Method for preparing single-crystal perovskite cell and single-crystal perovskite cell prepared thereby

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method of a single-crystal perovskite cell and a single-crystal perovskite cell prepared by the method. The preparation method of the single-crystal perovskite cell comprises the following steps: providing a first structure layer; forming a first carrier layer on the first structure layer, wherein the first carrier layer is provided with a plurality of openings; forming a first perovskite single crystal in at least the openings; forming a first isolation layer on at least the top of the first perovskite single crystal; forming a second carrier layer on at least the top of the first isolation layer; and one of the first carrier layer and the second carrier layer is an electron transport layer, and the other is a hole transport layer. The above scheme simplifies the preparation process of the single-crystal perovskite cell and avoids damage to the generated perovskite single crystal in the preparation process.
