Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an oily mixed composition, a cosmetic prepared by mixing the oily mixed composition, and a method for producing the cosmetic. Background Art

[0002] Coloring pigments are commonly used and blended into cosmetics for the purpose of beautification, enhancement of charm, and appearance change due to their coloring effects. In particular, titanium oxide, an inorganic coloring pigment, has a white color, and iron oxide has pigments with yellow, red, and black colors. Therefore, the technology of combining these to adjust the color close to human skin, conceal skin problems, and make it beautiful and attractive has been commonly used in makeup cosmetics such as foundation.

[0003] On the other hand, since powders such as coloring pigments have agglomeration properties, technologies are used to improve the wettability and dispersibility of powders, and to improve the cosmetic retention and storage stability when they are mixed in cosmetics. For example, it is known to use polyether-modified silicone surfactants (Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Publication No. 2014-043422) and polyglycerol-modified silicone surfactants to improve the stability of formulations (Patent Document 2: WO2017-199732A1).

[0004] In the manufacturing process of makeup cosmetics such as liquid foundation, the following process is performed: using the surfactant represented by the above, titanium oxide, yellow, red, and black iron oxide are dispersed in the oil in advance, and after the oily mixed composition is prepared, it is contained in the cosmetic. Even if the above-mentioned surfactant is used to improve the dispersibility, sometimes uneven pigment occurs in the cosmetic. If there is uneven pigment in the cosmetic, the beauty of the appearance is damaged, and the unevenness during coating is also affected. The uneven pigment mentioned in the present invention refers to the imbalance of any coloring pigment confirmed by visual observation in the main body of the cosmetic or in the cosmetic film during coating. In the case of foundation, in the skin-colored cosmetic main body, it can be displayed as a red line generated by the segregation of red iron oxide and a white line generated by the segregation of white titanium oxide. In addition, the situation where there is a part of the surrounding skin-colored cosmetic main body and a different color tone like mist can also be displayed as uneven pigment. Such uneven pigmentation is not only a problem in the cosmetic itself, but also causes problems when the cosmetic is actually applied to the skin: the skin is drawn with segregated pigment, and it takes time to evenly apply the pigment, which reduces the image of the product value.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0038] The present invention will be described in detail below. In the following, compound names may be represented by cosmetic names.

[0039] I. Oily mixed composition

[0040] [ingredient (a)]

[0041] The component (a) of the present invention, the silicone-based surfactant having an HLB of 6 or less, is used to stably disperse the component (d) in the component (c). The component (a) is not particularly limited as long as it has an organosilicon skeleton (polysiloxane structure) and an HLB of 6 or less, and one type can be used alone or two or more types can be used in appropriate combination. It should be noted that the HLB related to the present invention is determined by the Griffin method.

[0042] Among the above-mentioned surfactants, component (a) is preferably a polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone surfactant or a polyglycerol-modified silicone surfactant. As for these modified silicones, in terms of chemical structure, polyoxyalkylene and polyglycerol can be used to modify the silicone chain as the main chain in a block type or a branched chain type. From the perspective of maintaining the high dispersibility of the coloring pigment of component (d), that is, the uniform dispersibility of the coloring pigment in the cosmetic, it is more preferred to use a branched chain type. On the other hand, in the chemical structure of the silicone main chain, a higher effect is shown when the silicone main chain has silicone branches and / or alkyl chains.

[0043] Among these, polyglycerol-modified silicone surfactants having a polyglycerol chain show high effects, and polyglycerol-modified silicone surfactants in which an alkyl chain and / or silicone chain form a branch on the silicone main chain are particularly preferred, specifically, surfactants in which a polyglycerol chain and a silicone chain form a branch on the silicone main chain, and surfactants in which a polyglycerol chain, a silicone chain and an alkyl chain form a branch on the silicone main chain.

[0044] Specific examples of silicone surfactants having an HLB of 6 or less include the following examples defined by cosmetic name.

[0045] The following can be listed:

[0046] PEG-10 dimethyl polysiloxane: KF-6017 (polyoxyethylene chains form branches on the silicone backbone)

[0047] PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone: KF-6028 (polyoxyethylene chains and silicone chains form branches on the silicone main chain)

[0048] Dodecyl PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone: KF-6038 (polyoxyethylene chains, silicone chains and alkyl chains form branches on the silicone main chain)

[0049] Hexadecyl PEG / PPG-10 / 1 dimethyl polysiloxane: KF-6048 (polyoxyalkylene chains and alkyl chains form branches on the silicone main chain)

[0050] Polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone: KF-6104 (polyglycerol chains and silicone chains form branches on the silicone main chain)

[0051] Lauryl Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone: KF-6105 (polyglycerol chain, silicone chain and alkyl chain form branches on the silicone main chain)

[0052] Polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone: KF-6106 (polyglyceryl chains and silicone chains branch off the silicone main chain), etc. (all manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0053] The silicone-based surfactant can be blended into a cosmetic as another component of a cosmetic other than an oily mixed composition, within the range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. In particular, when the desired cosmetic is an emulsified composition, it is preferably blended as another component of a cosmetic other than an oily mixed composition in order to emulsify the aqueous phase component and the oily phase component.

[0054] The amount of component (a) blended is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.1 to 30% by mass, more preferably 0.8 to 22% by mass in the oily mixed composition.

[0055] When the component (a) is added as another component of the cosmetic other than the oily mixed composition, the amount thereof (excluding the amount contained in the oily mixed composition) is preferably 0.1 to 15% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 5% by mass in the cosmetic.

[0056] [Component (b)]

[0057] The component (b) of the present invention is an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer, which is a component that allows the component (d) to be stably dispersed in the component (c). The component (b) is further improved in dispersibility by being mixed in combination with the component (a), and the uneven pigmentation can be greatly reduced. As the acrylic-silicone graft copolymer, a known copolymer can be used, and one kind can be used alone, or two or more kinds can be used in appropriate combination.

[0058] Examples of acrylic-silicone graft copolymers include graft copolymers in which dimethylpolysiloxane chains are grafted onto acrylic polymer chains. The following copolymers defined by cosmetic names may be listed. Examples include (acrylate / dimethylpolysiloxane) copolymer, (acrylate / stearyl acrylate / dimethylpolysiloxane methacrylate) copolymer, (acrylate / behenyl acrylate / dimethylpolysiloxane methacrylate) copolymer, (acrylate / ethylhexyl acrylate / dimethylpolysiloxane methacrylate) copolymer, and the like. Among these, (acrylate / dimethylpolysiloxane) copolymer and (acrylate / ethylhexyl acrylate / dimethylpolysiloxane methacrylate) copolymer are preferred, and (acrylate / ethylhexyl acrylate / dimethylpolysiloxane methacrylate) copolymer is more preferred. (Acrylate / dimethylpolysiloxane) copolymer is commercially available as a product dissolved in a solvent, and is commercially available under the trade names of KP-543, KP-545, KP-549, KP-KP-550, KP-545L, etc. (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and (acrylate / ethylhexyl acrylate / methacrylate dimethylpolysiloxane) copolymer is commercially available under the trade name of KP-578 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0059] The acrylic-silicone graft copolymer can be blended into cosmetics as other ingredients of cosmetics other than the oily mixed composition, within the range that the effects of the present invention are not impaired. In particular, the above-mentioned KP-543, KP-545, KP-549, KP-550, KP-545L, etc. can also be blended into cosmetics as film-forming agents. When a high film-forming effect is desired for the cosmetic, it is preferred to blend these acrylic-silicone graft copolymers into cosmetics as other ingredients.

[0060] The amount of component (b) blended is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.1 to 10% by mass, more preferably 0.5 to 2.5% by mass in the oily mixed composition.

[0061] When the component (b) is added as another component of the cosmetic other than the oily mixed composition, the amount thereof (excluding the amount contained in the oily mixed composition) is preferably 0.1 to 15% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 5% by mass in the cosmetic.

[0062] [Component (c)]

[0063] The component (c) of the present invention is an oily agent that is liquid at 25°C. The component (c) is an essential component as a dispersion medium for the component (d). As long as it is a liquid oily agent at 25°C, it is not particularly limited as long as it is an oily agent used in a common cosmetic, and one kind can be used alone or two or more kinds can be used in appropriate combination. Among them, the component (c) is preferably an oily agent that has a high affinity with the component (a) and the component (b) and shows high solubility in the component (a) and the component (b).

[0064] Specific examples of the oily agent that is liquid at 25° C. include vegetable oils such as olive oil, jojoba seed oil, and macadamia seed oil, animal oils such as liquid lanolin, straight-chain or branched hydrocarbon oils such as liquid paraffin, light rock paraffin, liquid isoparaffin, and squalane, fatty acid esters such as isotridecyl isononanoate, ester oils such as polyol fatty acid esters, and silicone oils such as dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane. Among them, hydrocarbon oils, ester oils, and silicone oils are preferred because they have good affinity with component (a) and component (b) and exhibit high solubility.

[0065] The oily agent which is liquid at 25° C. can be blended into the cosmetic as another component of the cosmetic other than the oily mixed composition, within the range not impairing the effects of the present invention.

[0066] The amount of component (c) blended is not particularly limited, but is preferably 5 to 80% by mass, more preferably 12 to 55% by mass, in the oily mixed composition.

[0067] When component (c) is added as another component of the cosmetic other than the oily mixed composition, the amount thereof (excluding the amount contained in the oily mixed composition) is preferably 5 to 90% by mass, more preferably 10 to 40% by mass in the cosmetic.

[0068] [Ingredient (d)]

[0069] Component (d) of the present invention is a pigment blended for the purpose of coloring. As long as it is a pigment generally used in cosmetics, there is no particular limitation, and one kind can be used alone or two or more kinds can be appropriately combined. For example, inorganic coloring pigments such as zinc oxide, titanium oxide, red iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, ultramarine, cyan blue, carbon black, low-valent titanium oxide, cobalt violet, chromium oxide, chromium hydroxide, cobalt titanate, bismuth oxychloride, and titanium-mica pearlescent pigments can be listed; organic coloring pigments such as zirconium, barium or aluminum lakes such as red 202, red 204, red 205, red 220, red 226, red 228, red 405, orange 203, yellow 205, yellow 4, yellow 5, blue 1, blue 404, and green 3 can be listed. In particular, titanium oxide and iron oxide have high agglomeration and are generally difficult to disperse, but according to the present invention, they show high dispersibility in cosmetics.

[0070] As for the coloring pigment, it is not necessary to treat its surface with another inorganic composition or organic composition, that is, it is mixed in the cosmetic material in an untreated state, and a surface-treated coloring pigment that has been surface-treated by a known and commonly used method used in the cosmetic material can be used. As for surface treatment, inorganic surface treatment, hydrophobic surface treatment, etc. can be listed. As inorganic surface treatment agents, aluminum oxide (aluminum oxide), aluminum hydroxide, silicon dioxide, etc. can be listed. As hydrophobic surface treatment agents, fluorine compounds such as organosilicon, perfluoroalkyl and phosphate, metal soaps such as aluminum stearate, magnesium myristate, amino acids such as N-acyl glutamic acid, etc. can be listed. As a surface treatment agent, in the case of using any one of an inorganic surface treatment agent and an organic surface treatment agent, it is preferably fixed by electrical or chemical bonding from the aspect of preventing the surface treatment agent from detaching from the surface of the coloring pigment. In particular, in order to impart water repellency to the coloring pigment, it is preferably fixed to the surface of the coloring pigment by chemical bonding with an organosilicon treatment agent.

[0071] Preferred silicone treatment agents include methyl hydrogen polysiloxane having Si-H bonds in reactive groups (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.: KF-99P, KF-9901, etc.), octanoylsilane having metal alkoxide in reactive groups (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.: AES-3083), silicone branched silicone treatment agents (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.: KF-9908, KF-9909, etc.), silicone-modified acrylic treatment agents (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.: KP-574), etc. In particular, color pigments treated with KF-9909 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) exhibit high water repellency. Titanium oxide, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, and black iron oxide powders treated with KF-9909 are commercially available as KTP-09W, KTP-09Y, KTP-09R, and KTP-09B, respectively (all manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.).

[0072] The amount of component (d) is not limited, but preferably 1 to 90% by mass, more preferably 8 to 85% by mass in the oily mixed composition. The coloring pigment can be mixed in the cosmetic as other components of the cosmetic other than the oily mixed composition, within the range that does not impair the effect of the present invention. Since it may cause poor dispersion and uneven pigments generated by aggregation, the amount of the other components mixed in the cosmetic other than the oily mixed composition (excluding the amount contained in the oily mixed composition) is preferably set to 0 to 5% by mass.

[0073] In the oily mixed composition, components other than components (a) to (d) may be blended in the oily mixed composition within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. The total blending amount of components (a) to (d) in the oily mixed composition is preferably 40 to 100% by mass, more preferably 60 to 100% by mass, and may be 100% by mass.

[0074] The compounding mass ratio in the oily mixed composition is as follows.

[0075] The blending mass ratio of the component (b) to the component (a) in the oily mixed composition represented by (b) / (a) is preferably 0.046 to 3, and more preferably 0.3 to 0.6, from the viewpoint of the dispersibility of the color pigment.

[0076] The total blending mass ratio of components (a) and (b) to the content of component (d) in the oily mixed composition, represented by ((a) + (b)) / (d), is preferably 0.02 or more, more preferably 0.02 to 0.35, and even more preferably 0.04 to 0.06, from the viewpoint of the dispersibility of the color pigment.

[0077] The oily mixed composition can be prepared by a known and commonly used method without particular limitation. For example, the following step (I) can be mentioned.

[0078] (I) A step of mixing (a) a silicone surfactant having an HLB value of 6 or less, (b) an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer, (c) an oil agent that is liquid at 25° C., and (d) a coloring pigment to obtain an oily mixed composition

[0079] Furthermore, optional components may be blended to mix components (a) to (d) and the optional components to disperse them. The mixing device is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a medium stirring mill, a disper, an ultrasonic disperser, and a high-speed mixer. Among them, the dispersion using a triple roll is preferred because it is versatile and can be performed using a simple process.

[0080] The oily mixed composition uses a silicone surfactant having an HLB of 6 or less as component (a) and an acrylic silicone graft copolymer as component (b), and disperses a color pigment as component (d) in an oil agent that is liquid at 25°C as component (c). In particular, when mixed with other components to form a cosmetic, the amount of the color pigment as component (d) is preferably 30% by mass or less in the cosmetic from the perspective of covering power and skin affinity. In addition, water in the oily mixed composition is preferably not substantially mixed, and is preferably 1% by mass or less in the oily mixed composition, and may be 0% by mass.

[0081] II. Cosmetics

[0082] The cosmetic of the present invention is a cosmetic obtained by mixing the above-mentioned oily mixed composition. The amount of the above-mentioned oily mixed composition is not particularly limited, and the oily mixed composition can be used directly as a cosmetic (100% by mass), preferably accounting for 0.1 to 60% by mass, more preferably 0.3 to 30% by mass in the cosmetic.

[0083] As for the dosage form of the cosmetic of the present invention, both emulsified composition and non-aqueous composition are acceptable. When you want to give a watery feeling of use, select an emulsified composition. As an emulsified form, the forms of oil-in-water type (O / W type) and water-in-oil type (W / O type) are acceptable, and it can also be oil-in-water-in-oil type (O / W / O type) and water-in-oil-in-water type (W / O / W type). In particular, in the case of water-in-oil type (W / O type emulsion), since the hydrophobic treated coloring pigment is dispersed in the external phase, it is a dosage form that is prone to uneven pigments, and the present invention further exerts its effect. Furthermore, in the case of solid water-in-oil type (W / O type emulsified composition), it must be melted in the manufacturing process and the filling process to make it low in viscosity. For the uneven pigments that occur under such low viscosity, the present invention further exerts its effect. It should be noted that the so-called "non-aqueous composition" in the present invention refers to an oily composition that is basically not mixed with water.

[0084] The oily mixed composition can be used as a cosmetic directly, and can be obtained, for example, by the following production method.

[0085] A method for producing a cosmetic, comprising:

[0086] (I) a step of mixing (a) a silicone surfactant having an HLB value of 6 or less, (b) an acrylic-silicone graft copolymer, (c) an oil agent which is liquid at 25° C., and (d) a coloring pigment to obtain an oily mixed composition, and

[0087] (II) A step of mixing the oily mixed composition obtained in the above step (I) with other components.

[0088] The step (I) is as described above.

[0089] (II) Process

[0090] For example, in the case of an emulsified composition, an oily mixed composition is pre-mixed in an oil phase prepared separately, and then emulsified with an aqueous phase to prepare a cosmetic. In addition, an aqueous phase and an oil phase are emulsified to obtain an emulsified base, and an oily mixed composition can be compounded in the emulsified base to prepare a cosmetic. Conversely, the above-mentioned emulsified base can be added to an oily mixed composition to prepare a cosmetic. In the case of a non-aqueous composition, an oily mixed composition can be mixed in an oil phase prepared separately to prepare a cosmetic. The above-mentioned oil phase can be added to an oily mixed composition to prepare a cosmetic.

[0091] The cosmetic of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it contains the necessary ingredients, and can be applied to, for example, beauty serum, emulsion, face cream, hair care, foundation, makeup base, BB cream, concealer, loose powder, blush, lipstick, eye shadow, eyeliner, body makeup, deodorant, etc., and various products with sunscreen properties. The properties of the cosmetic of the present invention can be selected from various properties such as liquid, cream, solid, paste, gel, mousse, butter, clay, powder, spray, etc.

[0092] In the oily mixed composition and cosmetic of the present invention, components used in cosmetics can be blended within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. One of these components can be used alone or two or more of them can be used in appropriate combination. These components are appropriately selected and used according to the type of cosmetic, and the blending amount can also be set to a known blending amount that is consistent with the type of cosmetic. Examples of these include component (e): an oil phase thickener having a melting point of 55° C. or higher, component (f): a silicone crosslinked product, component (g): a powder other than (d), component (h): a surfactant other than (a) and (b), component (i): a film-forming agent other than (b), component (j): an aqueous component, component (k): an oil agent other than components (c) and (e), component (l): an ultraviolet protection agent, component (m): an aqueous thickener, component (n): an oil thickener other than (e), and component (o): other additives.

[0093] [Ingredient (e)]

[0094] The component (e) of the present invention is an oil phase thickener having a melting point of 55°C or higher. In addition, the component (e) is preferably not in the oily mixed composition but is blended in the cosmetic as another component of the cosmetic other than the oily mixed composition.

[0095] As the oil phase thickener with a melting point of 55°C or more, waxes, higher alcohols, higher fatty acids, and polysaccharide fatty acid esters with a melting point of 55°C or more can be cited. Specific examples of waxes include hydrocarbon waxes such as refined ceresin, ozokerite, paraffin, synthetic wax, microcrystalline wax, polyethylene wax, carnauba wax, rice wax, rice bran wax, jojoba wax (including extremely hydrogenated jojoba oil), candelilla wax, and other plant-derived waxes, spermaceti, beeswax, snow wax, and other animal-derived waxes. Among these, hydrocarbon waxes are preferred, and refined ceresin is more preferred.

[0096] The amount of component (e) added is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.1 to 30% by mass, more preferably 1 to 10% by mass, and further preferably 5 to 15% by mass in the cosmetic.

[0097] [ingredient (f)]

[0163] (Note 9) KF-56A (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.)

[0164] From the results in Table 2 above, the cosmetics of Examples 1 to 4 of the present invention did not have uneven pigmentation, and uniform color cosmetics were obtained. On the other hand, as in Comparative Examples 1 to 3, if any one of the components (a) and (b) in the oily mixed composition was not blended, extreme uneven pigmentation occurred. As can be seen from the above, by using the components (a) and (b) together, the improvement effect of uneven pigmentation is greatly exerted.

[0165] [Table 3]

[0166]

[0167] In the above Table 3, examples are described in which the ratio of component (b) to component (a) in the oily mixed composition is fixed and the total blending mass ratio of components (a) and (b) to component (d) is different. In Examples 5 to 7, pigment unevenness is suppressed compared to Comparative Examples 1 to 3, and in particular, in Example 6, pigment unevenness does not occur, and a cosmetic material with uniform color is obtained.

[0168] [Table 4]

[0169]

[0170] In Example 8 of Table 4 above, the branched polyglycerol-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane blended as an emulsifier in the oil phase in Example 1 was blended as component (a) in the oil mixed composition. In Example 9, the amount of the branched polyglycerol-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane in the oil mixed composition of Example 1 was exchanged with the amount of the same raw material in the oil phase to obtain a cosmetic. In Comparative Example 4, the branched polyglycerol-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane was not blended as component (a) in the oil mixed composition, but was blended in the oil phase. In Examples 8 and 9, pigment unevenness was suppressed and the emulsified state was good, but in Comparative Example 4, extreme pigment unevenness occurred. From the above results, it can be seen that in the present invention, even if the branched polyglycerol-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane blended for the purpose of an emulsifier is blended in the oil mixed composition, the effect is exerted. However, the target effect could not be obtained even when the same amount of branched polyglycerol-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane was blended in the cosmetic material instead of being blended in the oily mixed composition as in Comparative Example 4. Also, when a large amount of branched polyglycerol-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane was blended as an emulsifier as in Example 10, and when a large amount of branched polyglycerol-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane was blended in the oily mixed composition as component (a) as in Example 11, pigment unevenness was also suppressed.

[0171] As can be seen from the results of Tables 2 to 4 above, a silicone surfactant having an HLB of 6 or less is used in combination with an acrylic silicone graft copolymer to obtain an oily mixed composition in which a coloring pigment is pre-dispersed in an oil agent that is liquid at 25°C. By blending this into a cosmetic, uneven pigmentation can be suppressed and a uniform cosmetic can be obtained.
