Abstract

This invention discloses a drilling device for EVA backsheets of photovoltaic modules, comprising a support, an input belt, an output belt, a conveyor belt, and a lifting assembly. The lifting assembly includes a lifting column and a push rod. A pressure plate is positioned between the conveyor belt and a lifting plate, and the push rod is connected to the pressure plate. A first movable member is located at the lower end of the lifting column, and a second movable member is located at the lower end of the first movable member. The first and second movable members are hinged together. This drilling device for EVA backsheets of photovoltaic modules employs automated operation, ensuring that while one backsheet is being loaded, another backsheet can be lifted, eliminating the need for external force equipment and reducing the number of components required. Simultaneously, the conveyor belt facilitates loading and unloading, simplifying operation. The lifting assembly lifts the backsheet being drilled, preventing the drill bit from hitting the conveyor belt. This effectively improves overall work efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
