Abstract

The application discloses a small concrete mixer with a cleaning function, and relates to the field of mixer cleaning, which comprises a plug valve, a cleaning mechanism, a stirring mechanism and a turnover mechanism, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring drum and a stirring assembly; the top of the stirring drum is provided with a feeding pipe; after the concrete remaining on the inner wall of the stirring drum is cleaned by the annular scraper and the high-pressure nozzle, the pulling plate is moved to the right by the driving assembly; then the pulling plate drives the hard water pipe and the annular hollow water distribution plate to gradually move to the right and into the storage drum; the annular hollow water distribution plate is stored in the storage drum; the stirring drum and the storage drum are no longer communicated by closing the plug valve; and when the concrete is stirred by the stirring assembly, the concrete cannot enter the storage drum, which can avoid the waste of the concrete and the blockage of the high-pressure nozzle by the concrete, so as to facilitate the subsequent cleaning work of the inner wall of the stirring drum and guarantee the cleaning effect.
