Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of connector processing equipment, and in particular to a fully automatic processing and forming process for a digital connecting line and a device thereof. Background Art
[0002] HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) connector is a special digital interface suitable for image transmission, which can transmit audio and image signals at the same time. The most critical and tedious process in the HDMI connector processing is to weld the connection terminals on the plug tongue to the wiring harness one by one. Usually, 19 connection terminals are set on the plug tongue of an HDMI connector, and they are arranged in the form of 9 on top and 10 on the bottom for welding. The whole welding process includes the steps of wire cutting, stripping, wire management, wire alignment, welding, etc. At present, the above welding process is usually completed manually in an assembly line manner. Since the connection terminals and wiring harnesses are both precision and small components, manual operation is inconvenient and human errors are difficult to control, resulting in low overall welding production efficiency and high product scrap rate. Summary of the invention
[0003] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a digital connecting line fully automatic processing and forming process and a device thereof, which has the advantages of improving welding efficiency and welding accuracy.
[0004] To achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is as follows:
[0005] A fully automatic processing and forming device for a digital connecting line, comprising:
[0006] A frame, on which a transfer rail for sliding an assembly carrier is provided, and the wire clamps and wire harnesses of the joints to be welded are loaded on the carrier;
[0007] A feeding device carried by the frame and used to drive the carrier to transport forward according to a predetermined spacing;
[0008] A fixed-length cutting device, a wire pre-cutting device, a stripping and cutting device, a core wire fine cutting device, a core wire separating device, and an assembly welding device are sequentially arranged on the frame and located on one side of the transfer rail;
[0009] The fixed-length cutting device is used to uniformly cut the wire harness to a predetermined length, and includes: a cutting knife holder fixed to the frame, an upper cutting mechanism and a lower cutting mechanism carried by the cutting knife holder and arranged opposite to each other for cutting the wire harness;
[0010] The wire management pre-cutting device is used to pre-cut the core and skin of the wire harness after arranging the wire harness, and comprises: a pre-cutting mounting seat slidably mounted on the frame, a pre-cutting wire management mechanism carried on the pre-cutting mounting seat for combing the wire harness into two rows, and a core and skin pre-cutting mechanism carried on the pre-cutting mounting seat for pre-cutting the combed wire harness;
[0011] The peeling and cutting device is used to peel off the pre-cut core skin, comprising: a peeling mounting seat slidably mounted on the frame along the width direction of the frame, a peeling driving cylinder for driving the peeling mounting seat to reciprocate, and an upper peeling mechanism and a lower peeling mechanism supported by the peeling mounting seat and arranged opposite to each other;
[0012] The core wire fine cutting device is used to cut the core wire portion after stripping to a predetermined size, and includes: a fine cutting mounting seat slidably mounted on the frame, a fine cutting wire management mechanism carried on the fine cutting mounting seat for combing the core wire portion after stripping, and a positioning fine cutting mechanism carried on the fine cutting mounting seat for fine cutting the core wire;
[0013] The core wire separation device is used to fold the upper and lower groups of core wires to the upper and lower sides respectively;
[0014] The assembly welding device is used to assemble and weld the core wire and the connecting terminal accordingly, and includes: a male end assembly mechanism for clamping and combining the male end of the connector and the wire clamp, a clamping mechanism for pressing and fixing the male end of the connector and the wire clamp, and a high-frequency welding mechanism for welding and fixing the core wire and the male end of the connector.
[0015] To implement the above technical solution, when welding is performed, the wire clamps and wire harnesses are manually arranged neatly on the carrier, and then the carrier is placed on the transfer rail. The carrier is pushed forward by the feeding device, and the carrier moves a predetermined distance each time it is pushed. When the wire harness on the carrier moves to the fixed-length cutting device, the wire harness is located between the upper cutting mechanism and the lower cutting mechanism. The upper cutting mechanism and the lower cutting mechanism move relative to each other to cut the wire harness into a predetermined length, and the fixed-length cutting step is completed.
[0016] Then the wire harness moves to the wire arrangement and pre-cutting device, where the pre-cutting wire arrangement mechanism combs the wire harness into two rows, one above the other, for subsequent welding work. Then, the core skin pre-cutting mechanism pre-cuts the core skin of the combed wire harness to produce a tensile mark. When the wire harness moves to the stripping and cutting device, the stripping drive cylinder drives the stripping mounting seat to move so that the wire harness is located between the upper stripping mechanism and the lower stripping mechanism. Then, the upper stripping mechanism and the lower stripping mechanism clamp the core skin of the wire harness, and the stripping drive cylinder drives the stripping mounting seat to move backward again, and the core skin of the wire harness is pulled off along the tensile mark, completing the stripping process.
[0017] After stripping, the wire harness moves to the core wire fine cutting device. The fine cutting wire management mechanism first combs the stripped core wires neatly, and then the positioning fine cutting mechanism cuts the core wires to a predetermined size to meet the subsequent welding length. After fine cutting, the upper and lower groups of core wires are folded to the upper and lower sides at a certain angle at the core wire separation device, so as to be assembled with the male end of the connector later.
[0018] Finally, the wire harness moves to the assembly welding device, where the male end assembly mechanism first clamps the male end of the connector and the wire clamp relative to each other, and then the clamping mechanism clamps the male end of the connector and the wire clamp to make the core wire fit closely with the corresponding terminal, and finally the high-frequency welding mechanism welds the core wire and the male end of the connector to complete the entire welding process;
[0019] Through the organic coordination of various devices, the automated feeding, cutting to length, wire pre-cutting, stripping, wire precision cutting and assembly welding processes are realized. Manual wire management, wiring arrangement and welding processes are no longer necessary, which greatly improves the processing efficiency. The welding accuracy is high, the welding quality is improved, and the scrap rate is reduced.

[0110] When the wire harness moves between the upper stripping mechanism 53 and the lower stripping mechanism 54, the upper stripping cylinder 531 drives the upper stripping knife 532 to move downward, and the lower stripping cylinder 541 drives the lower stripping knife 542 to move upward. The upper stripping knife 532 and the lower stripping knife 542 both hit the stripping middle knife 55 and embed into the stripping pressure port 552. Then the stripping drive cylinder 52 drives the stripping mounting seat 51 to move backward, and the core skin is pulled off along the pulling mark to complete the stripping process. The core skin waste is discharged from the stripping blanking port 551. By setting the stripping pressure port 552, the wire harness can be slightly bent, which reduces the slippage of the core wire and the stripping middle knife 55 during the stripping process, thereby improving the stability of the stripping process. The stripping mounting seat 51 is driven to move by the stripping auxiliary cylinder 57, which facilitates the insertion of the stripping middle knife 55 between the wire harnesses, thereby improving the convenience of the stripping process.

The fine cutting wire management chuck 622 is in the shape of comb teeth. The fine cutting drive cylinder 64 drives the fine cutting mounting seat 61 to move to the fine cutting position. At this time, the fine cutting wire management knife 623 is inserted between the upper and lower groups of core wires. Then, the fine cutting wire management air clamp 621 drives the fine cutting wire management chuck 622 to clamp the core wire relatively on the fine cutting wire management knife 623. The comb-shaped fine cutting wire management chuck 622 is used to position and comb the upper and lower groups of core wires neatly, thereby improving the subsequent cutting accuracy.
[0113] The positioning fine-cutting mechanism 63 comprises: a core wire fine-cutting air clamp 631 fixed to the fine-cutting mounting seat 61, a fine-cutting knife group 632 fixed to the clamping head of the core wire fine-cutting air clamp 631, and a fine-cutting positioning middle knife 633 fixed to the fine-cutting mounting seat 61 and located in the middle of the fine-cutting knife group 632. [0118] The male end of the connector is arranged and positioned on the material sorting vibration disk 812 and then introduced into the male end assembly seat 811. The position of the male end of the connector is limited by the positioning stop block 8111. The clamping lever 8141 is then driven by the assembly clamping cylinder 8142 to rotate, and the male end of the connector is clamped and fixed on the assembly bracket 8131 by the clamping head 8143. The assembly driving cylinder 8132 then drives the assembly bracket 8131 to move forward, so that the wire clamp and the male end of the connector can be relatively engaged, completing the assembly process of the male end of the connector.

[0120] After the male end of the connector is assembled, it is moved to the connector clamping assembly 822. The clamping push cylinder 8222 drives the clamping push rod 8221 to extend, so that the male end of the connector is clamped into the clamping positioning port 8224, and the male end of the connector is positioned again. At the same time, the clamping drive cylinder 8232 drives the clamping base 8231 to move, and the core wire clamping claw 8234 is driven by the positioning clamping cylinder to clamp the core wire part, so that the core wire fits the welding surface of the male end of the connector, that is, the core wire fits the terminal on the male end of the connector, so that the subsequent welding and fixation of the core wire can be carried out.
[0121] like Figure 1 and Fig.12 As shown, the high-frequency welding mechanism 83 includes: a welding frame 831 fixed to the frame 1, an auxiliary straightening component 832 used to contact with the male end of the joint to straighten the male end of the joint, a first welding component 833 and a second welding component 834 supported by the welding frame 831 and arranged opposite to each other, and a high-frequency welding machine 835 connected to the first welding component 833 and the second welding component 834.

[0124] After the core wire is clamped and fitted to the male end of the connector, the straightening seat 8321 is first driven forward by the straightening drive cylinder 8324, so that the straightening block 8323 is pressed and pressed against the male end of the connector, and the male end of the connector is positioned and straightened under the action of the pressing force. Subsequently, the upper welding cylinder 8331 drives the upper magnet welding head 8333 to move downward to contact the upper welding surface of the male end of the connector, and the lower welding cylinder 8341 drives the lower magnet welding head 8343 to move upward to contact the lower welding surface of the male end of the connector. The core wire can be welded and fixed to the corresponding terminal on the male end of the connector by the upper magnet welding head 8333 and the lower magnet welding.
[0125] First, the wire clips and wire harnesses are manually arranged neatly on the carrier 12, and then the carrier 12 is placed on the transfer rail 11. The carrier 12 is pushed forward by the feeding device 2. Each time the carrier 12 is pushed, it moves a predetermined distance. When the wire harness on the carrier 12 moves to the fixed-length cutting device 3, the wire harness is located between the upper cutting mechanism 32 and the lower cutting mechanism 33. The upper cutting mechanism 32 and the lower cutting mechanism 33 move relative to each other to cut the wire harness into a predetermined length, and the fixed-length cutting step is completed.
[0126] Then the wire harness moves to the wire arrangement and pre-cutting device 4, and the pre-cutting wire arrangement mechanism 42 first arranges the wire harness into two rows, one above the other, for subsequent welding work, and then the core skin pre-cutting mechanism 43 pre-cuts the core skin of the arranged wire harness to produce a tensile mark. When the wire harness moves to the peeling and cutting device 5, the peeling drive cylinder 52 drives the peeling mounting seat 51 to move, so that the wire harness is located between the upper peeling mechanism 53 and the lower peeling mechanism 54. Then, the upper peeling mechanism 53 and the lower peeling mechanism 54 clamp the core skin of the wire harness, and the peeling drive cylinder 52 drives the peeling mounting seat 51 to move backward again, and the core skin of the wire harness is pulled off along the tensile mark, completing the peeling process.
[0127] After the stripping is completed, the wire harness moves to the core wire fine cutting device 6, and the fine cutting wire arrangement mechanism 62 first combs the stripped core wires neatly, and then the positioning fine cutting mechanism 63 cuts the core wires to a predetermined size to meet the subsequent welding length. After the fine cutting is completed, the upper and lower groups of core wires are folded to the upper and lower sides at a certain angle at the core wire separation device 7, so as to be assembled with the male end of the connector later;
[0128] Finally, the wire harness moves to the assembly welding device 8, and the male end assembly mechanism 81 first clamps the male end of the connector and the wire clamp relative to each other, and then the clamping mechanism 82 clamps the male end of the connector and the wire clamp to make the core wire fit closely with the corresponding terminal, and finally the high-frequency welding mechanism 83 welds the core wire and the male end of the connector to complete the whole welding process;
[0129] Through the organic coordination of various devices, the automated feeding, cutting to length, wire pre-cutting, stripping, wire precision cutting and assembly welding processes are realized. Manual wire management, wiring arrangement and welding processes are no longer necessary, which greatly improves the processing efficiency. The welding accuracy is high, the welding quality is improved, and the scrap rate is reduced.
[0130] On the other hand, the present invention also provides a fully automatic processing and forming process for digital connecting wires, which is implemented based on the device described in the above technical solution and includes:
