[0046] Hereinafter, a beverage container of an embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0047] In order to easily understand the invention, the position, size, shape, range, and the like of each structure shown in the following drawings and the like do not necessarily represent the actual position, size, shape, range, and the like. Therefore, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the position, size, shape, range, and the like disclosed in the drawings and the like.

[0048] In addition to the case where it is explicitly shown, an element expressed in singular in the embodiment includes plural cases.

[0049] (Embodiment)

[0050] Figure 1 is a perspective view of a beverage container of an embodiment. Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of a beverage container of an embodiment. Figure 3 is an exploded view of a beverage container of an embodiment.

[0051] The beverage container 10 of the embodiment is capable of being mounted to an apparatus and filled with carbon dioxide inside.

[0052] As shown in Figure 3 , the beverage container 10 of the embodiment includes a container body 1, a first member 2, a second member 3, a lid 4, a first seal 5, and a second seal 6. The first member 2 and the second member 3 are detachable from the container body 1. The lid 4 is detachable from the first member 2.

[0053] The container body 1 is, for example, a vacuum double-wall structure formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom and having a cold-keeping function. As a material constituting the container body 1, for example, there is stainless steel or the like.

[0054] The container body 1 includes a storage portion 11 that stores a beverage and an opening portion 12 through which the beverage stored in the storage portion 11 flows out. It is preferable that the inside of the storage portion 11 be formed in a mirror surface structure in which friction is small. Thus, carbon dioxide filled into the storage portion 11 is difficult to leak. It is preferable that the diameter of the opening portion 12 be such a size that the storage portion 11 is easily cleaned, for example, 60 mm. A female screw portion 13 that is screwed with the first member 2 is provided to the inner peripheral (inner wall) portion in the vicinity of the opening portion 12. Further, a female screw portion 14 that is screwed with the second member 3 is provided to the outer peripheral (outer wall) portion in the vicinity of the opening portion 12. The female screw portion 13 is an example of the first fitting portion, and the female screw portion 14 is an example of the second fitting portion.

[0055] The screwing of the embodiment is one way of fitting. The fitting referred to herein means fixing one to a prescribed position of the other by combining the structures that match in shape to each other.

[0056] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , a water level line 15 that informs a user of a water level is formed in the inside of the storage portion 11 in the circumferential direction.

[0057] The first member 2 includes an opening portion 20 that communicates with the opening portion 12, a screw portion 21, a drinking port 22, a stepped portion (male screw portion) 23, an abutting surface 24, and a screw portion 25.

[0058] The screw portion 21 is provided to the outer peripheral portion in the vicinity of the opening portion 20. The screw portion 21 is screwed with the female screw portion 13. When the screw portion 21 is screwed with the female screw portion 13, the drinking port 22 communicates with the opening portion 12. The diameter of the drinking port 22 is, for example, 35 mm. The stepped portion 23 is engaged with the second member 3. The abutting surface 24 is provided to the side surface above the stepped portion 23 and abuts against the second member 3 when the stepped portion 23 is engaged with the second member 3. The screw portion 25 is provided to the outer peripheral portion in the vicinity of the drinking port 22. The screw portion 25 is screwed with the lid 4.

[0059] As a material constituting the first member 2, there is no particular limitation, and, for example, there is a material that has a strength against impact and has good transparency, such as PCT-G resin (poly(cyclohexane 1,4-dimethylene terephthalate) glycol-modified).

[0060] Figure 4 This is a diagram illustrating the second component of the implementation method.

[0061] The second component 3 includes a first opening 31, a second opening 32, a screw-in portion 33, and a locking portion 34.

[0062] The first opening 31 and the second opening 32 are for the drinking port 22 of the first component 2 to pass through.

[0063] The threaded portion 33 is disposed on the inner periphery of the second component 3. The threaded portion 33 is threaded onto the threaded portion 14. When the threaded portion 33 is threaded onto the threaded portion 14, the engaging portion 34 engages with the stepped portion 23.

[0064] like Figure 3 As shown, the second component 3 has a tapered portion 35. By forming the tapered portion 35, the diameter of the first opening 31 is smaller than the diameter of the second opening 32. Figure 1 As shown, by covering the first component 2 with the second component 3, a continuous inclined surface is formed from the first component 2 to the second component 3.

[0065] The second component 3 can be formed by using 3 components.

[0066] Figure 5 This is an exploded view of the second component of the implementation method.

[0067] The second component 3 includes a main body 3a, a pressing part 3b, and a ring part 3c.

[0068] The main body 3a includes the first opening 31, the second opening 32, the screw-in part 33, and the locking part 34 as described above.

[0069] The pressing part 3b covers the main body part 3a and is pressed by the ring part 3c, and is installed on the main body part 3a. The pressing part 3b covers the surface of the main body part 3a, thereby increasing the rigidity (degree of difficulty in deformation) of the second component 3 relative to the force by which the first component 2 pushes the second component 3.

[0070] The ring part 3c is fixed to the main body part 3a.

[0071] The material used to construct the main body 3a is not particularly limited, and for example, it may be a resin such as polypropylene. The material used to construct the pressing part 3b is not particularly limited, and for example, it may be a metal such as stainless steel. The material used to construct the ring part 3c is not particularly limited, and for example, it may be ABS resin. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the ring part 3c and the pressing part 3b are separate components, but this is not a limitation; the ring part 3c and the pressing part 3b may also be integrally formed.

[0072] Here, as Figure 2As shown, when the first member 2 is attached to the container main body 1, the step portion 23 is slightly positioned at the upper portion of the opening portion 12, and has a surface parallel to the opening surface of the opening portion 12. In addition, the main body portion 3a has an abutting portion 3al that abuts against the bottom surface of the step portion 23 and the abutting surface 24 (see FIG. 2). Figure 4 ).

[0073] The lid 4 has a female screw portion 41 that screws with the male screw portion 25. The first seal 5 is disposed inside the lid 4. When the male screw portion 25 is screwed with the female screw portion 41, the first seal 5 inhibits the beverage from leaking outside the beverage container 10.

[0074] The second seal 6 is attached in a manner that surrounds the periphery of the opening portion 20 of the first member 2. The second seal 6 can be detached from the opening portion 20. When the male screw portion 21 is screwed with the female screw portion 13, the second seal 6 inhibits the beverage from leaking outside the beverage container 10.

[0075] As the material of the first seal 5 and the second seal 6, there is no particular limitation, and for example, there are silicone rubber, thermoplastic elastomer.

[0076] Next, an example of the method of using the beverage container 10 will be described.

[0077] First, the user pours water until the water level line 15 of the container main body 1.

[0078] Next, the user attaches the first member 2 to the container main body 1. Then, the second member 3 is attached to the container main body 1 and the first member 2. Hereinafter, the beverage container 10 without the lid 4 will be referred to as "lidless beverage container".

[0079] Next, the user attaches the lidless beverage container to the carbon dioxide injection device.

[0080] Figure 6 is a diagram that illustrates the injection of the beverage according to the embodiment.

[0081] The carbon dioxide injection device 50 includes an attachment portion 51, a seal 52, a gas nozzle 53, and a switch button 54.

[0082] The attachment portion 51 supports the male screw portion 25.

[0083] The seal 52 maintains the airtightness inside the container main body 1 when the attachment portion 51 supports the male screw portion 25.

[0084] The gas nozzle 53 fills carbon dioxide inside the container main body 1.

[0085] The switch button 54 switches the start and stop of discharging carbon dioxide from the gas nozzle 53.

[0086] The user installs the drinking port 22 of the capless beverage container to the installation portion 51 and turns on the switch button 54, whereby the gas nozzle 53 discharges carbon dioxide into the container main body 1.

[0087] The user turns off the switch button 54, whereby the discharge of carbon dioxide from the gas nozzle 53 is stopped. After the discharge of carbon dioxide is stopped, the user detaches the capless beverage container 10 from the carbon dioxide injection device 50.

[0088] The user screws the cap 4 to the screwing portion 25 of the drinking port 22 of the capless beverage container 10. Thereby, the beverage container 10 filled with carbonated water in the container main body 1 is obtained.

[0089] Figure 7 is a view illustrating the pressure applied to the beverage container during the discharge of carbon dioxide.

[0090] In Figure 7 , one example of the pressure is shown by an arrow.

[0091] When the gas nozzle 53 discharges carbon dioxide into the container main body 1, a load in the direction from the inside toward the outside is continuously applied to the cylindrical portion of the first member 2 (refer to arrows Al to A4 in Figure 7 ). As a way of resisting this load, for example, the following (1), (2) are available.

[0092] (1) In the beverage container 10 of the present embodiment, the screwing portion 21 to be screwed with the screwing portion 13 is disposed inside (non-outer side) of the opening portion 12 of the container main body 1. Thereby, a configuration in which the cylindrical portion of the first member 2 is pushed by the wall portion of the opening portion 12 of the container main body 1 is obtained, and the deformation of the cylindrical portion of the first member 2 is suppressed.

[0093] (2) The second member 3 is disposed outside of the opening portion 12 so that the inner peripheral surface near the first opening portion 31 abuts against the abutting surface 24. Thereby, the strength against the load of the arrows Al, A2 is enhanced.

[0094] (3) The screwing portion 21 is made to face the screwing portion 33. Thereby, a configuration in which the wall portion near the opening portion 12 of the container main body 1 is also pressed from the outside is obtained, and the strength against the load of the arrows A3, A4 is enhanced.

[0095] Further, in Figure 7 , a load is continuously applied to the opening portion 20 of the first member 2 from the lower side toward the upper side when the gas nozzle 53 discharges carbon dioxide (refer to arrows A5, A6 in Figure 7 ). As a way of resisting this load, for example, the following (3) is available.

[0096] (3) The second member 3 is arranged outside the opening portion 12 so as to support the step portion 23 by the body portion 3a. Thereby, deformation of the opening portion 12 is suppressed, and detachment of the first member 2 in the upward direction is suppressed. Further, in the second member 3, by arranging the pressing portion 3b so as to cover the surface of the body portion 3a having the tapered portion 35, the strength against a load in the direction from the inside to the outside is enhanced. Therefore, detachment of the first member 2 is suppressed.

[0097] As described above, the beverage container 10 according to the embodiment includes: a container body 1 formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, having an opening portion 12, the opening portion 12 having a female screw portion 13 on the inside and a male screw portion 14 on the outside; a first member 2 having a drinking port 22 communicating with the opening portion 12, a screw portion 21 screwing with the female screw portion 13, and a step portion 23; and a second member 3 having a screw portion 33 screwing with the male screw portion 14, and an engaging portion 34 supporting the step portion 23 so as to restrict movement of the first member 2 in a direction toward detachment from the container body 1. Therefore, deformation of the first member 2 or detachment of the first member 2 from the container body 1 during filling of carbon dioxide is suppressed.

[0098] Further, the container body 1, the first member 2, and the second member 3 are separate members from each other. Since the diameter of the opening portion 12 of the container body 1 is larger than the diameter of the drinking port 22, the inside of the container body 1 is easily cleaned.

[0099] Further, the first member 2 is formed of a transparent member. Thereby, when the gas nozzle 53 discharges carbon dioxide, the inside of the container body 1 is visually confirmed, and thus it is easy to adjust the amount of injection of carbon dioxide.

[0100] Further, the beverage container 10 is capable of being cleaned and repeatedly used, and thus is a more environmentally friendly container than a plastic bottle or the like which is discarded after one use.

[0101] Further, in the present embodiment, the first member 2 is fixed to the container body 1 by screwing. However, the fixing method is not limited to screwing. Further, in the present embodiment, the second member 3 is fixed to the first member 2 by screwing. However, the fixing method is not limited to screwing.

[0102] Further, in the present embodiment, the first member 2 and the second member 3 are separate members. However, the first member 2 and the second member 3 can be integrally formed.

[0103] The beverage container of the present application has been described above based on the embodiment of the drawings, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the structure of each portion can be replaced with any structure having the same function. Further, the present application can be additionally provided with any other structure or process.

[0104] Further, the present application can also combine any two or more structures (features) in the above-described embodiments.
