Abstract

The application discloses a new type of light honeycomb hole profiled steel plate stair in the technical field of precast concrete stairs, which comprises a stair body, the upper end face of the stair body is provided with a step plate, the lower end face of the stair body is provided with a stair segment bottom plate, the first end and the tail of the step plate and the stair segment bottom plate are both provided with a horizontal lap joint platform, the top of the lap joint platform is provided with a connecting mounting hole, the side edge of the stair body is provided with a through hole, and the inner upper end face and the inner lower end face of the stair body are respectively pre-buried with a honeycomb hole profiled steel plate one and a honeycomb hole profiled steel plate two. The precast stair adopts the honeycomb hole profiled steel plate one and the honeycomb hole profiled steel plate two to replace the upper and lower reinforcing steels of the stair, saves the reinforcing steel binding process, saves manpower and material resources, the honeycomb hole profiled steel plate can be mass-produced, production efficiency is improved, the through hole corresponding to each step plate reduces the self weight of the stair, and transportation is facilitated.
