Abstract

The invention discloses a replacement method for converting coke oven gas heating into blast furnace gas heating, which comprises the following steps: S1, blind plate drawing operation; s2, expelling air, and closing the bleeder; s3, blast furnace gas is introduced for diffusion, and an explosion test is conducted at the tail end of the blast furnace gas pipeline; s4, gas replacement operation; s5, starting from the tail end of the coke oven gas pipeline, closing a gas adjusting cock of the coke oven gas; s6, sequentially opening blast furnace gas increasing and decreasing cocks of upflow on the machine side and the coke side from the tail end of a blast furnace gas pipeline, and adjusting a butterfly valve to control the blast furnace gas pressure on the machine side and the coke side of the basement; s7, the combustion condition of the combustion chamber is observed, and whether leakage points exist at an air inlet door cover and a heat storage chamber sealing wall or not is checked; s8, a blast furnace gas adding and reducing cock is fully opened; s9, reversing the switch; s10, adjusting the suction force of the branch flue, and determining the coal gas pressure at the machine side and the coke side; s11, determining a heating system; and S12, disassembling a coke oven gas exchange cock plate handle, and enabling all exchange cocks to be in a closed state.
