Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of flue gas desulfurization, in particular to a dry-process cement kiln tail flue gas desulfurization device and method. Background Art
[0002] In cement production, the flue gas at the end of cement kilns contains a large amount of sulfur oxides (SO 2 In order to meet the emission standards, the acid gas needs to be desulfurized. There are many desulfurization methods, among which the desulfurization methods can be roughly divided into three categories: dry method, semi-dry method and wet method. Among them, the circulating fluidized bed desulfurization process in the dry desulfurization process has been widely used due to its high desulfurization efficiency and good stability. For example, Patent 200710031008.4 discloses a circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization process and its desulfurization device. Lime particles (or slaked lime particles) are used as absorbents. The sulfur-containing flue gas enters the reaction tower from the bottom of the circulating fluidized bed and is accelerated in the Venturi section of the reaction tower. The absorbent sprayed into the tower from the side wall of the reaction tower and the circulating reflux material are blown up to form a boiling bed. In this process, sulfur dioxide in the flue gas reacts fully with slaked lime to remove SO in the flue gas. 2 Acidic gases such as sulfur dioxide and sulfur dioxide are produced by the flue gas, and then the flue gas carries part of the desulfurizer particles (most of the desulfurizer particles circulate in the desulfurization tower) into the gas-solid separator for gas-solid separation. The pure flue gas after desulfurization is discharged from the chimney into the atmosphere. The desulfurization absorbent particles are separated by the gas-solid separator and returned to the reaction tower through the return device to participate in the reaction again. Although the desulfurization capacity is strong, the surface of the desulfurizer preferentially reacts with sulfur oxides during the circulation process. The calcium sulfate or calcium sulfite that has been reacted will hinder the further reaction of the internal desulfurizer. In order to avoid the loss of the desulfurizer, the reacted desulfurizer is usually circulated together with the unreacted desulfurizer for hundreds of times, which causes a lot of processing pressure on the entire desulfurization system and increases the power consumption of equipment such as fans. How to improve the single-cycle desulfurization efficiency of the fluidized bed to reduce the operating cost of the equipment is an urgent problem to be solved. Summary of the invention

[0025] Therefore, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention provided in the accompanying drawings is not intended to limit the scope of the invention claimed for protection, but merely represents selected embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0026] like Figures 1 to 4As shown, a dry cement kiln tail flue gas desulfurization device comprises a reaction tower 1, a dust collector 2, and a water spray pipe 6. An air inlet 4 is provided at the bottom of the reaction tower 1, and high-concentration sulfur-containing flue gas enters the reaction tower 1 through the air inlet 4. An exhaust pipe 7 is provided at the top of the reaction tower 1. The reaction tower 1 is connected to the bag filter 2 through the exhaust pipe 7. After gas-solid separation in the dust collector 2, the solid desulfurizer is refluxed into the reaction tower 1 for circulation, and the desulfurized gas of the dust collector 2 is directly discharged. A motor 8 is installed on the top of the reaction tower 1. A rotating shaft 9, a material balancing plate 10, a spiral blade 13, a cylinder 11, a screen 16, and an impact plate 14 are installed in the reaction tower 1. The material balancing plate 10 divides the reaction tower 1 into a dilute phase reaction zone and a dense phase reaction zone from top to bottom. The material balancing plate 10 is a conical plate. The material balancing plate 10 is directed to the reaction tower 1. The inner wall extends to form a narrow channel for the flue gas to flow upward. The arrangement of the equalizing plate 10 makes the flue gas flow channel of the reaction tower 1 narrower, so that the flow velocity in the narrow channel is greatly increased. The rotating shaft 9 is vertically located on the center line of the reaction tower 1. The equalizing plate 10, the cylinder 11, and the screen 16 are concentrically arranged. The equalizing plate 10 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 9. A desulfurizer feed pipe 5 is installed in the middle of the reaction tower 1. The desulfurizer feed pipe 5 discharges material onto the equalizing plate 10. The solid desulfurizer will be evenly thrown into the narrow channel after the rotation of the equalizing plate 10. The high-speed airflow below blows the solid desulfurizer into the dilute phase reaction zone, which plays a role in uniform feeding. The cylinder 11 is installed in the dense phase reaction zone. The cylinder 11 is located in the middle of the reaction tower 1. The bottom edge of the cylinder 11 is integrally welded to the bottom surface of the reaction tower 1. A plurality of openings 12 are provided at the bottom of the cylinder 11, and the openings 12 are arranged in a spaced manner. The rotating shaft 9 sequentially passes through the material balancing plate 10 and the screen 16 and extends to the upper part of the cylinder 11. The impact plate 14 and the spiral blade 13 are located at the upper part of the cylinder 11. The impact plate 14 and the spiral blade 13 are respectively fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 9. The air inlet 4 extends to the bottom of the cylinder 11 and exhausts vertically upward. The air inlet 4 introduces high-speed gas into the cylinder 11. The dust collector 2 discharges powdered solid desulfurizer to the outside of the cylinder 11 through the discharge valve 3 and the circulating feed port 15. The high-speed gas flow forms a low-pressure area, and the powder outside the cylinder 11 is sucked into the inside. The principle is similar to that of a Venturi mixer. The large particles of the mixed desulfurizer are successively broken by the spiral blade 13 and the impact plate 14 during the rising process. The desulfurizer is small particles, and the unbroken desulfurizer falls into the outside of the cylinder 11, forming multiple rounds of crushing reaction cycles from outside to inside and then from inside to outside. The discharge valve 3 discharges intermittently. A discharge pipe can be installed at the bottom of the reaction tower 1. After a certain period of reaction in the dense phase reaction zone, part of the material is discharged through the discharge pipe and the discharge valve 3 is intermittently replenished to achieve continuous desulfurization of the entire system. A circular screen 16 is installed in the reaction tower 1. The screen 16 is used to prevent large particles of desulfurizer from moving upward and allow small particles and gas to pass through. The cross-section of the screen 16 is W-shaped. The screen 16 is connected to the reaction tower 1. The center of the screen 16 is a circular hole. A gap is set between the screen 16 and the rotating shaft 9. A limit ring 17 is welded to the inner wall of the reaction tower 1. The outer diameter of the limit ring 17 is equal to the inner diameter of the reaction tower 1.The inner ring surface of the limit ring 17 is provided with a groove, the edge of the screen 16 is inserted into the groove, and two elastic rubber rings 27 are installed in the groove, one of which is filled between the groove and the upper surface of the screen 16, and the other is filled between the groove and the lower surface of the screen 16. The cross section of the elastic rubber ring 27 is C-shaped, which is convenient for the up and down movement of the screen 16. The bending part of the screen 16 forms a static grinding ring 28, and the lower surface of the static grinding ring 28 is provided with a plurality of hemispherical protrusions 21, which are evenly spaced and arranged around the rotating shaft 9. The rotating shaft 9 is installed with a sleeve 18, a straight rod 20, and an impact ball 19. The sleeve 18 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 9 and is located below the screen 16. The impact ball 19 is welded at one end of the straight rod 20, and the other end of the straight rod 20 is hinged to the sleeve 18. There are two impact balls 19 and two straight rods 20. The impact balls 19 are symmetrically arranged on the rotating shaft 9. The symmetrically arranged impact balls 19 will synchronously impact the screen 16 under the rotation of the rotating shaft 9, so that the screen 16 moves vertically up and down synchronously, which is conducive to the large particle desulfurizer falling off after being vibrated to avoid clogging of the screen hole.
[0027] In some embodiments, the impact ball 19 is single, so that the impacted screen 16 does not move vertically up and down, but moves upward at the impact point, while the relative point does not move. The desulfurizer blocked on the screen 16 is subjected to vibration forces in multiple directions, which is more conducive to falling off from the screen hole.
[0028] A connecting plate 22 and a scraper 23 are fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft 9. A hollow chamber 24 is provided on the connecting plate 22. The scraper 23 is half-inserted into the hollow chamber 24. A fixed block 25 is mounted at the end of the scraper 23. A spring 26 is mounted between the fixed block 25 and the top surface of the hollow chamber 24. The scraper 23 is slidably connected to the connecting plate 22. The scraper 23 is pressed against the upper surface of the screen 16 by the squeezing and pushing of the spring 26. The scraper 23 sliding up and down can be adaptively adjusted according to the up and down movement of the screen 16. The cooperation of the two can clean up more complex blocked solid desulfurizers.
[0029] The end of the connecting plate 22 extends to the top of the static grinding ring 28, and the dynamic grinding ring 29 is installed on the end of the connecting plate 22. Large particles of desulfurizer fall on the top of the screen 16. The W-shaped structure of the screen can collect the large particles of desulfurizer to the static grinding ring 28. The static grinding ring 28 and the dynamic grinding ring 29 grind the large particles of desulfurizer into smaller particles for easy reaction.
[0030] The principle of the present invention is that the calcium sulfate and calcium sulfite generated after the solid desulfurizer reacts with sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide will adhere to the surface to form a coating film to hinder the unreacted slaked lime inside from further reacting with sulfur oxides. A material balancing plate is arranged in the middle of the reaction tower, which can not only make the solid desulfurizer evenly discharged into the reaction tower, but also hinder the upward movement of the solid desulfurizer, and separate the reaction tower into an upper dilute phase reaction zone and a lower dense phase reaction zone. The dilute phase reaction zone and the lower dense phase reaction zone are relative to the sulfur content in the flue gas. If relative to the slaked lime, the reaction tower is divided into a dilute phase reaction zone and a lower dense phase reaction zone. The concentration of lime is such that the upper part is a dense phase reaction zone and the lower part is a dilute phase reaction zone. A spiral blade is installed in the lower part of the reaction tower, i.e., the dense phase reaction zone. The spiral blade can cut the desulfurizer particles with increased particle size after the reaction coating into smaller particles, so that the unreacted solid desulfurizer inside is exposed to directly contact sulfur oxides for reaction, thereby accelerating the reaction speed. Since it is set in the dense phase reaction zone, the collision and cutting probability of the spiral blade is increased. Compared with being directly set in a traditional reaction tower, the crushing efficiency is higher. In order to further increase the collision probability, a cylinder is installed in the dense phase reaction zone, and high-speed flue gas is directly introduced into the bottom of the cylinder. The negative pressure zone formed attracts the solid desulfurizer outside the cylinder into the cylinder, forming a continuous flow cycle around the inside and outside of the cylinder, which not only increases the cutting probability, but also avoids the problem of local accumulation of solid desulfurizer in the reaction tower without being cut. In order to prevent the uncut solid desulfurizer from entering the dilute phase reaction zone through the narrow channel formed by the material balancing plate, a screen is set below the material balancing plate to intercept large particles of desulfurizer. In order to prevent particles from clogging the screen, the screen holes need to be continuously adjusted. For cleaning, the impact ball and scraper use two different structures to clear the screen; the dense phase reaction zone not only increases the probability of blade cutting, but also forms a reaction between high-concentration sulfur-containing flue gas and low-concentration slaked lime in the lower part of the reaction tower, and a reaction between high-concentration slaked lime and low-concentration sulfur-containing flue gas in the upper part of the reaction tower, which can form a huge concentration difference in the two reaction zones, so that the desulfurizer in the lower dense phase reaction zone reacts completely, and the flue gas desulfurization reaction in the upper dilute phase reaction zone is complete, which simultaneously solves the flue gas desulfurization problem and the partial waste of desulfurizer.
[0031] A method for desulfurizing flue gas from a dry cement kiln, comprising the following steps:
[0032] S1. The spiral blade 13 uses the cylinder to form an internal and external circulation structure to break the solid desulfurizer separated by the dust collector 2 into small particles multiple times;
[0033] S2. The high-concentration sulfur-containing flue gas enters the dense phase reaction zone and reacts with the crushed solid desulfurizer to form a relative excess of sulfur-containing flue gas to the desulfurizer. The low-concentration sulfur-containing flue gas after the reaction enters the dilute phase reaction zone;
[0034] S3. The unreacted solid desulfurizer enters the dilute phase reaction zone through the desulfurizer feed pipe 5, and the low-concentration sulfur-containing flue gas reacts with the unreacted solid desulfurizer newly added to the reaction tower 1 to form a relative excess of solid desulfurizer to the sulfur-containing flue gas;
[0035] S4. After passing through the dilute phase reaction zone, the solid desulfurizer enters the dust collector 2 for gas-solid separation and then re-enters the dense phase reaction zone for circulation.
