Carbon emission management method in steel manufacturing process of steel production enterprise

Abstract

The application provides a carbon emission management method for a steel production enterprise in a steel manufacturing process, comprising: obtaining a carbon flow diagram of the entire manufacturing process, and generating a carbon flow model according to the carbon flow diagram. The current link carbon emission of each manufacturing link in the current emission period is calculated by using the carbon flow model, environmental data and loss data, and the current category carbon emission corresponding to each emission category in the current emission period is predicted by using the carbon flow model according to the current link carbon emission and the current carbon fixation data. Whether the carbon emission of the enterprise in the current emission period exceeds the standard is judged according to the comparison result of the total carbon emission prediction and the preset carbon emission threshold in the current emission period. If it exceeds the standard, the current emission source data corresponding to each manufacturing link is limited according to the preset first quota rule. The scheme solves the problems of complex carbon emission calculation process and low precision in the prior art when the carbon emission is limited.
