[0046] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 The overall structure of the percussion instrument 100 according to the first embodiment will be described. Figure 1 1 is an exploded perspective view of the percussion instrument 100 according to the first embodiment. Figure 1 In order to simplify the drawing, only the protrusion 29 (the portion supporting the drum head sensor 10 ) described below is illustrated in the structure inside the bottom chassis 2 hidden in the support portion 31 of the top chassis 3 .
[0047] like Figure 1 As shown, the percussion instrument 100 is an electronic percussion instrument simulating an acoustic drum, and includes a shell 1 constituting its main body. The shell 1 includes a substantially disc-shaped bottom frame 2 constituting its bottom surface, and a top frame 3 overlapping the bottom frame 2. The bottom frame 2 and the top frame 3 are frames for supporting a drum head sensor 10 or a drum edge sensor 11, which will be referred to below. Figure 5 , Figure 6 The supporting structure of each of these sensors 10 and 11 will be described.
[0048] The top frame 3 includes a cylindrical main body 30 and a support portion 31 that supports the drum rim sensor 11 on the inner circumference of the main body 30. These parts 30 and 31 are integrally formed using a resin material. In the following description, the direction orthogonal to the axis of the cylindrical main body 30 is described as a radial direction, and the direction around the axis of the main body 30 is described as a circumferential direction.
[0049] The upper surface of the drumhead 4 is covered with the membrane-like drumhead 4 to form a striking surface of the percussion instrument 100. The drumhead 4 is formed into a disc shape using a mesh of woven synthetic fibers, and an annular drumhead frame 40 is fixed to the outer edge of the drumhead 4.
[0050] The drumhead frame 40 is formed of a resin material, and the drumhead 4 and the drumhead frame 40 are integrally formed by die molding. Alternatively, the drumhead frame 40 may be formed of a material other than resin (eg, metal or wood) and joined to the drumhead 4 by bonding or the like.
[0051] The drumhead 4 is mounted on the shell 1 together with the annular drum rim 5 through the drum hoop 6. In the mounted state, the outer edge of the drumhead 4 is surrounded by the drum rim 5 all around. The drum rim 5 is a member for performing a heavy note side strike, in which the player simultaneously strikes the drumhead 4 and the drum rim 5, or a light note side strike, in which the player only strikes the drum rim 5. The drum rim 5 includes an annular struck portion 50 that receives the strike of the player, and a substantially rectangular clamped portion 51 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the struck portion 50. These portions 50, 51 are integrally formed using a resin material (rubber or elastomer, etc.) that is softer than the drum hoop 6.
[0052] The clamped portions 51 are formed in multiple locations (16 in the present embodiment) at equal intervals (or unequal intervals) in the circumferential direction of the struck portion 50, and multiple receiving portions 60 are formed at positions corresponding to the clamped portions 51 in the inner circumferential surface of the drum hoop 6. The receiving portion 60 is a recessed portion having a shape corresponding to the clamped portion 51, and when the rim 5 is mounted on the upper surface of the drumhead 4, the clamped portion 51 is received in the receiving portion 60. In addition, the mounting structure of the rim 5 can adopt a known structure, so a detailed description is omitted, and as a known structure, the mounting structure of the rim 5 of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2019-148623 is exemplified.
[0053] The drum hoop 6 is provided with through holes 61 (see FIG. Figure 4A ), a plurality of (six in this embodiment) drum ears 7 for tightening (screwing in) the tensioning bolts B1 are provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction on the shell body 1.
[0054] The drum lug 7 includes a fastening portion 70 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the main body portion 30 of the top frame 3, and a female screw hole 70a extending vertically is formed in the fastening portion 70. With the clamped portion 51 of the drum rim 5 inserted into the receiving portion 60 of the drum hoop 6 and the drum head frame 40 of the drum head 4 hooked on the drum hoop 6, the tension bolt B1 is fastened to the female screw hole 70a of the drum lug 7, thereby applying tension to the drum head 4. Next, referring to Figure 2A and Figure 2B as well as Figure 3 The detailed structure of the housing 1 will be described.
[0055] Figure 2A This is a perspective view of the chassis 2 from the lower surface side. Figure 2B It is a three-dimensional view of the drum ear 7 and the anti-loosening member 8. Figure 3 It is an exploded perspective view of the housing 1 of the percussion instrument 100 .
[0056] like Figure 2A and Figure 2B as well as Figure 3 As shown, the base frame 2 of the shell 1 includes a circular (roughly disc-shaped) central portion 20 forming its central part, a plurality of radial portions 21 extending radially from the central portion 20, and an annular peripheral portion 22 connecting the outer edges of these plurality of radial portions 21 to each other, and these portions 20 to 22 are integrally formed using a resin material.
[0057] The central portion 20 is a portion provided in a region including the axis of the main body 30. In addition, a plurality of recesses (plate-shaped ribs that divide the central portion 20) or electronic components such as a substrate are provided in the central portion 20, but Figure 2A and Figure 2B In order to simplify the drawings, illustration of these recesses or electronic components is omitted.
[0058] The radial portion 21 extends radially from the central portion 20 toward the outer circumference. A plurality of (six in this embodiment) radial portions 21 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, so that a plurality of (six in this embodiment) substantially triangular sound-releasing holes 23 penetrating the chassis 2 vertically are formed between the plurality of radial portions 21.
[0059] Such a structure for forming the sound-releasing hole 23 is known (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-198657), but if a plurality of sound-releasing holes 23 are formed in the chassis 2, the drum head 4 (see Figure 1 ) is easily released to the outside through the sound emitting hole 23, and on the other hand, the rigidity of the chassis 2 is easily reduced. In contrast, in this embodiment, recesses 24a to 24c are formed in the radiation portion 21 to reinforce the chassis 2 (see Figure 2A and Figure 2B The recessed portions 24a to 24c are used to fix the drum lug 7 (see Figure 2B ) part.
[0060] The recesses 24a to 24c formed on the lower surface of the radiating portion 21 are formed into a groove shape extending from the central portion 20 side of the chassis 2 to the outer peripheral side (along the radial direction). As a result, for the radiating portion 21 of the chassis 2, there is no need to form ribs as in the prior art (such as the ribs 34 of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2021-105702), or the number of ribs formed can be reduced, and the rigidity of the chassis 2 (radiating portion 21) can be ensured by the recesses 24a to 24c. As a result, even in the case of molding the chassis 2 with resin, it is possible to suppress the generation of dents in the radiating portion 21, so the chassis 2 can be reinforced by the recesses 24a to 24c, and the appearance of the percussion instrument 100 can be improved.
[0061] The recessed portion 24a is a recessed portion extending from the central portion 20 side toward the outer peripheral side, and the recessed portion 24b is a recessed portion formed in a manner connected to the end portion of the outer peripheral side of the recessed portion 24a. These recessed portions 24a and 24b are formed in a region including the center of the radial portion 21 in the circumferential direction, and in the region where the recessed portion 24a is formed, the width dimension of the radial portion 21 in the circumferential direction (the thickness of the radial portion 21 in the circumferential direction) is formed in a manner that gradually decreases as it approaches the recessed portion 24b. Furthermore, in the region where the recessed portion 24b (recessed portion 24c) is formed, the width dimension of the radial portion 21 in the circumferential direction is formed in a manner that gradually increases as it approaches the outer peripheral side.
[0062] In contrast, the width dimension of the concave portion 24a in the circumferential direction (the opening width of the concave portion 24a in the circumferential direction) is also formed in a manner that gradually decreases as it approaches the concave portion 24b, and the width dimension of the concave portion 24b in the same direction is also formed in a manner that gradually increases as it moves toward the outer peripheral side. As a result, the rigidity of the radial portion 21 can be uniformly improved in its length direction (the region where each concave portion 24a, 24b is formed). Moreover, by similarly changing the width dimensions of the concave portions 24a and 24b according to the change in the width dimension of the radial portion 21, the appearance of the percussion instrument 100 can be improved.
[0063] The bottom surface (the surface facing downward) of the recessed portion 24a is a plane that is inclined downward toward the outer peripheral side (see Figure 4A ), the bottom surface 21a of the radiation portion 21 is a curved surface that gradually rises and slopes toward the outer peripheral side (refer to Figure 4A ). Thus, the depth of the recessed portion 24a relative to the bottom surface 21a of the radiating portion 21 is formed so as to gradually become shallower from the central portion 20 side to the outer peripheral side. Hereinafter, the depth of the recessed portions 24a to 24c relative to the bottom surface 21a of the radiating portion 21 will be simply referred to as "the depth of the recessed portion 24a" and the like for explanation.
[0064] The depth of the inner edge portion (the end portion on the inner circumference side) of the concave portion 24b is formed in a manner deeper than the depth of the outer edge portion (the end portion on the outer circumference side) of the concave portion 24a, and a step is formed at the boundary portion (connecting portion) of these concave portions 24a and 24b. By forming such a step, the rigidity of the radiation portion 21 can be effectively improved.
[0065] The bottom surface of the recess 24b includes a horizontal surface extending from the inner edge toward the outer edge and an inclined surface connected to the outer edge of the horizontal surface and ascending toward the outer peripheral side. The depth of the recess 24b also gradually decreases from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side.
[0066] The inner edge of the recess 24c is located on the outer peripheral side than the inner edge of the recess 24b, and the recess 24c is formed in the area including the circumferential center of the bottom surface of the recess 24b. That is, the recess 24c is a groove that is more deeply recessed than the bottom surface of the recess 24b, so the step difference formed by these recesses 24b and 24c can also more effectively improve the rigidity of the radiation portion 21.
[0067] The recessed portion 24 b and the recessed portion 24 c both extend to the outer edge of the chassis 2 , and the lug 7 is fixed by utilizing the recessed portions 24 b and 24 c .
[0068] The lug 7 includes a lower surface portion 71 extending from the lower end of the fastening portion 70 toward the inner circumference and constituting the lower surface of the lug 7 , and a fixing portion 72 rising from the lower surface portion 71 and fixed to the chassis 2 . These portions 70 to 72 are integrally formed of metal.
[0069] The fastening portion 70 has a cavity 70c including an opening 70b formed on the inner circumference (inner circumferential surface) of the fastening portion 70, and the female screw hole 70a is connected to the cavity 70c. The lower surface portion 71 of the drum ear 7 is formed in a plate shape extending from the lower edge of the fastening portion 70 (cavity 70c) to the inner circumferential side, and the fixing portion 72 protrudes upward from the area including the center of the lower surface portion 71 in the circumferential direction. In other words, the lower surface portion 71 protrudes from the side surface (surface facing the circumferential direction) and the lower end of the inner circumferential surface of the fixing portion 72 in a flange shape.
[0070] The tightening bolt B1 (see FIG. 1 ) is inserted into the cavity 70c of the fastening portion 70. Figure 1 The anti-loosening part 8 includes a main body 80 having a shape (roughly semi-cylindrical) corresponding to the internal space of the cavity 70c of the fastening part 70, and a pair of legs 81 protruding downward from the lower surface of the main body 80, and these parts 80, 81 are integrally formed using a resin material.
[0071] The main body 80 is formed with a female screw hole 82 extending vertically. Therefore, when the tension bolt B1 is fastened to the female screw hole 70a of the fastening portion 70 while the locking member 8 is inserted into the cavity 70c, the tension bolt B1 is also fastened to the female screw hole 82 of the locking member 8 (the tension bolt B1 is fastened to the locking member 8, see FIG. 1 ). Figure 4A ).
[0072] The fixing portion 72 is formed into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape whose dimension in the radial direction is longer than that in the circumferential direction, and the substantially rectangular parallelepiped fixing portion 72 extending in the radial direction extends into the cavity 70c of the fastening portion 70. When the main body 80 of the locking member 8 is inserted into the cavity 70c, a pair of leg portions 81 spaced apart in the circumferential direction are arranged to sandwich the fixing portion 72. Thus, even if the locking member 8 is about to rotate when the tension bolt B1 is tightened to the female screw hole 82, the rotation can be restricted by the hooking of the pair of leg portions 81 and the fixing portion 72.
[0073] As described above, by hooking the pair of legs 81 on the fixing portion 72 extending into the cavity 70c, the fixing portion 72 can be used to restrict the rotation of the locking member 8. Furthermore, by sliding the locking member 8 to the cavity 70c side with the pair of legs 81 hooked on the fixing portion 72 (with the main body 80 placed on the fixing portion 72), the locking member 8 can be guided to be inserted into the cavity 70c by the fixing portion 72. Thus, the workability of the lug 7 assembly operation can be improved.
[0074] The outer shape (upper surface and side surface) of the lower surface portion 71 is formed to be consistent with the bottom surface and side surface (surface surrounding the bottom surface) of the recessed portion 24b, and the outer shape of the fixing portion 72 is also formed to be consistent with the recessed portion 24c. A pair of female screw holes 73 and 74 arranged along the radial direction (the length direction of the fixing portion 72) are formed in the fixing portion 72 of the drum lug 7. The pair of female screw holes 73 and 74 are used to fix the drum lug 7 to the lower surface of the chassis 2. When the drum lug 7 is fixed to the chassis 2, the fixing portion 72 and the lower surface portion 71 of the drum lug 7 are inserted into the recessed portions 24b and 24c.
[0075] When the lug 7 is inserted into the recessed portion 24b and the recessed portion 24c, the recessed portion 24b and the recessed portion 24c are covered by the lug 7, while the recessed portion 24a is not covered by the lug 7 and is exposed to the lower surface side of the chassis 2. In this case, for example, if a rib (a plate-shaped wall extending in the circumferential direction) is formed to divide the recessed portion 24a, the rigidity of the radiating portion 21 can be improved, but the rib is exposed to the lower surface side of the percussion instrument 100, and the appearance is deteriorated.
[0076] In contrast, in the present embodiment, the recess 24a is formed as a continuous groove in the radial direction. That is, the recess 24a is not formed with a rib as described above, but the radial portion 21 is reinforced by the step difference generated by forming the recesses 24a to 24c. Thus, the rigidity of the chassis 2 can be ensured, and the appearance of the percussion instrument 100 can be improved.
[0077] Next, refer to Figure 3 as well as Figure 4A and Figure 4B , the detailed structure of the shell 1 including the mounting structure of the drum lug 7 will be described. Figure 4A yes Figure 3 A partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the percussion instrument 100 at line IVa-IVa, Figure 4B yes Figure 4A The cross-sectional view of the radiation portion 21 at the IVb-IVb line. Figure 4A In the figure, the end face of the cut portion is cut by a plane including the axis of the main body 30 and the tightening bolt B1. Figure 4B The middle figure shows the cut end face of the radiation portion 21, but in Figure 4A In FIG. 1 , the bottom surface 21 a of the radiation portion 21 located further rearward (toward in the vertical direction of the paper surface) than the cut surface is shown by a solid line.
[0078] like Figure 3 as well as Figure 4A and Figure 4BAs shown, a pair of through holes 25, 26 arranged in the radial direction are formed in the radial portion 21 and the peripheral portion 22 of the bottom frame 2 at positions corresponding to the female screw holes 73, 74 of the drum lug 7. The pair of through holes 25, 26 penetrate the radial portion 21 and the peripheral portion 22 from top to bottom and are connected to the bottom surface of the recessed portion 24c. The pair of through holes 25, 26 are holes for screwing the drum lug 7 with the fixing bolts B2, and the reinforcing frame 9 is also fastened with the fixing bolts B2. The reinforcing frame 9 is a frame that forms the skeleton of the shell 1 together with the bottom frame 2 and the top frame 3.
[0079] The reinforcement frame 9 includes an annular ring portion 90 (see FIG. Figure 3 ), and a protruding portion 91 protruding from the annular portion 90 toward the inner circumference, and these portions 90, 91 are integrally formed using a metal plate.
[0080] A pair of through holes 92 and 93 are formed in the annular portion 90 and the protruding portion 91 of the reinforcing frame 9 at positions corresponding to the through holes 25 and 26 of the bottom frame 2 (see Figure 4A The base frame 2 and the reinforcement frame 9 are fastened to the drum lug 7 together by fastening the fixing bolts B2 inserted into the through holes 25, 26, 92, 93 of the base frame 2 and the reinforcement frame 9 to the female screw holes 73 and 74 of the drum lug 7.
[0081] As described above, in this embodiment, the reinforcement frame 9 (circular ring portion 90) formed of a material (metal plate) harder than the chassis 2 is fixed to the outer peripheral portion 22 of the chassis 2. The reinforcement frame 9 includes a protrusion 91 protruding toward the inner peripheral side thereof and fixed (screwed) to the radiation portion 21, so that the rigidity of the radiation portion 21 can be effectively improved by the protrusion 91.
[0082] Furthermore, the fixing portion 72 of the lug 7 extends toward the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral surface of the main body 30 (shell 1) and is fixed to the lower surface of the chassis 2 (shell 1) by the fixing bolt B2. Therefore, the tension bolt B1 (see FIG. 1 ) for applying tension to the drum head 4 can be tightened. Figure 4A ) is arranged to be staggered in the radial direction from the fixing bolts B2 for fixing the lug 7 to the chassis 2. Thus, compared with the structure in which the bolts for fixing the lug to the shell are tightened from below the lug as in the prior art (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2014-130373), the size of the lug 7 in the vertical direction can be reduced. Thus, the chassis 2 (shell 1) can be made thinner.
[0083] Furthermore, since the fixing bolts B2 inserted into the chassis 2 (reinforcement frame 9) from above are fastened to the fixing portions 72, the heads of the fixing bolts B2 are prevented from being exposed to the lower surface of the lug 7. Thus, the appearance of the percussion instrument 100 can be improved.
[0084] Here, since the lug 7 (fixing portion 72 ) is screwed to the lower surface of the chassis 2 by the fixing bolts B2 , the load when the tension bolts B1 are tightened to the tightening portion 70 acts on the lower surface of the chassis 2 (casing 1 ) via the fixing bolts B2 .
[0085] More specifically, if the contact portion between the outer edge of the chassis 2 (the bottom surface of the recessed portion 24c) and the fixing portion 72 of the lug 7 is defined as the contact point P (see Figure 4A ), when the tensioning bolt B1 is tightened to the fastening portion 70, a torque is generated that pulls the fastening portion 70 upward with the contact point P as the center (fulcrum) and pulls the fixing portion 72 or the fixing bolt B2 downward, thereby acting on the lower surface of the chassis 2 (shell 1) through the load of the fixing bolt B2.
[0086] In contrast, in the present embodiment, the lug 7 (fixing portion 72) is screwed to the lower surface of the chassis 2 by two fixing bolts B2 arranged in the radial direction, so that when the tension bolts B1 are tightened, the load acting on the chassis 2 can be dispersed to two locations in the radial direction. As a result, the chassis 2 can be made thinner, and the durability of the chassis 2 (housing 1) against the load when the tension bolts B are tightened can be ensured.
[0087] Furthermore, as described above, the annular reinforcement frame 9 made of a harder material than the chassis 2 is superimposed on the chassis 2, and the frames 2, 9 and the fixing portion 72 are fastened together by the fixing bolts B2. Thus, the vicinity of the fixing bolts B2 where the load when the tightening bolts B1 are tightened can be effectively reinforced by the reinforcement frame 9. Thus, the chassis 2 can be made thinner, and the durability of the chassis 2 (housing 1) against the load when the tightening bolts B1 are tightened can be ensured.
[0088] Furthermore, since the fastening portion 70 is provided on the outer peripheral side (positions arranged along the radial direction) of the radial portion 21 where the recessed portions 24a to 24c are formed, the load when the tension bolt B1 is tightened can be borne in a relatively high rigidity region of the chassis 2. Thus, the chassis 2 can be made thinner and the durability of the chassis 2 (housing 1) against the load when the tension bolt B is tightened can be ensured.
[0089] Furthermore, since the lug 7 (the lower surface portion 71 and the fixing portion 72) is embedded in the recessed portions 24b and 24c formed on the lower surface of the chassis 2 (shell 1), the rigidity of the chassis 2 (shell 1) around the fixing portion 72 can be effectively improved by the recessed portions 24b and 24c. Furthermore, by embedding the lug 7 in the recessed portions 24b and 24c, the step generated on the lower surface side of the chassis 2 can be filled with the lug 7, so that the appearance of the percussion instrument 100 can be improved.
[0090] As described above, the bottom frame 2 and the reinforcing frame 9 are fastened together to the drum lug 7 by the fixing bolts B2 , and the bottom frame 2 and the top frame 3 are screwed to the reinforcing frame 9 by the fixing bolts B3 and B4 .
[0091] Specifically, a pair of female screw holes 94 and 95 arranged in the radial direction are formed between the through holes 92 and the through holes 93 of the reinforcement frame 9. Furthermore, a through hole 27 is formed in the radial portion 21 of the bottom frame 2 at a position corresponding to the female screw hole 94, and a through hole 32 is formed in the support portion 31 (annular portion 31c described below) of the top frame 3 at a position corresponding to the female screw hole 95 (see FIG. Figure 4A ).
[0092] The fixing bolt B3 inserted into the through hole 27 from the lower side of the bottom frame 2 (radial portion 21) is fastened to the female screw hole 94 of the reinforcement frame 9, and the fixing bolt B4 inserted into the through hole 32 from the upper side of the top frame 3 (support portion 31) is fastened to the female screw hole 95. These fixing bolts B3 and B4 are arranged along the radial direction together with a pair of fixing bolts B2. Thus, the housing 1 including the bottom frame 2, the top frame 3, and the reinforcement frame 9 can be effectively reinforced near the fixing bolt B2 where the load when the tightening bolt B1 is tightened works the most. Thus, the housing 1 can be made thinner and the durability of the housing 1 against the load when the tightening bolt B1 is tightened can be ensured.
[0093] As described above, in this embodiment, since the bottom frame 2 and the top frame 3 are screwed to the reinforcement frame 9 formed of a metal plate, the reinforcement frame 9 can be mainly responsible for ensuring the rigidity of the housing 1, and the thickness of the bottom frame 2 and the top frame 3 can be reduced accordingly. In this way, the rigidity of the housing 1 can be ensured, and the housing 1 can be made thinner.
[0094] Next, refer to Figure 3 to Figure 5 Next, a structure for detecting vibrations when the drumhead 4 and the rim 5 are struck using the drumhead sensor 10 and the rim sensor 11 will be described. Figure 5 yes Figure 3 A partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the percussion instrument 100 at the VV line. Figure 5 , the cut end face of the percussion instrument 100 cut along a plane including the axis of the main body 30 and the protrusion 29 is shown, but a first connecting portion 31b (see FIG. 1 ) located further back (in the vertical direction of the paper) than the cut end face is schematically shown. Figure 3 ).
[0095] First, the striking of the rim 5 will be described. Figure 4A As shown, the rim 5 is supported by the upper side of the main body 30 of the top frame 3 via the drumhead 4 , so that the vibration when the rim 5 is struck is mainly transmitted to the support portion 31 via the main body 30 .
[0096] In the following description, the portion of the plate-shaped support portion 31 that supports the drum rim sensor 11 in the region including the axis of the main body portion 30 is referred to as the central portion 31a, the portion radially extending from the central portion 31a is referred to as the first connecting portion 31b, and the portion that connects the outer edges of a plurality of (six in this embodiment) first connecting portions 31b arranged in a circumferential direction in a ring shape is referred to as the annular portion 31c (see Figure 3 ) for explanation.
[0097] The first connecting portion 31b connects the central portion 31a and the annular portion 31c of the top frame 3 in the radial direction (in a straight line), and the vibration when the rim 5 is struck is transmitted to the rim sensor 11 via the main body 30, the annular portion 31c, the first connecting portion 31b, and the central portion 31a. The rim sensor 11 is a disc-shaped piezoelectric element, which is bonded to the central portion 31a via a double-sided tape having a cushioning property (see Figure 5 ).
[0098] After the drum edge sensor 11 detects vibration, a sound source (not shown) generates a musical sound signal based on the detection result, and outputs the musical sound signal to an amplifier or a loudspeaker (neither shown), thereby playing electronic musical sound from the loudspeaker (the same is true for the drum head sensor 10 described below).
[0099] The support portion 31 (including the central portion 31a, the first connection portion 31b, and the frame of the annular portion 31c) supporting the rim sensor 11 is connected to the main body 30 over the entire circumference (via the annular portion 31c). Therefore, no matter where the rim 5 is struck in the circumferential direction, the vibration caused by the strike is easily transmitted to the rim sensor 11 in the central portion 31a via the first connection portion 31b.
[0100] Furthermore, the following describes the structure of supporting the drum head sensor 10 using the chassis 2 (see Figure 5 ) is described in detail, but the bottom frame 2 supporting the drum head sensor 10 and the top frame 3 supporting the drum rim sensor 11 are separate parts. As a result, it is possible to suppress the vibration when the drum rim 5 is hit from being erroneously detected by the drum head sensor 10, or the vibration when the drum head 4 is hit from being erroneously detected by the drum rim sensor 11, thereby improving the detection accuracy of the hit on the drum rim 5.
[0101] Furthermore, since a plurality of first connection parts 31b connecting the main body 30 (annular part 31c) and the central part 31a are arranged in the circumferential direction, through holes are formed between the first connection parts 31b. By forming such through holes, it is possible to suppress the vibration generated when the drumhead 4 is struck from reverberating in the support part 31. Furthermore, by forming through holes between the first connection parts 31b of the support part 31 and also forming the sound-releasing hole 23 in the chassis 2, the vibration generated when the drumhead 4 is struck can be easily released to the outside through the through holes of the support part 31 and the sound-releasing hole 23 of the chassis 2. As a result, the volume generated when the drumhead 4 is struck can be reduced.
[0102] Furthermore, since the main body 30 and the support part 31 including the first connection part 31b are formed integrally, the vibration when the rim 5 is struck is easily transmitted from the main body 30 to the first connection part 31b. Thus, the vibration when the rim 5 is struck is easily detected by the rim sensor 11 of the central part 31a, thereby improving the detection accuracy of the strike to the rim 5.
[0103] Here, as described above, the bottom frame 2 is screwed to the lower surface of the top frame 3 via the reinforcement frame 9 (through the fixing bolts B2 to B4), but for example, the bottom frame 2 or the reinforcement frame 9 may be screwed to the first connection portion 31b. However, if the bottom frame 2 or the reinforcement frame 9 is screwed to the first connection portion 31b, the screwed portion thereof will hinder the vibration (deflection) of the first connection portion 31b.
[0104] In contrast, in the present embodiment, the bottom frame 2 and the reinforcement frame 9 are screwed to the lower surface of the top frame 3 at a position closer to the outer peripheral side than the first connection portion 31b (by fixing bolts B4), so that the screwed portion can be prevented from hindering the vibration of the first connection portion 31b. As a result, the first connection portion 31b is easy to vibrate when the drum edge 5 is struck, and the vibration when the drum edge 5 is struck is easy to be detected by the drum edge sensor 11.
[0105] Furthermore, as described below, a percussion instrument 200 (see Figure 6 ), the reinforcement frame 9 may be omitted and the top frame 3 may be directly screwed to the bottom frame 202, but in the structure where the resin frames 202 and 3 are screwed to each other, the rigidity of the screwed portion becomes low. In the case where the rigidity of the screwed portion is low, the impact of hitting the drum edge 5 makes the bottom frame 2 vibrate easily, or the screwed portion with low rigidity attenuates the vibration, so the vibration when hitting the drum edge 5 cannot be efficiently transmitted to the drum edge sensor 11 via the first connecting portion 31b.
[0106] In contrast, in the present embodiment, since the reinforcing frame 9, which is harder than the bottom frame 2 and the top frame 3, is screwed between the bottom frame 2 and the top frame 3, the rigidity of the connection portion of these frames 2, 3, and 9 can be increased. As a result, the impact of hitting the rim 5 can be suppressed so that the bottom frame 2 vibrates or the connection portion of each frame 2, 3, and 9 attenuates the vibration. As a result, the vibration when the rim 5 is hit can be efficiently transmitted to the rim sensor 11 via the first connecting portion 31b.
[0107] Furthermore, the support portion 31 is formed with a second connection portion 31d branching from the first connection portion 31b (see Figure 3 The second connection portion 31d extends linearly at an angle inclined relative to the radial direction, and the approximate center portion of the first connection portion 31b (a portion closer to the center than both ends of the first connection portion 31b in the radial direction) is connected to the annular portion 31c through the second connection portion 31d.
[0108] As described above, by connecting the second connection portion 31d branched from the first connection portion 31b at the outer peripheral side of the central portion 31a to the main body 30 (annular portion 31c), the second connection portion 31d can increase the transmission path of the vibration from the main body 30 to the first connection portion 31b. As a result, the vibration when the rim 5 is struck is easily transmitted to the rim sensor 11, so that the detection accuracy of the striking of the rim 5 can be improved.
[0109] In addition, in the present embodiment, the two second connection parts 31d are symmetrically shaped with respect to each first connection part 31b arranged along the circumferential direction, that is, in a plan view, the two second connection parts 31d are linearly symmetrical with the straight line along the radial direction (the first connection part 31b) as the axis of symmetry, but the two second connection parts 31d may also be formed asymmetrically.
[0110] The second connection portion 31d is formed on both sides of each first connection portion 31b in the circumferential direction (two second connection portions 31d are branched from each first connection portion 31b), so there are areas in the circumferential direction of the top frame 3 where the first connection portion 31b is adjacent to the second connection portion 31d, and areas where the second connection portions 31d are adjacent to each other.
[0111] The circumferentially adjacent second connection parts 31d are connected to each other by the third connection part 31e. The third connection part 31e extends in an arc shape along the circumferential direction and connects the substantially central parts of the second connection parts 31d (parts closer to the center than the two ends of the second connection parts 31d in the radial direction).
[0112] By connecting the second connection parts 31d adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction by the third connection part 31e, the vibration transmission path from the main body 30 to the first connection part 31b can be further enlarged by the third connection part 31e. As a result, the vibration when the rim 5 is struck is easily transmitted to the rim sensor 11, so that the detection accuracy of the striking of the rim 5 can be improved.
[0113] The first connecting portions 31b arranged along the circumferential direction are formed so as to be connected to the sound emitting hole 23 of the chassis 2 in the vertical direction (see Figure 3 ) overlap. That is, although not shown in the figure, when the chassis 2 is viewed from below, the first connection portion 31b is arranged in the area including the circumferential center of the sound emission hole 23. On the other hand, the two second connection portions 31d branching from the first connection portion 31b are arranged along the edge of the sound emission hole 23 (radial portion 21) extending in the radial direction. As described above, by forming each of the connection portions 31b and 31d in a shape corresponding to the sound emission hole 23 (radial portion 21), the appearance of the percussion instrument 100 when viewed from above can be improved.
[0114] Here, in order to increase the transmission path of the vibration from the main body 30 (annular portion 31c) to the central portion 31a, for example, a structure in which one end of the second connection portion 31d is connected to the central portion 31a instead of the first connection portion 31b, or a structure in which a connection portion connecting the third connection portion 31e to the central portion 31a is further provided. However, in such a structure, although the transmission path of the vibration can be increased, the number of points that restrict the vibration of the central portion 31a itself (the vertical displacement of the central portion 31a accompanied by the deflection of the first connection portion 31b) increases. As a result, the sensitivity of the rim sensor 11 to the hitting of the rim 5 is easily reduced.
[0115] In contrast, in the present embodiment, only the first connection portion 31b extending in the radial direction is connected to the central portion 31a. This can reduce the number of points that restrict the vibration of the central portion 31a itself, and on the other hand, multiple vibration conduction paths can be formed near the main body 30 (annular portion 31c). This can improve the sensitivity of the rim sensor 11 to the hitting of the rim 5.
[0116] Next, the striking of the drumhead 4 is described, and first, the supporting structure of the drumhead sensor 10 is described. As described above, the concave portions 24a to 24c are formed on the bottom surface 21a of the radiating portion 21 of the chassis 2, but along with the formation of these concave portions 24a to 24c, a convex portion is formed on the upper surface side of the radiating portion 21. In the following description, the structure of the convex portion 28 corresponding to the concave portion 24a is described.
[0117] like Figure 4A and Figure 4B as well as Figure 5As shown in FIG. 1 , in the region where the recess 24a is formed, the radiation portion 21 is formed in a plate shape with a substantially constant thickness, so that a convex portion 28 corresponding to the recess 24a is formed on the upper surface side of the radiation portion 21. More specifically, the radiation portion 21 includes a first plate 21b whose lower surface becomes the bottom surface of the recess 24a (the upper surface becomes the upper surface of the convex portion 28), and a pair of second plates 21c extending from the circumferential direction ( Figure 4B The inner edge of the space surrounded by the first plate 21b and the second plate 21c ( Figure 4A The right end portion of the first plate 21b is closed by the third plate 21d, and the recessed portion 24a is formed by these first plate 21b to the third plate 21d.
[0118] Furthermore, a pair of fourth plates 21e (see Figure 4B ) extends from the lower ends of the pair of second plates 21c to the radially outer side (in the direction of separation from each other), and the fifth plate 21f extends upward from the radially outer side (opposite side of the second plate 21c) end of the pair of fourth plates 21e. The fourth plate 21e is a portion constituting the bottom surface 21a of the radiation portion 21, and the fifth plate 21f is a portion constituting the side surface of the radiation portion 21 facing the circumferential direction.
[0119] As described above, the concave portion 24a is formed by the first plate 21b to the third plate 21d of the radiating portion 21, and the convex portion 28 is formed on the upper surface side of the radiating portion 21. A pair of protrusions 29 are formed integrally on the upper surface of the convex portion 28 in a columnar shape (see Figure 3 and Figure 5 ).
[0120] like Figure 5 As shown, the protrusion 29 passes between the first connection parts 31b (the part closer to the inner circumference than the second connection part 31d) and protrudes upward from the first connection part 31b. The drum head sensor 10 is mounted on the upper surface of the protrusion 29 via the plate 12.
[0121] As described above, in this embodiment, the drum head sensor 10 can be mounted on the protrusion 29 extending from between the first connection parts 31b to the upper side of the top frame 3. Thus, the top frame 3 can be overlapped on the bottom frame 2 supporting the drum head sensor 10 (the support part 31 supporting the drum rim sensor 11 is connected to the main body 30 at the upper side of the bottom frame 2), and the drum head sensor 10 can be brought into contact with the drum head 4.
[0122] By overlapping the top frame 3 supporting the rim sensor 11 with the bottom frame 2 supporting the drum head sensor 10, the vibration transmission path from the rim 5 to the rim sensor 11 can be shortened, and on the other hand, the vibration transmission path from the rim 5 to the drum head sensor 10 can be lengthened. Thus, the vibration when the rim 5 is struck is easily detected by the rim sensor 11, and the vibration when the rim 5 is struck can be suppressed from being erroneously detected by the drum head sensor 10. Thus, the striking of the rim 5 can be detected with good accuracy.
[0123] The pair of protrusions 29 are arranged in the radial direction. If the pair of protrusions 29 is set as one group, a total of four groups of protrusions 29 are provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction (see Figure 3 ). That is, in the present embodiment, the vibration generated when the drumhead 4 is struck is detected by the four drumhead sensors 10 .
[0124] Female screw holes 29a are formed in the pair of protrusions 29, respectively, and through holes 12a are formed in the plate 12 at positions corresponding to the female screw holes 29a. The plate 12 is fixed (supported) to the upper surface of the protrusion 29 by fastening the fixing bolts B5 inserted into the through holes 12a to the female screw holes 29a of the protrusion 29.
[0125] A disc-shaped sensor 10b (piezoelectric element) is bonded to the upper surface of the plate 12 by a double-sided tape 10a having a cushioning property, and a cushioning material 10c is bonded to the upper surface of the sensor 10b. The double-sided tape 10a, the sensor 10b, and the cushioning material 10c constitute the drumhead sensor 10.
[0126] The buffer member 10 c is a truncated cone-shaped buffer material formed using a flexible material such as sponge, rubber, or thermoplastic elastomer. The upper end of the buffer member 10 c is in contact with the lower surface of the drumhead 4 .
[0127] The plate 12 is a substantially rectangular (substantially elliptical) plate whose dimension in the radial direction (its own length direction) is larger than its dimension in the circumferential direction (width direction), and one end side in the length direction (hereinafter referred to as the "base end side") is supported by the protrusion 29. On the other hand, the other end side in the length direction of the plate 12 (hereinafter referred to as the "front end side") is not supported by the chassis 2.
[0128] That is, the drumhead sensor 10 is supported by the plate 12 in a cantilever state, so when the drumhead 4 is struck near the top of the buffer 10c, the plate 12 is deformed in a flexural manner. The flexure of the plate 12 can absorb the impact when the drumhead 4 is struck, so when the drumhead sensor 10 (buffer 10c) is struck near the top, the output value of the sensor 10b can be suppressed from becoming extremely large (generating a so-called hot spot). Thus, the sensitivity of the sensor 10b in the striking surface area near the top of the drumhead sensor 10 and the striking surface area away from the drumhead sensor 10 can be suppressed from being uneven. Thus, the sensitivity distribution of the drumhead sensor 10 to the striking drumhead 4 can be made uniform.
[0129] Here, for example, if the structure is such that the plate 12 (drumhead sensor 10) is supported by a cantilever in a relatively low rigidity region of the chassis 2, the impact generated by the impact near the top of the drumhead sensor 10 is also easily absorbed by the deflection of the chassis 2. In the case of such a structure, the chassis 2 may be excessively deflected due to errors in the thickness (rigidity) of the chassis 2 during molding, and the impact force may be excessively absorbed, and the sensitivity of the drumhead sensor 10 may easily be erroneous (it is difficult to obtain the target output value).
[0130] In contrast, in the present embodiment, the rigidity of the portion supporting the drum head sensor 10 is increased by forming a recessed portion 24a on the lower surface of the chassis 2 (radiating portion 21). That is, a convex portion 28 having a shape corresponding to the concave portion 24a is formed on the upper surface side of the chassis 2 (radiating portion 21), and the plate 12 is mounted on the protrusion 29 provided on the convex portion 28, so that the drum head sensor 10 is supported by a relatively high rigidity region of the chassis 2. Thus, it is possible to suppress the chassis 2 (convex portion 28) from being bent due to the impact of a blow near the top of the drum head sensor 10.
[0131] Furthermore, since the plate 12 is fixed to a pair of protrusions 29 arranged along the length direction of the plate 12, the rigidity of the chassis 2 (protrusions 28) can also be improved by the pair of protrusions 29. Thus, the chassis 2 (protrusions 28) can be prevented from bending due to the impact of a blow near the top of the drumhead sensor 10.
[0132] Furthermore, the protrusion 29 located at the center side of the chassis 2 among the pair of protrusions 29 arranged in the radial direction is formed at a position overlapping with the third plate 21d constituting the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion 28 in the vertical direction. Furthermore, although not shown in the figure, the pair of protrusions 29 are formed at the second plate 21c constituting the side surface of the protrusion 28 facing the circumferential direction in the vertical direction (see Figure 4B By forming the protrusion 29 just above the second plate 21c and the third plate 21d, it is possible to effectively suppress the chassis 2 (protrusion 28) from being bent due to the impact of the impact near the top of the drumhead sensor 10.
[0133] As described above, by suppressing the deflection of the chassis 2 (convex portion 28) when a strike occurs near the top of the drumhead sensor 10, the impact of the strike can be easily absorbed by the deflection of the plate 12. As a result, the sensitivity of the drumhead sensor 10 is less likely to have an error (difficult to obtain a target output value), and thus the strike to the drumhead 4 can be detected with good accuracy.
[0134] Furthermore, since the plate 12 is fixed to the pair of protrusions 29 arranged along the longitudinal direction of the plate 12, the plate 12 can be firmly fixed to the chassis 2. Thus, the strike to the drumhead 4 can be detected with high accuracy.
[0135] Here, in the present embodiment, a plurality of (four in the present embodiment) drumhead sensors 10 are provided on the percussion instrument 100, but these four drumhead sensors 10 may be supported by, for example, one plate 12. As an example of such a structure, a structure in which the center of the cross-shaped plate 12 is fixed to the protrusion 29, and the drumhead sensors 10 are mounted on the four front end portions of the cross-shaped plate 12 can be illustrated. In the above structure, the drumhead sensors 10 are also supported by the front end portions of the cantilevered plate 12, so that the blows near the top of each drumhead sensor 10 can be absorbed by the deflection of the plate 12.
[0136] However, if a plurality of drumhead sensors 10 are mounted on one plate 12, when a drumhead sensor 10 is struck near the top, the vibration caused by the strike is transmitted to other drumhead sensors 10 (sensor 10b) via the plate 12. If such vibration interference occurs, the strike to the drumhead 4 cannot be detected with good accuracy.
[0137] In contrast, in the present embodiment, one drumhead sensor 10 is mounted on the front end of one plate 12. Thus, when a drumhead sensor 10 among the plurality of drumhead sensors 10 is struck near the top, the vibration caused by the strike can be suppressed from being transmitted to the other drumhead sensors 10 (sensor 10b). Thus, the strike to the drumhead 4 can be detected with good accuracy.
[0138] Furthermore, since the base end side of the plate 12 in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the chassis 2, and the drumhead sensor 10 is supported by the upper surface of the front end side of the plate 12, the plate 12 is easily bent when the drumhead 4 is struck near the top of the buffer 10c. As a result, the impact when the drumhead 4 is struck is easily absorbed, and thus the vibration caused by the strike can be effectively suppressed from being transmitted to other drumhead sensors 10 via the plate 12 and the chassis 2.
[0139] As described above, the vibration when the drumhead 4 is struck is detected by the drumhead sensor 10, and the intensity (force) or striking position of the strike is calculated based on the value obtained by summing the output values of each drumhead sensor 10. As a method for calculating the sum value, for example, a structure in which a value obtained by adding the peak values of the output waveforms of each drumhead sensor 10 (or an average value obtained by dividing the value by the number of sensors) is set as the sum value, or a structure in which the output waveforms of each drumhead sensor 10 are synthesized and the peak value of the synthesized waveform is set as the sum value can be exemplified.
[0140] When calculating the intensity or striking value of the drumhead 4 based on the sum of the output values of the drumhead sensors 10, it is preferred to arrange the drumhead sensors 10 as close as possible. The reason is that the closer the distance between the drumhead sensors 10, the less likely it is that the output values (phase or peak value of the output waveform) of the drumhead sensors 10 when the drumhead 4 is struck will differ.
[0141] Thus, in the present embodiment, the four drumhead sensors 10 are cantilever-supported and arranged as close as possible by making the front ends of the four plates 12 butt against each other and face the center side of the chassis 2. Furthermore, the drumhead sensors 10 are connected in series on a substrate not shown in the figure, and the output waveforms of the drumhead sensors 10 are synthesized, and the intensity or striking position of the drumhead 4 is calculated based on the peak value of the synthesized waveform (the total value of the output values of the drumhead sensors 10).
[0142] By using the total value of the output values of each drumhead sensor 10, even if the output value of a drumhead sensor 10 becomes extremely large, the large output value can be leveled by the output values of other drumhead sensors 10, so the intensity or striking position of the drumhead 4 can be calculated with good accuracy.
[0143] Next, refer to Figure 6 A percussion instrument 200 according to a second embodiment will be described. However, the same reference numerals are used to denote the same components as those in the first embodiment, and description thereof will be omitted. Figure 6 2 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of a percussion instrument 200 according to the second embodiment. Figure 6 , the cut end surface of the percussion instrument 200 is shown, but one first connection portion 31b located further rearward (toward in the vertical direction of the paper) than the cut surface is schematically shown.
[0144] like Figure 6 As shown, the shell 201 of the percussion instrument 200 of the second embodiment omits the reinforcement frame 9 of the first embodiment, and the top frame 3 is directly overlapped on the bottom frame 202.
[0145] Female screw holes 220 are formed in the bottom frame 202 at positions corresponding to the through holes 32 of the top frame 3 , and the top frame 3 is fixed to the bottom frame 202 by fastening fixing bolts B4 inserted into the through holes 32 to the female screw holes 220 .
[0146] The bottom surface of the bottom frame 202 is integrally formed with a drum lug 7 (see FIG. 1 ) which corresponds to the first embodiment and includes a fastening portion 70, a bottom surface portion 71, and a fixing portion 72. Figure 2A and Figure 2B ) of the fastening portion 221, the recessed portions 24a to 24c described in the first embodiment (see Figure 2A and Figure 2B ) is filled with the fastening portion 221, while on the inner circumferential side of the fastening portion 221 ( Figure 6 A recess 24a is formed on the right side of the substrate.
[0147] Although not shown in the figure, in the percussion instrument 200 of the present embodiment, a plurality of radial portions 21 arranged along the circumferential direction are formed similarly to those of the first embodiment (see Figure 2A and Figure 2B ), a recess 24a is formed on the lower surface of the radiating portion 21. Thus, it is not necessary to form ribs on the radiating portion 21, or the number of ribs formed can be reduced, and the rigidity of the chassis 202 (radiating portion 21) can be ensured by the recess 24a. Thus, even when the chassis 202 is formed of resin, it is possible to suppress the generation of dents on the radiating portion 21, so that the chassis 202 can be reinforced by the recess 24a, and the appearance of the percussion instrument 200 can be improved. Moreover, the recess 24a is formed in a groove shape that is continuous along the radial direction, so the rigidity of the chassis 202 can be ensured, and the appearance of the percussion instrument 200 can be improved.
[0148] The fastening portion 221 is formed with a female screw hole 222 for fastening the tension bolt B1, and the female screw hole 222 is formed on the outer peripheral side of the recessed portion 24a (a position parallel to the recessed portion 24a in the radial direction). By providing the fastening portion 221 (female screw hole 222) for fastening the tension bolt B1 on the outer peripheral side of the radial portion 21 where the recessed portion 24a is formed, the load when the tension bolt B1 is fastened can be borne in a region with high rigidity. In this way, the durability of the chassis 202 against the load when the tension bolt B1 is fastened can be ensured, and the chassis 202 (housing 201) can be made thinner.
[0149] Moreover, in Figure 6, a first connection portion 31b is schematically shown, but the first connection portion 31b is arranged in a plurality along the circumferential direction as in the first embodiment. Thus, no matter where the drum edge 5 is hit in the circumferential direction, the vibration caused by the hit is easily transmitted to the drum edge sensor 11 of the central portion 31a via the first connection portion 31b. Moreover, the bottom frame 202 supporting the drum head sensor 10 and the top frame 3 supporting the drum edge sensor 11 are separate parts. Thus, it is possible to prevent the hit to the drum edge 5 from being erroneously detected by the drum head sensor 10, or the hit to the drum head 4 from being erroneously detected by the drum edge sensor 11, thereby improving the detection accuracy of the hit to the drum edge 5.
[0150] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the drumhead sensor 10 (sensor 10b and buffer 10c) is also mounted on the front end side of the plate 12 supported in a cantilevered state by the chassis 202, so that the impact when the drumhead 4 is hit can be absorbed by the deflection of the plate 12. As a result, the output value of the sensor 10b when the drumhead sensor 10 (buffer 10c) is hit can be suppressed from becoming extremely large. As a result, the sensitivity distribution of the drumhead sensor 10 to the hitting of the drumhead 4 can be made uniform.
[0151] Furthermore, as described above, since the recessed portion 24a is provided on the lower surface of the chassis 202 (radiating portion 21), the convex portion 28 corresponding to the recessed portion 24a is formed on the upper surface side of the chassis 202 (radiating portion 21). The plate 12 is mounted on the convex portion 28 with improved rigidity via the protrusion 29, so that the chassis 202 (convex portion 28) can be prevented from bending due to the impact of the strike near the top of the drumhead sensor 10. By suppressing the bending of the chassis 202 (convex portion 28), the impact of the strike near the top of the drumhead sensor 10 can be easily absorbed by the bending of the plate 12 alone, so that the strike to the drumhead 4 can be detected with good accuracy.
[0152] Next, refer to Figure 7 and Figure 8 A percussion instrument 300 according to a third embodiment will be described. However, the same reference numerals are used to denote the same components as those in the above-described embodiments, and description thereof will be omitted. Figure 7 is a perspective view of a percussion instrument 300 according to a third embodiment. Figure 8 yes Figure 7 A partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the percussion instrument 300 at the line VIII-VIII of FIG. Figure 7 In the figure, the drum head 4 is disassembled (refer to Figure 8 ) status.
[0153] like Figure 7 and Figure 8As shown, the percussion instrument 300 of the third embodiment includes a cylindrical shell 301 (main body) constituting its shell portion, and the opening portion of the axial end of the shell 301 is surrounded by a drumhead 4 (see Figure 8 ) is covered.
[0154] The drumhead 4 is mounted on the shell 301 via the annular drum hoop 306. Through holes 360 are formed at multiple locations in the circumferential direction of the drum hoop 306 (see Figure 8 ), and a tensioning bolt B1 is inserted into the through hole 360. A plurality of drum lugs 307 are fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the shell 301 by fixing bolts B6, and when the drum head frame 40 is hooked on the drum hoop 306, tension is applied to the drum head 4 by tightening the tensioning bolts B1 to the female screw holes 370 of the drum lugs 307.
[0155] The first frame 302 supporting the drumhead sensor 10 and the second frame 303 supporting the rim sensor 11 are fixed to the inner circumference of the shell 301. The first frame 302 includes a mounting frame 320 for mounting the drumhead sensor 10 and a fixing member 321 for fixing the mounting frame 320 to the inner circumference of the shell 301.
[0156] The fixing fitting 321 is an L-shaped fitting screwed to the inner peripheral surface of the shell 301, and the mounting frame 320 is a resin frame extending in the radial direction of the shell 301. The mounting frame 320 is formed in a channel steel shape having a web and a flange, and both ends of the mounting frame 320 in the longitudinal direction are bent downward and fixed (screwed) to the fixing fitting 321.
[0157] A rib 320a is integrally formed at the center in the width direction of the mounting frame 320. The rib 320a is formed in a plate shape extending along the length direction (radial direction) of the mounting frame 320, so the rigidity of the mounting frame 320 can be improved by the rib 320a.
[0158] A pair of columnar protrusions 320b arranged along the length direction are integrally formed on the mounting frame 320, and a plate 312 is fixed to the pair of protrusions 320b. The plate 312 is formed into a substantially elliptical shape, and both ends of the plate 312 in the length direction are screwed to the pair of protrusions 320b. The drum head sensor 10 supported by the plate 312 includes a double-sided tape 10a, a sensor 10b, and a buffer 10c, as in the first embodiment.
[0159] The second frame 303 includes a central portion 330 supporting the rim sensor 11 and a connecting portion 331 extending radially from the central portion 330 and connected to the inner peripheral surface of the shell 301. These portions 330 and 331 are integrally formed using a resin material. The outer edge of the connecting portion 331 is screwed to the inner peripheral surface of the shell 301 by fixing bolts B6.
[0160] A rubber rim cover 305 formed in an annular shape is attached to the upper part of the drum hoop 306 . Vibration when the rim cover 305 is struck is mainly transmitted to the connection part 331 of the second frame 303 via the drumhead 4 (head frame 40 ) and the shell 301 .
[0161] The second frame 303 supporting the rim sensor 11 is connected to the shell 301 at multiple locations in the circumferential direction (via multiple connecting portions 331), so no matter where the rim cover 305 is hit in the circumferential direction, the vibration caused by the hit is easily transmitted to the rim sensor 11 in the central portion 330 via the connecting portion 331. In addition, since the first frame 302 supporting the drum head sensor 10 and the second frame 303 supporting the rim sensor 11 are separate parts, it is possible to suppress the vibration when the rim cover 305 (drum head 4) is hit from being erroneously detected by the drum head sensor 10 (rim sensor 11). Therefore, the detection accuracy of the hit on the rim cover 305 can be improved.
[0162] Furthermore, a plurality of connecting parts 331 (six in this embodiment) connecting the central part 330 of the second frame 303 and the shell 301 are arranged in the circumferential direction, and through holes are formed between the connecting parts 331. By forming such through holes, the vibration when the drum head 4 is struck can be easily released to the outside through the through holes. Thus, the volume generated when the drum head 4 is struck can be reduced.
[0163] Here, in this embodiment, the second frame 303 (connection portion 331) is connected to the shell 301 at a position above the connection position between the shell 301 and the first frame 302 (the fixed position relative to the fixing fitting 321 of the shell 301). Thus, the vibration conduction path from the rim cover 305 to the rim sensor 11 can be shortened, and the vibration conduction path from the rim cover 305 to the drum head sensor 10 can be lengthened.
[0164] Furthermore, the first frame 302 includes a mounting frame 320, which extends from the lower side of the second frame 303 through the connection portion 331 to the upper side of the second frame 303, and mounts the drum head sensor 10. Thus, the connection position between the shell 301 and the second frame 303 can be located at a position higher than the connection position between the shell 301 and the first frame 302, and the drum head sensor 10 can be brought into contact with the drum head 4.
[0165] As described above, the vibration when the rim cover 305 is struck is mainly transmitted to the second frame 303 via the drumhead 4 (drumhead frame 40) and the shell 301, but when the striking occurs, there is also vibration transmitted to the shell 301 via the tightening bolt B1 and the drum lug 307. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the connecting portion 331 of the second frame 303 is fastened to the drum lug 307 together with the shell 301 by the fixing bolt B6 (see FIG. Figure 8Thus, when the rim cover 305 is struck, the vibration transmitted to the shell 301 via the tightening bolt B1 and the lug 307 is easily transmitted to the rim sensor 11 via the connecting portion 331, thereby improving the detection accuracy of the strike on the rim cover 305.
[0166] Although the above description has been given based on the above embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment at all, and it is easily presumed that various improvements and modifications can be made within the scope not departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0167] In the above-described embodiments, the percussion instrument 100, the percussion instrument 200, and the percussion instrument 300 are described as electronic percussion instruments, but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto. For example, a structure in which the fixing portion 72 extending toward the inner peripheral side of the fastening portion 70 of the lug 7 is fixed to the lower surface of the chassis 2 (shell 1), or a structure in which the recessed portions 24a to 24c are formed on the lower surface of the radial portion 21 extending radially from the central portion 20 of the chassis 2 (bottom of the shell 1), can also be applied to acoustic percussion instruments (drums).
[0168] In the above embodiments, the connection position between the main body (main body 30 or shell 301) and the frame (supporting part 31 or first frame 302) supporting the drum head sensor 10 is described as being located above, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the relationship between the connection positions may be reversed.
[0169] As an example of such a structure, the following structure can be illustrated: in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the drum head sensor 10 mounted on the support portion 31 (central portion 31a) is brought into contact with the drum head 4, while the drum rim sensor 11 is mounted on the chassis 2 and the chassis 202. Furthermore, as another example, the following structure can be illustrated: in the third embodiment, the fixing fitting 321 is fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the shell 301 at a position above the connection position between the shell 301 and the connecting portion 331.
[0170] In the first and second embodiments, the recess 24a is formed as a groove continuous in the radial direction, but the invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, a structure in which a rib (a plate-shaped wall extending in the circumferential direction) is formed to divide the recess 24a may be used, that is, a structure in which a plurality of recesses arranged intermittently in the radial direction are formed on the lower surface of the chassis 2 or chassis 202 (radial portion 21).
[0171] In the first and second embodiments, the fastening parts 70 and 221 for fastening the tension bolts B1 are provided on the outer peripheral side of the recessed parts 24a to 24c (radiating part 21), but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the fastening parts 70 and 221 may be provided on the outer peripheral side of the sound emitting hole 23 (a position aligned with the sound emitting hole 23 in the radial direction).
[0172] In the first and second embodiments, the protrusion 29 is provided on the convex portion 28 formed on the upper surface side of the chassis 2 and the chassis 202, and the drum head sensor 10 is mounted on the protrusion 29, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the protrusion 29 may be formed on a portion (e.g., the central portion 20) of the chassis 2 and the chassis 202 where the protrusion 28 is not formed.
[0173] In the first and second embodiments, the radial portion 21 is formed such that the width dimension gradually decreases or increases toward the outer peripheral side, and the width dimensions of the concave portions 24a and 24b are formed to gradually decrease or increase toward the outer peripheral side corresponding to the width dimension of the radial portion 21, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the width dimension of either the radial portion 21 or the concave portions 24a and 24b (or both) may be constant from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side. That is, the width dimension (shape) of the radial portion 21 or the concave portions 24a and 24b may be appropriately set.
[0174] In the first and second embodiments, the support portion 31 to which the rim sensor 11 is mounted is connected to the main body 30 over the entire circumference (via the annular portion 31c), but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the annular portion 31c may be omitted and the first connecting portion 31b may be directly connected to the main body 30. In such a structure, even when the rim 5 is struck at any position in the circumferential direction, the vibration caused by the striking is easily transmitted to the rim sensor 11 at the central portion 31a via the first connecting portion 31b.
[0175] In the first and second embodiments, the case where a plurality of through holes are formed between the connecting parts 31b, 31d, and 31e has been described, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the through holes between the connecting parts 31b, 31d, and 31e may be omitted, and the support part 31 may be set as a plate-shaped frame. In the case, the following structure may be used: the drum head sensor 10 is supported by the support part 31 and is in contact with the drum head 4, and on the other hand, the drum edge sensor 11 is supported by the base frame 2. In the structure, the base frame 2 supporting the drum edge sensor 11 is also connected to the main body 30 throughout its circumference (via the reinforcing frame 9), so that no matter where the drum edge 5 is hit in the circumferential direction, the vibration caused by the hit is easily transmitted to the drum edge sensor 11.
[0176] In the first and second embodiments, the support portion 31 supporting the rim sensor 11 is integrally formed with the main body 30 , but the main body 30 and the support portion 31 may be separate parts.
[0177] In the first and second embodiments, the main body 30 (annular portion 31c) and the first connecting portion 31b are connected by the second connecting portion 31d, and the second connecting portions 31d adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction are connected by the third connecting portion 31e, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, a part or all of the plurality of second connecting portions 31d or the third connecting portion 31e may be connected, or the annular portion 31c may be omitted, and the first connecting portion 31b may be directly connected to the main body 30.
[0178] Furthermore, when the second connection portion 31d is omitted, a connection portion (fourth connection portion) that connects the first connection portions 31b adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction may be provided. With this structure, the number of points that restrict the bending of the first connection portion 31b is reduced, and the first connection portions 31b arranged in the circumferential direction are easily bent as a whole, so that the vibration when the rim 5 is struck is easily transmitted to the rim sensor 11.
[0179] Furthermore, a portion connecting the first connection portion 31b and the second connection portion 31d, or a portion connecting the central portion 31a and the second connection portion 31d, a portion connecting the central portion 31a and the third connection portion 31e, or a portion connecting the third connection portion 31e and the annular portion 31c may be provided.
[0180] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments, the case where the parts 31a to 31e of the support portion 31 are integrally formed has been described, but part or all of the parts 31a to 31e may be formed separately from other parts.
[0181] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments, the first connection parts 31b are located above the sound emitting hole 23 and the second connection parts 31d are arranged along the edge of the sound emitting hole 23 (radiation part 21), but for example, the first connection parts 31b or the second connection parts 31d may be arranged above the radiation part 21. That is, the structure of the support part 31 that supports the rim sensor 11 is not limited to the above-described form, and may be appropriately changed.
[0182] In the first and second embodiments, the plate 12 is fixed to a pair of protrusions 29 , but the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto. For example, the plate may be fixed to one or more than three protrusions 29 .
[0183] In the first and second embodiments, the case where a plurality of drum head sensors 10 are provided and one drum head sensor 10 is mounted on the front end side of one plate 12 has been described, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the number of drum head sensors 10 may be one or more. Furthermore, the plate 12 may be formed into a circular or polygonal shape corresponding to the number of drum head sensors 10, and one of the plates 12 may support a plurality of drum head sensors 10.
[0184] As an example of such a structure, the following structure can be illustrated: the central portion of the plate 12 formed into a circular or polygonal shape (e.g., a cross shape) is fixed to the protrusion 29, and on the other hand, the drum head sensor 10 is installed at a portion closer to the outer edge of the plate 12 than the fixed portion (the front end portion extending from the fixed portion to form a cantilever state). If it is such a structure, the number of parts can be reduced, and a plurality of drum head sensors 10 can be supported by the plate 12 in a cantilever state.
[0185] In the first and second embodiments, the front ends of the plurality of plates 12 are directed toward the center of the chassis 2 , but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0186] In the first embodiment, the fixing bolt B2 inserted from the upper side into the chassis 2 (reinforcement frame 9) is fastened to the fixing portion 72, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the fixing bolt B2 inserted from the lower side of the lug 7 may be fastened to the chassis 2 (reinforcement frame 9).
[0187] In the first embodiment, the case where the annular reinforcement frame 9 made of a harder material than the bottom frame 2 is superimposed on the bottom frame 2 and these frames 2, 9 and the drum lug 7 (fixing portion 72) are fastened together by the fixing bolts B2 has been described, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, it is of course possible to fix the reinforcement frame 9 or the drum lug 7 to the bottom frame 2 by different bolts. In addition, the top frame 3, the reinforcement frame 9, and the bottom frame 2 may be fastened together to the drum lug 7 by the fixing bolts B4.
[0188] Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the fixing bolts B2 to B4 are arranged in the radial direction, but the fixing positions of these fixing bolts B2 to B4 may be staggered in the circumferential direction. Furthermore, one of the two fixing bolts B2 arranged in the radial direction may be omitted, or the fixing bolt B3 may be omitted.
[0189] In addition, when one of the two fixing bolts B2 arranged in the radial direction is omitted, it is preferable to keep the fixing bolt located on the inner circumference side ( Figure 4A The reason is that the load acting when tightening the tension bolt B1 is relatively small for the fixing bolt B2 on the inner circumference side which is relatively far from the contact point P.
[0190] Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the bottom frame 2 and the reinforcement frame 9 are screwed to the lower surface of the top frame 3 (annular portion 31c) at the outer peripheral side of the first connection portion 31b, but for example, the bottom frame 2 and the reinforcement frame 9 may be screwed to the first connection portion 31b or the second connection portion 31d. That is, the fixing structure of each frame 2, 3, 9 or the drum ear 7 is not limited to the above-mentioned form, and can be appropriately changed.
[0191] In the first embodiment, the protrusion 91 protrudes from the annular portion 90 of the reinforcement frame 9 toward the inner circumference, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the protrusion 91 may be omitted and only the annular portion 90 may be screwed to the outer circumference 22 of the bottom frame 2.
[0192] In the third embodiment, the second frame 303 supporting the rim sensor 11 is connected to the shell 301 at multiple locations in the circumferential direction (via multiple connecting parts 331), but it is not necessarily limited to this. For example, the through holes between the connecting parts 331 can be omitted, and the second frame 303 can be set as a plate-shaped frame. In the case, it is sufficient to set the shell 301 to the first frame 301 at a position higher than the connection position between the shell 301 and the second frame 303. If it is such a structure, the second frame 303 can be connected to the shell 301 throughout its circumferential direction. Therefore, no matter where the rim cover 305 is hit in the circumferential direction, the vibration caused by the hit is easily transmitted to the rim sensor 11 via the second frame 303.
