Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of cleaning devices, in particular to a water return tank for a cleaning device. The present application also relates to a cleaning device comprising such a water return tank. BACKGROUND

The scrubber usually comprises a motor as a vacuum source, a clean water tank, a water return tank, a water spraying system in communication with the clean water tank, and a recovery system in communication with the water return tank. The motor is above the water return tank. When the scrubber is used, the water spraying system sprays clean water to the floor to wet the contaminants on the floor, and the recovery system sucks the dirty water into the water return tank. In addition, the scrubber can also clean the originally existing dirty water on the floor through the recovery system.

[0003] However, the scrubber in the prior art cannot be greatly inclined towards the floor (for example, to clean the floor in a position such as a bed bottom) when it is used, because the water in the water return tank can be sucked into the motor, which can cause the motor to stop rotating, and even the scrubber to be damaged. [0052] Figure 1 The cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is schematically shown. As shown in Figure 1 , the cleaning device 1 includes a pole body 10, a sweeping member 11 (for example, a floor brush) mounted at a first end of the pole body 10, a handle 12 configured at a second end of the pole body 10, and a liquid treatment assembly 13 mounted on the pole body 10. The liquid treatment assembly 13 can include a motor 14, a clean water tank (not shown in the figure), a backwater tank 20 (as described in detail below), a water spraying system (not shown in the figure), a recovery system (not shown in the figure), and the like. The motor 14, the clean water tank, the water spraying system, and the recovery system are well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described here.

[0053] In use of the cleaning device 1, the water spraying system sprays clean water from the clean water tank to the ground to wet the contaminants on the ground; the recovery system sucks the sewage into the backwater tank 20, thereby achieving cleaning of the ground. In addition, the cleaning device 1 can also suck the sewage originally existing on the ground into the backwater tank 20 through the recovery system to clean the ground.

[0054] The backwater tank 20 will be described in detail below.

[0055] Figure 2 The backwater tank 20 is schematically shown, Figure 3 is Figure 2 a sectional view. As shown in Figure 2 and 3 , the backwater tank 20 includes a tank body 200, a partition plate 303 (as Figure 4The illustrated), and a backflow pipe 400 that communicates the cleaning device 1 with the backflow tank 20. The partition 303 comprises a solid region 305 that is liquid-impermeable and a communicating region 304 that is liquid-permeable. An upper space 201 is formed above the partition 303, and a lower space 202 is formed below the partition 303. The lower space 202 is at least a portion of the backflow tank 20. The upper space 201 can be a portion of the backflow tank 20, or a space enclosed by the partition 303 and a cover 500 (which will be described later). The solid region 305 and the communicating region 304 are on two sides of the tank 200 in the radial direction, the solid region 305 extends from the side wall of the tank 200 towards the center of the tank 200, and the communicating region 304 communicates the upper space 201 with the lower space 202. The partition 303 is provided with a mounting hole 321, and the backflow pipe 400 extends through the mounting hole 321 from the lower space 202 so that a backflow outlet 401 of the backflow pipe 400 communicates with the upper space 201.

[0056] Thus, for the cleaning device 1 with the backflow tank 20, when the pole 10 (or the backflow tank 20) is used in a substantially upright manner (e.g., the angle relative to the horizontal plane is 90 degrees or greater than or equal to 60 degrees, hereinafter referred to as "upright"), backflow (e.g., sewage) is sucked into the backflow pipe 400, flows from the backflow pipe 400 into the upper space 201, and then enters the lower space 202 through the communicating region 304 and is stored in the lower space 202. When the pole 10 (or the backflow tank 20) is used in a substantially inclined manner (e.g., the angle relative to the horizontal plane is less than or equal to 30 degrees, hereinafter referred to as "flat"), so that the backflow tank 20 is inclined in a direction towards the solid region 305 (as Figure 13 Thus, for the cleaning device 1 with the backflow tank 20, when the pole 10 (or the backflow tank 20) is used in a substantially upright manner (e.g., the angle relative to the horizontal plane is 90 degrees or greater than or equal to 60 degrees, hereinafter referred to as "upright"), backflow (e.g., sewage) is sucked into the backflow pipe 400, flows from the backflow pipe 400 into the upper space 201, and then enters the lower space 202 through the communicating region 304 and is stored in the lower space 202. When the pole 10 (or the backflow tank 20) is used in a substantially inclined manner (e.g., the angle relative to the horizontal plane is less than or equal to 30 degrees, hereinafter referred to as "flat"), so that the backflow tank 20 is inclined in a direction towards the solid region 305 (as Figure 14 Thus, for the cleaning device 1 with the backflow tank 20, when the pole 10 (or the backflow tank 20) is used in a substantially upright manner (e.g., the angle relative to the horizontal plane is 90 degrees or greater than or equal to 60 degrees, hereinafter referred to as "upright"), backflow (e.g., sewage) is sucked into the backflow pipe 400, flows from the backflow pipe 400 into the upper space 201, and then enters the lower space 202 through the communicating region 304 and is stored in the lower space 202. [0057] Thus, for the cleaning device 1 with the backflow tank 20, when the pole 10 (or the backflow tank 20) is used in a substantially upright manner (e.g., the angle relative to the horizontal plane is 90 degrees or greater than or equal to 60 degrees, hereinafter referred to as "upright"), backflow (e.g., sewage) is sucked into the backflow pipe 400, flows from the backflow pipe 400 into the upper space 201, and then enters the lower space 202 through the communicating region 304 and is stored in the lower space 202. When the pole 10 (or the backflow tank 20) is used in a substantially inclined manner (e.g., the angle relative to the horizontal plane is less than or equal to 30 degrees, hereinafter referred to as "flat"), so that the backflow tank 20 is inclined in a direction towards the solid region 305 (as Figure 1As shown, a mounting area 250 is configured on the circumferential outer surface of the housing 200 to cooperate with the pole body 10. The water return tank 20 is arranged at the rear side of the pole body 10, and the solid area 305 is radially away from the mounting area 250. From the perspective of the entire cleaning device 1, the mounting area 250 is located at the front side of the housing 200, and the solid area 305 is close to the rear side of the housing 200 in the housing 200. In this way, when the cleaning device 1 is laid flat (as shown in Figure 9 ), the solid area 305 is at the lower position, and thus the sewage in the lower space 202 can be prevented from entering the upper space 201, and the cleaning device 1 can be used normally.

[0058] It should be understood that in other types of cleaning devices, the water return tank 20 can also be arranged at the front side of the pole body 10 (as shown in Figure 10 ). In this case, the solid area 305 is radially close to the mounting area 250. In this way, when the cleaning device 1 is laid flat (as shown in Figure 10 ), the solid area 305 is at the lower position, and thus the sewage in the lower space 202 can be prevented from entering the upper space 201, and the cleaning device 1 can be used normally.

[0059] In the water return tank 20, a cover 500 is arranged at the opening at the top of the housing 200 (as shown in Figure 6 ), and a gas outflow passage 501 is arranged on the cover 500. An inlet 502 of the gas outflow passage 501 is in communication with the upper space 201. The motor 14 is arranged to be in communication with the outlet of the gas outflow passage 501 to draw gas from the housing 200, and thus the sewage is sucked into the housing 200 through the water return pipe 400. In an embodiment, a filter (not shown in the figure) is arranged at the outlet of the gas outflow passage 501. The filter can filter out the small solid waste in the gas to prevent the waste from blocking at the motor 14. The filter can be, for example, a Hepa to improve the filtering effect. It should be understood that in the structure shown in Figure 2 , the cover 500 can also be arranged, which will not be described herein.

[0060] In an embodiment not shown, a cyclone separation structure is arranged in the gas outflow passage 501. When the gas flows through the cyclone separation structure, the cyclone separation structure separates part of the solid waste carried by the gas, and the remaining solid waste is filtered out by the filter. The cyclone separation structure can be formed integrally with the cover 500 to facilitate cleaning. In addition, by arranging the cyclone separation structure, the working load of the filter is reduced, the frequency of maintenance or replacement of the filter is reduced, and the user's use of the cleaning device 1 is facilitated.

[0061] The partition plate 303 will be described below in connection with Figure 2 , 4 , 5, 6 and 7. The solid area 305 and the communication area 304 are in the same plane 310 (as shown in Figure 7The solid area 305 is configured as a flat plate, and the communicating area 304 is configured as an unobstructed hollow area (as shown in Figure 2 and 4 The communicating area 304 is configured as a mesh plate (as shown in Figure 5 and 6 A through hole 309 is configured on the mesh plate 304. In this way, the backflow water entering the upper space 201 can enter the lower space 202 for storage through the hollow area or the mesh 309. For the hollow area form of the communicating area 304, the hollow area 304 is not obstructed to the backflow water, so that the backflow water sucked by the recycling system can flow smoothly and quickly into the lower space 202, which helps to improve the user's experience. For the mesh plate 304 form of the communicating area 304, it can separate the solid waste in the backflow water from the water, realizing solid-liquid separation. The solid waste can be poured into a garbage basket alone, and the water can be poured into a discharge device such as a toilet or a sink, thereby effectively preventing the discharge device such as the toilet or the sink from being blocked. Although the mesh plate 304 will cause the backflow water to flow slightly resistant, by properly adjusting the mesh size of the mesh 309, the resistance can be adjusted to be very small and will not adversely affect the user's experience during the use of the cleaning device 1, which is easily realized by those skilled in the art, and will not be described here.

[0062] In one embodiment, the plane 310 (or the partition plate 303) is perpendicular to the side wall of the box 200, or the plane 310 (or the partition plate 303) is inclined towards the lower space 202 and the height of the solid area 305 is greater than the height of the communicating area 304. For example, as shown in Figure 2 、 3 and 4, the partition plate 303 is perpendicular to the side wall of the box 200; as Figure 6As shown, the partition 303 is inclined towards the lower space 202, with the solid area 305 at a higher position and the connecting area 304 at a lower position. When the partition 303 is inclined towards the lower space 202, the inclined partition 303 guides the return water flowing from the return pipe 400 to quickly flow into the lower space 202, preventing water accumulation on the partition 303 (or the upper space 201). Thus, when the cleaning device 1 is used horizontally, with the rod 10 tilted at an appropriate angle, the solid area 305 of the partition 303 not only blocks water from flowing from the lower space 202 into the upper space 201, but also guides water from the return pipe 400 to quickly flow into the lower space 202. Therefore, water will not accumulate in the upper space 201, and water will not flow to the motor 14, allowing the cleaning device 1 to perform its cleaning function normally. The same situation applies when the cleaning device 1 is used vertically. Therefore, the cleaning device 1 with the return water tank 20 can be used both upright and horizontally with the pole 10, which greatly facilitates user operation. Furthermore, when the connecting area 304 is a perforated plate, the inclined partition 303 causes solid waste to accumulate at the lowest point of the perforated plate 304 under the flushing action of water, preventing the entire perforated plate 304 from becoming clogged, which also aids in user operation.

[0063] In one embodiment, the angle α between the plane 310 and the side wall of the housing 200 along the direction towards the lower space 202 is greater than or equal to 60 degrees and less than or equal to 80 degrees. The inventors discovered that in this case, not only is the capacity of the lower space 202 sufficient to ensure continuous use of the cleaning device 1 by the user (for example, the usable capacity of the lower space 202 can be 0.3 liters to 0.5 liters), but the inclined partition 303 effectively guides water into the lower space 202 and prevents water in the lower space 202 from flowing back into the upper space 201, thus facilitating user use.

[0064] In one embodiment (such as) Figure 12 As shown), the solid region 305 is constructed as a curved panel. For example, the solid region 305 is constructed as an arc-shaped plate, arranged such that the height of the central region 331 is lower than the height of the side regions 332 and 333, that is, the side regions 332 and 333 curve towards the lower space 202 relative to the central region 331. In this way, water in the upper space 201 will flow smoothly into the lower space 202 under the guidance of the arc-shaped solid region 305 (or partition plate 303) without water accumulating in the solid region 305 (or partition plate 303).

[0065] Preferably, the arc-shaped solid area 305 is further configured to slope from the upper space 201 to the lower space 202 in a radially inward direction along the housing 200. This further facilitates the smooth and rapid flow of water from the upper space 201 into the lower space 202.

[0066] In another embodiment, such as Figure 11 As shown, the surface of the perforated plate 304 facing the upper space 201 is constructed with a corrugated structure 311, which extends radially toward the center of the housing 200. Through holes 309 are located on the protruding ridges 312 of the corrugated structure 311. With this structure, solid waste, under the flushing action of water, will settle in the valleys 313 of the corrugated structure 311. For inclined or vertically arranged partitions 303, this effectively prevents the through holes 309 on the protruding ridges 312 from becoming clogged when there is less solid waste, thus improving the user experience. For inclined partitions 303, solid waste will further accumulate at the lowest point of the perforated plate 304 under the flushing action of water, without clogging the entire perforated plate 304, even when there is a large amount of solid waste, which also facilitates user operation. In one embodiment, the solid area 305 can also be a corrugated structure. In another embodiment, the partition 303 is entirely composed of a corrugated plate, which simplifies the manufacturing of the partition 303.

[0067] In one specific embodiment, the area ratio of the connected region 304 to the solid region 305 is between 1:2 and 1:0.8. The inventors have found that in this structure, the connected region 304 is relatively large. When using the cleaning device 1, air in the lower space 202 can be quickly extracted while water in the upper space 201 flows smoothly into the lower space 202, improving the user experience.

[0068] The through-hole 309 is constructed as a strip-shaped hole. For the inclined partition 303, multiple strip-shaped holes are parallel to each other and extend in the same direction as the inclination of the partition 303. The inventors discovered that, under the scouring of water flow, these strip-shaped holes can guide solid debris on the mesh plate 304 towards the lowest point of the partition 303, thus further preventing solid debris from clogging the mesh plate 304 and facilitating user operation. It should be understood that the through-hole 309 can also be constructed as an elliptical hole, a polygonal hole, or even a circular hole, etc., which will not be elaborated here.

[0069] In one specific embodiment, the width of the through-hole 309 is between 0.5 cm and 1 cm, and the length is between 1 cm and 3 cm. The inventors discovered that during cleaning using the cleaning device 1, the most common flocculent solid waste typically cross-links together. This cross-linked flocculent waste is filtered out by the through-hole 309 and, under the flushing action of water, accumulates at the lower position of the inclined baffle 303 without clogging the through-hole 309. When the size of the through-hole 309 is smaller, clogging is more likely to occur.

[0070] In one embodiment (such as) Figure 2 , 4As shown in Figure 5, it also includes a mounting sleeve 314. A partition 303 is constructed within the mounting sleeve 314, dividing the mounting sleeve 314 into a lower mounting section 315 and an upper mounting section 316. Thus, the mounting sleeve 314 is detachably mounted on the tank 200 via the lower mounting section 315, thereby engaging the partition 303 with the tank 200. With this structure, when cleaning the return water tank 20, the user can easily remove the partition 303 from the outside of the tank 200 by operating the mounting sleeve 314 (e.g., the upper mounting section 316) without reaching into the tank 200, avoiding contact with debris and greatly improving the user experience. In one embodiment, the lower mounting section 315 and the tank 200 can be detachably assembled together by means of a socket, threaded connection, or snap-fit connection. Furthermore, the lower mounting section 315 can be located either outside or inside the housing 200, as long as it can be detachably assembled with the housing 200. It should be understood that when the lower mounting section 315 is assembled with the housing 200, the two are sealed together to prevent water in the lower space 202 from flowing back into the upper space 201 when the cleaning device 1 is used horizontally.

[0071] In addition, Figure 2 , 4 In the structure shown in Figure 5, the partition 303 can be located inside the housing 200, at the top opening, or above the outside of the housing 200; the cover 500 mentioned above is mounted on the upper mounting section 316. In this way, the housing 200 forms a lower space 202, while the upper space 201 is enclosed by the upper mounting section 316, the partition 303, and the cover 500.

[0072] In another embodiment (e.g.) Figure 6 and 7 As shown), an annular baffle 306 is provided along the circumferential edge of the partition 303. In the assembled state, the annular baffle 306 extends at least partially toward the upper space 201 and is in sealing contact with the side wall of the housing 200 at least in the area corresponding to the solid area 305 (for example, a sealing ring is provided between the annular baffle 306 and the housing 200). Thus, when cleaning the return water tank 20, the user can lift the annular baffle 306 upwards to easily remove the partition 303 from the housing 300. Moreover, when the cleaning device 1 is laid flat for use, the sealing contact between the annular baffle 306 and the side wall of the housing 200 prevents water in the lower space 202 from flowing back into the upper space 201 through the gap between the annular baffle 306 and the housing 200.

[0073] Preferably, as well as Figure 6As shown, a handle 320 is formed on the annular barrier wall 306. The handle 320 extends towards the opening of the box 200. In this way, when the water tank 20 is cleaned, the partition 303 can be conveniently lifted out of the box 200 by lifting the handle 320, and at the same time, the solid waste is also taken out of the box 200, achieving separation of the solid waste and the sewage.

[0074] In another embodiment, the partition 303 can also be directly connected to the cover 500. In this way, when the cover 500 is removed, the partition 303 is also removed. This prevents the situation where the sewage and the solid waste are mixed again when the sewage is poured out because the partition 303 is forgotten to be removed.

[0075] In the case where the communication area 304 of the partition 303 is configured as a mesh plate (as shown in Figure 6 and 7 ), the partition 303 and the annular barrier wall 306 form a basket. The annular barrier wall 306 helps the partition 303 to carry more solid waste, and when the partition 303 is taken out, the solid waste will not scatter due to the annular barrier wall 306, improving the separation effect of the solid waste and the sewage. This also facilitates the user to use the cleaning device 1. In another embodiment, a plurality of through holes can also be provided on the annular barrier wall 306 to facilitate cleaning.

[0076] It should also be understood that although the partition 303 shown in Figure 6 is inclined, it can also be arranged perpendicular to the side wall (or the annular barrier wall 306) of the box 200, which will not be described here.

[0077] As shown in Figure 7 , the annular barrier wall 306 includes a mounting portion 307 and a connecting portion 308 below the mounting portion 307. The partition 303 is carried by the connecting portion 308. The mounting portion 307 is in sealing contact with the side wall of the box 200, and there is a gap 203 between the connecting portion 308 and the side wall of the box 200. Overall, the connecting portion 308 is spaced apart from the side wall of the box 200, so that when the partition 303 is disassembled, the annular barrier wall 306 will not be stuck by the side wall of the box 200 due to improper operation angle, which greatly improves the user's experience.

[0078] In one embodiment, the connecting portion 308 is configured to extend obliquely towards the interior of the tank 200. For example, the connecting portion 308 can be inclined at an angle of 2 to 5 degrees relative to the side wall of the tank 200, and the length of the connecting portion 308 can be between 2 cm and 5 cm. In this way, the connecting portion 308 is spaced apart from the side wall of the tank 200 to prevent jamming, and the area of the partition 303 is only slightly reduced, the solid area 305 is sufficient to block the water in the lower space 202 from flowing back to the upper space 201, and the communication area 304 can ensure that the backflow can smoothly flow to the lower space 202. Thus, the use of the user is further facilitated.

[0079] It should be understood that the partition 303 can be detachably mounted on the connecting portion 308 (or the annular barrier wall 306), or can be integrally formed with both.

[0080] In an embodiment not shown, a support boss can be configured on the outer wall of the backflow pipe 400 or the inner wall of the tank 200 to stably support the partition 303. In this way, the partition 303 is more stable under the support of both the mounting portion 307 and the support boss.

[0081] In an embodiment not shown, for the partition 303 in which the solid area 305 is a flat piece and the communication area 304 is a hollow area, the solid area 305 can also be configured as a whole with the tank 200, which will not be described here. In this case, the mounting sleeve 314 or the annular barrier wall 306 does not need to be configured on the partition 303.

[0082] In another embodiment not shown, the solid area 305 and the mesh plate 304 can also not be in the same plane, for example, the solid area 305 and the mesh plate 304 can form a zigzag plate shape. In this way, the shape of the partition 303 can be more conveniently configured to meet different needs of the cleaning device 1.

[0083] Figure 8 Another partition 303 is schematically shown. In Figure 8 In the shown partition 303, the partition 303 is configured as a necked piece surrounded by the solid area 305 and the communication area 304, and the small end 330 of the necked piece 303 faces the lower space 202. In this structure, the solid area 305 can effectively drain water into the lower space 202, and also block the water in the lower space 202 from flowing back to the upper space 201, facilitating the use of the user. The necked piece 303 can be implemented in the shape of a cone, a pyramid, or a parabolic body, which will not be described here.

[0084] In one embodiment, the communicating region 304 of the necking member 303 is configured as a mesh plate. In this way, the mesh plate 304 not only filters solid wastes in the sewage, but also, under the scouring of water, the solid wastes will gather at the small end 330 of the necking member 303, which greatly reduces the probability of the mesh plate 304 being blocked, further improving the user's experience. In addition, a corrugated structure as shown in Figure 7 is also configured on the mesh plate 304, which will not be described here.

[0085] It should also be understood that, for the partition 303 as shown in Figure 8 , it can be installed on the box 200 through the mounting sleeve 314 as shown in Figure 2 , 4 and 5, or it can be installed on the box 200 through the annular retaining wall 306 as shown in Figure 6 , which is easily realized by those skilled in the art, and will not be described here.

[0086] As also shown in Figure 2 , the partition 303 is configured with a mounting hole 321 (as shown in Figure 5 , 6 , 7 and 8), and the water return pipe 400 extends through the mounting hole 321 from the lower space 202 to the upper space 201. In this way, the water return pipe 400 plays a guiding and positioning role for the assembly of the partition 303, which facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the partition 303 in the box 200 and prevents the partition 303 from being skewed in the box 200. In one specific embodiment, the mounting hole 321 is in sealed contact with the water return pipe 400 (for example, a sealing ring can be provided), so as to prevent water from flowing out of the lower space 202 when the flat cleaning device 1 is placed.

[0087] In addition, for the partition 303 including the hollow region 303, the water return pipe 400 can also extend through the hollow region 304 from the lower space 202 to the upper space 201. In this way, in fact, the hollow region 304 plays a role of extending the mounting hole 321 to the upper space 201, without the need to additionally configure the mounting hole on the partition 303.

[0088] In one embodiment not shown, the water return pipe 400 can also be configured to pass through the side wall of the box 200 and communicate with the upper space 201. In another embodiment not shown, a top wall is provided on the top of the box 200, and a pouring opening is formed on the top wall, and a cover 500 covers the pouring opening; in this case, the water return pipe 400 passes through the top wall of the box 200 and communicates with the upper space 201.

[0089] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 3As shown, the backwater pipe 400 and the box body 200 are in an integrated structure, for example, can be formed integrally by injection molding, simple and convenient to manufacture. In another embodiment, the backwater pipe 400 and the box body 200 can also be in a split structure, so that the backwater pipe 400 can be removed from the box body 200 when needed, and the backwater tank 20 and / or the box body 200 can be thoroughly cleaned. In the case of a split structure of the backwater pipe 400 and the box body 200, the two can be threadedly connected or sealingly clamped together.

[0090] In a specific embodiment, an annular guide plate 322 is arranged along the mounting hole 321. The annular guide plate 322 extends along the length direction of the box body 200, for example, extends into the upper space 201, and the backwater pipe 400 extends through the annular guide plate 322 into the upper space 201. Through this structure, the backwater pipe 400 extends through the annular guide plate 322, further guiding and positioning the assembly of the partition plate 303, preventing the 303 from being skewed in the box body 200.

[0091] In addition, the backwater outlet 401 of the backwater pipe 400 is directed towards the side wall of the box body 200 (as shown). Figure 6 In this way, the risk of water being drawn into the gas outflow channel 501 and then reaching the motor 14 can be avoided, thereby improving the service life of the cleaning device 1. In another specific embodiment, the backwater outlet 401 and the inlet 502 of the gas outflow channel 501 are opposite in the radial direction, and the height is lower than the inlet 502, which maximizes the distance between the outlet 401 and the inlet 502, prolongs the movement path of the water-gas mixture in the box body 200, and improves the gas-water separation effect.

[0092] Also as shown, Figure 6As shown, a first water level probe 510 is provided on the cover 500. The first water level probe 510 extends into the upper space 201 and is located directly above the solid area 305. The first water level probe 510 is used to sense the water level in the upper space 201. When the water level in the tank 200 reaches a preset threshold, the motor 14 will stop rotating and remind the user, which is especially important when using the cleaning device 1 horizontally. For example, when using the cleaning device 1 horizontally, the solid area 305 on the partition 303 will prevent sewage in the lower space 202 from flowing back into the upper space 201, so that the motor 14 will not stop rotating and the cleaning device 1 can perform cleaning work normally. At this time, the sewage sucked into the upper space 201 will accumulate in the upper space 201 at the solid area 305. When too much sewage accumulates in the upper space 201 and flows towards the cover 500, it will first flow to the first water level probe 510. When the first water level probe 510 comes into contact with water, it generates a signal that instructs the motor 14 to stop rotating, thereby preventing sewage from being sucked into the motor 14, which could lead to abnormal sewage return or even damage to the motor 14. Thus, the first water level probe 510 can monitor the water level inside the tank 200 in real time, preventing sewage from being sucked into the motor 14, which could cause abnormal sewage return or damage to the motor 14. This greatly improves the user experience and extends the service life of the cleaning device 1.

[0093] In one embodiment, a second water level probe 511 may also be provided on the cover 500. The second water level probe 511 extends downwards opposite the connecting area 304. For example, the second water level probe 511 may extend within the upper space 201 near the partition 303, or pass through the connecting area 304 to reach the lower space 202. The second water level probe 511 is used to monitor the water level inside the housing 200 when the cleaning device 1 is used upright; when the water level inside the housing 200 reaches a preset threshold, the motor 14 will stop rotating and alert the user.

[0094] When the second water level probe 511 extends into the lower space 205, it will detect the threshold water level before the water level in the tank 200 reaches the partition 303, causing the motor 14 to stop rotating. This further prevents water from being drawn into the motor 14, extending the service life of the cleaning device 1. Those skilled in the art can adjust the depth of the second water level probe 511 into the lower space 202 according to actual conditions, which will not be elaborated here.

[0095] When the second water level probe 511 is located in the upper space 201 and close to the partition 303, even if the partition 303 becomes blocked, resulting in a lower water level in the lower space 202 and water accumulation in the upper space 201, the second water level probe 511 can still accurately monitor the water level and prevent water from being sucked into the motor 14. Those skilled in the art can adjust the position of the second water level probe 511 in the upper space 201 according to actual conditions, which will not be elaborated here. Furthermore, those skilled in the art can also extend the second water level probe 511 into the lower space 202, or into the upper space 201, or install the second water level probe 511 in both the upper and lower spaces 201, which will not be elaborated here.

[0096] The following describes the different usage scenarios of cleaning device 1.

[0097] Scene 1:

[0098] like Figure 1 As shown, when the cleaning device 1 is used upright (e.g., cleaning the living room floor), the motor 14 rotates, and after the water spray system is activated, clean water is sprayed from the clean water tank onto the ground. Wastewater is sucked into the upper space 201 of the housing 200 via the return pipe 400 (i.e., the return pipe 400). Wastewater flows into the lower space 202 for storage via the connecting area 304 on the partition 303.

[0099] When the connecting zone 304 is constructed as a perforated plate, solid waste in the sewage is filtered by the partition 303 and remains in the upper space 204.

[0100] Scene 2:

[0101] like Figure 9 As shown, when the cleaning device 1 is laid flat for use (e.g., under a cleaning bed), the solid area 305 of the partition 303 is in a low position. Due to the obstruction of the solid area 305, wastewater in the lower space 202 is retained in the lower space 202 and does not flow back into the upper space 201. The motor 14 rotates normally, and the cleaning device 1 is used normally.

[0102] When wastewater is drawn into the upper space 201 of the tank 200, it is temporarily stored in the upper space 201. When the first water level probe 510 does not detect any wastewater temporarily stored in the upper space 201, the wastewater will not be drawn into the motor 14, the motor 14 will rotate normally, and the cleaning device 1 will function normally. When the first water level probe 510 detects that the wastewater level temporarily stored in the upper space 201 has reached a threshold, the motor 14 will stop rotating and the user will be alerted.

[0103] When the cleaning device 1 is erected, the sewage temporarily stored in the upper space 204 will flow into the lower space 202 through the connecting area 304.

[0104] In the case where the communication zone 304 is configured as a mesh plate, solid waste in the sewage is filtered by the partition 303 and left in the upper space 204.

[0105] Obviously, the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application are merely examples for the purpose of clarity and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application. Various obvious changes, re-adjustments and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present application. It is not necessary or possible to exhaust all the embodiments here.
