic materials such as PP will also be used. The above materials need to be made and installed for desulfurization towers, and due to transportation reasons, when dealing with large projects with flue gas volumes of hundreds of thousands to millions, desulfurization towers cannot be made in the factory. Most of them need to send materials to the project site for on-site production and installation. The main process of on-site production and installation is a lot of welding work. The shortest construction period for a project is about 2-3 months, of which the desulfurization tower production and installation takes 1-2 months. Because it is an open-air operation, weather, environment and other reasons will affect the quality and construction period of the desulfurization tower production, and the quality and speed cannot be compared with those of the processing plant.

[0012] Specifically, the structure of the pneumatic emulsified desulfurization tower (from bottom to top) is mainly divided into the gas equalization section, the filter element group section, and the demisting section. In the past, the gas equalization section and the demisting section of the pneumatic emulsified purification tower were all made of stainless steel and other materials. The whole plate was cut, and after the wall panels were welded, the carbon steel reinforcement ribs were welded and installed on the outer wall to ensure the strength. The filter element (cyclone) is made by prefabricating the cyclone first, and then installing / welding / connecting it to the tubular container with an empty interior. Therefore, when the project requires the filter element group to be large-caliber, it is not convenient to transport it to the site for welding and installation after it is made in the factory (vehicle transportation is super wide and super high); generally, all materials are processed on site after they arrive at the site. Since the inside of the filter element is basically empty except for the cyclone, the economic efficiency of transporting the factory-made cyclone to the site is very poor. A large amount of on-site welding makes the project construction period long.

[0013] If the components of the desulfurization tower cannot be manufactured in the processing plant and must be manufactured on site, the following problems will arise:

[0014] 1. Quality control issues. Compared with factory processing, due to cost and site reasons, on-site production has several factors that affect the quality of production:

[0015] (1) Nonferrous metallurgy and iron and steel metallurgy plants have limited space, making it difficult to fully implement production;

[0016] (2) The cutting, welding, installation and rust removal levels of the hired production personnel cannot be fully controlled;

[0017] (3) According to the construction period, the construction quality management regulations that may exist are not well implemented. For example, the use of special welding rods requires insulation of the welding rods, welding slag should be cleaned, some parts need to be pickled, and some platform stairs need to be painted 3-4 times for protection, etc., which are not strictly implemented;

[0018] (4) The on-site environment is worse than that of the factory. The dust and powder in the on-site factories of steel metallurgy and nonferrous metallurgy are large, which makes it impossible to ensure that the materials are properly cleaned during production. The subsequent process processing leads to unstable quality of the finished product.

[0019] 2. Safety issues: According to local environmental protection requirements, environmental protection facilities (including chimneys) should be no less than tens of meters. Operations such as high-altitude lifting and welding are difficult and safety accidents are prone to occur if management is not in place. There are various different media on site, and if leakage occurs, safety accidents are also prone to occur.

[0020] 3. The construction period issue. For general desulfurization projects, the total construction period for pneumatic emulsification desulfurization systems is 2-4 months, including 20-30 days for design, 20-30 days for civil construction, and 30-50 days for equipment manufacturing and installation. For spray desulfurization systems, the total construction period is 6 months, and the equipment manufacturing and installation period takes more than 60 days (the desulfurization tower manufacturing process includes anti-corrosion procedures). Regardless of the method, a lot of construction time is required, which greatly affects the owner's planned production.

[0021] Fifth, the above-mentioned 316L stainless steel is the mainstream material for making pneumatic emulsification desulfurization towers. However, since the original desulfurization tower was designed for welding connection, it is impossible to change to other high-performance but non-weldable materials according to the specific working conditions of the flue gas, such as electroplated composite materials, ceramics, etc. As a result, pneumatic emulsification desulfurization towers cannot use electroplated composite materials, ceramics or other materials that are not suitable or cannot be welded, which limits the promotion of pneumatic emulsification technology, and cannot use special materials that can effectively reduce costs according to actual flue gas conditions. [0041] In the pneumatic emulsification treatment device provided by the present invention, the cyclone cylinder of the purification element is designed to have a double-layer structure of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and a pulp discharge portion is provided on the side wall of the inner cylinder. In this way, during operation, after the emulsion layer is formed inside the inner cylinder, the earliest formed emulsion layer slurry can be brought out of the inner cylinder by the pneumatic force from the inside to the outside, and after being collected in the slurry discharge space, it is discharged outward, so that the slurry does not flow from the inner cylinder to the cyclone of the next layer of purification elements by the gravity of the slurry itself, so that the resistance in the purification element is only the emulsion layer itself formed by the slurry supply of the current layer of purification elements, which significantly reduces the increase in additional resistance brought by each layer of emulsion layer due to the increase in the actual liquid-gas ratio, and reduces the total resistance of the desulfurization system, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the operating parameters of the fan and saving energy and reducing consumption; at the same time, the multi-tower series connection can be changed to a single tower form, and each purification tower can be provided with a multi-stage purification element in series, which improves the desulfurization capacity of the single tower, reduces the equipment scale, saves investment, and saves land. Moreover, since the slurry of each level of the single-tower multi-stage purification element can be controlled separately, the upper slurry does not fall to the lower layer, and the absorption effect of the emulsion layer of this layer can be achieved to the best.

[0042] In addition, by designing the outer shell of the gas equalization chamber and the demisting chamber as a split assembly structure, its components can be processed in the factory, thereby ensuring the standardization of component specifications and forms, and can be mass-produced in a standardized factory to ensure the production quality of the components. Moreover, after the components are transported to the site, they are connected by a splicing structure without welding operations, which can achieve the purpose of rapid installation, effectively shorten the construction period, and ensure construction safety and equipment quality. Through the standardization of parts, factory processing can realize the selection of special materials according to different working conditions, such as electroplated composite materials (electroplated materials cannot be welded), ceramics or other materials that are not suitable or cannot be welded, to meet the needs of actual production. In addition, since the specifications and forms of parts are fixed, by increasing or reducing the number of parts during the design process of environmental protection facilities or devices, the processing scale of environmental protection facilities can be increased or reduced without redesigning the structure of environmental protection facilities, directly reducing operating costs, and it is suitable for wet desulfurization of various complex media such as slurry, and has the characteristics of not easy to deform and anti-leakage. [0062] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the solution of the present invention, the present invention is further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific implementation methods.

[0063] In this article, the terms "front, back, inside, outside" and the like are established based on the positional relationships shown in the drawings. The corresponding positional relationships may also change depending on the drawings, and therefore cannot be understood as absolute limitations on the scope of protection; moreover, relational terms such as "first" and "second" and the like are merely used to distinguish one component from another with the same name, and do not necessarily require or imply any actual relationship or order between these components.

[0064] The pneumatic emulsification principle of a typical purification element during operation is as follows: In the circular tubular device of the purification element, the accelerated flue gas to be treated enters the container from the lower end of the container at a certain angle, forming a rotating and rising turbulent airflow, which collides with the unstable solution flowing down from the upper end of the container. The flue gas high-speed rotary shears the flowing solution, the solution is chopped, the gas and liquid are fully mixed, and a dynamically stable emulsion layer is formed under the appropriate parameter matching. During the emulsification process, the emulsion layer gradually thickens, and the rising pneumatic support force reaches a balance with the gravity of the emulsion. As the flue gas flows, part of the emulsion is taken away, and the previously formed emulsion will be replaced by the newly formed emulsion. In the emulsion layer, the harmful substances carried by the flue gas come into contact with the fine liquid particles in the emulsion and are absorbed.

[0065] The pneumatic emulsification purification device is usually provided with a plurality of purification elements, each of which is provided with a cyclone, and the solution enters the purification element from the top of each cyclone. The inventor has found through research that in this case, the cyclone on the top layer accelerates the flue gas to form an emulsion layer with the solution supplied on the top layer according to the pneumatic emulsification principle, the pneumatic force reaches a balance, the solution is continuously supplied, the emulsion layer thickens, the previously formed emulsion is replaced by the newly formed emulsion, and the old emulsion falls to the top of the lower cyclone; fresh solution is also supplied above the lower cyclone at the same time, the upper emulsion is mixed with the fresh solution, and the flue gas is accelerated by the lower cyclone to form an emulsion layer with the mixed solution. The amount of the emulsion layer is the sum of the fresh solution and the emulsion falling from the upper layer. The pneumatic force is proportional to the square of the flue gas flow rate. The faster the flow rate of the flue gas accelerated by the rotation of the lower layer is, the greater upward pneumatic lifting force can be provided to achieve a balance with the gravity of the solution. Moreover, in the process of the slurry continuously falling, the resistance inside the filter element will be correspondingly increased. Therefore, the resistance of the thicker emulsion layer in the lower layer is greater than the theoretical value of the emulsion layer formed by the single-layer cyclone, resulting in a larger actual tower resistance of the multi-cyclone pneumatic emulsion desulfurization tower. When the flue gas volume and the pollutant content in the flue gas increase, the corresponding increase in the solution supply in the tower will inevitably increase the resistance in the tower exponentially, and the performance of the pneumatic emulsion desulfurization tower cannot be further improved.

[0066] In addition, the inventors have also found through research that the absorption efficiency of the slurry in the upper layer after absorbing pollutants in the flue gas is reduced or it has lost its ability to absorb again. After mixing with the slurry supplied from the lower layer, the absorption efficiency of the emulsion layer is further reduced, making it impossible for the working efficiency of the lower emulsion layer to reach the optimal state. The pollutants in the flue gas can only be removed by increasing the slurry supply. Increasing the slurry supply will increase the overall resistance in the tower. During use, the system resistance will be further increased as practice progresses, resulting in the kiln being unable to produce normally.

[0067] Therefore, a single-stage pneumatic emulsification desulfurization (filtration) tower rarely has more than two layers of purification elements, otherwise the system resistance will be several times the theoretical value. When treating flue gas with high pollutant content, multi-stage towers are generally connected in series. Under the same flue gas volume, the equipment manufacturing cost is much higher than that of a system with low pollutant content. Moreover, the pipe bends between the multi-stage series towers and the demisting section of the desulfurization tower will increase the tower resistance.

[0073] The first quick-release connection part 4 at the top can be a flange, a thread or a movable clamp. The corresponding connection method is selected according to the specifications. If the pipe diameter is large, a flange with bolts can be used for connection. If the pipe diameter is not large, threaded splicing or movable clamp docking can be used. The lower part of the first quick-release connection part 4 is a solution slurry feeding section. The slurry feeding section is provided with one or more slurry feeding ports 5. If a single slurry feeding port 5 is provided, it is easy to cause blockage. By providing multiple slurry feeding ports 5, uniform slurry feeding is ensured. At the same time, the slurry feeding port 5 can be set to feed slurry at a certain angle to conform to the inner wall of the inner tube 2, and the angle is the same as the direction of the rotating upward airflow.

[0074] The lower part of the slurry feeding section is the slurry discharge section. The slurry discharge part 6 of the slurry discharge section can be set to a hole-shaped, mesh-shaped, or sieve-shaped structure according to different media. If the solid content of the medium is high, a hole-shaped structure with a relatively large pore size can be selected. The slurry discharge amount of the slurry discharge section is not less than the slurry feeding amount; the lower part of the slurry discharge section is the flue gas acceleration section. A cyclone 7 is arranged inside the flue gas acceleration section. The cyclone 7 can be an ordinary cyclone or a curved cyclone. The blades of the curved cyclone can be in the shape of a bucket, a spoon, a hook, a groove, etc., which can block the remaining slurry that has not been discharged from the slurry discharge section. The number and distribution of special-shaped blades are selected according to actual flue gas conditions.

[0075] A guide groove 9 is provided between the outer wall of the inner tube 2 and the inner wall of the outer tube 3. The guide groove 9 is an annular structure for receiving the slurry flowing out from the slurry discharge part 6. The final flow direction of the slurry can be independently controlled. For example, when there are multiple purification elements in series, each layer of slurry will not affect each other, and the process parameters of each layer of slurry can be independently controlled. The design of the guide groove 9 is based on the principle that the slurry can flow quickly and without liquid accumulation. A guide pipe 10 is provided at the bottom or outer edge of the guide groove 9. Several guide pipes 10 can be provided at the guide groove 9 to prevent single-tube blockage and ensure smooth slurry discharge. The slurry does not enter different reaction containers through the inside of the purification element 1. The second quick-release connection part 11 at the bottom of the purification element 1, its structure and selection can refer to the first quick-release connection part 4 to meet the needs of quick installation. It should be noted here that the second quick-release connection portion 11 can be the same as the first quick-release connection portion 4 or different from the first quick-release connection portion 4. For example, the first quick-release connection portion 4 and the second quick-release connection portion 11 are both threads, or the first quick-release connection portion 4 is a thread and the second quick-release connection portion 11 is a flange, and so on.

[0076] The outer tube 3 is also a circular tubular structure, whose height is consistent with that of the inner tube 2, and whose radius is larger than the diameter of the inner tube 2 plus the width of the guide groove 9. Similar to the inner tube 2, a third quick-release connection part 12 is provided at its uppermost end, and a fourth quick-release connection part 13 is provided at its lowermost end. An observation mirror 14 is provided on the external side wall, and opening the observation mirror 14 also has a maintenance function. The slurry inlet 16 matches the position of the solution slurry feeding section of the inner tube 2, and is used for supplying slurry to the inner tube 2 through an external pipeline. As shown in the figure, the slurry feeding port 5 of the inner tube 2 is provided with a slurry feeding pipeline 18, and the slurry feeding pipeline 18 passes through the slurry inlet 16 on the side wall of the outer tube 3 and is connected to the interior of the inner tube 2.

[0077] As for the slurry discharge space formed between the outer tube 3 and the inner tube 2, from top to bottom, they are respectively a slurry feeding pipe 18 (partially) passing through the slurry discharge space, a guide groove 9 and a guide pipe 10. If it is for the purpose of saving production and material costs, the guide groove 9 can be connected to the outer wall of the inner tube 2 and the inner wall of the outer tube 3, and the guide pipe 10 can also be attached to the outer wall of the inner tube 2 and the inner wall of the outer tube 3, or be designed as an independent pipe.

[0078] Each layer of parallel slurry discharge pipes 10-1 are transported to the same reaction container. Figure 1 The dotted pipe of the top purification element represents the slurry discharge pipe 10-1 of the purification element of this layer. According to the structure of the purification element, the slurry discharge pipe 10-1 can be placed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the purification element 1 in the form of an internal component. When in this form, the slurry discharge pipes 10-1 of all layers can be arranged in the purification element 1 of the bottom layer or the connection section between the purification element 1 and the uniform gas chamber 22 to form a unified outlet; if the slurry discharge pipe 10-1 is placed outside the outer wall of the purification element 1, it is in the form of a dotted line, and fresh slurry enters this layer, and the slurry after reaction exits the tower in this layer, so as to achieve the purpose of independent control of the slurry process parameters of each layer.

[0079] The above-mentioned inner and outer double-tube design is easy for process control and is convenient for forming and maintaining the emulsion layer. The outer wall of the outer tube 3 integrates the control instrument 17 and related mechanical control motion mechanism, which is easy to realize automation, save materials, save installation time, and is also convenient for maintenance.

[0080] Please refer to Figure 8 , Fig. 9 , Figure 8 A side view of an inner cylinder, a guide groove, and a guide pipe of another purification element disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention; Fig. 9 for Figure 8 A side view of the outer barrel of the purification element is shown.

[0081] As shown in the figure, in another embodiment, the purification element provided is basically the same as the first embodiment described above, and the main difference is that the inner tube 2 is provided with a slurry blocking component that cooperates with the slurry discharge part 6 to adjust the slurry discharge amount of the slurry discharge part.

[0082] Specifically, the slurry blocking component can be a movable baffle 19, which is in the shape of a sleeve and can be movably arranged on the outside or inside of the inner cylinder 2 up and down. It can be moved up and down along the outer wall or inner wall of the inner cylinder 2, and is connected to the inner cylinder 2 or the outer cylinder 3 through an up and down sliding mechanism, and is provided with a driving mechanism that can drive the movable baffle 19 to move up and down relative to the inner cylinder 2 or the outer cylinder 3. When the movable slurry blocking plate 19 moves up and down, it can form different degrees of blocking on the slurry discharge part 6. The blocked part of the slurry discharge part 6 is sealed by the movable slurry blocking plate 19, and no slurry is discharged. The part not blocked by the movable slurry blocking plate 19 remains unobstructed and can continue to discharge slurry, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the slurry discharge amount of the slurry discharge part. By controlling the movable baffle 19, the adjustment effects of full opening, partial opening and full closing can be achieved. The structure for driving the movable baffle 19 can be in various ways. For example, the movable baffle 19 is installed on the outer wall of the inner tube 2 through a linear slide rail, and then the movable baffle 19 is driven to move up and down by a gear rack mechanism, or the movable baffle 19 is driven to move up and down by a cylinder or an oil cylinder, etc. Since it can be achieved by adopting general technology, it will not be described in detail in this article.

[0083] The movable baffle 19 is mainly used to adjust the total amount of slurry passing through the purification element 1. When the movable baffle 19 completely closes the slurry discharge part, the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 3 of the purification element 1 can also be used for online maintenance. At the same time, the emulsion layer can be ensured to be at a normal liquid level. In order to control the movable baffle 19, a slurry control mechanism 20 can be integrated on the outer wall of the outer cylinder 3 to automatically or manually control the movement of the movable slurry baffle. The position of the movable slurry baffle 19 is controlled by the liquid level of the inner emulsion layer, the slurry flow rate, the resistance generated by the emulsion layer in the filter element, and the flue gas pollutant parameters before and after purification.

[0084] In addition, in this embodiment, an extended slurry discharge hole 8 is provided on the side wall of the inner tube 2, and each of the extended slurry discharge holes 8 corresponds to the guide vanes of the cyclone 7. The guide vanes serve to block the remaining slurry that has not been discharged from the slurry discharge section. When the slurry that has not been discharged from the slurry discharge part 6 and collected by the guide vanes accumulates to a certain amount, it can be discharged outward from the extended slurry discharge hole 8 and enter the guide groove 9 below to prevent the slurry from falling to the next layer of purification elements.

[0085] The outer side wall is provided with an observation mirror 14, an inspection hole 15, a slurry inlet 16 and an instrument 17. The observation mirror 14 and the inspection hole 15 can be integrated together or separated according to actual needs. At the same time, opening the observation mirror 14 also has an inspection function. The instrument 17 includes but is not limited to a level meter, a flow meter, a pressure gauge, a pH meter, and an online monitoring device.

[0086] Please refer to Fig.10 , Fig.10 for Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the assembly of the pneumatic emulsification processing device shown.

[0087] As shown in the figure, the air intake pipe 21 is arranged on one side of the air equalizing chamber 22. The air intake pipe 21 can be a quick-install prefabricated part, which is fastened to the air equalizing chamber 22 by screws or bolts in combination with sealing strips. The purification element group 23 is installed above the air equalizing chamber 22. The air equalizing chamber 22 and the bottom-layer purification element 1 are connected through the first transition connection section 27. The upper part of the first transition connection section 27 is a quick-install structure such as a flange, a threaded line or a movable clamp, and the lower part is an integrally connected lower flower plate, which forms the top plate of the air equalizing chamber 22.

[0088] Several purification elements 1 are connected in series and in parallel to form a purification element group 23. The purification elements 1 shown in the figure are divided into four groups, each group is formed by four purification elements 1 connected in series in the vertical direction, and the four groups of purification elements are distributed in an array and connected in parallel on the gas path, with a total of sixteen purification elements 1. Since a single purification element 1 is generally cylindrical, its appearance after being connected in series is cylindrical. After being connected in parallel, when observed from the outside, the entire purification element group 23 appears in the shape of four cylinders. Due to the obstruction, Fig.10 Only two groups of purification elements 1 are visible.

[0089] Of course, this document does not make an absolute limitation on the number and combination of purification elements 1. According to the needs of actual operation, the number can be further increased or reduced, and these purification elements 1 can be combined in series or in parallel, or in a mixed manner of series and parallel. For example, there are only two purification elements 1, and the two purification elements 1 are connected in series in the vertical direction, or there are four purification elements 1, and the four purification elements 1 are located on the same layer and are connected in parallel with each other, or there are three groups of purification elements 1 connected in parallel, each group includes three purification elements connected in series in the vertical direction, and so on.

[0090] The purification element 1 of the top layer of the purification element group 23 is connected to the defogger chamber 24 through the second transition connection section 28. Similar to the first transition connection section 27, the lower part of the second transition connection section 28 is also a quick-install structure such as a flange, a threaded line or a movable clamp, which is connected to the four purification elements 1 at the bottom layer through the quick-install structure. The upper part is an integrally connected upper flower plate, which can be used as the bottom plate of the defogger chamber 24. The upper part of the defogger chamber 24 is connected to the smoke exhaust pipe 25.

[0091] During actual operation, the flue gas flows as follows:

[0092] The flue gas to be treated enters the gas equalizing chamber 22 through the air inlet pipe 21. Certain pretreatment and gas equalizing guide devices will be set in the gas equalizing chamber 22 to evenly distribute the flue gas entering the purification element group 23, so that the flue gas is evenly distributed to four groups of parallel purification elements 1, which meets the design parameters of a single purification element 1; after the flue gas is purified by the pneumatic emulsification purification element group 23, it enters the demisting chamber 24 for deep demisting, and finally, it is discharged to the outside of the tower through the exhaust pipe 25.

[0093] During actual operation, the slurry flows as follows:

[0094] The slurry conveying equipment (pump) conveys the slurry to each layer of purification element 1 through pipelines and water supply pipe components. The slurry that absorbs harmful substances in the flue gas is discharged to the diversion trough through the slurry discharge section, and then discharged through the diversion pipe below the diversion trough through the slurry discharge special pipeline to each reaction container with set process parameters for subsequent process control. Except for the slurry in the bottom purification element 1, other slurries do not fall into the bottom reaction container through the desulfurization tower.

[0095] Please refer to Fig.11 , Fig.12 , Fig.13 , Fig.11 It is a partial schematic diagram of the outer folding edges of two adjacent wall panels being connected by bolts; Fig.12 for Fig.11 A side view of the wall panel connection structure shown; Fig.13 for Fig.11 A top view of the wall panel connection structure shown.

[0096] As shown in the figure, the gas equalizing chamber 22 and the demisting chamber 24 can be regarded as large containers suitable for medium conditions with complex, normal or low pressure conditions, which need to have sealing properties. They are installed and fixed in a welding-free manner using factory-prefabricated wall panel components. After installation, they can be put into operation directly without the need for subsequent processing of materials, thus shortening the construction time of environmental protection facilities while ensuring quality.

[0097] Specifically, the outer shell parts of the air equalizing chamber 22 and the demisting chamber 24 are both split assembled structures, including a number of wall panels 29 distributed along the horizontal and vertical directions. Since the air equalizing chamber 22 and the demisting chamber 24 are rectangular in cross-section, each of the wall panels 29 is a rectangular flat plate. Each wall panel is a factory prefabricated part, and adjacent wall panels 29 are connected by a non-welded splicing structure.

[0098] The connection method between the wall panels in the horizontal direction (transverse structure) is as follows:

[0099] The edge of the wall panel 29 is bent to form an outer folded edge 30, or an angle iron profile is welded on the wall panel 29 to form the outer folded edge 30, the angle between the outer folded edge 30 and the wall panel 29 is 90°, and a reserved position (usually a bolt hole or a slot) for fasteners for quick installation or removal is set on the outer folded edge 30, and the angle iron does not face the medium, that is, it faces outward; when the wall panels are installed and connected, after installing a corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and high-temperature resistant material pressing sheet (such as fluororubber) between the wall panels 29, the fasteners 31 (bolts and nuts) are installed on the reserved position (bolt hole), and by installing a fluororubber sheet at the connection part of the wall panel 29 facing the medium, the sealing performance in the horizontal direction can be guaranteed.

[0100] like Fig.14 , Fig.15 , Fig.16As shown, the connection method between the wall panels in the vertical direction (upper and lower structures) is as follows:

[0101] A male and female groove structure is designed at the joint, the upper edge of the lower wall panel 29 is the female groove 32, and the lower edge of the upper wall panel 29 is the male groove 33. During installation, a pressing sheet is also added between the male groove 33 and the female groove 32, and a fluororubber sheet is also added to the internal installation edge of the component to ensure the sealing performance. One side of the female groove 32 can be designed as a movable structure. When disassembly and assembly is required, one side of the female groove 32 can be disassembled or opened to achieve quick replacement.

[0102] Of course, the wall panels in the vertical direction can also adopt a horizontal connection structure, that is, they are also connected in the vertical direction by means of the outer folding edge 30 and the fastener 31, that is, the two wall panel connection methods are designed and matched on one component according to the specific situation. This design that mixes the male and female groove connection method with the outer folding edge connection method can also realize the rapid installation of the equipment, so that all parts can be factory-made and pre-processed, and no welding work is required on site.

[0103] Please refer to Fig.17 , Fig.17 for Fig.10 A partial enlarged view of part II in the middle.

[0104] As shown in the figure, for the connection between the upper and lower flower panels of the air equalizing chamber 22 and the defogger chamber 24 and the wall panel 29, or the connection between the wall panels at a certain angle, the angle of the bending part can be adjusted accordingly to make the connection parallel, and then the fastener 31 can be installed; alternatively, an internal connector 34 can be used for internal installation.

[0105] The internal connector 34 shown in the figure is an angle iron profile. When the internal connector 34 is used to connect the upper flower plate and the wall plate 29 or the lower flower plate 35 and the wall plate 29, the internal connector 34 is located inside the container, and its first corner edge and the second corner edge form a certain angle, for example, 90°. Bolt holes are reserved at both corner edges. The first corner edge is aligned with the bolt holes reserved on the upper flower plate or the lower flower plate 35, and is fastened by fasteners 31 (bolts and nuts). The second corner edge is aligned with the bolt holes reserved on the wall plate, and is fastened by fasteners 31 (bolts and nuts). Fluorine rubber strips and other seals are added between the internal connector 34 and the upper flower plate or the lower flower plate 35 and the wall plate to ensure the sealing effect.

[0106] When an internal connector 34 is used to connect two wall panels 29 at a certain angle, bolt holes are reserved at both corners of the internal connector 34, which are connected to the bolt holes reserved on the wall panels 29 and then tightened. Seals such as fluororubber strips are added between the internal connector 34 and the wall panels 29.

[0107] If a combined connection of a pipe, a manhole, or a flue is to be made on the wall panel 29, the required shape can be customized by prefabrication, and then fastened by a flange-like sealing strip.

[0108] The above embodiments are only preferred solutions of the present invention and are not limited thereto. On this basis, targeted adjustments can be made according to actual needs to obtain different implementation methods.

[0109] For example, the height of the outer cylinder 3 is smaller than that of the inner cylinder 2, and both ends of the outer cylinder 3 are connected to the outer wall of the inner cylinder 1 in a closed form, and only the upper and lower ends of the inner cylinder 2 are provided with quick-release connection parts; or, the pulp discharge part 6 adopts the form of a combination of a net, a hole, and a screen; or, the inner cylinder 2 or the outer cylinder 3 is designed into other shapes, and so on.

[0110] For another example, if the air equalizing chamber 22 and the demisting chamber 24 are cylindrical, the wall panel 29 can be designed to be a square with an arc in cross section; or, reinforcing ribs can be designed on the wall panel 29 according to factors such as the scale and strength of the equipment; or, the wall panel 29 can be designed to be in the form of a bent corrugated board, and so on.

[0111] Since there are many possible implementation methods, we will not give examples here one by one.

[0112] The present invention utilizes the aerodynamic force (on the horizontal plane) of the turbulent airflow that is accelerated and rotated upward in the tubular container. After the emulsion layer is formed, the slurry of the earliest emulsion layer is carried out of the circular tubular container (i.e., the inner tube 2) by the aerodynamic force from the inside to the outside, and is discharged through the slurry discharge pipe 10-1. The slurry is discharged to an independent reaction container through the outer cylinder 3, or is first transported downward between the outer cylinder 3 and the inner cylinder 2 for a distance and then discharged to an independent reaction container through the outer cylinder 3 of the lowest purification element, so that the slurry does not flow from the circular tubular container to the lower cyclone 7 by the gravity of the slurry itself, which can significantly reduce the increase in additional resistance brought by each emulsion layer due to the increase in the actual liquid-gas ratio. When the resistance of a single or single-layer purification element is reduced, the overall resistance of the tower is reduced, and each layer of purification elements can achieve the purpose of independent process reaction control. Each layer of purification elements can independently supply slurry and can independently discharge slurry. Such a design can reduce the liquid-gas ratio of the system, select a smaller pump power, and reduce the overall energy consumption. The operating efficiency of the multi-layer cyclone pneumatic emulsification desulfurization tower is further improved, and the equipment scale, investment and operating costs of kiln production are reduced.

[0113] Moreover, all the components of the present invention can be manufactured in the factory. The modular design reduces the design time and can be directly assembled on site after delivery. Environmental protection facilities such as desulfurization towers can be put into operation immediately after splicing and installation, which greatly reduces the project commissioning time. The production and installation time of a general wet desulfurization tower, which takes dozens of days, is shortened to a few days, which greatly improves the production time of the enterprise and directly reduces the installation cost of the wet desulfurization supplier. In addition, the quality of components is absolutely guaranteed in the case of modular mass production in the factory. Due to the single-tower structure, the total construction area can be effectively reduced, saving land.

[0114] In addition, it also has the following beneficial effects:

[0115] 1. When the resistance of the purification element is only the resistance generated by the emulsion layer, a single-tower multi-stage purification element can be connected in series. The single-tower multi-stage design can be achieved. In theory, the pneumatic emulsification technology can treat pollutants in the flue gas, such as sulfur dioxide, with an infinitely high content. Under the condition of ensuring the proper selection of the fan, 100% pollutant removal efficiency can be achieved, which can further expand the application scope of the pneumatic emulsification technology, making it not only suitable for wet dust removal and deep purification, but also suitable for use in production lines in chemical, coal, coking and other industries, reducing the operating cost of ultra-low emissions.

[0116] 2. By monitoring the emulsion layer and flue gas parameters in the filter element, the operating state of the emulsion layer can be more finely controlled. Under the premise of ensuring the removal of pollutants, the electromechanical equipment can be operated with the lowest energy consumption, and the resistance of the filter element can be controlled to the lowest.

[0117] 3. The process conditions of each layer of reaction can be independently controlled. Each layer of purification element can be independently supplied with slurry and can be independently discharged. The slurry in each layer can be independently fed and discharged. The slurry within a certain parameter range can be adjusted through the pipeline to the designated reaction container for subsequent process adjustments to ensure the stability of the product quality.

[0118] 4. Since the slurry at each level of the single-tower multi-stage purification element can be controlled separately, the upper slurry does not fall to the lower layer, so the absorption effect of the emulsion layer in this layer can be optimized.

[0119] 5. It can reduce resistance and realize independent control of process conditions of each layer reaction in a single tower, realize the engineering implementation of single-tower high-sulfur removal, and reduce the investment in the desulfurization tower part, changing from multiple towers to a single tower, saving equipment investment.

[0120] 6. The upper and lower ends of the components are connected by flanges, threads, movable clamps, etc., and modular and quick installation can be achieved without on-site welding, shortening the installation and welding cycle that originally took dozens of days or months to a few days, while making it easier to control product quality.

[0121] 7. It can be designed and produced in a standardized manner in the factory to better control its product quality. In addition to the existing widely used fiberglass, plastic, various stainless steel and metal materials, plastic, ceramic, electroplated composite materials, etc. can also be used. These materials are difficult to process but have better material costs and performance, making pneumatic emulsification technology widely applicable to other fields besides environmental protection.

[0122] 8. A single tower can effectively reduce the total construction area and save land.

[0123] 9. Since the components are standardized and there is no welding, the wall panels are easy to disassemble and replace, making them easy to inspect and maintain.

[0124] The pneumatic emulsification treatment device provided by the present invention is introduced in detail above. Specific examples are used in this article to illustrate the principles and implementation methods of the present invention.
