AI Technical Summary
The wires of existing high-frequency processing equipment are prone to sliding or detaching inside the cylinder, leading to unstable operation, especially in cylinders made of highly slippery materials such as fluororesin, where it is difficult to fix them by bonding or welding.
A high-frequency treatment device was designed, which uses a metal wire end fixing component. The first section with a specific shape is set in the cylinder. The frictional resistance is generated by the change of radial cross-sectional shape to ensure that the fixing component is in stable contact with the inner wall of the cylinder and to prevent slippage and detachment.
It effectively prevents the wire from spinning and detaching inside the tube, ensuring operational stability and is suitable for high-frequency current cutting operations in endoscopic surgery.

Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to a high-frequency treatment instrument which is introduced into a living body via an endoscope. BACKGROUND
[0002] In endoscopic surgery such as endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST), a treatment instrument for performing treatment in a body cavity via a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope extending from a proximal side to a distal side is used. As such a treatment instrument, a sphincterotome can be cited.
[0003] In a treatment instrument disclosed in, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2, an electrically conductive wire (wire) is inserted into a barrel called a sheath or tube extending from the distal end to the proximal side, and a part of the wire is exposed outward at the distal side of the treatment instrument. The exposed part of the wire can cut a lesion or the like by passing a high-frequency current through the wire. A fixing member or a fixing piece called a blade head is fixed to the distal end of the wire, and the distal end of the wire is fixed to the barrel by arranging the fixing piece in the lumen of the barrel.
[0004] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-7597
[0005] Patent Document 2: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-262537 SUMMARY
[0006] However, the barrel is configured of a material such as a fluorine resin having high slidability, and thus the fixing piece can not be tightly attached and fixed to the barrel. Therefore, the fixing piece slides with respect to the barrel when the wire is advanced and retracted by the operation handle at the proximal side, and thus the wire can be idling or detached from the barrel. In addition, since the fixing piece is arranged in the extremely thin lumen of the barrel, it is difficult to use a method of adhering based on an adhesive or fusing a part of the barrel. Therefore, an object of the present application is to provide a high-frequency treatment instrument capable of tightly attaching and fixing the fixing piece to the barrel in such a manner that the wire is not detached from the barrel and is not idling when the wire is advanced and retracted by the operation handle at the proximal side.
[0007] A technical solution of the high-frequency treatment instrument of the present application, which can solve the above problems, has the following main points: a barrel having a distal end and a proximal end, and at least a first inner cavity and a second inner cavity inside; a metal wire having a tip end and a base end, and partially exposed outside the barrel on the distal side of the barrel and configured in the first inner cavity; and a fixing member fixed to the tip end of the wire and abutting against the inner wall of the first inner cavity, and having a tip end and a base end, and at least a first section, wherein the first section includes a portion with a decreasing outer diameter towards the tip end side, and does not include a portion with an increasing outer diameter towards the tip end side, and when the first section is equally divided into a tip end side portion, a central portion, and a base end side portion, the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member in the radial direction is different at the base end of the tip end side portion of the first section and the base end of the base end side portion of the first section. By setting the cross-sectional shape of the first section of the fixing member in the radial direction in this way, a moderate frictional resistance is generated when the fixing member abuts against the inner wall of the first inner cavity of the barrel, so that the fixing member can be stably fixed to the barrel without sliding in the first inner cavity of the barrel. Therefore, even if the wire is operated to advance and retreat on the hand side, the idling of the wire and the disengagement of the wire from the barrel can be prevented.
[0008] In the high-frequency treatment instrument described above, it is preferable that the profile of the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member in the radial direction at the base end of the base end side portion of the first section include a straight line portion.
[0009] In the high-frequency treatment instrument described above, it is preferable that the profile of the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member in the radial direction at the base end of the base end side portion of the first section include two straight line portions intersecting with each other.
[0010] In the high-frequency treatment instrument described above, it is preferable that a first plane portion and a second plane portion intersecting with each other are formed on the outer surface of the base end side portion of the first section of the fixing member, and the normal direction of the first plane portion and the normal direction of the second plane portion are different from the direction from the tip end of the fixing member towards the base end.
[0011] In the high-frequency treatment instrument described above, it is preferable that the profile of the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member in the radial direction at the base end of the tip end side portion of the first section is composed of only a curved line portion.
[0012] In the high-frequency treatment instrument described above, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member in the radial direction at the tip end of the base end side portion of the first section is greater than the maximum diameter of the first inner cavity.
[0013] In the high-frequency treatment instrument described above, it is preferable that the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member in the radial direction at the base end of the tip end side portion of the first section is circular or oblong, and the cross-sectional shape of the fixing member in the radial direction at the base end of the base end side portion of the first section is polygonal.
[0014] In the high-frequency treatment tool described above, it is preferable that the first section be composed of a portion having a constant outer diameter on the proximal end side and a portion having an outer diameter that decreases toward the distal end side on the distal end side.
[0015] In the high-frequency treatment tool described above, it is preferable that the fixing member further have a second section, the second section being located on the proximal end side of the fixing member than the first section and including at least a portion having an outer diameter that decreases toward the distal end side and not including a portion having an outer diameter that increases toward the distal end side, the outer diameter of the distal end of the second section of the fixing member being smaller than the outer diameter of the proximal end of the first section.
[0016] In the high-frequency treatment tool described above, it is preferable that, when the second section is divided into a distal end side portion, a central portion, and a proximal end side portion, the outer diameter of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member at the distal end of the proximal end side portion of the second section be larger than the maximum diameter of the first inner cavity.
[0017] In the high-frequency treatment tool described above, it is preferable that, when the second section is divided into a distal end side portion, a central portion, and a proximal end side portion, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member differ at the proximal end of the distal end side portion of the second section and the proximal end of the proximal end side portion of the second section.
[0018] In the high-frequency treatment tool described above, it is preferable that the radius of the circumscribed circle of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member at the proximal end of the proximal end side portion of the second section be larger than or equal to the radius of the circumscribed circle of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member at the proximal end of the proximal end side portion of the first section.
[0019] In the high-frequency treatment tool described above, it is preferable that the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member at the proximal end of the proximal end side portion of the second section be the same as the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member at the proximal end of the proximal end side portion of the first section.
[0020] The high-frequency treatment tool described above is preferably such that the length of the first section differs from the length of the second section in a direction from the distal end of the fixing member toward the proximal end.
[0021] The high-frequency treatment tool described above is preferably such that the fixing member is formed in a frustoconical shape in the second section.
[0022] In the high-frequency treatment tool described above, it is preferable that the surface roughness of the proximal end side portion of the second section be larger than the surface roughness of the distal end side portion of the second section. Furthermore, the surface roughness is the arithmetic mean deviation Ra of the reference length section of the roughness curve in the circumferential direction of the surface of the fixing member, and the reference length is the length of one fourth of the circumference of the fixing member at each measurement position.
[0023] According to the aforementioned high-frequency processing device, when the fixing member abuts against the inner wall of the first inner cavity of the cylinder, appropriate frictional resistance is generated. Therefore, the fixing member can be securely fixed to the cylinder in a manner that prevents it from sliding within the first inner cavity of the cylinder. Thus, even when the wire is moved forward or backward from the hand side, it is possible to prevent the wire from spinning freely or detaching from the cylinder. Attached Figure Description

Furthermore, for convenience, section lines, component reference numerals, etc., may be omitted in the accompanying drawings; in such cases, please refer to the specification and other drawings. Figure 12 This is a sectional view (partial side view) showing the insertion of the fastener into the cylinder. Furthermore, Figure 4 The wire 20 is omitted. The high-frequency processing device 1 has a cylinder 10, a wire 20, and a fixing component 25.
[0048] The high-frequency treatment device 1 is inserted into a body cavity via the treatment device insertion channel of an endoscope for procedures such as EST. Hereinafter, the high-frequency treatment device may be simply referred to as the treatment device. The treatment device 1 includes: an insertion portion 5 for insertion into the treatment device insertion channel of an endoscope; and an operating handle 65 connected to the proximal side of the insertion portion 5. The distal end of the insertion portion 5 preferably has a curved portion 8 that curves in accordance with the shape of the body cavity, thereby improving operability within the body cavity.
[0049] In this invention, the distal side of the cylinder 10 refers to the end side of the cylinder 10 along its long side (in other words, along its long axis) and the side of the object being treated. The proximal side of the cylinder 10 refers to the base end side of the cylinder 10 along its long side and the side near the user's (the person performing the surgery's) hand. The end of the wire 20 refers to the end of the wire 20 along its long axis that is away from the user's hand. The base end of the wire 20 refers to the other end of the wire 20 along its long axis, i.e., the end opposite to the end, and the side closest to the user's hand. Unless otherwise specified in this invention, the inner and outer sides of the cylinder 10, the wire 20, or the fastener 25 refer to the inner and outer sides of the cylinder 10 in the radial direction, and the inner side of the cylinder 10, the wire 20, or the fastener 25 in the radial direction refers to the side closest to the center of the long axis of the cylinder 10.
[0050] The cylindrical body 10 has a distal end and a proximal end, and internally has at least a first inner cavity 11 and a second inner cavity 12. A wire 20 is disposed in the first inner cavity 11, and a fixing member 25 (described later) abuts against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11. The second inner cavity 12 can serve as an insertion passage for guiding the wire or a flow path for liquid injected into the body cavity. Examples of liquids include physiological saline, hyaluronic acid solution, contrast agents, as well as liquids containing drugs or cells.
[0051] like Figures 4-5 As shown, the cylinder 10 may also have a third inner cavity 13. In this case, the second inner cavity 12 can be used as an insertion passage for the guide wire, and the third inner cavity 13 can be used as a flow path for the liquid. The first inner cavity 11 may also extend from the distal end to the proximal end of the cylinder 10, and the distal end of the first inner cavity 11 may also be positioned closer to the proximal end than the distal end of the cylinder 10. Preferably, the second inner cavity 12 and the third inner cavity 13 extend from the distal end to the proximal end of the cylinder 10. This facilitates the insertion of the guide wire and the injection of the liquid.
[0052] The inner diameters of the first inner cavity 11, the second inner cavity 12, and the third inner cavity 13 can be the same or different from each other. For example, the inner diameters can increase sequentially in the order of the first inner cavity 11 where the wire 20 is arranged, the third inner cavity 13 where liquid flows, and the second inner cavity 12 through which the guide wire is inserted. This allows the outer diameter of the treatment device 1 to be minimized, thereby improving its passage within the body.
[0053] Figures 1-3 In the cylindrical body 10, a first opening 14 and a second opening 15 are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the distal portion (preferably the distal end, more preferably the curved portion 8 adjacent to the distal end). The first opening 14 is located on the distal side compared to the second opening 15. The first inner cavity 11 communicates with the outside of the cylindrical body 10 through the first opening 14 and the second opening 15.
[0054] like Figure 3As shown in the drawing, a third opening 16 can also be provided at the distal end of the tube 10 and distal to the first opening 14 and the second opening 15 (preferably, a portion including the distal end of the tube 10). In this case, the first inner cavity 11 can also communicate with the outside of the tube 10 through the third opening 16. The third opening 16 is preferably located distal to the fixing member 25. Although not shown, the portion of the first inner cavity 11 distal to the first opening 14 and the second opening 15 (preferably, a portion including the distal end of the first inner cavity 11) can also be sealed.
[0055] As shown in the drawing, a third opening 16 can also be provided at the distal end of the tube 10 and distal to the first opening 14 and the second opening 15 (preferably, a portion including the distal end of the tube 10). Figure 2
[0056] A further opening for protruding a guide wire inserted into the inner cavity of the tube 10 or discharging a liquid into a body cavity can be provided in the tube 10. For example, Figures 2-3 In the embodiment, a fourth opening 17 is provided at the distal end of the tube 10, and the second inner cavity 12 communicates with the outside of the tube 10 through the fourth opening 17. Thus, the guide wire can be protruded from the fourth opening 17. A fifth opening 18 is preferably provided on the outer peripheral surface of the distal end of the tube 10 (preferably, a portion including the distal end of the tube 10), and the third inner cavity 13 communicates with the outside of the tube 10 through the fifth opening 18. Thus, a liquid can be discharged into a body cavity through the fifth opening 18. Further, the fifth opening 18 can be located at the tapered portion 19.
[0057] The tube 10 is preferably flexible. Thus, the tube 10 can be deformed along the shape of a body cavity. In order to maintain the shape, the tube 10 is preferably elastic. The material constituting the tube 10 can be a resin or a metal. As the resin constituting the tube 10, for example, a polyamide-based resin, a polyester-based resin, a polyurethane-based resin, a polyolefin-based resin, a fluorine-based resin, a vinyl chloride-based resin, a silicone-based resin, natural rubber, or the like can be used. These can be used alone or in combination with two or more kinds. As the metal constituting the tube 10, for example, stainless steel such as SUS304 and SUS316, platinum, nickel, cobalt, chromium, titanium, tungsten, gold, Ni-Ti alloy, Co-Cr alloy, or a combination thereof can be used. As the tube 10, a structure in which the surface of an elongated body made of a metal is covered with a resin is included. Among them, the tube 10 is preferably a resin tube, and more preferably a fluorine-based resin tube. The tube 10 can be a layered structure made of different materials or the same material, or a structure in which a plurality of tubes are joined together.
[0058] In a cross section of the cylindrical body 10 perpendicular to the long axis direction, the shape of the outer shape of the cylindrical body 10 is not particularly limited and can be, for example, a circular shape, an oblong shape, a polygonal shape, or a shape combining these shapes. The oblong shape includes an elliptical shape, an egg shape, and a rounded rectangular shape. The same applies to the following description.
[0059] The portion of the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 that abuts against the fixing member 25 can also have a concave-convex shape. Thereby, the frictional resistance between the cylindrical body 10 and the fixing member 25 can be increased. On the other hand, the inner walls of the second inner cavity 12 and the third inner cavity 13 are preferably more slippery than the portion of the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 that has the concave-convex shape. Thereby, the slipperiness of the guide wire inserted into the second inner cavity 12 can be increased, or the pressure loss of the liquid flowing in the third inner cavity 13 can be suppressed.
[0060] The wire 20 has a portion that functions as a blade portion of a so-called high-frequency knife. The wire 20 is made of metal and has electrical conductivity. The wire 20 has a distal end and a base end, and a part of the distal end is exposed outside the cylindrical body 10 on the distal side of the cylindrical body 10, and the other part is disposed in the first inner cavity 11. Figure 3 In the embodiment, a part of the distal portion of the wire 20 is exposed outside the cylindrical body 10 from the first opening 14 and the second opening 15 of the cylindrical body 10. The wire 20 is disposed in the first inner cavity 11 at a position closer to the second opening 15 than the first opening 14. The wire 20 has electrical conductivity, and thus, by causing a high-frequency current to flow through the wire 20, the wire 20 can be used as a blade portion of a high-frequency knife. The part of the wire 20 disposed inside the cylindrical body 10 is preferably provided with an insulating layer on the surface, and the part of the wire 20 exposed from the cylindrical body 10 is not provided with an insulating layer. Thereby, only the part of the wire 20 without the insulating layer can be used as the blade portion. Furthermore, the part of the wire 20 exposed from the cylindrical body 10 is shorter than the part of the wire 20 disposed in the first inner cavity 11 of the cylindrical body 10.
[0061] The wire 20 extends as a whole from the distal side to the proximal side of the cylindrical body 10. Figure 3 In the embodiment, a fixing member 25 is fixed to the distal end portion of the wire 20, and the fixing member 25 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylindrical body 10. Although not shown, the wire 20 can also have a portion that contacts the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylindrical body 10.
[0062] The base end portion of the wire 20 is connected to an operation handle 65 described later. The base end portion of the wire 20 is connected to a high-frequency power source in a state in which electrical conduction is ensured. By performing a retracting operation of the wire 20 using the operation handle 65, the length and the degree of flexion of the part of the wire 20 exposed from the cylindrical body 10 can be changed. Thus, the shape of the blade can be changed according to the technique. The degree of bending of the distal portion of the cylindrical body 10 and the bent portion 8 can also be changed by the operation handle 65.
[0063] The wire 20 is preferably composed of a material that can be elastically deformed. The wire 20 can have elasticity to the extent that the shape changes along the barrel 10. The wire 20 can be composed of, for example, a super-elastic alloy such as a Ni-Ti alloy, stainless steel such as SUS303, SUS304, and SUS316. The wire 20 can be formed of one member, or can be formed by joining a plurality of members at the middle in the longitudinal direction. As a joining method for the wire 20, in addition to a method in which the ends of a plurality of wires 20 are riveted together by a metal pipe, for example, fusion bonding, and adhesion can be used. The wire 20 can be a single wire, or can be a stranded wire in which single wires are twisted. If it is a single wire, it is easy to manufacture. If it is a stranded wire, the strength of the wire 20 can be increased, and thus, the manipulation at the proximal end side is easily transmitted to the distal end of the treatment tool 1.
[0064] The fixing member 25 is provided to fix the wire 20 to the barrel 10. As shown in Figure 3 , the fixing member 25 is fixed to the distal end of the wire 20, and abuts against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11. As shown in Figures 6-8 , the fixing member 25 has a distal end 25A and a base end 25B. The fixing member 25 is fixed to the barrel 10 by the frictional resistance generated by abutting against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11. As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 8 , the distal end 25A of the fixing member 25 is located on the distal end side of the wire 20, and the direction x from the distal end 25A of the fixing member 25 toward the base end 25B coincides with the direction from the distal end of the wire 20 toward the base end.
[0065] As shown in Figure 3 , the fixing member 25 can be disposed in the first inner cavity 11 in such a manner that the distal end 25A of the fixing member 25 faces the distal end side of the barrel 10. Thus, the longitudinal direction of the wire 20 extends generally from the distal side of the barrel 10 toward the proximal side, and thus, kinking of the wire 20 can be prevented. Such a treatment tool 1 is obtained by providing the fixing member 25 on the distal side of the first opening 14.
[0066] Although not shown, the fixing member 25 can be disposed in the first inner cavity 11 in such a manner that the distal end 25A of the fixing member 25 faces the proximal end side of the barrel 10. In this case, the longitudinal direction of the wire 20 is partially provided to be folded back. Thus, the portion of the wire 20 that is exposed from the barrel 10 can extend in such a manner as to protrude to the outside in the radial direction of the barrel 10. Such a treatment tool 1 is obtained by providing the fixing member 25 between the first opening 14 and the second opening 15.
[0067] As shown in Figures 6-12As shown, the fastener 25 has at least a first section 30, which includes a portion whose outer diameter decreases towards the end 25A, but excludes a portion whose outer diameter increases towards the end 25A. When the first section 30 is divided into three equal parts—an end side portion 31, a central portion 32, and a base end portion 33—the radial cross-sectional shapes of the fastener 25 differ at the base end 31B of the end side portion 31 and the base end 33B of the base end portion 33. By setting the radial cross-sectional shape of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 in this way, a suitable frictional resistance is generated when the fastener 25 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10. Therefore, the fastener 25 can be securely fixed to the cylinder 10 in a manner that prevents the fastener 25 from sliding within the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10. Therefore, even when moving the wire 20 forward or backward from the hand side, it is possible to prevent the wire 20 from spinning freely or from detaching from the barrel 10. Furthermore, by using such a fastener 25, it is possible to place the fastener 25 within the extremely narrow inner cavity of the barrel 10. As a result, even if it is difficult to perform adhesion by adhesive, to weld parts of the barrel 10, or if the barrel 10 is made of a material that is difficult to fix by adhesive, such as fluoropolymer resin, the fastener 25 can be fixed in a manner that prevents it from sliding within the first inner cavity 11 of the barrel 10.
[0068] The first interval 30 is configured such that (a) it consists only of a portion whose outer diameter decreases towards the end 25A, or (b) it consists only of a portion whose outer diameter remains constant and a portion whose outer diameter decreases towards the end 25A. That is, in the first interval 30, there is no portion where the outer diameter of the fastener 25 increases towards the end 25A.
[0069] like Figure 8 As shown, the first interval 30 is preferably composed of a portion located on the base end 25B side with a constant outer diameter and a portion located on the end end 25A side with a decreasing outer diameter towards the end end 25A side. More specifically, Figure 8 In the first section 30, the outer diameter of the fastener 25 remains constant on the base end side 33. However, in the portion extending distally from the near center of the base end side 33 towards the end side 25A, the outer diameter of the fastener 25 decreases. The first section 30 has a portion with a constant outer diameter on the base end 25B side, thereby securing the fastener 25 firmly within the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10.
[0070] The shape of the portion of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 with a constant outer diameter can be, for example, a prism, a cylinder, or a long cylinder. The shape of the portion of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 with a smaller outer diameter towards the end can be, for example, a frustum shape, a frustum shape, a long frustum shape, a rounded frustum shape, or a frustum shape.
[0071] In the first interval 30, the radial cross-sectional shape (outer shape) of the fastener 25 can be a circle, an oblong shape, a polygon, or a combination of these shapes.
[0072] It is sufficient to provide a first section 30 only in a portion of the fastener 25. Preferably, the first section 30 is located at the very end of the fastener 25. Thus, the first section 30 can be positioned at the insertion port of the fastener 25 in the cylinder 10. Figure 3 The position of the first opening 14) is such that the fastener 25 is not easily detached from the cylinder 10.
[0073] Although not shown in the figure, the fastener 25 may also consist of only the first section 30. That is, the end of the first section 30 may coincide with the end 25A of the fastener 25, and the base of the first section 30 may coincide with the base 25B of the fastener 25.
[0074] like Figure 12 As shown, preferably, the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10. More preferably, the entire base end side 33 of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10. Thus, the fastener 25 can be securely fixed to the cylinder 10.
[0075] like Figure 12 As shown, preferably, the outer diameter of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the first interval 30 is larger than the maximum diameter of the first inner cavity 11. By setting the outer diameter of the fastener 25 in this way, the fastener 25 can easily bite into the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10. As a result, the fastener 25 can be securely fixed to the cylinder 10 in a manner that prevents the fastener 25 from sliding in the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10.
[0076] like Figure 9 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 in the first interval 30 preferably includes a straight portion 34A. Therefore, the fastener 25 can be easily abutted against the cylinder 10 in such a way that the straight portion 34A bites into the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10 in the radial cross-section of the fastener 25.
[0077] like Figure 9 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 preferably located at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 in the first interval 30 includes two intersecting straight lines 34A. In this case, it is preferable to form a corner 35 by means of the two intersecting straight lines 34A. By providing such a corner 35, the fastener 25 can easily abut against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10 in a deeper engagement manner. Figure 9In the radial cross section of the fixing member 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30, four corners 35 formed by two straight line portions 34A intersecting each other are formed. In the radial cross section of the fixing member 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30, the corners 35 are preferably arranged in the circumferential direction of the fixing member 25, and more preferably arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
[0078] The radial cross sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30 is preferably polygonal. Figure 9 In the radial cross section of the fixing member 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30, the radial cross sectional shape becomes quadrangular.
[0079] Although not shown, the contour 34 of the radial cross sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30 can also include a curved portion.
[0080] In a predetermined range of the fixing member 25 in the direction x from the tip end 25A toward the base end 25B, the fixing member 25 preferably abuts against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10, and more preferably bites into the inner wall 11A. As such, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a first planar portion 36A and a second planar portion 36B intersecting each other are preferably formed on the outer surface of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30 of the fixing member 25, and the normal direction 37A of the first planar portion 36A and the normal direction 37B of the second planar portion 36B are respectively different from the direction x from the tip end 25A toward the base end 25B of the fixing member 25. A sharp edge portion 38 extending in the direction x can be formed by the two planar portions. The edge portion 38 bites into the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10, and thus the fixing member 25 can be stably fixed to the cylinder 10. Figures 6-8
[0081] Figures 6-8 In the radial cross section of the fixing member 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30, the first planar portion 36A is parallel to the direction from the tip end 25A toward the base end 25B of the fixing member 25. Similarly, the second planar portion 36B is also parallel to the direction from the tip end 25A toward the base end 25B of the fixing member 25. By setting the angle of the planar portions with respect to the direction from the tip end 25A toward the base end 25B of the fixing member 25 as such, the edge portion 38 can be provided in a larger range of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30.
[0082] Although not illustrated, the first planar portion 36A may also be inclined relative to the long axis of the wire 20. For example, the first planar portion 36A may be inclined at 5 degrees or more, 10 degrees or more, or 15 degrees or more relative to the long axis of the wire 20, or it may be inclined at 45 degrees or less, 40 degrees or less, or 35 degrees or less. The same applies to the inclination angle of the second planar portion 36B relative to the long axis of the wire 20. The inclination angles of the first planar portion 36A and the second planar portion 36B relative to the long axis of the wire 20 may be the same or different.
[0083] The angle between the first planar portion 36A and the second planar portion 36B is preferably 150 degrees or less, more preferably 130 degrees or less, and even more preferably 110 degrees or less. This allows the edge portion 38 to easily engage with the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10. The lower limit of the angle between the first planar portion 36A and the second planar portion 36B is not particularly limited, but for example, it is permissible to be 20 degrees or more, 40 degrees or more, or 60 degrees or more.
[0084] like Figure 10 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the profile 34 of the fastener 25 at the end 33A of the base side 33 of the first interval 30 preferably includes a straight portion 34A. Thus, at the end 33A of the base side 33 of the first interval 30, the fastener 25 can also easily abut against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10 in a biting manner.
[0085] Although not shown in the figure, similar to the case of the base 33B of the base side 33 of the first section 30, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 33A of the base side 33 may also include two intersecting straight lines. In this case, it is preferable to form a corner by the two intersecting straight lines 34A. By providing such a corner, the fastener 25 can also easily abut against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10 in a deeper engagement manner at the end 33A of the base side 33.
[0086] like Figure 10 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 33A of the base side 33 in the first interval 30 may also include a straight portion 34A and a curved portion 34B. Thus, the fastener 25 is securely fixed to the cylinder 10 in a manner that prevents it from sliding within the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10, and the fastener 25 is easily inserted into the first inner cavity 11. Figure 10 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 33A of the base side 33 of the first section 30 can also be an alternating arrangement of straight portion 34A and curved portion 34B. As a result, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 33A of the base side 33 of the first section 30 can also be a rounded square.
[0087] Figures 9-10 In the first interval 30, at the end 33A of the base side 33 and the base 33B of the base side 33, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 is different, but the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 can also be the same.
[0088] like Figure 12 As shown, preferably, the end 33A of the base side 33 of the first section 30 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10. This allows the fastener 25 to be easily and securely fixed to the cylinder 10. More preferably, the outer diameter of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 33A of the base side 33 of the first section 30 is larger than the maximum diameter of the first inner cavity 11. This allows the fastener 25 to easily engage with the cylinder 10 at the end 33A of the base side 33 of the first section 30 as well.
[0089] like Figure 11 As shown, preferably, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base 31B of the end side 31 of the first section 30 is formed only by the curved portion 34B. This suppresses the frictional resistance generated between the base 31B of the end side 31 of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 and the cylinder 10, making it easier to insert the fastener 25 into the first inner cavity 11. For the same reason, it is also preferable that the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 31A of the end side 31 of the first section 30 is also formed only by the curved portion.
[0090] Although not shown, the radial cross-sectional profile 34 of the fastener 25 at the base 31B of the end side 31 of the first section 30 may also include a straight portion. In this case, it is preferable that the total length of the straight portion included in the radial cross-sectional profile 34 of the fastener 25 at the base 33B of the end side 31 of the first section 30 is relatively short compared to the total length of the straight portion included in the radial cross-sectional profile 34 of the fastener 25 at the base 33B of the end side 31 of the first section 30. By making the straight portion shorter in this way, the frictional resistance generated between the base 31B of the end side 31 of the first section 30 and the cylinder 10 is suppressed, making it easier to insert the fastener 25 into the first inner cavity 11.
[0091] Preferably, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 31B of the end side 31 of the first interval 30 is circular or oblong. Figure 11 In this design, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base 31B of the end side 31 of the first interval 30 is circular. This facilitates the insertion of the fastener 25 into the first inner cavity 11. For the same reason, it is preferable that the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 31A of the end side 31 of the first interval 30 is circular or oblong.
[0092] Figure 10 and Figure 11 In the first interval 30, at the base end 31B of the end side 31 and the end 33A of the base side 33 of the first interval 30, the radial cross-sectional shapes of the fastener 25 are different from each other, but the radial cross-sectional shapes of the fastener 25 can also be the same.
[0093] Preferably, such as Figure 11 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base 31B of the end side 31 of the first interval 30 is circular or oblong, such as... Figure 9 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the first section 30 is polygonal. Therefore, the fastener 25 can be securely fixed to the cylinder 10 at the base end side 33 of the first section 30. Furthermore, the fastener 25 can be easily inserted into the first inner cavity 11 at the end side 31 of the first section 30.
[0094] like Figure 12 As shown, the end portion 31 of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 can also abut against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10. This increases the contact area between the fastener 25 and the cylinder 10, thus enabling the fastener 25 to be securely fixed to the cylinder 10. Although not shown, the entire end portion 31 of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 can also abut against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10. The outer diameter of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 31A of the end portion 31 of the first section 30 can also be larger than the maximum diameter of the first inner cavity 11.
[0095] To ensure ease of insertion of the fastener 25 into the first inner cavity 11, at least a portion of the end side 31 of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 may not abut against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10. For example, the end 31A of the end side 31 of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 may not abut against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10.
[0096] Preferably, the surface roughness of the base end side 33 of the first section 30 is greater than the surface roughness of the end side 31 of the first section 30. This allows for the generation of appropriate frictional resistance when the base end side 33 of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10. Furthermore, it facilitates the insertion of the end side 31 of the first section 30 into the first inner cavity 11. The surface roughness is the arithmetic mean deviation Ra of the reference length interval of the roughness curve in the circumferential direction of the surface of the fastener 25, where the reference length is one-quarter of the circumference of the fastener 25 at each measurement location.
[0097] The arithmetic average deviation Ra corresponds to the arithmetic average deviation Ra defined in JIS B 0601 (2001), and is measured in accordance with JIS B 0633 (2001). The measurement is performed using a measuring machine defined in JIS B 0651 (2001) (for example, an ultra-precision non-contact three-dimensional measuring device, Model NH-3SP, manufactured by Y-ECO Corporation).
[0098] The fixing member 25 can also have a plurality of first sections 30. The plurality of first sections 30 can be arranged in the direction x from the tip end 25A toward the base end 25B of the fixing member 25. By providing the plurality of first sections 30, the contact area of the fixing member 25 with the cylinder 10 can be increased, and thus the fixing member 25 can be further firmly fixed to the cylinder 10. Further, it is preferable that the tip end of the first section 30 arranged at the most tip end side be arranged at the portion of the fixing member 25 including the tip end 25A.
[0099] Further, it is preferable that the fixing member 25 have a second section 40, the second section 40 being located at the base end 25B side of the fixing member 25 than the first section 30, including at least a portion in which the outer diameter becomes smaller toward the tip end 25A side, not including a portion in which the outer diameter becomes larger toward the tip end 25A side, and the outer diameter of the tip end of the second section 40 of the fixing member 25 being smaller than the outer diameter of the base end of the first section 30. By providing the second section 40 as such, the contact area of the fixing member 25 with the cylinder 10 can be increased, and thus the fixing member 25 can be further firmly fixed to the cylinder 10.
[0100] The second section 40 is configured to be (a) composed of only the portion in which the outer diameter becomes smaller toward the tip end 25A side, or (b) composed of only the portion in which the outer diameter is constant and does not change and the portion in which the outer diameter becomes smaller toward the tip end 25A side. That is, in the second section 40, as in the first section 30, there is no portion in which the outer diameter of the fixing member 25 becomes larger toward the tip end 25A side.
[0101] As the shape of the portion in which the outer diameter is constant and does not change in the second section 40 of the fixing member 25, for example, a prismatic shape, a cylindrical shape, or an elongated cylindrical shape can be given. As the shape of the portion in which the outer diameter becomes smaller toward the tip end side in the second section 40 of the fixing member 25, for example, a truncated pyramid shape, a truncated cone shape, an elongated truncated cone shape, a rounded truncated cone shape, or the like can be given. Further, the shape of the second section 40 of the fixing member 25 can be the same as or different from the shape of the first section 30.
[0102] In the second section 40, the cross-sectional shape (outer shape) of the fixing member 25 in the radial direction can be circular, oblong, polygonal, or a combination thereof.
[0103] Figures 6-8In the fixing member 25, a first section 30 is provided on the distal end 25A side, and a second section 40 is provided on the proximal end 25B side of the fixing member 25 than the first section 30. The second section 40 is divided into three equal parts into a distal end side portion 41, a central portion 42, and a proximal end side portion 43. Figures 13-15 respectively indicate Figure 8 The radial cross-sectional view of the proximal end 43B of the proximal end side portion 43 of the second section 40 of the fixing member 25, the distal end 43A of the proximal end side portion 43, and the proximal end 41B of the distal end side portion 41 of the fixing member 25 is shown. Figure 13 and Figure 15 In the manner shown, as in the case of the first section 30, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 is different at the proximal end 41B of the distal end side portion 41 of the second section 40 and the proximal end 43B of the proximal end side portion 43 of the second section 40. In this manner, the second section 40 can also be regarded as a first section 30. That is, in the treatment tool 1 shown Figures 6-8 In the treatment tool 1 shown
[0104] As shown Figures 6-8 It is preferable that the second section 40 be adjacent to the first section 30. Thereby, the portion of the barrel 10 in which the rigidity is increased can be defined by the insertion of the fixing member 25. Although not shown, the second section 40 can also be provided separately from the first section 30.
[0105] In order to more stably fix the fixing member 25 to the barrel 10, for the same reasons as the first section 30, it is preferable that the second section 40 also have the following structure.
[0106] As shown Figure 12 It is preferable that the proximal end 43B of the proximal end side portion 43 of the second section 40 of the fixing member 25 abut against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the barrel 10. It is more preferable that the entire proximal end side portion 43 of the second section 40 of the fixing member 25 abut against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the barrel 10. Furthermore, it is preferable that the outer diameter of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the proximal end 43B of the proximal end side portion 43 of the second section 40 be larger than the maximum diameter of the first inner cavity 11.
[0107] As shown Figure 13 It is preferable that the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the proximal end 43B of the proximal end side portion 43 of the second section 40 include a straight portion 44A.
[0108] As shown Figure 13As shown, the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40 preferably includes two straight portions 44A intersecting each other. In this case, an angular portion 45 is preferably formed in the radial cross-section of the fixing member 25 by the two straight portions 44A intersecting each other. The angular portion 45 is preferably arranged in the circumferential direction of the fixing member 25, more preferably at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, in the radial cross-section of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40.
[0109] The radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40 is preferably polygonal. Figure 13 In the embodiment, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40 is quadrangular.
[0110] Although not shown, the tip of the angular portion 35 of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30 and the tip of the angular portion 45 of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40 are preferably arranged at different positions in the circumferential direction of the fixing member 25. By staggering the angular portions 35, 45 as such, the fixing member 25 is further firmly fixed to the cylinder 10.
[0111] Although not shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40 can also be rotationally symmetrical with the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30.
[0112] Although not shown, the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40 can also include a curved portion.
[0113] In a predetermined range of the fixing member 25 in the direction x from the tip 25A toward the base end 25B, the 2nd section 40 of the fixing member 25 preferably abuts against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10, more preferably bites into the inner wall 11A. As such, as shown in FIG. 6, the 2nd section 40 of the fixing member 25 is preferably formed so as to have a tapered shape in the direction x from the tip 25A toward the base end 25B. Figures 6-8 As shown, the outer surface of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40 of the fixing member 25 is formed with a 1st planar portion 46A and a 2nd planar portion 46B intersecting each other. In this case, the normal direction 47A of the 1st planar portion 46A and the normal direction 47B of the 2nd planar portion 46B are preferably different from the direction x from the tip 25A toward the base end 25B of the fixing member 25, respectively. Thus, the edge portion 48 can be formed in the same manner as the 1st section 30. As with the angular portion, the edge portion 38 of the base end side 33 of the 1st section 30 and the edge portion 48 of the base end side 43 of the 2nd section 40 are preferably arranged at different positions in the circumferential direction of the fixing member 25.
[0114] The angle between the first plane portion 46A and the second plane portion 46B of the second section 40 relative to the long axis of the wire 20 can be set to be the same as that of the first section 30. In addition, the angle between the first plane portion 46A and the second plane portion 46B can be set to be the same as that between the first plane portion 36A and the second plane portion 36B.
[0115] like Figure 14 As shown, preferably, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 43A of the base side 43 of the second interval 40 includes a straight portion 44A. Although not shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 43A of the base side 43 of the second interval 40 may also include two intersecting straight portions. Alternatively, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 43A of the base side 43 of the second interval 40 may also include a straight portion 44A and a curved portion 44B. Figures 13-14 In the second interval 40, at the end 43A of the base side 43 and the base 43B of the base side 43, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 is different, but it can also be the same.
[0116] like Figure 12 As shown, preferably, the end 43A of the base side 43 of the second section 40 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10. Furthermore, preferably, the outer diameter of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the end 43A of the base side 43 of the second section 40 is larger than the maximum diameter of the first inner cavity 11. Therefore, the fastener 25 can easily engage with the cylinder 10 at the end 43A of the base side 43 of the second section 40.
[0117] The radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 41B of the end side 41 of the second section 40 may be the same as or different from the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 31B of the end side 31 of the first section 30.
[0118] The radial cross-sectional shape of the profile 44 of the fastener 25 at the base end 41B of the end side 41 of the second interval 40 may include a straight part, a curved part, or both a straight part and a curved part.
[0119] like Figures 14-15 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 may also be different at the end 43A of the base side portion 43 of the second interval 40 and the base end 43B of the base side portion 43 of the second interval 40.
[0120] like Figure 13 and Figure 15As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 may also differ at the base end 41B of the end side 41 of the second section 40 and the base end 43B of the base side 43 of the second section 40. This is only necessary as long as at least the base end 43B of the base side 43 of the second section 40 is shaped to easily abut against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10.
[0121] like Figure 13 and Figure 15 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 may also be different at the base end 41B of the end side 41 of the second interval 40 and the end 43A of the base side 43 of the second interval 40.
[0122] like Figure 9 and Figure 13 As shown, preferably, the radius of the circumcircle 49 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the second section 40 is greater than or equal to the radius of the circumcircle 39 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 of the first section 30. Therefore, the second section 40 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder 10 more easily than the first section 30, and thus, the fastener 25 is more easily and securely fixed to the cylinder 10.
[0123] like Figure 9 and Figure 13 As shown, preferably, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 in the second section 40 is the same as the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 33B of the base end side 33 in the first section 30. By setting the shapes of the fasteners 25 in the first section 30 and the second section 40 in this way, it is easy to manufacture the fasteners 25.
[0124] The end portion of the first section 30 of the fastener 25 is preferably designed to facilitate insertion of the fastener 25 into the cylinder 10, and the base portion of the first section 30 is preferably designed to securely fasten the fastener 25 to the cylinder 10. Similarly, the second section 40 is preferably designed to securely fasten the fastener 25 to the cylinder 10. To achieve both ease of insertion of the fastener 25 into the cylinder 10 and secure fastening of the fastener 25 to the cylinder 10, the lengths of the first section 30 and the second section 40 can differ in the x-direction from the end 25A of the fastener 25 towards the base 25B.
[0125] Figures 16-17 Indicates Figure 8 A side view of a modified example of the fastener shown. (e.g.) Figure 16As shown, preferably, the first section 30 is longer than the second section 40 in the direction x from the tip 25A of the fixing member 25 toward the base end 25B. Thereby, the ease of insertion of the fixing member 25 into the cylinder body 10 can be ensured.
[0126] As shown, preferably, the first section 30 is longer than the second section 40 in the direction x from the tip 25A of the fixing member 25 toward the base end 25B. Thereby, the ease of insertion of the fixing member 25 into the cylinder body 10 can be ensured. Figure 17 As shown, preferably, the first section 30 is longer than the second section 40 in the direction x from the tip 25A of the fixing member 25 toward the base end 25B. Thereby, the ease of insertion of the fixing member 25 into the cylinder body 10 can be ensured.
[0127] Preferably, the surface roughness of the base end side 43 of the second section 40 is greater than the surface roughness of the tip side 41 of the second section 40. Thereby, a moderate frictional resistance can be generated when the base end side 43 of the second section 40 of the fixing member 25 abuts against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder body 10. Further, the surface roughness of the second section 40 can be measured by the same method as the first section 30.
[0128] Figure 18 、 Figure 19 respectively show a perspective view and a side view of a modification example of the fixing member 25 shown in FIG. 1. Figure 6 respectively show a perspective view and a side view of a modification example of the fixing member 25 shown in FIG. 1. Figures 20-22 respectively show a perspective view and a side view of a modification example of the fixing member 25 shown in FIG. 1. Figure 19 respectively show a perspective view and a side view of a modification example of the fixing member 25 shown in FIG. 1.
[0129] As shown, preferably, the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the second section 40 and the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the tip 43A of the base end side 43 each include a corner portion 45. Thereby, in the second section 40, the fixing member 25 is easily abutted against the inner wall 11A of the cylinder body 10 in a manner of biting deeper. Although not shown, preferably, the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 includes a corner portion 45 at the entire base end side 43 of the second section 40. Figures 20-21 As shown, preferably, the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the second section 40 and the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the tip 43A of the base end side 43 each include a corner portion 45.
[0130] Figures 20-21 As shown, preferably, the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the base end 43B of the base end side 43 of the second section 40 and the profile 44 of the radial cross-sectional shape of the fixing member 25 at the tip 43A of the base end side 43 each include a corner portion 45.
[0131] Although not illustrated, it is also possible that the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 is rotationally symmetrical at the base end 43B and the end 43A of the base end side 43 of the second section 40. In this case, it is preferable that the ends of the corner portions 45 at the base end 43B and the end 43A of the base end side 43 of the second section 40 are positioned at different locations in the circumferential direction of the fastener 25. By having the corner portions 45 staggered in this way, the fastener 25 is further securely fixed to the cylinder 10.
[0132] like Figure 22 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 at the base end 41B of the end side 41 of the second interval 40 is quadrilateral. Therefore, in Figure 22 In the manner shown, the base end 41B of the end side 41 of the second section 40 also has the function of fixing the fastener 25 to the cylinder 10.
[0133] like Figure 20 and Figure 22 As shown, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 may be the same at the base end 41B of the end side 41 of the second interval 40 and the base end 43B of the base side 43 of the second interval 40. Alternatively, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 may be the same at the base end 41B of the end side 41 of the second interval 40 and the end end 43A of the base side 43 of the second interval 40. Thus, the radial cross-sectional shape of the fastener 25 may be the same at any location in the second interval 40. By making the cross-sectional shape the same in this way, it is easier to form the second interval 40 of the fastener 20.
[0134] Furthermore, the fastener 25 preferably has a third section 50 on the side closer to the base end 25B than the first section 30. The maximum outer diameter of the third section 50 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the base end of the first section 30. By providing the third section 50 on the base end 25B side of the fastener 25, stress concentration at the joint between the fastener 25 and the wire 20 can be prevented, thus suppressing kinking of the wire 20.
[0135] The third section 50 is preferably arranged adjacent to either the first section 30 or the second section 40. When the third section 50 is adjacent to the second section 40, the boundary between the second section 40 and the third section 50 can be defined by a step-like change in the outer diameter of the fastener 25. Similarly, when the third section 50 is adjacent to the first section 30, the boundary between the first section 30 and the third section 50 can be defined by a step-like change in the outer diameter of the fastener 25.
[0136] The maximum outer diameter of the fixing member 25 in the third section 50 can be smaller than the inner diameter of the inner cavity of the cylinder 10 as long as the kinking of the wire 20 is inhibited. On the other hand, at least a part of the third section 50 can also abut against the inner wall 11A of the first inner cavity 11. The maximum outer diameter of the fixing member 25 in the third section 50 can also be larger than the maximum diameter of the first inner cavity 11 of the cylinder 10. Thus, the third section 50 of the fixing member 25 is also imparted with a function for fixing to the cylinder 10.
[0137] It is preferable that the radial cross-sectional area of the fixing member 25 in the third section 50 be substantially the same in the direction x from the tip end 25A toward the base end 25B, or that the cross-sectional area become smaller as it approaches the base end 25B side. Thus, the kinking of the wire 20 at the base end 25B side of the fixing member 25 can be inhibited.
[0138] The lengths of the first section 30, the second section 40, and the third section 50 in the direction x from the tip end 25A of the fixing member 25 toward the base end 25B are not particularly limited and can be the same or different. In order to mainly contribute to the fixing of the first section 30 and the second section 40 to the cylinder 10, at least either one of the first section 30 and the second section 40 can be longer than the third section 50.
[0139] The fixing member 25 can be composed of the same resin as the cylinder 10 or the same metal as the wire 20. It is preferable that the Rockwell hardness of the material constituting the wire 20 and the Rockwell hardness of the material constituting the fixing member 25 be different from each other. It is more preferable that the Rockwell hardness of the material constituting the wire 20 be greater than the Rockwell hardness of the material constituting the fixing member 25. By setting the hardness of the wire 20 and the fixing member 25 as such, the elasticity of the wire 20 can be ensured and the surface processing of the fixing member 25 can be made easy. For example, the wire 20 can be composed of SUS304 which is easy to obtain elasticity and the fixing member 25 can be composed of SUS303 which is excellent in cutting property. In addition, the fixing member 25 can include an X-ray non-transmissive material. Thus, the position of the treatment tool 1 can be easily grasped under X-ray perspective.
[0140] The method of fixing the fixing member 25 to the wire 20 is not particularly limited and can use a method such as riveting, welding, adhesion, or the like. For example, in the case where the fixing member 25 has an inner cavity 26 which penetrates from the tip end 25A to the base end 25B, the wire 20 is inserted into the inner cavity 26 and the fixing member 25 can be fixed to the tip end portion of the wire 20 by using the above fixing method. Figure 8In the embodiment, a terminal tip 21 having an outer diameter larger than the maximum diameter of the inner cavity 26 of the fixing member 25 is provided at the tip end portion of the wire 20. The fixing member 25 is attached to the wire 20 by inserting the tip end of the wire 20 from the base end of the inner cavity 26 of the fixing member 25 and hooking the terminal tip 21 at the tip end 25A of the fixing member 25. In order to further firmly fix the wire 20 to the fixing member 25, the terminal tip 21 can also be heated and fused. In the case where the materials of the fixing member 25 and the wire 20 are metals, the fixing method of the fixing member 25 to the wire 20 is preferably laser welding. Although not shown, the tip end of the wire 20 can be exposed from the tip end 25A side of the fixing member 25 without providing the terminal tip 21 at the tip end of the wire 20, and the tip end of the wire 20 and the tip end 25A of the fixing member 25 can be fused to each other, thereby fixing the wire 20 to the fixing member 25. The terminal tip 21 can be formed of the same material as the fixing member 25.
[0141] The structure on the hand side for operating the treatment tool 1 will be described. The operation handle 65 can also have a first handle 66 connected to the base end portion of the wire 20 and a second handle 68 connected to the proximal side of the barrel 10. Figure 1 In the embodiment, the first handle 66 is provided outside the second handle 68. The first handle 66 is configured to be movable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the second handle 68. By moving the first handle 66 to the distal side or the proximal side, the length of the portion of the wire 20 exposed from the barrel 10 and the degree of flexion can be changed. The barrel 10 and the second handle 68 are connected via a separate connection tube 60, and the first guide inlet 61 for inserting the guide wire is provided in the tube 60. The second guide inlet 67 for introducing a liquid to the second inner cavity 12 or the third inner cavity 13 of the barrel 10 is provided in the second handle 68. In addition, the connection portion 69 connected to the high-frequency power source is provided in the first handle 66. The barrel 10 and the second handle 68, or the wire 20 and the first handle 66 can be directly connected to each other, or can be connected via other members such as the tube 60. They can be connected by a method such as heat pressing or adhesion based on an adhesive.
