The method comprises the following steps: in the case that a single side vehicle window is opened, the ear atmospheric pressure at each preset position is obtained; whether the vehicle window needs to be controlled and adjusted is determined according to the ear atmospheric pressure; in the case that the vehicle window needs to be controlled and adjusted, the target vehicle window is determined according to the vehicle speed and the opening and closing state of each vehicle window, and the target vehicle window is controlled to be opened or closed. Through the technical scheme of the application, the ear pressure of the passenger is identified, the ear compression is relieved by adjusting the vehicle window, and the comfort of the passenger is improved.
