Abstract

The application discloses a sewing process of seamless horse-tail waistband western-style trousers, which comprises the following steps: sewing a waist surface and a waistband, and meanwhile, clamping a top end of the horse-tail waistband above the waist surface and below the waistband, and sewing the top end between the waist surface and the waistband; cutting a trouser piece; splicing the waist surface and the trouser piece, clamping the horse-tail waistband between the trouser piece and the waist surface, splicing the horse-tail waistband with the waist surface and the trouser piece at the same time, and inserting a bottom end of the horse-tail waistband into the waistband; pressing a waist surface falling pit line, pressing a falling pit line along a splicing seam of the trouser piece and the waist surface, fixing the waistband and the trouser piece, and sewing the horse-tail waistband with the waistband at the same time; and fixing the horse-tail waistband. The application changes a process sequence and a process operation, and the seamless horse-tail waistband needs to complete a top end process operation first, the top end of the horse-tail waistband is sewn between the waist surface and the waistband at the same time of sewing the waist surface and the waistband, seamless sewing is realized, a bottom part of the horse-tail waistband is processed, the bottom part of the horse-tail waistband is inserted into the waistband and sewn with the trouser piece, and therefore, the closed waist part is completed, and the seamless process is also completed.

TECHNICAL FIELD
