The manipulator is provided with a suction cup clamp used for fixing a display screen. A movable assembly is connected to the suction cup clamp. The movable assembly is connected with a plurality of cable combing devices used for combing flat cables. A plurality of limiting openings are formed in each yarn combing device; a front carding part is arranged at each limiting opening; a rear carding part is arranged at each limiting opening; the sucker clamp is connected with a clamping assembly used for clamping and protecting the flat cable. According to the flat cable carrying device, the non-connecting end of a flat cable is supported and limited through the cable combing device, the flat cable is prevented from being swung in the carrying process, the situation that the flat cable collides with other equipment and is damaged and wound is avoided, and the protection effect on the flat cable when a display screen is carried is enhanced.
