Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a switch cabinet arrangement having at least one switch cabinet housing and a cooling device, wherein the cooling device has a refrigerant circuit having a flammable refrigerant. The refrigerant circuit has an evaporator which is arranged in the internal air circuit of the cooling device and through which the air received in the switch cabinet housing flows. A switch cabinet arrangement of this type is described in DE 10 2018 109 604 A1.
[0002] Directive 2006 / 42 / EC (Machinery Directive) requires that gases used in machines are free from explosion and fire risks, where failure of individual components is assumed. Therefore, if, in the case of switchgear cooling devices, a refrigerant-conducting component has a hypothetical leak, it is assumed that flammable gases (refrigerants) enter the switchgear and could ignite on internal fittings, thus igniting arcs during operation. Without safety functions that reliably prevent this from happening, switchgear cooling devices using flammable refrigerants do not meet the Machinery Directive and cannot be operated with the necessary safety for the end user.
[0003] The switch cabinet arrangements known from the prior art have the disadvantage that they are relatively complex to implement, since, for example, different actively driven closing members are required and have to be activated upon detection of leakage and ingress of flammable refrigerant into the interior of the switch cabinet.
[0004] It is therefore the object of the present invention to develop the switch cabinet arrangement described at the outset in such a way that it can be realized using simple technical means and can therefore be provided cost-effectively.
[0005] This object is achieved by a switch cabinet arrangement having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are in each case the subject matter of the dependent claims.
[0006] Therefore, in the case of a switch cabinet arrangement of the type mentioned at the outset, provision is made for it to have a forced ventilation of the switch cabinet housing, which has an activated state and otherwise has a deactivated state in the event of a detected leak in the refrigerant circuit of the cooling device. In the activated state, ambient air of the switch cabinet arrangement is intended to be conveyed into the switch cabinet housing and / or air received in the switch cabinet housing is intended to be conveyed out of the switch cabinet housing.
[0007] The refrigerant circuit can be, for example, a component of a refrigerator and / or a passive refrigerant circuit, for example a natural circulation refrigerant circuit driven by geodetic height differences, such as a heat pipe. The refrigerant circuit can thus be configured as an active refrigerant circuit or as a passive circuit. In principle, the invention is not limited to the use of certain methods of generating refrigeration. In particular, all devices associated with the forced ventilation according to the invention can be configured independently of the refrigerant circuit and, in particular, there is no need to monitor the refrigerant circuit itself in order to infer leaks of said refrigerant circuit.
[0008] The refrigerant circuit can have a condenser in an external air circuit of the cooling device, which external air circuit is fluidically separated from the internal air circuit, wherein the ambient air conducted through the external air circuit flows through the condenser.
[0009] In the deactivated state, the forced ventilation can be fluidically closed by means of an adjustable closing member. In this case, the interior of the switch cabinet housing can be fluidically separated from the ambient air of the switch cabinet housing. Specifically, there should be no air exchange between the internal air circuit and the external air circuit.
[0010] The forced ventilation can have at least one fan, by which ambient air is conveyed to the interior of the switch cabinet housing in an activated state of the forced ventilation. Alternatively, the fan can be configured to blow the air received in the switch cabinet housing into the surrounding environment.
[0011] The forced ventilation can have at least one air guide channel between the environment of the switch cabinet housing and the interior of the switch cabinet housing. In the deactivated state of the forced ventilation, the air guide channel can be closed by a closing element, preferably a non-return flap. For this purpose, the non-return flap can be preloaded into its closed position so that no air volume flow occurs that opens the non-return flap when the fan is deactivated.
[0012] At least one air guiding channel can be a component of the cooling device or can be configured independently of the cooling device. If the air guiding channel is a component of the cooling device, the at least one further air guiding channel can likewise be a component of the cooling device or a component of the switch cabinet housing. Thus, the two air guiding channels can be configured to provide an air supply into the interior of the switch cabinet housing and an air discharge from the interior to the environment surrounding the switch cabinet housing. Thus, at least one air guiding channel can have a fan.
[0013] The cooling device may have two air guiding channels, at least one of which has a fan. In this case, at least one of the air guiding channels may have a closing member, preferably a non-return flap. The closing member may be permeable only in the direction of the air flow generated by the fan. The closing member may be preloaded into a closed position in which it closes the associated air guiding channel when the fan is deactivated. Thus, when the fan is activated, the closing member opens. Thus, the closing member can open in the direction of the flow generated by the fan and close the air guiding channel in the opposite direction. In the permeable direction, the closing member (e.g. the non-return flap) can open due to the dynamic pressure generated when the fan is activated.
[0014] The switch cabinet arrangement may have at least one refrigerant sensor for detecting flammable refrigerant in the air received inside the switch cabinet housing. In principle, the refrigerant sensor may be arranged at any desired position of the switch cabinet arrangement, where the sensor is exposed when the refrigerant circuit leaks into the air inside the switch cabinet housing, and the evaporated refrigerant acts on this air. This may be any desired side of the switch cabinet housing facing inwards. Alternatively, the refrigerant sensor may also be arranged on the outer side of the cooling device facing inwards. Furthermore, the refrigerant sensor may be arranged in the cooling device, for example, in the internal air circuit of the cooling device. Furthermore, or alternatively, the refrigerant sensor may be a component of a filter fan of the switch cabinet arrangement and may be arranged on the side of the filter fan facing inwards, or in an inner region of the filter fan, which is acted upon by the air received inside the switch cabinet housing. In particular, for redundancy, a plurality of the above-mentioned refrigerant sensors may be provided, wherein preferably at least two redundant refrigerant sensors are arranged at different positions of the above-mentioned mounting position of the switch cabinet arrangement.
[0015] The switch cabinet arrangement can have at least one single-channel refrigerant sensor which is sensitive to at least one flammable refrigerant, for example R32, R1234yf, r1234ze, propane or butane.
[0016] If the switchgear arrangement has at least two above-mentioned refrigerant sensors, provision can be made that the at least two refrigerant sensors are sensitive to at least one same flammable refrigerant and in this case the two refrigerant sensors can be configured to output their respective sensor signals in a single-channel manner, preferably via the same channel.
[0017] The at least one refrigerant sensor may be configured to forward the detection of refrigerant in the air received inside the switch cabinet housing to the control and regulation unit in order to initiate safety measures to reduce the refrigerant concentration in the air received inside the switch cabinet. In this case, the control and regulation unit may be arranged outside or inside the switch cabinet arrangement, for example outside the switch cabinet housing and outside the cooling device, and may be connected to the at least one refrigerant sensor via a signal interface for signal transmission. The control and regulation unit may be configured to switch the forced ventilation of the switch cabinet housing from a deactivated state to an activated state.
[0018] The at least one refrigerant sensor can be configured to forward the detection of refrigerant in the air received inside the switch cabinet housing to a control and regulation unit arranged in the cooling device. In this case, the cooling device can be configured to initiate safety measures to reduce the refrigerant concentration in the air received inside the switch cabinet, preferably by switching the forced ventilation of the switch cabinet housing from a deactivated state to an activated state.
[0019] At least one refrigerant sensor can be arranged in an air outlet flow of an internal air circuit from the cooling device into the interior of the switch cabinet housing or in an air inlet flow of an external air circuit from the surroundings of the switch cabinet housing into the cooling device.
[0020] The cooling device can have at least one additional fan, by means of which ambient air from the environment of the switch cabinet arrangement is sucked into the housing of the cooling device and blown into the interior of the switch cabinet housing.
[0021] The cooling device may be configured to be deactivated when the at least one refrigerant sensor detects a flammable refrigerant, thereby deactivating at least one compressor of the cooling device. Furthermore, the switch cabinet arrangement may have a safety device configured to avoid an unintentional restart of the compressor. At least one fan may have a refrigerant sensor, the refrigerant sensor being acted upon by air received in the switch cabinet housing, wherein the at least one fan is configured to ventilate or exhaust the switch cabinet housing.
[0022] By means of the at least one fan, air received in the switch cabinet housing can be blown out to the environment surrounding the switch cabinet housing and air from the environment surrounding the switch cabinet housing can be blown into the switch cabinet housing.
[0023] The switch cabinet arrangement may have at least one further fan which is configured as an inlet or outlet filter fan.Preferably, the at least one fan and the at least one further fan are configured as fans with opposite flow directions with respect to the switch cabinet housing interior.
[0024] The at least one fan can be arranged in a hole in a vertical or horizontal wall of the switch cabinet housing and can in particular be configured separately from the cooling device.
[0025] The refrigerant sensor may be arranged in the housing of at least one fan, on a circuit board of a fan controller, or on the outside of at least one fan, and may be connected to the controller of the fan in a wired or wireless manner. Alternatively, the refrigerant sensor may be fixed on the switch cabinet housing inside the switch cabinet housing, and may be connected to the controller of the fan via a wireless or wired signal interface.
[0026] The fan may have an alarm output configured to output an alarm signal when the fan changes from a deactivated state to an activated state. The alarm signal provided by the alarm output may, for example, be used to cascade start at least one other fan.
[0027] The fan may have an alarm input configured to trigger forced ventilation upon receipt of an incoming alarm signal. The alarm input may be wirelessly or wiredly connected to an alarm output of another fan of the switch cabinet arrangement to transmit the alarm signal.
[0028] The forced ventilation can have an air duct in the base of the switch cabinet housing, by means of which the interior of the switch cabinet housing is fluidically connected via the base of the switch cabinet housing to the environment of the switch cabinet housing.
[0029] The air guide in the base can have at least one fan, by means of which, in the activated state of the forced ventilation, ambient air is conveyed into the interior of the switch cabinet housing, or air received in the interior of the switch cabinet housing is conveyed out of the interior into the surroundings.
[0030] The base can be separated from the interior of the switch cabinet housing by at least one base plate. To this end, at least one base plate can be air-permeable, for example at least partially perforated. Thus, the base plate can form a fluid transition between the interior of the switch cabinet housing and the air guide in the base. Alternatively or additionally, at least two base plates can be solidly formed, i.e. without holes, and can be arranged spaced apart from each other, for example forming an air-permeable cable bushing between the base plates, which opens into an air guide in the base.
[0031] The fluid transition piece can be a hole in the base plate, in which the fan is preferably but not necessarily mounted. With the help of the fan, the air received inside the switch cabinet housing can be discharged into the surrounding environment through air guidance, or ambient air can be introduced into the interior of the switch cabinet housing.
[0032] The air-permeable base plate may be formed at least partially as a cable sleeve and / or an air-permeable nonwoven, such as a filter substrate, passing through the base plate.
[0033] A fan can be arranged in the hole in the flat part of the switch cabinet housing, by means of which ambient air can be blown into the interior of the switch cabinet housing or the air received in the interior can be discharged into the surroundings in which the switch cabinet is arranged. In this case, pressure compensation can be provided by air guidance, wherein ambient air is guided into the interior or the air received in the interior is discharged into the surroundings.
[0034] The switch cabinet housing can have at least one air inlet or one air outlet, wherein the air inlet or air outlet is preferably configured as a hole in at least one flat portion. The flat portion can be, for example, a side wall, a rear wall, a door component or a top component of the switch cabinet housing.
[0035] In one embodiment, at least one fan is arranged in the opening, wherein the switch cabinet housing or the base has at least one further air inlet or air outlet, preferably at least one further opening.
[0036] At least one refrigerant sensor for detecting flammable refrigerants can be arranged in the base, for example in the housing of a forced ventilation fan and / or in the air guide, or on the upper side of the base facing the interior of the switch cabinet, for example on a base plate of the base, or above the base in a switch cabinet housing.
[0037] Furthermore, the switch cabinet arrangement can have at least one refrigerant sensor, which is arranged in the air guide or the air guided by the air guide acts on the air guide. In this case, preferably, the air received inside the switch cabinet housing can be discharged into the surroundings of the switch cabinet arrangement through the air guide.
[0038] At least one refrigerant sensor can be an integral part of the fan and exposed on the side of the fan housing facing the interior of the switch cabinet housing. Alternatively or additionally, the refrigerant sensor or a further refrigerant sensor can be arranged inside the switch cabinet housing and can be connected to the control and regulation unit via a wired or wireless signal interface to switch the forced ventilation from a deactivated state to an activated state. The control and regulation unit can be an integral part of the fan or can be configured independently of the fan.
[0039] At least one fan may be arranged in a hole in the top of the switch cabinet housing, wherein the fan is configured to convey air received inside the switch cabinet housing out of the switch cabinet housing. In this case, the switch cabinet housing may preferably have at least one air inlet, preferably a hole in a flat portion of the switch cabinet housing, located in a lower region of the switch cabinet housing.

[0048] Figure 8 A further embodiment of a filter fan is shown; and
[0049] Fig. 9 Yet another embodiment of a filterfan is shown.
[0050] Figure 1 The embodiment of the switch cabinet arrangement 1 according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 is characterized in that all devices relevant for the forced ventilation according to the invention are integrated in the cooling device 2, in particular the first air guiding channel 12 and the second air guiding channel 13, which each have a non-return flap 14 and a fan 10 integrated in the first air guiding channel 12. In this case, the forced ventilation 6 is configured independently of the internal air circuit 9 and the external air circuit 8 of the cooling device 3. In particular, there is no fluid transition between the forced ventilation 6, in particular the air guiding channels 12, 13 and the internal air circuit 9 and the external air circuit 8.
[0051] The refrigerant sensor 15 is used to detect leakages due to the enrichment of flammable refrigerants in the air received in the interior 11 of the switch cabinet housing 2, and is also arranged on the outer side of the cooling device 3 facing the interior 11, through which the cooling device 2 protrudes into the switch cabinet housing 2 through a vertical side wall or a rear wall or a door element, so that the internal air circuit 9 is fluidically connected to the air received in the interior 11. The cooling device 3 has a refrigeration machine in a known manner, which has an evaporator 5 in the internal air circuit 9, a condenser 7 in the external air circuit 8, and a compressor 18 and an expansion valve. Alternatively or additionally, the refrigerant sensor 15 or a further refrigerant sensor 15 can be arranged in the interior of the cooling device 3, for example in an air guide of the internal air circuit 9, for example in the region of an opening of the internal air circuit 9 to the interior 11 of the switch cabinet housing 2.
[0052] If an enrichment of flammable refrigerant in the air received in the interior 11 exceeding a threshold value is detected by the refrigerant sensor 15, the control and regulation unit 16 can receive a corresponding sensor signal, evaluate it and convert it into a corresponding control signal in order to trigger the forced ventilation according to the invention. In the present case, the detection of exceeding the threshold value will lead to the activation of the fan 10. The fan 10 in the air guide channel 12 is configured to blow ambient air from the surroundings of the switch cabinet arrangement 1 through the air guide channel 12 into the interior 11 of the switch cabinet housing 2. The closing member 14 is configured in the present case as a non-return flap, which can be opened in the flow direction generated by the fan 10. The non-return flap has a preload in its closed position, so that when the fan 10 is deactivated, the first air guide channel 12 is closed. Similarly, the non-return flap 14 is preloaded into its closed position in the second air guide channel 13. If an overpressure is generated in the switch cabinet interior 11 by the fan 10 by opening the non-return flap 14 in the first air-conducting channel 12, the non-return flap 14 opens in the second air-conducting channel 13 under the effect of its preload force, thereby reducing the overpressure in the switch cabinet housing 2. In this case, the air contained in the switch cabinet interior 11 and filled with flammable refrigerant is blown out through the second air-conducting channel 13 and thus through the housing 17 of the cooling device 3 into the surroundings of the switch cabinet arrangement 1, thereby preventing a concentration threshold value of the flammable refrigerant in the atmosphere in the interior 11 of the switch cabinet housing 2 from being exceeded, which threshold value is critical for safety reasons.
[0053] exist Figure 2 In the embodiment shown, the switch cabinet housing 2 is located on a base 20. The base 20 can be a conventional switch cabinet base, on which the frame of the switch cabinet housing is mounted. The forced ventilation has in the present case an air guide 19 in the base 20, via which the interior 11 of the switch cabinet housing 2 is fluidically connected to the surroundings of the switch cabinet arrangement 1. In the present case, three fans 10 are arranged in the base 20, in particular as components of the air guide 19. Depending on the embodiment, a different number of fans 10 can be arranged expediently. The fans 10 are configured to draw ambient air into the air guide 19 and blow it into the interior 11 through the base plate 21, or in the opposite air guide direction, blow the air received in the interior 11 through the base plate 21 and the air guide 19 out to the surroundings. The fans 10 can be configured as filter fans and close the air guide 19 with respect to the surroundings of the switch cabinet arrangement 1. The base plate 21 can be fluid-permeable, for example perforated, and form the termination of the air guide 19 towards the interior 11.
[0054] A refrigerant sensor 15 may be arranged in the base area, in particular in the base plate area. The refrigerant sensor may also be arranged in an air guide, for example in an air guide channel. Alternatively, the refrigerant sensor 15 may be arranged above the base in the switch cabinet housing, for example on the inside of a flat part of the switch cabinet housing 2 facing inwards.
[0055] The base 20 also has a cable bushing 26 which is formed fluidically separate from the air guide 19. By means of the cable bushing 26, lines from the surroundings of the switch cabinet arrangement 1 can be introduced through the base 19 into the interior 11.
[0056] The switch cabinet housing 2 has holes 20 on its flat part, in particular on its side walls, rear wall, front wall or door, or on the top. Figure 2 As shown, not all flat sections necessarily have respective holes 20. Fewer channels 20 are also conceivable. The holes 20 can be used for an additional fresh air supply or for exhausting air subjected to refrigerant, in particular for pressure compensation when the fan 10 of the air guide 19 is activated in the base 20. In order to increase the air flow, at least one hole 20 can have an additional fan 27, for example a filter fan.
[0057] exist Figure 3 In the embodiment shown, the forced ventilation has a fan 10 located at the top of the switch cabinet housing 2 and an air inlet or air outlet 23 located at the side wall of the housing 2. A refrigerant sensor 15 is arranged inside the switch cabinet housing, which is connected to the control and regulation unit 16 via a signal line. The control and regulation unit 16 is configured to activate the fan 10 when the refrigerant sensor 15 exceeds a threshold value of the refrigerant concentration in the air received in the interior 11 of the switch cabinet housing 2. In the above embodiment, the fan 10 can be configured to blow ambient air into the interior 11, so that the air inlet or air outlet 23 actually has the function of an air outlet, or to blow the air received in the interior 11 out of the switch cabinet housing 2, so that the air inlet or air outlet 23 has the function of an air inlet.
[0058] exist Figure 4 In the embodiment shown, according to Figure 2 In contrast to the embodiment of the present invention, at least one hole is provided in the base plate, into which at least one fan is inserted, for air transmission between the air guide 19 in the base 20, instead of perforating the base plate. The fan 10 also has a refrigerant sensor 15. However, in contrast thereto, the refrigerant sensor 15 may also not be a component of the fan 10 and may be connected to the fan 10, for example, with reference to Figure 3 Therefore, in Figure 4In the embodiment described in , the control and regulating unit (not shown) is a component of the fan 10 and is realized as a compact structural unit together with the fan 10. Therefore, the air guide has an air inlet or air outlet 23 at its end facing the surroundings of the switch cabinet arrangement 1, which can be, for example, a hole in the base 20, which is closed by a filter insert, for example a filter substrate.
[0059] and Figure 4 The embodiments shown are different. Figure 5 The fan 10 in the exemplary embodiment shown is arranged in a bore in a door element of the switch cabinet housing 2 .
[0060] Figure 6 Shown with Figure 3 A variation of the present invention similar to the embodiment of the invention, in which all components related to the forced ventilation of the present invention are realized by the fan 10 and the additional air inlet or air outlet 23. Therefore, if the cooling device 3 does not need to be changed, in particular, does not need to be replaced, this embodiment is particularly suitable as a retrofit solution. In particular, in this embodiment, the refrigerant sensor is an integral part of the fan 10, and the fan 10 can be particularly configured as a filter fan, which is inserted into the hole of the flat part of the switch cabinet housing. The additional air inlet or air outlet 23 is required for pressure compensation. The air inlet or air outlet is also preferably closed by a filter mat in order to comply with the relevant IP protection class.
[0061] Embodiments 7 to 9 describe in particular a fan 10 which is accommodated in a housing 28 and includes a control and regulation unit 16 which is required to be activated when a leak occurs in the uniform housing 28. The fan 10 can be configured, for example, as a filter fan which is installed in a hole in the switch cabinet housing 2 as shown. The switch cabinet housing 2 has a filter element 30, for example a nonwoven fabric, on the air inlet side, which separates the air inlet from the surrounding environment. Figure 7 In the exemplary embodiment of the invention, the refrigerant sensor 15 is an integral part of the control and control unit 16, for example arranged on its circuit board. For the cascading of the signals of the sensor 15, an alarm output is provided in the housing 28 for forwarding the alarm signal generated by the control and control unit 16 based on the signals of the sensor 15, for example in order to activate other filter fans which do not themselves have a sensor 15 and do not have control and control electronics in this regard. Likewise, if the sensor 15 assigned to the fan 10 itself does not detect a leak, but another sensor (not shown) of another fan or a sensor arranged at another point in the switch cabinet housing has detected a leak, for example because the other sensor is arranged closer than the other. Figure 7 If the sensor 15 shown in FIG. 1 is closer to the leak location, an alarm input 25 may be provided to activate the fan 10 .
[0062] exist Figure 8 In the embodiment shown, according to Figure 7 In different embodiments, the sensor 15 is arranged outside the housing of the inlet or outlet filter fan 28, for example at any desired location in the interior 11 of the switch cabinet housing 2. The connection point 32 of the inlet or outlet filter fan 28 is connected to the sensor 15 in the interior 11 in a wired or wireless manner.
[0063] according to Fig. 9 The embodiment of FIG. 4 shows a variant in which the sensor 15 is directly connected to the control and regulation unit, for example fixedly connected to a circuit board of the control and regulation unit 16 .
[0064] The features of the invention disclosed in the above description, the drawings and the claims can be essential for the implementation of the invention individually or in any desired combination.
