A reduction motor

Abstract

The present application relates to a reduction motor, comprising a drive motor and a reduction mechanism connected to the drive motor. The reduction mechanism comprises an input shaft, a cycloid disc assembly, a fixed frame, and a movable frame. The input shaft has a crankshaft portion and is further provided with a first bearing mounted on the crankshaft portion, a second bearing located on either side of the crankshaft portion, and a third bearing. The cycloid disc assembly is mounted on the first bearing and has a circle of first cycloid teeth and a circle of second cycloid teeth. The fixed frame is mounted on the second bearing and has a first cycloid groove, the inner wall of which is circumferentially provided with a circle of first fixed teeth for meshing with the first cycloid teeth. The movable frame is mounted on the third bearing and has a second cycloid groove, the inner wall of which is circumferentially provided with a circle of second fixed teeth for meshing with the second cycloid teeth. The present application has the advantages of a large reduction ratio and a relatively short length.
