Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a cup-shaped part module for a cosmetic stick mechanism.
[0002] According to a second embodiment, the present invention relates to a cup-shaped part including such a module.
[0003] According to a third embodiment, the present invention relates to a refill including such a cup-shaped part.
[0004] Finally, according to a fourth embodiment and a fifth embodiment, the present invention relates to a container including such a cup-shaped part or such a refill. Background Art
[0005] A cup-shaped part for a cosmetic stick mechanism is an element that supports a cosmetic stick and is slidably mounted in a subassembly formed by a guide and a sheath of the mechanism. The cosmetic stick is held in the cup-shaped part by its base, and the cup-shaped part slides axially at least between a lower retracted position and an upper position for using the cosmetic. In the upper position of the cup-shaped part, at least a portion of the cosmetic stick extends axially out of the container.
[0006] The cup-shaped part and the entire mechanism can form a refill that is intended to equip a container for cosmetics. Using such a refill makes it possible to retain some components of the container, such as the lid and the base of the container. However, the guide, the sheath, and the cup-shaped part must be replaced together with the cosmetic stick. This is particularly advantageous if the lid and / or the base are made of a precious material and / or are decorated (e.g., decorated with a lining), which makes the components relatively more expensive to manufacture.
[0007] In other types of containers, only the cup-shaped part is the element to be replaced. The cup-shaped part is then designed such that it is possible to replace the cosmetic stick when it is used up.
[0008] However, in these containers, the posture for replacing the cup-shaped part in the mechanism remains complex and is not always easy.
[0009] On the other hand, when replacing the cosmetic stick with a new one having a height lower than that of the original cosmetic stick, replacing the used cup-shaped part with a new one causes a major difficulty: the user may have to rotate the mechanism several times to displace the cosmetic stick carried by the new cup-shaped part from the lower position to the upper use position.
[0010] Generally, depending on the size (especially the height) of the cosmetic stick carried by the cup-shaped part, the user may have to rotate the mechanism several times to displace the cosmetic stick carried by the cup-shaped part from the lower position to the upper use position.
[0011] Therefore, there is a need for a solution that can solve at least some of the drawbacks of the prior art. Summary of the Invention
[0012] According to a first embodiment, the present invention provides a cup-shaped member module for a mechanism of a cosmetic stick. The module is configured to receive the cosmetic stick, form a removable portion of the cup-shaped member, and is nested within a non-removable portion of the cup-shaped member. The module includes at least one mounting device adapted to be coupled to the non-removable portion of the cup-shaped member, and a lower neck having:
[0013] - a lower transverse bottom provided with a through-opening, and
[0014] - an inner surface provided with a first attachment device adapted to cooperate with a second attachment device of an intermediate member, the second attachment device being configured to be attached at the lower neck of the module.
[0015] The term "removable portion" refers to an element that is installed in the mechanism and can be removed from the mechanism without damaging or deforming the components of the assembly.
[0016] The term "non-removable portion" refers to an element that is permanently installed in the mechanism, i.e., there is no possibility of separation from the mechanism, but the possibility of displacement relative to and within the mechanism is retained.
[0017] By introducing a through-opening at the lower transverse bottom of the cup-shaped member module, the present invention opens up the possibility of directly forming the cosmetic stick in the module, particularly after pouring the cosmetic through the lower opening. Due to this in-situ pouring, the present invention can eliminate the step of transferring a pre-formed cosmetic stick outside the cup-shaped member module.
[0018] In addition, the present invention introduces the possibility of installing an intermediate member in the through-opening to provide additional functions to the cup-shaped member module. For example, the intermediate member can be a sealing plug that closes the through-opening, or a lifting member whose height can be set according to the size of the cosmetic stick.
[0019] In the case of an intermediate member formed by a lifting member, without changing the mechanism, the stroke of the cup-shaped member through the mechanism can be adjusted by acting on the height of the lifting member.
[0020] According to a second embodiment, the present invention relates to a cup-shaped member for a mechanism of a cosmetic stick. The cup-shaped member includes a first portion referred to as a non-removable portion and a second portion referred to as a removable portion. The first portion is provided with at least one assembly device for assembling with the mechanism. The second portion is configured to receive the cosmetic stick and is provided with at least one mounting device coupled to the non-removable portion. The removable portion is nested within the non-removable portion and includes a lower neck having:
[0021] - A lower transverse bottom provided with a through-opening, and
[0022] - An inner face provided with a first attachment means intended to cooperate with a second attachment means of an intermediate member, the second attachment means being configured to be attached at the lower neck of the removable part.
[0023] The term "removable" means that the second part of the cup-shaped member is installed in the mechanism and can be removed from the mechanism without damaging or deforming the components of the assembly.
[0024] The term "non-removable" means that the first part of the cup-shaped member is permanently installed in the mechanism, i.e., the first part of the cup-shaped member can remain movable within the mechanism while it cannot be removed from the mechanism.
[0025] Thus, by introducing a through-opening at the lower transverse bottom of the removable part of the cup-shaped member, the present invention opens up the possibility of directly forming a cosmetic stick within the removable part, particularly after pouring the cosmetic through this lower opening. Due to this in-situ pouring, the present invention is able to eliminate the step of transferring a pre-formed cosmetic stick outside the cup-shaped member.
[0026] In addition, the present invention introduces the possibility of installing an intermediate member in this through-opening to provide additional functions to the cup-shaped member. For example, the intermediate member can be a sealing plug that closes the through-opening, or a lifting member whose height can be set according to the size of the cosmetic stick.
[0027] In the second case, without changing the mechanism, it is possible to adjust the stroke of the cup-shaped member through the mechanism by acting on the height of the lifting member.
[0028] According to this second embodiment, the present invention may also include any one of the following features, which may be adopted individually or in any technically feasible combination:
[0029] - The assembly means of the non-removable part includes at least one lug;
[0030] - The first attachment means is an annular notch formed on the inner face of the removable part;
[0031] - The second attachment means includes at least one protrusion formed on the outer face of the skirt of the intermediate member;
[0032] - The non-removable part includes at least one mounting means that cooperates with at least one mounting means for mounting the removable part;
[0033] - At least one mounting means for mounting the non-removable part includes an internal thread formed on the inner face of the non-removable part;
[0034] - At least one mounting device for mounting the removable part includes a thread formed on the outer face of the removable part.
[0035] According to a third embodiment, the present invention relates to a refill for a mechanism of a cosmetic stick, the refill including a cosmetic stick and a support for carrying the cosmetic stick, the support being configured to form a removable part of a cup-shaped member of the mechanism, the support including a lower neck having:
[0036] - A lower transverse bottom provided with a through-opening, and
[0037] - An inner face provided with a first attachment device intended to cooperate with a second attachment device of an intermediate member, the second attachment device being configured to be attached at the lower neck of the support.
[0038] The support introduced by the present invention can constitute a single part of the refill associated with the cosmetic stick. Thus, by a refill including a single part for carrying the cosmetic stick, the present invention is not only beneficial to manufacturing but also beneficial to the recyclability of the refill.
[0039] In addition, once the cosmetic stick is used up, the user is left with only the support as the only part to be disposed of. Other elements of the mechanism (especially complex parts) can be retained and reused later with a new refill.
[0040] Therefore, the present invention helps to reduce waste.
[0041] It should be noted that by introducing a through-opening at the lower transverse bottom of the support, the present invention opens up the possibility of directly forming the cosmetic stick in the support, especially after pouring the cosmetic through this lower opening. Due to this in-situ pouring, the present invention can eliminate the step of transferring the pre-formed cosmetic stick outside the support.
[0042] In addition, the present invention introduces the possibility of installing an intermediate member in this through-opening to provide additional functions to the support. For example, the intermediate member can be a sealing plug for closing the through-opening, or a lifting member whose height can be set according to the size of the cosmetic stick.
[0043] In the case of the intermediate member formed by the lifting member, without changing the mechanism, the stroke of the cup-shaped member through the mechanism can be adjusted by acting on the height of the lifting member. In other words, for the same mechanism, different types of refills can be used without considering the size (especially its height).

[0090] By convention, the central axis Y is the axis passing through the middle of the container and perpendicular to the plane including the lower or upper edge of the container. The central axis Y is substantially equidistant from two diametrically opposite points on the lower or upper edge of the container. The direction orthogonal to the central axis Y is called the radial direction.
[0091] In the following detailed description of the drawings, the terms "upper" and "lower" or "top" and "bottom" are used with reference to the central axis Y.
[0092] Similarly, unless otherwise specified, the terms "outer or external" and "inner or internal" are used with reference to the radial direction, where the outer element is more radially distant from the central axis Y than the inner element.
[0093] In the remainder of the specification, unless otherwise specified, elements having the same structure or similar functions will be denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0094] As Figure 1 shown, the present invention relates to a container 100 for cosmetics, and more particularly to a stick-shaped or bullet-shaped cosmetic. For example, the cosmetic may be a lipstick.
[0095] The container 100 includes a guide 1, a sheath 2, and a cup-shaped member 3, and the guide, the sheath, and the cup-shaped member form a mechanism 10 of the container 100. The container 100 further includes a lid 4 intended to cover the mechanism 10. In particular, the sheath 2 is intended to be screwed around the guide 1. The cup-shaped member 3 is intended to carry a cosmetic stick. In addition, the cup-shaped member 3 is intended to be mounted between a retracted or lower position and a protruding position or a top use position in the guide 1.
[0096] In a known manner, with reference to Figure 2 , the guide 1 includes a tube 11 provided with at least one slit or chute 12 extending along the central axis Y. The at least one slit 12 has an upper end and a lower end, and each of the upper end and the lower end extends into a circumferential notch or recess 13a, 13b. Here, the guide 1 includes two diametrically opposed slits 12. The guide 1 further includes a base 14 carrying the tube 11. The base 14 projects radially from the tube 11. Thus, the base 14 and the tube 11 form a shoulder 15.
[0097] Likewise, in a known manner, with reference to Figure 3 , the sheath 2 is in the form of a tube 22. Additionally, the sheath 2 includes at least one helical groove 24. Here, the sheath 2 includes two helical grooves.
[0098] Referring again to Figure 1 , the cup-shaped member 3 includes a first part 3A referred to as a non-removable part and a second part 3B referred to as a removable part. The first part cooperates with the mechanism 10, and the second part is intended to carry a cosmetic stick. The removable part 3B is intended to be nested into the non-removable part 3A. The second part 3B is also referred to as the cup-shaped member module 3B.
[0099] The term "non-removable" means that the first part 3A of the cup-shaped member 3 is permanently mounted in the mechanism 10 of the container 100. Thus, the first part 3A is mounted in a manner that it cannot be detached from the container 100 except by deforming or damaging at least one component of the assembly.
[0100] The term "removable" means that the second part 3B of the cup-shaped member 3 is mounted in the mechanism 10 of the container 100 in such a way that it can be removed without damaging or deforming the components of the assembly. Thus, the removable part 3B can be replaced with another removable part that carries another cosmetic stick, which gives the container 100 the feature of being refillable.
[0101] Referring to Figure 4 and Figure 5 , the non-removable part 3A of the cup-shaped member 3 is formed by a sleeve 5, which includes an upper section 51 and a lower section 52. The upper section 51 and the lower section 52 form a receiving portion 53. Additionally, the upper section 51 and the lower section 52 form an internal shoulder 54. More specifically, the internal shoulder 54 of the sleeve 5 is formed between the internal face 51a of the upper section 51 of the sleeve 5 and the internal face 52a of the lower section 52.
[0102] The upper section 51 of the sleeve 5 defines an upper edge 51b and an upper opening 51c of the sleeve 5. Additionally, the upper section 51 of the sleeve 5 has an external face 51d, which has means for assembling the cup-shaped member 3 with the rest of the mechanism 10.
[0103] Furthermore, the lower section 52 of the sleeve 5 defines a lower edge 52b and a lower opening 52c of the sleeve 5. Additionally, the lower section 52 of the sleeve 5 has first mounting means 56 at its internal face 52a, which are intended to cooperate with the removable part 3B of the cup-shaped member 3.
[0104] According to the illustrated embodiment, the upper section 51 of the sleeve 5 has a cylindrical shape. The lower section 52 has a frustoconical shape. The height of the upper section 51 is greater than the height of the lower section 52. Moreover, the means 55 for assembling the sleeve 5 with the rest of the mechanism 10 includes at least one lug 55 formed on the upper section 51 of the sleeve 5, including two lugs 55 here. At least one lug 55 of the sleeve 5 is intended to engage in at least one slit 12 of the guide 1 and then engage in the helical groove 24 of the sheath 2. Finally, the first mounting means 56 of the sleeve 5 is formed by an internal thread.
[0105] Referring to Figure 6 and Figure 7 , the removable part 3B of the cup-shaped member 3 includes a cylinder 6, which has a central section 61, a cap 62, and a neck 63. The cap 62 extends above the central section 61. The neck 63 extends below the central section 61. The central section 61 and the cap 62 form a receiving portion 64 intended to accommodate a cosmetic stick. In other words, the cap 62 and the central section 61 of the cylinder 6 are intended to be in contact with the cosmetic stick. The central section 61 and the neck 63 of the cylinder 6 form an external shoulder 65, where the central section 61 projects radially from the neck 63.
[0106] In particular, the central section 61 (here cylindrical) of the barrel 6 includes a bottom 61a and a peripheral wall 61b extending vertically from the bottom 61a. The bottom 61a of the barrel 6 forms a seat for the cosmetic stick in the barrel 6. Additionally, the bottom 61a of the barrel 6 includes an opening 61c. Here, the opening 61c is formed at the center of the bottom 61a. Further, the peripheral wall 61b of the barrel 6 has an inner face 61d, and the inner face 61d is provided with ribs 61e which are intended to facilitate the hooking of the cosmetic in the barrel 6. Here, the ribs 61e are uniformly distributed on the inner face 61d of the peripheral wall 61b of the barrel 6. Additionally, the peripheral wall 61b of the barrel 6 is defined by an upper edge 61f opposite to the bottom 61a.
[0107] The cap 62 of the barrel 6 extends from the upper edge 61f of the central section 61. The cap 62 of the barrel 6 has an upper edge 62a and a lower edge 62b. The lower edge 62b of the cap 62 engages with the upper edge 61f of the central section 61 of the barrel 6. The upper edge 62a of the cap defines the free edge of the barrel 6. Further, the cap 62 includes a regular inner face 62c and an irregular outer face 62d. "Regular" means that the shape of the inner face 62c of the cap 62 has no protrusions. "Irregular" means that the contour of the outer face 62d of the cap 62 has protrusions, more specifically a stepped contour. Finally, the cap 62 of the barrel 6 has at least one hooking device 67 which is configured to cooperate with a third element in order to facilitate the disassembly of the removable part 3B relative to the non-removable part 3A of the cup-shaped member 3.
[0108] The lower neck 63 of the barrel 6 has an outer face 63a which, together with the outer face 61b of the central section 61, forms the outer shoulder 65 of the barrel 6. The outer face 63a of the neck 63 is provided with a second mounting device 63b which is intended to cooperate with the first mounting device 56 of the sleeve 5. Additionally, the lower neck 63 of the barrel 6 has an inner face 63c forming a channel 63d, and the inner face 63c is provided with a first attachment device 63e which is intended to cooperate with an intermediate member. Here, the intermediate member is the plug 7. Finally, the lower neck 63 of the barrel 6 has a lower transverse bottom 63f provided with a lower opening 63g.
[0109] It should be noted that the lower opening 63g of the lower neck 63 communicates with the channel 63d of the neck 63. The channel 63d of the lower neck 63 itself communicates with the receiving portion 64 formed by the central section 61 and the cap 62 of the barrel 6. The channel 63d of the lower neck 63 communicates with the receiving portion 64 through the through-opening 61c of the bottom 61a. Thus, the lower opening 63g of the lower neck 63 enables the pouring of molten material into the receiving portion 64 of the barrel 6, and the molten material forms a cosmetic stick after solidification. The plug 7 can protect the obtained cosmetic stick.
[0110] In Figure 6 and Figure 7 In the embodiment shown in particular, the cap 62 has a flared shape between its upper edge 62a and its lower edge 62b. The hooking means 67 of the cap 62 comprises at least one slit 67a, 67b which extends from the free upper edge 62a of the cap 62 to a distance from the lower edge 62b of the cap 62. In other words, the lower section of the cap 62 is not a slit. Here, the hooking means comprises two diametrically opposed slits 67a, 67b. Thus, the slits 67a, 67b divide the cap 62 into two opposite lips. The slits 67a, 67b impart a certain flexibility to the cap 62 so that the barrel 6 can be elastically nested into a refill, for example as described below.
[0111] It should be noted that each lip of the cap 62 has a stepped profile at the outer face 62d of the cap 62. This profile comprises a first straight section 66a, a first inclined plane 66b and a second straight section 66c from the free upper edge 62a towards the lower edge 62b of the cap 62. The first straight section 66a projects radially from the second straight section 66c.
[0112] It should also be noted that the lower non-slit section 66d of the cap 62 is in the form of an inclined plane which retracts from the first inclined plane 66b of the cap 62.
[0113] In Figures 5 to 7 In the embodiment shown in particular, the second mounting means 63b of the neck 63 comprises an external thread 63b intended to cooperate with the internal thread 56 of the sleeve 5. Additionally, the first attachment means 63e of the neck 63 comprises a notch 63e which extends at least partly along the perimeter of the inner face 63c of the neck. Here, the notch 63e extends in a circle in the inner face 63c of the neck 63.
[0114] Referring Figure 8 , the plug 7 comprises a bottom 71 and a skirt 72 extending vertically from the bottom 71. The bottom 71 and the skirt 72 of the plug 7 form an external shoulder 73. More specifically, the shoulder 73 of the plug 7 is formed by the outer face 72a of the skirt 72 and the lateral face 71a of the bottom 71.
[0115] The skirt 72 of the plug 7 is intended to be mounted in the channel 63d of the lower neck 63 of the barrel 6. In particular, the skirt 72 of the plug 7 is intended to be attached opposite to the inner face 63c of the lower neck 63 of the barrel 6. To this end, the skirt 72 of the plug 7 has at least one second attachment means 74 at its outer face 72a which is intended to cooperate with the first attachment means 63e of the neck 63. When the skirt 72 of the plug 7 engages in the channel 63d of the lower neck 63 of the barrel 6, the external shoulder 73 of the plug 7 abuts against the lower lateral bottom 63f of the neck 63.
[0116] In Figure 8 and Figure 9 In the example of the embodiment of the plug shown, the second attachment means 74 of the plug 7 comprises at least one projection intended to cooperate with a notch 63e formed in the inner face 63c of the neck 63 of the barrel 6. Here, the second attachment means comprises three equally distributed projections, two of which 74a, 74b are visible in Figure 8 .
[0117] Referring to Figure 9 , a second example of the plug is shown, the height of the bottom 71 of the plug 7 being greater than the height of the bottom 71 of the plug 7 in the first example. This arrangement enables the cup 3 to be held in the upper position in the container 100. According to this variant, the bottom 71 of the plug 7 thus forms a lifting member for the cup 3, so that a small cosmetic stick can be mounted in the container 100 without changing the stroke or height of the slot 12 of the mechanism 10.
[0118] In an alternative embodiment not shown, the plug 7 may be provided with an extension assembled at the bottom 71 of the plug. The extension then forms a lifting member for the cup 3. The lifting member thus formed comprises an upper end adjacent to the lower face 71b of the bottom 71 of the plug 7 and an opposite lower end intended to rest on the bottom of the container 100.
[0119] To produce the mechanism 10, the first step consists in obtaining, on the one hand, the sleeve 5 forming the non-removable part of the cup, and on the other hand, the barrel 6 and the plug 7 forming the removable part 3B of the cup 3. The sleeve 5, the barrel 6 and the plug 7 are obtained, for example, by injection moulding of a plastic material. The molten material is then poured into the barrel 6. After solidification, this molten material will form the cosmetic stick.
[0120] After the step of pouring the molten material into the barrel 6, the opening 63g of the lower neck 63 of the barrel 6 is closed by the plug 7. Thus, the skirt 72 of the plug 7 is inserted into the channel 63d of the neck 63. At least one projection 74 of the skirt 72 cooperates with the notch 63e of the barrel 6. The shoulder 73 of the plug 7 abuts against the lower transverse bottom 63f of the neck 63. The sub-assembly thus obtained comprises the removable part 3B of the cup 3 and the cosmetic stick carried by this removable part 3B of the cup 3.
[0121] Finally, the last step in manufacturing the mechanism 10 consists in mounting the sub-assembly formed by the cosmetic stick and the removable part 3B of the cup 3 in the sleeve 5 forming the non-removable part 3A of the cup 3. To carry out this step, it is advantageous to pre-mount the sleeve 5 in the guide 1. At the end of this step, as Figure 10As shown, the first mounting means 56 of the sleeve 5 cooperates with the second mounting means 63b of the neck 63. The barrel 6 (in particular the cap 62 of the barrel 6) leads to the upper opening 51c of the sleeve 5. The outer shoulder 65 of the barrel 6 abuts against the inner shoulder 54 of the sleeve 5. The lower edge 52b of the sleeve 5 is aligned with the lower transverse bottom 63f of the neck 63. The plug 7 leads to the lower opening 52c of the sleeve 5.
[0122] When it is necessary to empty the cosmetic stick in the removable part 3B of the cup-shaped part 3 or for any other reason, the user can remove the removable part 3B from the container 100 and replace the removable part 3B with another removable part carrying a spare cosmetic stick.
[0123] Thus, according to Figure 11 the second embodiment shown in
[0124] the refill 200 includes a support 3B carrying a spare cosmetic stick P. The support 3B is configured to form the removable part 3B of the cup-shaped part 3 as described above. Thus, the support 3B has the characteristics of the removable part 3B of the cup-shaped part 3 as described above. In other words, the support 3B is configured to cooperate with the non-removable part 3A of the cup-shaped part 3 as described above.
[0125] In a variant embodiment not shown, the refill 200 only includes the tool 8 and possibly the protective housing 9. In another embodiment not shown, the refill 200 includes the tool 8 and a protective housing 9 carrying the cosmetic stick, without including the support 3B.
[0126] Still referring to Figure 11 , the protective housing 9 includes a tube 91 having a first end section 92 and a second end section 93 opposite the first end section 92. The first end section 92 of the protective housing 9 is adjacent to the tool 8.The second end section 93 of the protective housing 9 defines a free edge 93a of the protective housing 9, and the edge 93a forms an opening 93b intended to receive the support 3B. The opening 93b of the protective housing 9 is particularly visible in Figure 12 . Thus, the support 3B and the tool 8 are positioned opposite each other on both sides of the protective housing 9.
[0127] In particular, the first end section 92 of the protective housing 9 is in the form of a truncated apex 92. The apex 92 includes a bevelled flat surface 92a and a truncated conical surface 92b. The bevelled flat surface 92a and the truncated conical surface 92b define an edge 92c at which the tool 8 is attached to the protective housing 9.
[0128] It should be noted that the protective housing 9 is also connected to the tool 8 by means of ribs 94. The ribs 94 are located between the bevelled flat surface 92a of the protective housing 9 and the tool 8. Thus, the ribs 94 reinforce the structure of the subassembly formed by the protective housing 9 and the tool 8. In the illustrated embodiment, the ribs 94 are arranged at right angles between the bevelled flat surface 92a and the tool 8.
[0129] Referring Figure 12 , the opening 93b of the second end section 93 of the protective housing 9 communicates with a reaming 95 designed to receive the support 3B (more specifically, the cap 62 of the support 3B) by means of an elastic nesting. Elastic nesting means that the nominal diameter of the cap 62, which has a nominal diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the reaming 95, is reduced by elastic deformation of the lip of the cap 62.
[0130] The reaming 95 of the protective housing 9 has a transverse bottom 95a and lateral walls 95b. The lateral walls 95b extend vertically from the bottom 95a. The transverse bottom 95a forms an internal shoulder of the tube 91. Additionally, the reaming 95 is provided with at least a first distal coupling device 96 designed to cooperate with a first hooking device 67 of the barrel 6 of the support 3B to prevent the support 3B from rotating relative to the protective housing 9. The reaming 95 is also provided with at least one second distal coupling device 97 which cooperates with a second hooking device of the barrel 6 of the support 3B to prevent the support 3B from being axially withdrawn relative to the protective housing 9.
[0131] Thus, the first distal coupling device 96 of the protective housing 9 and the first hooking device 67 of the support 3B of the refill 200 form an anti-rotation device. The second distal coupling device 97 of the protective housing 9 and the second hooking device of the support 3B form an axial anti-pull-out device.
[0132] In Figure 12 the illustrated embodiment, the first distal coupling device 96 of the protective housing 9 is formed on the lateral wall 95b of the reaming 95. The first distal coupling device 96 includes at least one vertical rib 96 extending radially from the lateral wall 95b of the reaming 95. In particular, as Figure 13As best shown in , at least one vertical rib 96 has a first edge 96a connected to the bottom 95a of the reaming 95. At least one vertical rib 96 also has a second free edge 96b opposite the first edge 96a. The second edge 96b of at least one rib 96 is located at a distance from the free edge 93a of the protective housing 9. Here, the first distal coupling means 96 includes two diametrically opposed vertical ribs 96.
[0133] In addition, as shown in Figure 6 and Figure 7 , the first hooking means 67 of the support 3B includes at least one vertical slit 67 extending from the free edge 62a of the barrel 6 of the support 3B. Here, the first hooking means 67 of the support 3B includes two slits 67a, 67b that are also diametrically opposed. The slits 67a, 67b are intended to cooperate with the ribs 96.
[0134] Similarly, according to the embodiment shown in Figure 12 , a second distal coupling means 97 is formed on the lateral wall 95b of the reaming 95. The second distal coupling means 97 includes at least one circumferential rib 97 that at least partially extends around the perimeter of the lateral wall 95b of the reaming 95. As shown in Figure 13 , at least one circumferential rib 97 includes two inclined surfaces 97a, 97b that form an obtuse angle with each other. Here, the second coupling means 97 includes two circumferential ribs 97, each circumferential rib extending between the vertical ribs 96. In addition, according to the embodiment shown in Figure 7 , the second hooking means 66c for the barrel 6 of the support 3B includes a first straight section 66a and a first inclined surface 66b of the barrel 6. The first straight section 66a and the first inclined surface 66b of the barrel 6 are intended to cooperate with the circumferential rib 97.
[0135] Therefore, when the barrel 6 of the support 3B is installed in the reaming 95, the first straight section 66a of the barrel 6 is elastically nested below the circumferential rib 97. At the same time, the first inclined surface 66b of the barrel 6 of the support 3B is positioned opposite the inclined surface 97b of the circumferential rib 97. In addition, the free edge 62a of the barrel 6 of the support 3B abuts axially against the bottom 95a of the reaming 95 (see Figure 14 ). Finally, as shown in Figure 11 , the vertical ribs 96 of the protective housing 9 engage in the slits 67 of the barrel 6 of the support 3B. Therefore, the circumferential rib 97 prevents the support 3B from being pulled out of the protective housing 9. The vertical ribs 96 prevent the support 3B from rotating relative to the protective housing 9 of the refill 200 laterally.
[0136] Referring again to Figure 11, the protective housing 9 of the refill 200 (more specifically, the tube 91 of the protective housing 9) includes a receiving portion 98 communicating with the receiving portion 64 of the cylinder 6 of the support member 3B. The two receiving portions 64, 98 form a volume V designed to accommodate the molten material, which forms the cosmetic stick P after solidification. Thus, the volume V has an internal shape and internal dimensions corresponding to the external shape and external dimensions of the cosmetic stick P. In particular, the volume V is delimited by an inclined plane designed to give the cosmetic stick a beveled shape. The inclined plane of the volume V corresponds to the inner face of the beveled wall 92a of the tip portion 92.
[0137] It should be noted that the molten material is poured into the volume V through the opening 63g of the cylinder 6 of the support member 3B (see Figure 7 ). In addition, after the pouring operation, the opening 63g of the cylinder 6 of the support member 3B is closed by the plug 7 visible in Figure 11 .
[0138] Referring again to Figure 12 , the tool 8 of the refill 200 includes a transverse bottom 81 and side walls 82 extending vertically from the bottom 81. In particular, the bottom 81 of the tool 8 has an outer face 81b facing the beveled face 92a of the protective housing 9. In addition, the bottom 81b of the tool 8 is connected to the protective housing 9 on the one hand by ribs 94 and on the other hand by the straight edge 92c of the protective housing 9. In addition, the side walls 82 of the tool 8 define a free edge 82b and an opening 82c.
[0139] It should be noted that the bottom 81 and the side walls 82 of the tool 8 form a receiving portion 83. More specifically, the receiving portion 83 of the tool 8 is formed by the inner face 81a of the bottom 81 and the inner face 82a of the side walls 82 of the tool 8. The receiving portion 83 of the tool 8 communicates with the opening 82c.
[0140] Thus, the tool 8 is configured to be received around the cylinder 6 of the support member 3B mounted in the container 100. More specifically, the tool 8 is configured to be received around the cap 62 of the cylinder 6 of the support member 3B mounted in the container 100.
[0141] To facilitate the installation of the tool 8 around the cap 62 of the support member 3B mounted in the container 100, the tool 8 has a chamfer 82d at the opening 82c. In particular, the chamfer 82d is formed between the inner face 82a of the side wall 82 and the free edge 82b of the tool 8.
[0142] Furthermore, in order to enable connection with the used support member 3B, the tool 8 has a first proximal connection device 84, which is designed to cooperate with a first hooking device 67 of the barrel 6 of the used support member 3B. The tool 8 also has a second proximal connection device 82c, which is designed to cooperate with a second hooking device of the barrel 6 of the used support member 3B.
[0143] In the illustrated embodiment, the first proximal connection device 84 of the tool 8 includes at least one vertical rib 84 that extends radially from the inner face 82a of the lateral wall 82 of the tool 8. At least one rib 84 has a first edge 84a that is connected to the shoulder 85 of the receiving portion 83. Additionally, at least one rib 84 has a free edge 84b that is located at a distance from the free edge 82b of the tool 8. Here, the first connection device 84 of the tool 8 includes two diametrically opposed vertical ribs 84. The first hooking device 67 of the barrel 6 of the used support member 3B includes two vertical slits 67. Accordingly, the vertical ribs 84 are configured to engage with the slits 67 in the barrel 6 of the used support member 3B.
[0144] Similarly, according to the illustrated embodiment, the second proximal connection device 82c of the tool 8 is formed by the inner face 82c of the lateral wall 82 of the tool 8. The second hooking device of the barrel 6 of the used support member 3B includes the lip of the cap 62. Accordingly, the lip of the cap 62 ensures that the barrel 6 of the used support member 3B is elastically nested in the receiving portion 83 of the tool 8. As a result of this elastic nesting, a first straight section 66a of the outer face of the cap 62 is in close contact with the inner face 82c of the lateral wall 82 of the tool 8.
[0145] Elastic nesting means that the nominal diameter of the cap 62, which has a nominal diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the receiving portion 83 of the tool 8, is reduced by elastic deformation of the lip of the cap 62.
[0146] Refer to Figure 15 , and now describe the steps of using the refill 200 in the complete configuration as shown in Figure 11 . In these steps, the protective housing 9 of the refill 200 acts as a sleeve.
[0147] First, the user positions the tool 8 opposite the open container 100, i.e., the lid 4 of the container 100 is absent (see step 1). The cup-shaped member is in the upper use position. Then, due to the chamfer 82d formed at the opening 82c of the tool 8, the user can nest the tool around the cap 62 of the barrel 6 of the used support 3B. At the end of this step, the ribs 84a, 84b of the tool 8 engage in the slit 67 of the barrel 6 of the used support 3B. The inner shoulder 85 of the tool 8 abuts against the free edge 62a of the barrel 6 of the used support 3B.
[0148] Secondly, by the rotational movement of the refill 200, the user unscrews the used support (step 2), and then removes the used support 3B from the container 100 (step 3).
[0149] Again, the user flips the refill 200 to position the replacement support 3B' opposite the container 100 (step 4). At the same time, the user can separate the used support 3B from the tool 8 (step 5), and then screw the replacement support 3B' onto the non-removable part 3A of the cup-shaped member 3 that remains in place in the container 100 (step 6).
[0150] Finally, when the replacement support 3B' is firmly attached to the container, the user pulls the sub-assembly formed by the protective housing 9 and the tool 8, which separates the sub-assembly from the replacement support 3B' and causes the cosmetic stick P to be demolded (step 7). During the upward movement of the sub-assembly formed by the protective housing 9 and the tool 8, the inclined surface 97b of the circumferential rib 97 slides along the inclined surface 66b of the barrel 6 of the support 3B. This causes the straight section 66a of the barrel 6 to disengage from the locked position between the inclined surface 97b and the transverse bottom 95a of the counterbore 95.
[0151] In Figure 15 the usage example shown, the replacement support 3B' carries a large cosmetic stick P. This cosmetic stick replaces the small cosmetic stick carried by the used support 3B. It can be noted that there is a lifting member 71 on the barrel 6 of the used support 3B.
