The invention provides a service parameter updating method and device and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of computers, can be used in the financial field, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first service parameter and updated configuration information in response to a service parameter updating request; wherein the first service parameter is a to-be-updated service parameter, the updated configuration information comprises at least one update item corresponding to the first service parameter, the updated configuration information is determined based on the updated service rule, and the updated configuration information comprises effective time; determining a second service parameter according to the updated configuration information, and setting the state of the second service parameter to be in a waiting effect; and under the condition that the current time reaches the effective time of the updated configuration information, setting the state of the second service parameter to be effective, and updating the first service parameter by using the second service parameter, so that the updated first service parameter begins to take effect from the effective time of the updated service rule.
