Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an indoor unit of an air conditioner for performing indoor air conditioning. Background Art
[0002] In the past, an air conditioner indoor unit equipped with an electrostatic atomization unit is known. For example, as described in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 2014-20578), the electrostatic atomization unit of the air conditioner indoor unit generates liquid particles containing ions by discharge. The electrostatic atomization unit discharges the liquid particles containing ions into the room through the blow-out port of the air conditioner indoor unit. Summary of the invention
[0003] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0004] The air conditioner indoor unit described in Patent Document 1 does not have a function of taking in outside air. When an electrostatic atomization unit is provided in an air conditioner indoor unit having a function of taking in outside air, measures need to be taken to prevent the electrostatic atomization unit from being damaged by the outside air.
[0005] Means for solving problems
[0006] The air conditioner indoor unit of the first aspect is an air conditioner indoor unit for indoor air conditioning, and has a housing and an electrostatic atomization unit. The housing has an air supply path for outdoor air, i.e., external air to flow. The electrostatic atomization unit is a unit that emits liquid particles containing ions generated by discharge. The electrostatic atomization unit is arranged outside the air supply path.
[0007] In the air conditioning indoor unit of the first aspect, by arranging the electrostatic atomization unit outside the air supply path for the flow of the outside air, it is possible to suppress the influence of the change of the state of the outside air, especially the outside air in a high humidity state, on the electrostatic atomization unit.
[0008] The air conditioner indoor unit of the second aspect is the air conditioner indoor unit of the first aspect, wherein the air supply path is arranged at one end side of the casing in the longitudinal direction, and the electrostatic atomization unit is arranged in the casing and at the other end side of the casing in the longitudinal direction.
[0009] In the air conditioner indoor unit of the second aspect, the air supply path is arranged at one end in the longitudinal direction, and the electrostatic atomization unit is arranged at the other end. This simple structure can suppress the influence of the change in the state of the external air on the electrostatic atomization unit.
[0010] The air conditioner indoor unit of the third aspect is the air conditioner indoor unit of the second aspect, and the air conditioner indoor unit is provided with an electrical component box, which is arranged in the housing and extends in the length direction. The electrical component box has a first electrical component chamber on one end side and a second electrical component chamber on the other end side, the first electrical component chamber accommodates a first electrical circuit component driven by a voltage less than 50 volts, and the second electrical component chamber accommodates a second electrical circuit component driven by a voltage greater than 50 volts.
[0011] In the air conditioner indoor unit of the third viewpoint, by setting the second electrical component room of the electrical component box at one end side of the length direction of the electrostatic atomization unit, the wiring distance from the second electrical component room to the electrostatic atomization unit can be shortened, making it easier to take measures against voltages above 50 volts.
[0012] The air conditioner indoor unit of the fourth aspect is an air conditioner indoor unit of any one of the first to third aspects, and is provided with a fan arranged in a housing. The housing has an inlet for sucking indoor air from the room, an outlet for blowing air into the room, and a ventilation path connecting the inlet and the outlet. The fan generates an airflow from the inlet through the ventilation path toward the outlet. The electrostatic atomization unit takes in air for releasing liquid particles from a space outside the ventilation path.
[0013] In the air conditioning indoor unit of the fourth aspect, the electrostatic atomization unit takes in air for releasing liquid particles from the space outside the ventilation passage, so that the influence of the change in the state of the external air on the electrostatic atomization unit can be reduced.
[0014] The air conditioner indoor unit of the fifth aspect is provided with a heat exchanger in the air conditioner indoor unit of the fourth aspect, the heat exchanger is arranged in the ventilation path in the housing, and performs heat exchange between indoor air, external air and heat medium. The air supply path includes an air supply component, the air supply component has an outlet opening for blowing out external air, and the outlet opening is arranged to face the heat exchanger.
[0015] In the air conditioning indoor unit of the fifth aspect, the outlet opening of the air supply member faces the heat exchanger, thereby preventing the outside air from being blown to other parts of the casing and causing condensation or other problems.
[0016] The air conditioner indoor unit of a sixth aspect is the air conditioner indoor unit of any one of the first to fifth aspects, further comprising a control device for controlling the electrostatic atomization unit, wherein the control device controls the electrostatic atomization unit so as not to discharge when external air is introduced into the room.
[0017] In the air conditioning indoor unit of the sixth aspect, when outside air is introduced into the room, discharge is not performed in the electrostatic atomization unit, thereby preventing the electrostatic atomization unit from being affected by the outside air when the outside air is introduced.
[0018] An air-conditioning indoor unit according to a seventh aspect is the air-conditioning indoor unit according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the air supply path is a path for supplying humidified external air.
[0019] In the air conditioning indoor unit of the seventh aspect, even when humidified external air flows in the air supply path, the influence of the humidity of the external air on the electrostatic atomization unit can be suppressed by configuring the electrostatic atomization unit at a position deviated from the air supply path for the external air to flow. [0034] (1) Overview of the structure of the air conditioning system
[0035] (1-1) Overview of the overall structure of the air conditioning system
[0036] like Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , the air conditioning indoor unit 2 of the embodiment is applied to the air conditioning system 1. The air conditioning system 1 includes the air conditioning indoor unit 2, the air conditioning outdoor unit 4, and the humidifier 6. In the following description, the term "humidifier" is sometimes used. Figure 1 , Figure 2 as well as Figure 6 The directions of the arrows are described by the expressions “up”, “down”, “front” and “rear”. Figure 4 and Figure 6 In the figure, the air flow is indicated by thick arrows. The operation modes of the air conditioning system 1 include, for example, cooling operation, heating operation, dehumidification operation, humidification operation, air supply operation, ventilation operation, and air purification operation. Figure 4 As shown, the air conditioning system 1 includes a control unit 8 that controls the air conditioning indoor unit 2 and the humidifier 6 .
[0037] The air conditioner indoor unit 2 is installed in the room RM (refer to Figure 1 ), to perform air conditioning in the room RM (indoor). Figure 1 as well as Figure 4 As shown, the air-conditioning indoor unit 2 is included in the air-conditioning 10 of the air-conditioning system 1. The air-conditioning 10 includes an air-conditioning indoor unit 2 and an air-conditioning outdoor unit 4. The air-conditioning indoor unit 2 and the air-conditioning outdoor unit 4 are connected by refrigerant communication pipes 11 and 12. The air-conditioning indoor unit 2, the air-conditioning outdoor unit 4 and the refrigerant communication pipes 11 and 12 constitute a refrigerant circuit 13. Even if the air-conditioning system 1 does not use the humidifier 6, by using the air-conditioning indoor unit 2 and the air-conditioning outdoor unit 4 (air-conditioner 10), it is possible to perform, for example, cooling operation, heating operation, dehumidification operation, air supply operation and air purification operation. In the refrigerant circuit 13, for example, during cooling operation, heating operation and dehumidification operation, a vapor compression refrigeration cycle is repeatedly performed. The air-conditioning indoor unit 2 and the air-conditioning outdoor unit 4 are controlled by the control unit 8.
[0038] In this embodiment, the case where the air conditioning indoor unit 2 is installed on the wall WL of the room RM is described. However, the type of the air conditioning indoor unit 2 is not limited to the type installed on the wall WL of the room RM. The air conditioning indoor unit 2 may be installed on the ceiling CI or the floor FL, for example.
[0039] like Figure 2 As shown, the air conditioner indoor unit 2 has a heat exchanger 21. The air conditioner indoor unit 2 performs heat exchange of the air by passing air through the heat exchanger 21. The heat exchanger 21 has a plurality of heat transfer fins 21a and a plurality of heat transfer tubes 21b. In the heat exchanger 21, the air passes between the plurality of heat transfer fins 21a. In addition, during heat exchange, the air passes between the plurality of heat transfer fins 21a, and at the same time, the refrigerant flows in the heat transfer tubes 21b. The refrigerant flowing in the heat transfer tubes 21b is a kind of heat medium. The heat transfer tubes 21b are thermally connected to the plurality of heat transfer fins 21a in a manner of multiple turns and multiple passes through each heat transfer fin 21a.
[0040] By using the air conditioner indoor unit 2 and the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 at the same time Figure 1 and Figure 4 The humidifier 6 shown in the figure allows the air conditioning system 1 to perform, for example, humidification operation and ventilation operation. In other words, the air conditioning indoor unit 2 of the air conditioning system 1 of such a structure can perform operations corresponding to, for example, cooling operation, heating operation, dehumidification operation, humidification operation, air supply operation, ventilation operation and air purification operation. The humidifier 6 has an air supply and exhaust hose 68 connected to the room via the air conditioning indoor unit 2. The air conditioning indoor unit 2 can utilize the humidifier 6 to humidify the room to increase the humidity in the room by means of moisture supplied to the room RM (indoors) via the air supply and exhaust hose 68. In addition, the air conditioning indoor unit 2 can utilize the humidifier 6 to ventilate the room RM by means of external air supplied to the room RM (indoors) via the air supply and exhaust hose 68. The external air described in the present disclosure is the air of the outdoor OD.
[0041] The control unit 8 of the air conditioning system 1 includes a control device 81 for controlling the air conditioning indoor unit 2, and an outdoor control board 82 for controlling the air conditioning outdoor unit 4 and the humidifier 6. The control device 81 and the outdoor control board 82 are controllers implemented by microcomputers, for example. For example, the control device 81 includes a timer 81a, a control operation device 81b, and a storage device 81c. The control operation device 81b can use a processor such as a CPU or a GPU. The control operation device 81b reads out a program stored in the storage device 81c, and performs, for example, a predetermined sequence of processing and operation processing according to the program. Furthermore, the control operation device 81b can write the operation result to the storage device 81c, or read out the information stored in the storage device 81c according to the program.
[0042] (1-2) Configuration of the electrostatic atomization unit of the air conditioner indoor unit
[0043] Air conditioner indoor unit 2 has Figure 4 The electrostatic atomization unit 75 shown in FIG. The electrostatic atomization unit 75 is a device that emits liquid particles containing ions generated by discharge. The electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged at Figure 4 The electrostatic atomization unit 75 is outside the air supply path R1 shown. In other words, the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged outside the air supply path R1, which means that the air flowing in the air supply path R1 does not flow to the electrostatic atomization unit 75. The air supply path R1 is a path through which external air can flow. The flow paths outside the air supply path R1, i.e., the other flow paths R2, are flow paths through which external air does not flow. The electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged at a location other than the air supply path R1 and the other flow paths R2 that constitute the ventilation path FP. In other words, air does not flow directly from the ventilation path FP into the electrostatic atomization unit 75.
[0044] The air conditioning indoor unit 2 includes a housing 23. The housing 23 of the air conditioning indoor unit 2 described here is as follows. Figure 3 As shown, it has a frame 23f, a grille 23g and a front panel 23p. The structure of the casing 23 of the air-conditioning indoor unit 2 is not limited to the structure described here. For example, the front panel 23p and the grille 23g can also be integrated. The casing 23 extends long along the length direction D1. One end E1 of the casing 23 in the length direction D1 is on the left hand side when the casing 23 is observed from the front, and the other end E2 of the casing 23 in the length direction D1 is on the right hand side when the casing 23 is observed from the front. In the present disclosure, the side closer to the one end E1 than the center CE in the length direction D1 of the casing 23 is called the one end side, and the side closer to the other end E2 than the center CE is called the other end side. In other words, the area between the center CE and the one end E1 of the casing 23 is the one end side, and the area between the center CE and the other end E2 is the other end side. External air is supplied to the one end side by the air supply and exhaust hose 68. As a result, the one end side of the casing 23 in the length direction D1 becomes the air supply flow path R1. In Figure 4 In FIG. 1 , the thick arrows of the single-dot chain lines indicate the flow of the outside air. Since the other end side of the casing 23 in the longitudinal direction D1 is not supplied with outside air from the air supply and exhaust hose 68 , the other end side serves as a flow path R2 other than the air supply path.
[0045] (2) Detailed structure
[0046] (2-1) Air conditioner indoor unit
[0047] like Figure 2 , Figure 4 as well as Figure 6As shown, the air conditioner indoor unit 2 includes a heat exchanger 21, a fan 22, a housing 23, an air filter 24, a drain pan 26, a horizontal baffle 27, a vertical baffle (not shown), a humidification duct 28, and an electrostatic atomization device 70 including an electrostatic atomization unit 75 (see Fig.11 ). In addition, the air-conditioning indoor unit 2 includes an indoor temperature sensor 31 and an indoor humidity sensor 32. The indoor temperature sensor 31 and the indoor humidity sensor 32 are connected to the control device 81.
[0048] The housing 23 has an inlet 23a at the top and an outlet 23b at the bottom. The air conditioner indoor unit 2 drives the fan 22 to inhale indoor air from the inlet 23a and blow out the air that has passed through the heat exchanger 21 from the outlet 23b. In the housing 23, the air flow path connecting the inlet 23a and the outlet 23b is the ventilation path FP. Figure 2 ), the fan 22 is disposed in a substantially central portion of the housing 23. A cross-flow fan is used as the fan 22. The blades of the fan 22 extend along the longitudinal direction D1, and the fan 22 generates a flow of air in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D1.
[0049] In the ventilation path FP from the suction port 23a toward the blow-out port 23b, a heat exchanger 21 is arranged upstream of the fan 22. When viewed from the extension direction of the heat transfer tube 21b (when viewed from the side), the heat exchanger 21 is in a shape that is open toward the bottom in a manner that covers the top of the fan 22. Here, such a shape is referred to as a Λ shape or a C shape. The heat exchanger 21 has a first heat exchange portion 21F far from the wall WL and a second heat exchange portion 21R close to the wall WL. A drain pan 26 is arranged below the lower part of the first heat exchange portion 21F and the lower part of the second heat exchange portion 21R of the Λ-shaped or C-shaped heat exchanger 21. The condensation generated in the first heat exchange portion 21F in the heat exchanger 21 is received by the drain pan 26 arranged at the lower front part of the heat exchanger 21. The condensation generated in the second heat exchange portion 21R in the heat exchanger 21 is received by the drain pan 26 arranged at the lower rear part of the heat exchanger 21.
[0050] The blow-out port 23b is provided with a horizontal baffle 27 and a vertical baffle. The horizontal baffle 27 changes the wind direction of the air blown out from the blow-out port 23b up and down. Therefore, the horizontal baffle 27 is configured to be able to change the angle with the horizontal direction by the motor 27m. The vertical baffle is configured to be able to change the wind direction of the air blown out from the blow-out port 23b left and right. The air conditioner indoor unit 2 drives the vertical baffle in a manner of changing the angle between the vertical baffle and the front-rear direction, for example, by using a motor (not shown).
[0051] An air filter 24 is disposed downstream of the suction port 23a in the casing 23 and upstream of the heat exchanger 21. The room air supplied to the heat exchanger 21 substantially all passes through the air filter 24. Therefore, dust larger than the mesh of the air filter 24 is removed by the air filter 24 and does not reach the heat exchanger 21.
[0052] The air conditioner indoor unit 2 is provided with a humidifying duct 28 as an air supply component in the housing 23. Figure 5 As shown, the humidification duct 28 is arranged at one end side of the longitudinal direction D1 of the housing 23 and is included in the air supply path R1 formed at one end side of the housing 23. In the humidification duct 28, the blow-out opening 28a is arranged to face the heat exchanger 21 (see Figure 6 ). When the air conditioner indoor unit 2 is performing ventilation operation, external air is blown out from the humidification duct 28. During the ventilation operation, the humidification action of the humidifier 6 is stopped, and external air is directly transported from the humidifier 6 to the humidification duct 28 via the supply and exhaust hose 68. When the air conditioner indoor unit 2 is performing humidification operation, humidified external air is blown out from the humidification duct 28. During the humidification operation, the humidification action of the humidifier 6 is performed, and the humidified external air is transported from the humidifier 6 to the humidification duct 28 via the supply and exhaust hose 68. A duct filter 28b is provided in the humidification duct 28. The external air sent through the supply and exhaust hose 68 is blown out into the housing 23 through the duct filter 28b.
[0053] The electrostatic atomization device 70 including the electrostatic atomization unit 75 (see Fig.11 ) is arranged outside the air supply path R1. Figures 3 to 6 In the example shown, the electrostatic atomization device 70 including the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged in the housing 23. The electrostatic atomization device 70 including the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged on the other end side of the length direction D1 of the housing 23. In the air-conditioning indoor unit 2, by arranging the electrostatic atomization device 70 on the other end side of the housing 23, the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged outside the air supply path R1. In more detail, the electrostatic atomization device 70 including the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged outside the air supply path R1 and other flow paths R2. The electrostatic atomization device 70 including the electrostatic atomization unit 75 takes in air for releasing liquid particles from a space outside the ventilation path FP. In the air-conditioning indoor unit 2, as shown in FIG. Figure 6 As shown, the electrostatic atomization device 70 including the electrostatic atomization unit 75 takes in air for releasing liquid particles from a space IS outside the ventilation path FP in the housing 23. The space IS is a space near the other end E2 of the housing 23. The other end E2 of the housing 23 is the right side surface of the housing 23.
[0054] like Figure 4As shown, the control device 81 disposed in the air conditioner indoor unit 2 is connected to the motor 22m of the fan 22 and the motor 27m of the horizontal baffle 27. The control device 81 can control the rotation speed of the motor 22m of the fan 22 and the rotation angle of the motor 27m of the horizontal baffle. The control device 81 is connected to the outdoor control panel 82 (see FIG. 1 ) disposed in the air conditioner outdoor unit 4. Figure 4 ) is connected. Here, the case where the control device 81 has a timer 81a, a control operation device 81b and a storage device 81c is described, but the timer 81a, the control operation device 81b and the storage device 81c can also be set in other parts of the control unit 8. For example, the timer 81a, the control operation device 81b and the storage device 81c can also be set in the outdoor control board 82. The control device 81 can detect the temperature of the indoor air through the indoor temperature sensor 31, and can detect the relative humidity of the indoor air through the indoor humidity sensor 32. The control device 81 can use the timer 81a to set the timing of turning on and off the electrostatic atomization device 70.
[0055] The air conditioner indoor unit 2 includes an electrical component box 90, which is disposed in the housing 23 and extends along the longitudinal direction D1 (see Figure 3 In the air conditioning indoor unit 2, the control device 81 is housed in the first electrical component chamber 91 of the electrical component box 90 (see Figure 5 ). The first electrical component chamber 91 is arranged on one end side of the housing 23. The first electrical component chamber 91 is a space that accommodates a first electrical circuit component driven by a voltage less than 50 volts. The first electrical circuit component includes an electrical circuit component that constitutes the control device 81. The electrical component box 90 has a second electrical component chamber 92 on the other end side. The second electrical component chamber 92 is a space that accommodates a second electrical circuit component driven by a voltage greater than 50 volts. The second electrical circuit component includes an electrical circuit component for supplying power to the electrostatic atomization unit 75. The second electrical component chamber 92 is arranged on the other end side of the housing 23. Since the second electrical component chamber 92 is arranged on the other end side, the wiring distance from the second electrical component chamber 92 to the electrostatic atomization unit 75 can be shortened.
[0056] (2-1-1) Humidification pipe
[0057] like Figure 7 , Figure 8 , Fig. 9 as well as Fig.10As shown, the humidification duct 28 has a blow-out opening 28a, a duct filter 28b, a wide width portion 28c, a connection portion 28d and an air supply opening 28e. The air supply and exhaust hose 68 is connected to the cylindrical connection portion 28d. External air flows in from the air supply opening 28e at the end of the connection portion 28d through the air supply and exhaust hose 68. A wide width portion 28c that is widened in the length direction D1 (left-right direction) compared to the connection portion 28d is arranged downstream of the connection portion 28d. The duct filter 28b is installed on the wide width portion 28c in a pluggable manner. The front panel 23p of the air conditioner indoor unit 2 can be opened and the duct filter 28b can be pulled out from the housing 23 toward the front. In the wide width portion 28c, a blow-out opening 28a is formed downstream of the duct filter 28b. The blow-out opening 28a is opposite to the heat exchanger 21. In the air conditioning indoor unit 2 of the present embodiment, a blow-out opening 28a is arranged at a position lower than the air filter 24, and the external air blown out from the blow-out opening 28a flows into the heat exchanger 21 without passing through the air filter 24. Since the fan 22 generates air flow in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction D1, the external air blown out from the humidification duct 28 to one end side of the housing 23 flows in the air supply path R1 and does not flow in other flow paths R2.
[0058] (2-1-2) Electrostatic atomization device
[0059] like Fig.11 As shown, the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged in the electrostatic atomization device 70. The electrostatic atomization device 70, for example, includes a shell 71, an air inlet 72a, an outlet 72b, an air supply device 74, and a high-voltage transformer 73. The outlet 72b is connected to the ventilation path FP. The portion connected to the outlet 72b in the ventilation path FP is, for example, a vortex portion connected to the blow-out port 23b of the shell 23. The air inlet 72a inhales indoor air from a portion other than the ventilation path FP in the shell 23. In order to allow the air inhaled from the air inlet 72a to pass through the electrostatic atomization unit 75 in the shell 71 and be discharged from the outlet 72b, the electrostatic atomization device 70 preferably includes an air supply device 74 in the shell 71. However, even if there is no air supply device 74, the air supply device 74 can be omitted when airflow is generated in the shell 71.
[0060] like Fig.12 As shown, the electrostatic atomization unit 75 changes the water condensed on the discharge electrode 78 into water particles 77 containing ions by discharge and releases them. In order to generate high voltage discharge at the discharge electrode 78, a high voltage is applied between the discharge electrode 78 and the counter electrode 79 through the high voltage transformer 73. Due to the discharge phenomenon generated in the discharge electrode 78, the water on the discharge electrode 78 becomes nano-sized particles and is charged, generating electrostatic mist.
[0061] The electrostatic atomization unit 75 is provided with, for example, a cooling element 76 in order to generate condensation water on the discharge electrode 78. The cooling element 76 has a heat dissipation surface 76a and a cooling surface 76b. For example, a heat dissipation portion 76c is thermally connected to the heat dissipation surface 76a. For example, a heat sink can be used as the heat dissipation portion 76c. The cooling surface 76b is thermally connected to the discharge electrode 78 via an electrical insulating material (not shown). The discharge electrode 78 erected on the cooling surface 76b is arranged to be separated from the counter electrode 40 by a predetermined distance. For example, the cooling element 76 includes a Peltier element. A plurality of cooling elements 76 may also be provided. When the cooling element 76 is a Peltier element, when a direct current is passed through the Peltier element, heat absorption occurs on the cooling surface 76b and heat is generated on the heat dissipation surface 76a, so that the temperature of the discharge electrode 78 thermally connected to the cooling surface 76b decreases. When the temperature of the discharge electrode 78 is lower than the dew point temperature of the air sucked from the suction port 72a, condensation occurs on the discharge electrode 78. By connecting the discharge electrode 78 to the negative electrode side of the high-voltage transformer 73 and connecting the counter electrode 79 to the positive electrode side of the high-voltage transformer 73, negative ions are generated in the water particles 77, and the electrostatic mist generated at the discharge electrode 78 is negatively charged.
[0062] (2-2) Air conditioner outdoor unit
[0063] like Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 1 , the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 includes a compressor 41, a four-way valve 42, a gas-liquid separator 43, an outdoor heat exchanger 44, an outdoor expansion valve 45, an outdoor fan 46, and a housing 47. The compressor 41, the four-way valve 42, the gas-liquid separator 43, the outdoor heat exchanger 44, the outdoor expansion valve 45, and the outdoor fan 46 are accommodated in the housing 47. The housing 47 has a rear opening 47a (see FIG. 1 ) for sucking in external air. Figure 4 ) and the front opening 47b (refer to Figure 1 and Figure 4 The rear opening 47a is disposed on the rear side of the housing 47. The air conditioning outdoor unit 4 functions as a heat source unit that supplies heat energy to the air conditioning indoor unit 2.
[0064] The compressor 41 sucks in a gas refrigerant, compresses it, and discharges it. The compressor 41 is, for example, a variable capacity compressor that can change the operating capacity by adjusting the operating frequency of the motor 41m using an inverter. The greater the operating frequency, the greater the operating capacity of the compressor 41. The four-way valve 42 has four valve ports. The first valve port P1 of the four-way valve 42 is connected to the discharge port of the compressor 41. The second valve port P2 of the four-way valve 42 is connected to the inlet and outlet of one side of the outdoor heat exchanger 44. The third valve port P3 of the four-way valve 42 is connected to the gas-liquid separator 43. The fourth valve port P4 of the four-way valve 42 is connected to the inlet and outlet of one side of the heat exchanger 21.
[0065] The gas-liquid separator 43 is connected between the third valve port P3 of the four-way valve 42 and the suction port of the compressor 41. The outdoor heat exchanger 44 connects the inlet and outlet of the other side to the inlet and outlet of one side of the outdoor expansion valve 45. The outdoor heat exchanger 44 performs heat exchange between the refrigerant flowing into the interior from the inlet and outlet of one side or the inlet and outlet of the other side and the external air. The outdoor expansion valve 45 connects the inlet and outlet of the other side to the inlet and outlet of the other side of the heat exchanger 21.
[0066] An outdoor control board 82 constituting the control unit 8 is disposed in the air-conditioning outdoor unit 4. The outdoor control board 82 is connected to the control device 81. The outdoor control board 82 is connected to the motor 41m of the compressor 41, the four-way valve 42, and the motor 46m of the outdoor fan 46. The control unit 8 can control the operating frequency of the motor 41m of the compressor 41, the opening degree of the four-way valve 42, and the rotation speed of the motor 46m of the outdoor fan 46 through the outdoor control board 82.
[0067] The refrigerant circuit 13 includes a compressor 41, a four-way valve 42, a gas-liquid separator 43, an outdoor heat exchanger 44, an outdoor expansion valve 45, and a heat exchanger 21. The refrigerant circulates in the refrigerant circuit 13. As the refrigerant, there are, for example, Freons such as R32 refrigerant and R410 refrigerant, and carbon dioxide, etc. In the vapor compression refrigeration cycle, the refrigerant is compressed by the compressor 41 and the temperature is increased, and then the refrigerant dissipates heat in the outdoor heat exchanger 44 or the heat exchanger 21. In addition, in the vapor compression refrigeration cycle, the refrigerant is decompressed and expanded in the outdoor expansion valve 45, and then the refrigerant absorbs heat in the heat exchanger 21 or the outdoor heat exchanger 44. In the gas-liquid separator 43, gas-liquid separation of the refrigerant sucked into the compressor 41 is performed. The four-way valve 42 switches the direction of the flow of the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit 13.
[0068] (2-3) Humidifier 6
[0069] The humidifier 6 of this embodiment is integrated with the air conditioner outdoor unit 4. However, the humidifier 6 and the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 can also be configured as a split type that can be separated. The humidifier 6 takes in moisture from the outside air. The humidifier 6 can generate high-humidity air by giving the taken-in moisture to the outside air. The humidifier 6 sends the high-humidity air to the air conditioner indoor unit 2. During the humidification operation, the air conditioner indoor unit 2 mixes the high-humidity air sent from the humidifier 6 with the indoor air. The air conditioner indoor unit 2 humidifies the room by blowing the air mixed with the high-humidity air into the room RM (indoors). The humidifier 6 is controlled by the control unit 8.
[0070] The humidifier 6 can also stop the humidification action, and send the outside air to the air conditioner indoor unit 2 without humidification. The air conditioner indoor unit 2 mixes the outside air sent from the humidifier 6 with the indoor air during the ventilation operation. The air conditioner indoor unit 2 can supply the outside air to the room by blowing the air mixed with the outside air into the room RM (indoor). In addition, the humidifier 6 can also stop the humidification action, and discharge the indoor air from the air conditioner indoor unit 2 to the outside OD without humidification. During the ventilation operation, the air conditioner indoor unit 2 can supply the outside air to the room RM, or discharge the indoor air in the room RM to the outside OD.
[0071] like Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 6 , the humidifier 6 includes an adsorption rotor 61, a heater 62, a switching damper 63, an air supply and exhaust fan 64, an adsorption fan 65, a duct 66, and a housing 69. In addition, the humidifier 6 includes an air supply and exhaust hose 68. Figure 1 and Figure 4 As shown, the housing 69 of the humidifier 6 is attached to the housing 47 of the air conditioner outdoor unit 4. The humidifier 6 has an adsorption air outlet 69a, an adsorption air inlet 69b, and a humidification air inlet 69c in the housing 69.
[0072] The adsorption rotor 61 is, for example, a disc-shaped humidity control rotor having a honeycomb structure. The humidity control rotor can be formed, for example, by firing an adsorbent having the property of adsorbing moisture in the air it contacts. The adsorbent of the adsorption rotor 61 has the property of releasing the adsorbed moisture by being heated. When unheated air passes through the adsorption rotor 61 having a honeycomb structure, the moisture in the air is adsorbed by the adsorption rotor 61. When heated air passes through the adsorption rotor 61 having a honeycomb structure, the moisture in the adsorption rotor 61 is given to the air. The adsorption rotor 61 is driven to rotate by a motor 61m. The rotation speed of the adsorption rotor 61 can be changed by changing the rotation speed of the motor 61m.
[0073] The heater 62 is arranged between the humidifying air inlet 69c and the switching damper 63. After passing through the heater 62, the external air taken in from the humidifying air inlet 69c further passes through the adsorption rotor 61 and reaches the switching damper 63. When the air heated by the heater 62 passes through the adsorption rotor 61, moisture is separated from the adsorption rotor 61, and the moisture is supplied from the adsorption rotor 61 to the heated external air. The heater 62 can change the output and can change the temperature of the air passing through the heater 62 according to the output. The adsorption rotor 61 has a tendency that the higher the temperature of the air passing through the adsorption rotor 61 is within a specific temperature range, the more moisture is separated. By changing the temperature of the heater 62 and the rotation speed of the adsorption rotor 61, the moisture amount given to the external air can be adjusted.
[0074] The switch damper 63 has a first inlet and outlet 63a and a second inlet and outlet 63b. The switch damper 63 can switch whether the air inlet for sucking air when the air supply and exhaust fan 64 is driven is the first inlet and outlet 63a or the second inlet and outlet 63b. When the air inlet is set to the first inlet and outlet 63a, Figure 4 In the direction of the arrow indicated by the solid line, the outside air flows from the humidification air inlet 69c in the order of the adsorption rotor 61, the heater 62, the adsorption rotor 61, the first inlet 63a, the supply and exhaust fan 64, the second inlet 63b, the duct 66, the supply and exhaust hose 68, and the air conditioner indoor unit 2. When the air inlet is switched to the second inlet 63b, on the contrary, Figure 4 In the direction of the arrow indicated by the middle dotted line, air flows from the air conditioner indoor unit 2 in the order of the supply and exhaust hose 68, the duct 66, the second inlet and outlet 63b, the supply and exhaust fan 64, the first inlet and outlet 63a, the adsorption rotor 61, the heater 62, the adsorption rotor 61, and the humidification air inlet 69c. The switching damper 63 is switched by the motor 63m.
[0075] The supply and exhaust fan 64 is disposed between the first inlet and outlet 63a and the second inlet and outlet 63b of the switch damper 63. The supply and exhaust fan 64 generates a flow of air from the first inlet and outlet 63a toward the second inlet and outlet 63b or from the second inlet and outlet 63b toward the first inlet and outlet 63a. The supply and exhaust fan 64 is driven by a motor 64m. One end of the supply and exhaust hose 68 is connected to the duct 66, and the other end is connected to the air conditioner indoor unit 2. With such a structure, the supply and exhaust hose 68 is connected to the room RM via the air conditioner indoor unit 2.
[0076] An adsorption fan 65 is disposed in a passage extending from the adsorption air inlet 69b to the adsorption air outlet 69a, and an adsorption rotor 61 is disposed so as to overlap the passage. When an air flow from the adsorption air inlet 69b toward the adsorption air outlet 69a is generated by the adsorption fan 65, moisture is adsorbed from the external air passing through the adsorption rotor 61 toward the adsorption rotor 61. The adsorption fan 65 is driven by a motor 65m.
[0077] The motor 61m of the adsorption rotor 61, the motor 63m of the switching damper 63, the motor 64m of the supply and exhaust fan 64, and the heater 62 are connected to the outdoor control panel 82. The control unit 8 can control the rotation speed of the adsorption rotor 61, the switching of the switching damper 63, the turning on and off of the supply and exhaust fan 64 and the adsorption fan 65, and the output of the heater 62 through the outdoor control panel 82.
[0078] (3) Operation of the air conditioning system and air conditioning indoor unit
[0079] (3-1)Overview
[0080] The operation modes of the air conditioning system 1 include, for example, cooling operation, heating operation, dehumidification operation, humidification operation, air supply operation, ventilation operation, and air purification operation. In addition, multiple operations can be combined. For example, heating operation and humidification operation, cooling operation and humidification operation, air supply operation and humidification operation, ventilation operation and cooling operation, ventilation operation and heating operation, ventilation operation and dehumidification operation, and ventilation operation and air supply operation can be combined, and air purification operation can be further combined in these combinations.
[0081] (3-2) Refrigeration operation
[0082] Before the cooling operation starts, the control device 81 of the control unit 8 is instructed to start the cooling operation and to set the target temperature, for example, from a remote controller (not shown). During the cooling operation, the control unit 8 switches the four-way valve 42 to Figure 4 The state shown by the solid line in the middle. During the cooling operation, the four-way valve 42 switched in this way allows the refrigerant to flow between the first valve port P1 and the second valve port P2, and allows the refrigerant to flow between the third valve port P3 and the fourth valve port P4. The four-way valve 42 during the cooling operation allows the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged from the compressor 41 to flow to the outdoor heat exchanger 44. In the outdoor heat exchanger 44, heat exchange is performed between the refrigerant and the external air supplied by the outdoor fan 46. The refrigerant cooled by the outdoor heat exchanger 44 is decompressed by the outdoor expansion valve 45 and flows into the heat exchanger 21. In the heat exchanger 21, heat exchange is performed between the refrigerant and the air supplied by the fan 22. The air supplied by the fan 22 includes the case of only indoor air and the case of indoor air and external air. The refrigerant heated by the heat exchange in the heat exchanger 21 is sucked into the compressor 41 via the four-way valve 42 and the gas-liquid separator 43. The indoor air or the mixed air of the indoor air and the outside air cooled by the heat exchanger 21 is blown out from the air conditioner indoor unit 2 to the room RM, thereby cooling the room. In the air conditioner 10, in cooling operation, the heat exchanger 21 functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant to cool the room RM, and the outdoor heat exchanger 44 functions as a radiator of the refrigerant. The control unit 8 controls the air conditioner indoor unit 2 and the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 so that the temperature detected by the indoor temperature sensor 31 approaches the target temperature.
[0083] (3-3) Heating operation
[0084] Before the heating operation starts, the control device 81 of the control unit 8 is instructed to start the heating operation and to set the target temperature, for example, from a remote controller. During the heating operation, the control unit 8 switches the four-way valve 42 to Figure 4The state shown by the dotted line in the middle. During the heating operation, the four-way valve 42 switched in this way allows the refrigerant to flow between the first valve port P1 and the fourth valve port P4, and allows the refrigerant to flow between the second valve port P2 and the third valve port P3. The four-way valve 42 during the heating operation allows the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant discharged from the compressor 41 to flow to the heat exchanger 21. In the heat exchanger 21, heat exchange is performed between the air supplied by the fan 22 and the refrigerant. The air supplied by the fan 22 includes the case of only indoor air and the case of indoor air and outdoor air. The refrigerant cooled by the heat exchanger 21 is decompressed by the outdoor expansion valve 45 and flows into the outdoor heat exchanger 44. In the outdoor heat exchanger 44, heat exchange is performed between the refrigerant and the outdoor air supplied by the outdoor fan 46. The refrigerant heated by the heat exchange in the outdoor heat exchanger 44 is sucked into the compressor 41 via the four-way valve 42 and the gas-liquid separator 43. The indoor air or the mixed air of the indoor air and the outside air heated by the heat exchanger 21 is blown out from the air conditioner indoor unit 2 to the room RM, thereby heating the room. In the air conditioner 10, in the heating operation, the heat exchanger 21 functions as a radiator of the refrigerant to heat the room RM, and the outdoor heat exchanger 44 functions as an evaporator of the refrigerant. The control unit 8 controls the air conditioner indoor unit 2 and the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 so that the temperature detected by the indoor temperature sensor 31 approaches the target temperature.
[0085] (3-4) Air supply operation
[0086] Before the air supply operation starts, the control device 81 of the control unit 8 is instructed to perform the air supply operation, for example, from a remote controller. During the air supply operation, the control unit 8 stops the compressor 41 and stops the refrigeration cycle in the refrigerant circuit 13. In addition, the control unit 8 also stops the operation of the humidifier 6. During the air supply operation, there are cases where the target air volume is instructed from the remote controller, and cases where the air conditioner indoor unit 2 automatically selects the target air volume. The control device 81 controls the motor 22m of the fan 22 in such a way as to achieve the target air volume. For example, the control device 81 is configured to increase the speed in the order of L wind level, M wind level, and H wind level from the LL wind level (tap) with the lowest speed. When the air supply operation is in progress, the control unit 8 also stops the operation of the humidifier 6. During the air supply operation, the indoor air in the room RM circulates through the air conditioner indoor unit 2.
[0087] (3-5) Humidification operation
[0088] Before the humidification operation starts, for example, the humidification operation is instructed from a remote controller to the control device 81 of the control unit 8 and the target humidity is instructed. During the humidification operation in which only humidification is performed, the control unit 8 stops the compressor 41 and stops the refrigeration cycle in the refrigerant circuit 13. However, for example, during the humidification heating operation, the refrigeration cycle in the refrigerant circuit 13 is also performed simultaneously with the humidification operation.
[0089] When receiving the instruction of humidification operation, the control unit 8 first causes the humidifier 6 to dry the air supply and exhaust hose 68. After the air supply and exhaust hose 68 is dried, the control unit 8 causes the humidifier 6 to start the humidification operation. The control unit 8 controls so that the adsorption fan 65 is driven and the adsorption rotor 61 is rotated. The outside air passes through the adsorption rotor 61 by the driving of the adsorption fan 65, and thus moisture is adsorbed from the outside air to the adsorption rotor 61. By the rotation of the adsorption rotor 61, the portion where the moisture is adsorbed moves to the place where the air heated by the heater 62 passes. As a result, moisture is desorbed from the portion where the moisture is adsorbed toward the heated air. The air having high humidity after passing through the adsorption rotor 61 is sent to the room RM through the air supply and exhaust hose 68 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2 by the air supply and exhaust fan 64. In the humidification operation, the control device 81 drives the fan 22 of the air conditioner indoor unit 2 to blow the high humidity air into the room RM. The control unit 8 controls the air conditioner indoor unit 2, the air conditioner outdoor unit 4 and the humidifier 6 so that the humidity detected by the predetermined humidity sensor approaches the target humidity. The predetermined humidity sensor is a humidity sensor provided in a flow path through which air flows in the humidifier 6 and the air-conditioning indoor unit 2. Examples of the predetermined humidity sensor include an indoor humidity sensor 32 and a humidity sensor attached to the humidification duct 28.
[0090] (3-6) Ventilation Operation
[0091] Before the ventilation operation starts, the control device 81 of the control unit 8 is instructed to start the ventilation operation, for example, from a remote controller. During the ventilation operation, the humidification operation is stopped. In addition, when only the ventilation operation is performed, the control unit 8 stops the compressor 41 and stops the refrigeration cycle in the refrigerant circuit 13. However, for example, in the case of cooling while ventilation and in the case of heating while ventilation, the control unit 8 drives the compressor 41 to implement the refrigeration cycle in the refrigerant circuit 13. In order to stop the humidification operation, the rotation of the adsorption fan 65 and the adsorption rotor 61 is stopped. During the ventilation operation, the control unit 8 controls the motor 64m to drive the air supply and exhaust fan 64. In addition, during the ventilation operation, the control unit 8 switches the air supply state and the exhaust state by controlling the switching damper 63. In the air supply state, the external air is taken in from the humidification air inlet 69c and blown to the room RM through the air supply and exhaust hose 68 and the air conditioner indoor unit 2. In the exhaust state, the indoor air is discharged from the room RM through the air conditioner indoor unit 2 and the air supply and exhaust hose 68 from the humidification air inlet 69c. In the ventilation operation, the control device 81 drives the fan 22 of the air conditioner indoor unit 2 to blow the outside air into the room RM. During the air supply of the ventilation operation, the humidification duct 28 functions as an air supply duct that directly supplies the outside air that has not been humidified by the humidifier 6.
[0092] (3-7) Air purification operation
[0093] The air conditioning system 1 can perform air purification operation using the electrostatic atomization device 70. Here, the air purification operation refers to an operation for suppressing harmful components and / or odor components in the air. The air purification operation is, for example, an operation for suppressing harmful components or odor components by using water particles (electrostatic mist) containing ions generated by the electrostatic atomization device 70. The air purification operation using the electrostatic atomization device 70 is performed together with other operations, such as cooling operation, heating operation, dehumidification operation, humidification operation, air supply operation or ventilation operation, or a combination of these operations.
[0094] During the humidification operation or the ventilation operation, when the outside air is introduced into the room RM (indoor), the control device 81 of the air-conditioning indoor unit 2 controls the electrostatic atomization device 70 so that the electrostatic atomization unit 75 does not discharge.
[0095] (4) Modification
[0096] (4-1) Modification A
[0097] In the above embodiment, the case where the electrostatic atomizer device 70 and the electrostatic atomizer unit 75 are arranged in the housing 23 is described. However, the electrostatic atomizer device 70 and the electrostatic atomizer unit 75 may be arranged outside the housing 23.
[0098] (4-2) Modification B
[0099] In the above embodiment, the electrostatic atomization device 70 and the electrostatic atomization unit 75 are described as taking in air from outside the ventilation path FP (the air supply path R1 and the other flow paths R2). Fig.13 and Fig.14 As shown, the air sent to the electrostatic atomization device 70 and the electrostatic atomization unit 75 can also be taken in from other flow paths R2. For example, the suction port 72a of the electrostatic atomization device 70 is connected to other flow paths R2 downstream of the air filter 24 and upstream of the heat exchanger 21. The discharge port 72b of the electrostatic atomization device 70 is connected to the vortex portion (a part of the ventilation path FP) connected to the blow-off port 23b of the housing 23, for example.
[0100] (4-3) Modification C
[0101] In the above embodiment, the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged in the electrostatic atomization device 70, and the electrostatic mist is blown out from the blowout port 23b of the housing 23 by the air supply device 74. However, the air supply device 74 may be omitted. For example, the air supply device 74 may be omitted by locating the electrostatic atomization unit 75 in the flow of air in another flow path R2.
[0102] (4-4) Modification D
[0103] In the above embodiment, the case where the external air is blown out from the blow-out opening 28a of the humidification duct 28 toward the heat exchanger 21 is described. However, the direction in which the external air is blown out from the humidification duct 28 is not limited to the direction toward the heat exchanger 21. For example, Fig.13 As shown, the outside air may be blown in a direction perpendicular to the direction from the humidification duct 28 toward the heat exchanger 21 .
[0104] (4-5) Modification E
[0105] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the case of using the humidifying duct 28 as the air supply component is described. However, the air supply component is not limited to the humidifying duct 28. For example, instead of the humidifier 6, an air supply and exhaust device that does not have a humidifying function and only performs the supply and exhaust of external air may be set outdoors. In the case of setting the air supply and exhaust device, the air supply duct is arranged in the casing 23 instead of the humidifying duct 28. In the case of such a configuration, the air conditioner indoor unit 2 cannot perform a humidification operation, but can perform a ventilation operation to supply external air to the room RM (indoor). The configuration relationship between the air supply duct and the electrostatic atomization unit 75 can be set to be the same as the configuration relationship between the humidifying duct 28 and the electrostatic atomization unit 75.
[0106] (5) Features
[0107] (5-1)
[0108] The above-mentioned air conditioner indoor unit 2 has an air supply path R1 in the casing 23, and the external air as outdoor air flows in the air supply path R1 during humidification operation or ventilation operation. The electrostatic atomization device 70 and the electrostatic atomization unit 75 are arranged outside the air supply path R1. In other words, the air flowing in the air supply path R1 does not flow to the electrostatic atomization device 70 and the electrostatic atomization unit 75. The indoor air that enters the casing 23 from the room RM without passing through the ventilation path FP, the indoor air supplied from other flow paths R2, or the indoor air outside the casing 23 when the electrostatic atomization device 70 is arranged outside the casing 23 is the air that flows into the electrostatic atomization device 70 and the electrostatic atomization unit 75. Even during humidification operation or ventilation operation, the external air will not flow into the electrostatic atomization device 70 and the electrostatic atomization unit 75 of such a structure. Therefore, by arranging the electrostatic atomization unit 75 outside the air supply path R1 through which the outside air flows, it is possible to suppress the influence of changes in the state of the outside air, particularly the outside air in a high humidity state, on the electrostatic atomization unit 75 .
[0109] (5-2)
[0110] The air supply path R1 of the air conditioner indoor unit 2 is arranged at one end side of the length direction D1 of the housing 23. The electrostatic atomizer device 70 and the electrostatic atomizer unit 75 are arranged in the housing 23, and are arranged at the other end side of the length direction D1 of the housing 23. In this way, by a simple structure in which the air supply path R1 is arranged at one end side of the length direction and the electrostatic atomizer unit 75 is arranged at the other end side, it is possible to suppress the influence of the change in the state of the external air on the electrostatic atomizer unit 75. In the structure in which the electrostatic atomizer unit 75 is arranged at the other end side, there is included a case in which the electrostatic atomizer unit 75 is arranged between the ventilation path FP and the other end E2 of the housing 23 as in the above-mentioned embodiment and the indoor air flowing into the housing 23 from the room RM is used. In addition, in the structure in which the electrostatic atomizer unit 75 is arranged at the other end side, there is included a case in which the indoor air flowing in the other flow path R2 is sent to the electrostatic atomizer unit 75 as in the variant B.
[0111] (5-3)
[0112] In the above-mentioned air conditioner indoor unit 2, an electrical component box 90 arranged in a manner extending along the length direction D1 in the housing 23 has a first electrical component chamber 91 at one end side and a second electrical component chamber 92 at the other end side. The second electrical component chamber 92 contains a second electrical circuit component driven by a voltage of 50 volts or more, for example, for supplying power to the electrostatic atomization device 70. By arranging such a second electrical component chamber 92 at one end side of the length direction D1 in which the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is arranged, for example, the wiring distance from the second electrical component chamber 92 to the electrostatic atomization device 70 and the electrostatic atomization unit 75 can be shortened. As a result, it is easy to take measures against voltages of 50 volts or more.
[0113] (5-4)
[0114] In the above-mentioned air conditioning indoor unit 2, the air guided to the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is taken in from the space between the ventilation path FP and the other end E2 of the housing 23. The space between the ventilation path FP and the other end E2 of the housing 23 is the space outside the ventilation path FP. In the above-mentioned air conditioning indoor unit 2, the liquid particles released from the electrostatic atomization unit 75 are nano-sized water particles. The air introduced into the electrostatic atomization unit 75 is taken in from the space outside the ventilation path FP, so the air introduced into the electrostatic atomization unit 75 will not be mixed with external air, which can reduce the impact of the change in the state of the external air on the electrostatic atomization unit 75.
[0115] (5-5)
[0116] In the air conditioner indoor unit 2, the blow-out opening 28a of the humidification duct 28 or the blow-out opening (not shown) of the air supply duct as the air supply member is arranged to be opposite to the heat exchanger 21. The structure in which the blow-out opening 28a is opposite to the heat exchanger 21 can prevent the external air from blowing to other parts of the housing 23 other than the heat exchanger 21 and causing condensation in the parts other than the heat exchanger 21.
[0117] (5-6)
[0118] When outside air is introduced into the room RM, the control device 81 of the air conditioner indoor unit 2 controls the electrostatic atomization unit 75 not to discharge. As a result, the electrostatic atomization unit 75 can be prevented from being affected by outside air when outside air is introduced.
[0119] (5-7)
[0120] The air supply path R1 of the air conditioner indoor unit 2 is a path for supplying humidified external air during humidification operation. Even when the humidified external air flows in the air supply path R1, the influence of the humidity of the external air on the electrostatic atomization unit 75 can be suppressed by arranging the electrostatic atomization unit 75 at a position deviated from the air supply path R1 for the external air to flow.
[0121] As mentioned above, although the embodiment of this disclosure is described, it should be understood that various changes in form and details can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of this disclosure described in the claims.
