Abstract

The invention discloses an energy storage cluster operation regulation and control method and device considering market clearing. The method comprises the steps of predicting power grid load data of a next period through historical load data of a power grid, further obtaining and combining operation parameters of thermal power generating unit operation and an energy storage cluster, and initializing a preset energy storage cluster operation regulation and control model; the energy storage cluster operation regulation and control model is a double-layer optimization model and is obtained by coupling an energy storage cluster utilization rate optimization model and a power market clearing model; the upper layer is an energy storage cluster utilization rate optimization model to improve the utilization rate of the energy storage cluster; the lower layer is an electricity market clearing model and optimizes electric energy and frequency modulation capacity distribution of the thermal power generating unit and the energy storage cluster; and setting the charging and discharging power and the frequency modulation capacity of the energy storage power station in each time period according to the solving result of the energy storage cluster operation regulation and control model. The application scene of the energy storage cluster is defined, different energy storage power stations are uniformly optimized and regulated in a cluster form, and the utilization rate of the energy storage power stations is improved.
