Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a landscape green plant wall. Background Art
[0002] A green wall building, Wang Chongying, application number 2024102233832, February 21, 2024.
[0003] Use soil to make a rockery, refer to the related content posted by Douyin user Yufu Bonsai.
[0004] Note: Attached Fig.13 ,14,15,16,17 are only applicable to background technology, Figure 3 , 6,7,8 also apply to the background technology.
[0005] The overall structure of the green plant wall is as follows: the innermost layer of the green plant wall is a porous water storage wall (1), and the two sides are modular building block type plastic frame structures, including units (3), (4), (5), and the outer surface of the plastic frame is attached with a perforated plastic plate (2), which are connected with each other by snapping, and the protruding part (11) of the unit (4) is inserted into the reserved hole (22) of the porous water storage wall (1), and grouting or filling mortar is fixed, so that the porous water storage wall and the plastic frame structure form a whole, soil is distributed inside the plastic frame structure and forms layers, and plug-in planting holes (6) are provided on the perforated plastic plate (2), and green plants are planted through the planting holes and are vertically distributed on the surface of the green plant wall.
[0006] The porous water storage wall (1) is built with porous water storage bricks. The water storage bricks must not only consider the structural strength and water storage, but also how to slowly release the stored water. If this problem cannot be solved, the water storage bricks with particularly strong water storage capacity have a stronger water absorption capacity than the soil. The water is stored in the bricks, but the soil cannot get water; the water storage bricks with poor water storage capacity lose water relatively quickly. It will not take long for the water in the bricks to be lost, and it will not play the role of continuously replenishing the soil water resources. Therefore, the development of a water storage brick with strong water storage capacity and continuous release of water resources is the key to the present invention. I draw on the capillary action and creatively add plant fibers to the water storage bricks. By using the capillary action of the plant fibers, the water resources stored inside the water storage bricks are continuously released to the brick surface, and then absorbed by the plants through the soil. The next step is to solve the problem of water storage. I chose water storage ceramsite. The water storage ceramsite is light in weight and has many internal voids, which is very suitable for water storage. In order to improve the bearing capacity of the porous water storage bricks, lightweight aggregates with a harder texture can be added to the raw materials. Expanded clay stores water, lightweight aggregates bear weight, and plant fibers enhance the integrity of the structure, increasing water storage and the ability to release stored water.
[0007] For water storage bricks, how do the internal void diameter distribution and porosity affect their water storage capacity? First of all, for water storage bricks, there is a balance between structural bearing capacity and porosity. When the structural bearing capacity is met, the internal void diameter and porosity of the water storage brick are maximized. However, at this time, the internal voids are large and the water storage capacity is poor. Plant fibers need to be added to increase the surface tension of water inside the pores, greatly increasing the water storage capacity. At the same time, plant fibers have good capillary effects and can slowly release water resources. Considering the drainage and ventilation inside the water storage bricks, larger voids are required, so holes (7) and (8) are opened. It can be found that there are large-diameter voids (7) and (8), medium-diameter voids (voids inside and between ceramsite), and capillary voids (plant fibers can be equivalent to capillary voids) inside the water storage bricks. The organic combination of the three forms a qualified water storage material. The medium-diameter pores determine the water storage capacity of the material, the capillary pores determine the water storage time and the ability to slowly release water, and the large-diameter pores determine the drainage and ventilation capacity of the material.
[0008] After the raw materials are selected, the production of porous water storage bricks begins. First, the lightweight aggregate, adhesive, and water are mixed evenly according to a certain ratio, then the water storage ceramsite is added and lightly mixed, and finally the plant fiber is added and mixed evenly. In order to prevent the adhesive from entering the water storage ceramsite in large quantities, blocking the internal holes, hardening the plant fiber, and destroying its capillary action, the amount of adhesive should be strictly controlled and the mixing time should be controlled.
[0009] The specifications of water storage bricks are 50cm long * 20cm thick * 20cm high. Water storage bricks are divided into type I and type II. The two types of bricks have holes 7 and 8 symmetrically distributed. The other structures are the same. The four sides of the upper and lower surfaces of the brick body are grooved (19) 25mm wide * 10mm high, and the upper and lower surfaces are centered with grooves (20) 50mm wide * 10mm high. When laying, type I bricks are stacked in one layer, and type II bricks are stacked in one layer. They are stacked in an alternating manner, with the upper and lower layers staggered by half a block. I-shaped masonry is used, as shown in the attached figure. Figure 2As shown, the upper and lower water storage bricks are in direct contact, the grooves are filled with high-grade cement mortar, and the reserved holes (22) are not filled first, so that a good structural strength can be formed between the bricks, and water vapor can flow freely through the direct contact surface of the brick body. Each brick has an opening (7) and an opening (8). The opening (7) has a diameter of 20 mm and can be used for planting reinforcement. The opening (8) has a diameter of 60 mm and is used for drainage and ventilation. When the water storage bricks are laid, the left and right sides of the two adjacent layers of bricks are opposite. The opening (7) of the lower layer of bricks is on the left and the opening (8) is on the right. The opening (8) of the upper layer of bricks is on the left and the opening (7) is on the right. After laying, a through hole (7) and a through hole (8) can be formed on the wall. The opening (7) can be used for planting reinforcement to further strengthen the wall and form a solid overall structure. It can also be used as a ventilation hole without planting reinforcement. The opening (8) is used for drainage and ventilation. When the wall is replenished with water, water can quickly penetrate into the interior of the wall through the opening (8) to complete rapid water replenishment. A horizontal drainage hole can be set at the bottom of the green wall to be connected with the through hole (8). Excess water can be quickly discharged. This design is also convenient for later cleaning of the interior of the wall and can extend the life and effect of the wall water storage.
[0010] The plastic frame structure is formed by assembling and assembling units (3), (4), and (5). Unit (4) is composed of two plastic plates (9), a plurality of transverse ribs (13), a plurality of longitudinal ribs (12), and rib feet (11). Holes (10) are regularly distributed on the plastic plate (9). The length of unit (4) is distributed along the entire length of the green plant wall. Unit (4) is disconnected at certain intervals and provided with a snap-on connection device for easy installation and transportation. The height of unit (4) corresponds to the vertical spacing of the holes (22). In this case, the height is 20.5 cm. Unit (4) is installed on the green plant wall (1) at intervals in the vertical direction and is connected in the middle by unit (3). Unit (3) is a "sun"-shaped structure and is inserted into the card slot on unit (4) to complete the fixed connection between units (4). Unit (5) is a plastic plate without a hole and is located at the bottom layer of the green plant wall. Unit (5) and adjacent upper unit (4) are also connected by embedding unit (3) in the corresponding card slot.
[0011] During the installation process of the plastic frame structure (3), (4), and (5), the bottom plate unit (5) is first installed, the rib foot (23) is inserted into the reserved hole (22) of the green wall, and the hole (22) is filled with mortar in advance, and then the adjacent upper unit (4) is installed. The rib foot is first inserted into the corresponding reserved hole (22), and the hole (22) is filled with mortar in advance, and the vertical connection unit (3) is installed. Then, the adjacent upper unit (4) is installed. The rib foot (11) is first inserted into the corresponding reserved hole (22), and the hole (22) is filled with mortar in advance, and the vertical connection unit (3) is installed. Install the vertical connection unit (3), repeat the above steps until all (3), (4), (5) are installed and an overall frame structure is formed, check whether the structure is deformed or shifted, and the plastic frame near the reserved hole (22) can also be widened into a plate to fit the green wall water storage wall, and close the hole (22), and reserve grouting holes, and finally grout all the holes (22) through the reserved grouting holes, so that the porous water storage wall and the plastic frame can form an overall force-bearing structure to ensure that the structure has sufficient stability and bearing capacity.
[0012] Unit (4) is the core unit structure of the plastic frame, unit (3) is the connecting structure, and unit (5) is the bottom plate. The plastic frame itself has a large bearing capacity and can bear loads such as soil and green plants. The plastic frame is inserted into the water storage wall (1) through rib feet and fixed together by grouting or filling mortar to form an integral force-bearing structure, which increases the stability and bearing capacity of the structure. The installation between the units of the plastic frame is convenient and fast, and the construction is convenient. If the plastic frame needs to be replaced, the old plastic frame must be removed first, and then holes (22) are re-drilled on the wall to install the new plastic frame.
[0013] The plate structure (9) inside the plastic frame structure can layer the soil and reduce soil stress. At the same time, the layered soil can be connected together through the holes (10), so that the loose and porous structure of the soil can be maintained while being connected into a whole.
[0014] The perforated plastic plate (2) is fixed to the plastic frame by means of an insertable buckle. The buckle style can be found in the attached Fig.14 The male buckles are distributed on the plastic frame at a certain interval, and the female buckles are openings at the corresponding positions of the plastic plate. In this way, the protruding parts of the male buckles are located outside, which is convenient for the disassembly and installation of the structure. When installing, just align the perforated plastic plate with the plastic frame and press hard to complete the installation. When disassembling, you need to use pliers to pinch the front end of the male buckles in turn to disengage the male buckles and female buckles, and then you can remove the perforated plastic plate. If the weight of the green plant is large, the perforated plastic plate should be reinforced accordingly. Bolt connections can be added, nuts can be integrated into the plastic frame structure, and screws can be inserted into the perforated plastic plate from the outside and tightened to achieve reinforcement.
[0015] The perforated plastic plate has openings (16) with a spacing of 25cm*20cm and a diameter of >10cm. The holes (14) are distributed in a ring around the holes (16). The holes (14) are used to install plug-in planting holes and have a size corresponding to the outer diameter of (17). The perforated plastic plate also has ventilation holes (15) distributed thereon and can be distributed as needed.
[0016] The planting hole (6) is of plug-in type, and the diameter of the inner center hole can be set to 6 cm. Two circles of columnar soil retainers (17) (18) are distributed in an annular manner along the center hole. The outer circle columnar soil retainer (17) is shorter and corresponds to the hole (14) one by one. When the plug-in planting hole (6) is installed, (17) can be inserted into (14). The inner circle columnar soil retainer (18) is longer, and (18) and (17) are staggered at a certain angle to form a good soil retaining effect around the center hole. There is a bowl-shaped soil retaining structure (21) outside the planting hole (6), and the height is 2 / 3 of the diameter of the center hole, which is 4 cm. A certain height of fill can be formed outside the planting hole to further balance the internal and external soil pressures, and together with the columnar soil retainer (17) (18), effectively maintain the stability of the soil around the planting hole. The plug-in planting holes are easy to replace and can be replaced quickly. The plug-in planting holes and the perforated plastic plates are mainly connected by friction. After the green plants are planted in the planting holes, the planting holes and the plants form a whole. The plant roots wrap around the columnar soil retainer and mix with the surrounding soil, which increases the weight of the plant roots in disguise. It can effectively fix adult plants and prevent the plants from becoming unstable due to the distribution of vertical walls (with a certain angle). At the same time, the soil, planting holes, and plastic plates will be connected to form a more solid whole. Summary of the invention
[0017] The invention provides a landscape green plant wall.
[0018] On the basis of the green plant wall, the clay + tile glue modeling technology is used to create rock landscapes and sculptures. The landscape green plant wall is divided into moss, ground cover plants, small landscape trees, sculptures and rock landscape areas. The plastic frame structure of each area is different. The small landscape trees are combined with the rock landscape. Clay, appropriate amount of tile glue, water, iron wire, etc. are used to form the rock landscape (5). The inner part is hollow, filled with soil, and small landscape trees are planted. The present invention integrates different types of green plants on the same wall, which can be used for free landscaping, sculpture and other creations, forming a full combination of nature and art.
[0019] The interior of the landscape green plant wall is a water storage wall, which is built with water storage bricks and has reserved holes (22) formed on it. A plastic frame structure is distributed outside the water storage wall, and the frame structure is filled with planting soil or other mixtures.
[0020] The plastic frame structure is divided into three types according to the vegetation type (1), (2), and (12). Frame (1) is the narrowest and is the basic structure for planting moss crops. Frame (2) extends outward on the basic structure of frame (1) for a certain distance and is used in conjunction with the perforated plastic plate (4) for planting ground cover plants. Frame (12) extends on the basic structure of frame (1) for a longer distance and is used for planting small landscape trees and needs to be used in conjunction with rock landscaping. The upper and lower slots of frames (1), (2), and (12) are aligned and connected, and the basic structure forms a vertical connection and is a load-bearing structure. All plastic frame basic structures are evenly wrapped with a mixture of clay + appropriate amount of tile glue + water. The gap between the plastic frame structure and the water storage wall is also filled fully, which greatly improves the stress performance of the frame structure and extends the service life of the plastic structure. All frame structures have a rib foot structure, which is inserted into the reserved hole (22) in the water storage wall and reinforced with cement mortar to form an integral load-bearing structure with the water storage wall.
[0021] For rock landscaping, frame (12) or frame (2) is selected according to the protruding extent. The plastic frame forms the skeleton, and the interior is filled with a mixture of clay + appropriate amount of tile glue + water. Steel bars or iron wires can be added, and the surface can be wrapped with wire mesh to improve the structural stress performance. If green plants are to be planted, the internal space of the corresponding part of the frame structure should not be filled first, but left, and then filled with planting soil, and finally the green plants are planted.
[0022] The overall thickness of the plastic frame (1) is 5 cm, and the interior is filled with a mixture of clay + straw + a small amount of tile glue + water to simulate strongly weathered rock. It has a certain strength and is suitable for moss growth, and ensures that the plastic frame (1) is not exposed. The surface forms natural undulations, and the moss is glued on with clay liquid; the overall thickness of the plastic frame (2) is 10 cm, and a perforated plastic plate (4) is installed on the surface. The interior is filled with planting soil, and ground cover crops are planted from the holes. The number and position of the holes can be adjusted according to the plant species and design effects. The suspended part of the plastic frame (2) extending outward is filled with a mixture of clay + straw + a small amount of tile glue + water, and is connected to the surrounding along the slope; the extended suspended length of the plastic frame (3) is larger, and the overall thickness is 15 cm to 20 cm. It needs to be used in conjunction with rock landscaping. The plastic frame (3) is reinforced by wrapping the rock landscaping with the plastic frame (3). Planting soil is distributed inside some of the plastic frames (3), and small landscape trees can be planted.
[0023] The plastic frame (1) can be used to increase the carving area as needed. The frame structure is filled with a mixture of clay + appropriate amount of tile glue + water, and the initial shaping is performed. After drying, the secondary carving is performed.
[0024] Special-shaped plastic frames (3) and (11) are made at the corners of the landscape green plant wall as required, and all plastic frame structures are assembled and fixed by means of slots.
[0025] A perforated plastic pipe (6) is installed on the through hole (8) at the top of the landscape green plant wall and fixed with a mixture of clay + an appropriate amount of tile glue + water. The surrounding plastic frame (1) is filled with a mixture of clay + an appropriate amount of tile glue + water. In this way, the hollow part at the top of the landscape green plant wall can be filled with planting soil and planted with ground cover plants. A transverse through hole (9) is opened at the bottom of the water storage wall, which is connected with a hose and exposed to the landscape green plant wall to communicate with the outside air to form a hole (10). In this way, water can be drained and ventilated. Water is replenished from the plastic pipe (6) through drip irrigation on the one hand, and rainwater is collected at the top of the green plant wall and enters the water storage wall through the perforated plastic pipe (6) on the other hand, so that water replenishment is completed.
[0026] Hidden pillars can be added inside the landscape green wall. They are made of metal and anti-corrosion, hidden inside the water storage wall. A traditional architectural style roof is added on the top, and water collection facilities are added to collect rainwater and flow it into the water storage wall. In this way, the style of the landscape green wall and the architecture are more unified, and the combination of the two has a more prominent landscape effect.
[0027] The landscape green plant wall can be used indoors, especially in the entrance of the living room. It adopts an assembled glass cylinder (13). The bottom of the cylinder and the ground are filled with cement mortar. There should be no hollows. The foundation (14) in the cylinder is firmly connected to the bottom of the cylinder. The landscape green plant wall is installed on the foundation (14). The frame (1) is the main part, and the frames (2) and (3) are embellished. The green plants are mainly mosses, and others are supplementary. Below the water level, the landscape green plant wall is largely hollowed out to reduce the volume occupied by water. An appropriate amount of pebbles is placed in the plastic frame or a mixture of clay + a small amount of tile glue + straw + water is used to fill it. An appropriate amount of aquatic plants can be planted as needed. Above the water surface, the water storage wall is increased with transverse through holes (9) and connected to the outside world, so that the water in the cylinder is led to the holes (8) on the top of the water storage wall to form a water circulation between the cylinder body and the green plant wall. Other things such as lights and spray devices are arranged according to the conventional method.
[0028] Landscape green wall is widely used and can form different landscape effects, such as Fig.11 , only relying on ground cover plants to form a landscape effect, you can use attached Fig.13 The green wall solution shown is applied to scenes such as fences, outdoor landscape walls, isolation fences, etc.
[0029] Attached Fig. 9 , 12 is a mixed landscape of mosses and ground cover plants, with Fig. 9 If there is rock landscaping, you can use a combination of Frame 1 and Frame 2.
[0030] Attached Fig.10 To create shaped trees + ground cover + rock landscaping, you can use the combination of frame 1 + frame 2 + frame 12. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
