The electric drive system is the power source of electric vehicles. Therefore, the smooth operation of the electric drive system is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of electric vehicles.
[0003] To ensure the smooth operation of the electric drive system, it is necessary to ensure that the oil circuit in the electric drive system is smooth so that the electric drive system can be lubricated and cooled by lubricating oil. However, the current electric drive system has a low utilization rate of the cooling capacity of the lubricating oil, which affects the efficiency of the electric drive system.
[0004] Summary of the Invention
[0005] The purpose of the embodiments of the present application is to provide an electric drive system and a power device, including but not limited to solving the problem of low cooling capacity utilization of electric drive systems in related technologies.
[0006] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electric drive system, comprising:
[0007] A housing having a receiving cavity;
[0008] The motor is installed in the accommodating cavity;
[0009] An oil pump, used for pumping lubricating oil, wherein the inlet of the oil pump is connected to the accommodating chamber;
[0010] a first oil supply passage connected to the outlet of the oil pump and extending to the motor, for supplying lubricating oil to the motor; and
[0011] The cooler is arranged on the first oil supply channel and is used for cooling the lubricating oil supplied to the motor.
[0012] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, a first oil supply channel is set to deliver the lubricating oil pumped out by the oil pump to the motor, and a cooler is set on the first oil supply channel, so that only the lubricating oil flowing to the motor is cooled, so that the cooling capacity generated by the cooler can be fully utilized to cool the motor, thereby improving the utilization rate of the cooling capacity.
[0013] In some embodiments, the motor includes a rotating shaft having an inner hole formed in the axial direction, and the first oil supply channel includes an oil distribution channel connecting the outlet of the cooler and the inner hole.
[0014] Through the above structural design, an inner hole is set axially in the rotating shaft of the motor, and the oil branch channel of the first oil supply channel connects the cooler and the inner hole of the rotating shaft, so that the cooled lubricating oil can enter the rotating shaft, thereby cooling the rotating shaft.
[0015] In some embodiments, the inner hole passes through the rotating shaft along the axial direction of the rotating shaft.
[0016] Through the above structural design, the inner hole passes through the rotating shaft, so that the lubricating oil can flow through the entire rotating shaft along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, so as to better cool the rotating shaft, improve the cooling effect, and also facilitate processing and manufacturing.

[0110] In the description of the embodiments of this application, unless otherwise specified or limited, the technical term "adjacent" refers to proximity in position. For example, if there are three components A1, A2, and B, and the distance between A1 and B is greater than the distance between A2 and B, then A2 is closer to B than A1, that is, A2 is adjacent to B, or B is adjacent to A2. For another example, when there are multiple components C, the multiple components C are C1, C2, ..., C N , when one of the C components, such as C2, is closer to the B component than other C components, then B is adjacent to C2, or it can be said that C2 is adjacent to B.
[0111] Drive systems that use electric motors as their power source are generally referred to as electric drives. The motor is integrated into the housing of the electric drive to form an electric drive system. The motor consists of a stator and a rotor. The stator drives the rotor to rotate, converting electrical energy into mechanical energy, thereby outputting torque. As the stator drives the rotor, it also generates heat, necessitating cooling of the motor. To ensure proper operation of the motor, lubricating oil is required to dissipate heat from the stator and rotor and lubricate the rotor.
[0112] In some cases, the motor doesn't directly output power; a transmission is incorporated into the motor housing. For example, in applications requiring high torque, a speed reducer is often incorporated into the motor housing to boost torque and output power through the speed reducer. Speed reducers are also used in applications requiring lower drive speeds. Furthermore, in applications requiring higher speeds, a speed increaser is also required to increase the output speed. In other words, some electric drive systems incorporate a transmission. A transmission, also known as a gearbox, is a mechanism used to change the speed and torque of the motor. It can adjust the transmission ratio between the output and input shafts in fixed or step-by-step fashion. A transmission consists of a speed change mechanism and a control mechanism, and some vehicles also have a power take-off mechanism. The transmission mechanism typically uses conventional gears, although some use planetary gears. Conventional gear transmissions typically utilize sliding gears and synchronizers. Friction and wear occur during transmission operation, requiring lubrication to minimize wear.
[0113] As can be seen above, to ensure the smooth operation of the electric drive assembly, good lubrication and cooling are required. Therefore, the electric drive system is equipped with an oil circuit, a cooler, and an oil pump to pump the lubricating oil to achieve circulation, provide good lubrication, and remove the heat generated during operation.
[0114] The lubrication oil circuit in current electric drive systems typically pressurizes the oil through an oil pump, cools it down through a cooler, and then enters components like the transmission and motor for lubrication and cooling. However, this design consumes cooling energy as the oil passes through each component, resulting in low cooling capacity utilization and requiring a high-power cooler.
[0115] Cooling capacity is a concept of energy or a unit of energy. Cooling capacity is the total energy value of the target space's heat consumed by refrigeration equipment or heat transfer facilities (such as chillers) in a unit time or period of time through cooling, or the total energy value of the heat extracted from the target space.
[0116] Based on the above considerations, in order to solve the problem of low cooling capacity utilization of the electric drive system, an embodiment of the present application provides an electric drive system, which connects the oil pump outlet by setting a first oil supply channel to guide the lubricating oil to the motor, thereby lubricating the motor; and a cooler is set on the first oil supply channel, so that only the lubricating oil in the first oil supply channel can be cooled, so that the cooled lubricating oil is used to lubricate and cool the motor, thereby improving the cooling effect and improving the cooling capacity utilization.
[0117] The electric drive system disclosed in the embodiments of the present application can be used as a power source for power devices, such as power tools, electric bicycles, electric vehicles, ships, spacecraft, etc. Spacecraft may include airplanes, rockets, space shuttles, and spacecraft, etc.
[0118] For the convenience of explanation, a power device is provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present application, and the power device is described by taking a vehicle as an example.
[0119] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a schematic diagram of the structure of a vehicle 1000 provided in some embodiments of the present application. The vehicle 1000 can be a new energy vehicle, which can be a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid vehicle, or an extended-range vehicle, etc. The interior of the vehicle 1000 is provided with an electric drive system 1001, which can be provided at the bottom, head, or tail of the vehicle 1000 to drive the vehicle 1000 to move forward. The vehicle 1000 can also include a controller 1002 and a battery 1003. The controller 1002 is used to control the operation of the electric drive system 1001, and the battery 1003 is used to power the electric drive system 1001.
[0120] Please refer to Figures 2 to 8. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of the electric drive system 1001 of some embodiments of the present application. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the front structure of the electric drive system 1001 after removing the cover 14 of some embodiments of the present application. [0121] An electric drive system 1001 includes a housing 10, a motor 20, an oil pump 41, a first oil supply passage 50, and a cooler 42. A housing 10 is provided with a chamber 101. The motor 20 is mounted in the chamber 101, so that the housing 10 supports and protects the motor 20. The inlet of the oil pump 41 is connected to the chamber 101 so that the lubricating oil in the chamber 101 can flow back into the oil pump 41, where the lubricating oil is pressurized and pumped by the oil pump 41. The first oil supply passage 50 is connected to the outlet of the oil pump 41 and extends to the motor 20 to guide the lubricating oil pumped by the oil pump 41 to the motor 20. The cooler 42 is provided on the first oil supply passage 50 to cool the lubricating oil in the first oil supply passage 50. This allows all the cooled lubricating oil to flow to the motor 20 to lubricate and cool the motor 20, thereby reducing cooling loss and improving cooling utilization.
[0122] The housing 10 is the housing of the drive system. The oil pump 41 is a pump component used to pressurize the lubricating oil and pump the lubricating oil. The oil pump 41 can be a gear pump, a vane pump, a piston pump, a centrifugal pump, etc., which are not limited here.
[0123] The motor 20 is a power source component of the drive system. The motor 20 refers to an electromagnetic device that realizes electric energy conversion or transmission according to the law of electromagnetic induction.
[0124] The first oil supply passage 50 is a passage in the drive system for guiding the flow of lubricating oil.
[0125] The cooler 42 refers to a device for cooling the lubricating oil. The cooler 42 may be an air cooling device, a heat exchanger, a semiconductor refrigeration device, etc., which is not limited here.
[0126] In the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, a first oil supply channel 50 is provided to deliver the lubricating oil pumped out by the oil pump 41 to the motor 20, and a cooler 42 is provided on the first oil supply channel 50, so that only the lubricating oil flowing to the motor 20 is cooled, so that the cooling capacity generated by the cooler 42 can be fully utilized to cool the motor 20, thereby improving the utilization rate of the cooling capacity.
[0127] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , a motor 20 includes a rotor 22 and a stator 21. The rotor 22 is located within the stator 21 and is driven by the stator 21 to rotate, thereby achieving power output. Both the rotor 22 and the stator 21 are mounted within the housing 10 , which supports and protects the rotor 22 and the stator 21 .
[0128] In some embodiments, referring to FIG6 , the rotor 22 includes a rotating shaft 221 , which is a shaft member disposed at the center of the rotor 22 . The rotating shaft 221 is provided to transmit power and is rotatably mounted within the housing 10 . The housing 10 supports the rotating shaft 221 , thereby supporting the rotor 22 .
[0129] In some embodiments, referring to FIG6 , the rotating shaft 221 is provided with an inner hole 2211. The inner hole 2211 is a hole structure provided in the rotating shaft 221. The inner hole 2211 extends axially along the rotating shaft 221. The first oil supply passage 50 is connected to the inner hole 2211 of the rotating shaft 221, thereby allowing cooled lubricating oil to enter the rotating shaft 221 to cool the rotor 22.
[0130] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG6 , the first oil supply passage 50 includes an oil distribution passage 51 that connects the outlet of the cooler 42 with the inner bore 2211. The oil distribution passage 51 is provided to connect the cooler 42 with the inner bore 2211 of the rotating shaft 221, thereby directing cooled lubricating oil into the rotating shaft 221, cooling the rotor 22 and facilitating assembly. The oil distribution passage 51 is a channel structure used to guide the flow of lubricating oil.
[0131] In some embodiments, the inner hole 2211 passes through the rotating shaft 221 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 221, that is, the two ends of the inner hole 2211 extend to the two end surfaces of the rotating shaft 221 respectively, so that the inner hole 2211 forms a through hole structure extending along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 221, so that the lubricating oil can enter from one end of the rotating shaft 221 and flow out from the other end, so that the lubricating oil flows through the entire rotating shaft 221 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 221, so as to better cool the rotating shaft 221, improve the cooling effect, and also facilitate processing and manufacturing.
[0132] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 6 and 7 , the diameter of the end of inner hole 2211 connected to oil distribution passage 51 is smaller than the diameter of the other end of inner hole 2211. Because a significant centrifugal force is generated within rotating shaft 221 during operation of motor 20, and inner hole 2211 is a through-hole structure provided within rotating shaft 221, centrifugal force is also exerted on the lubricating oil at both ends of inner hole 2211. This results in a certain amount of back pressure on the end of inner hole 2211 near oil distribution passage 51. When the diameter of the end of the inner hole 2211 connected to the oil distribution channel 51 is set to be smaller, the centrifugal force of the lubricating oil at one end of the inner hole 2211 close to the oil distribution channel 51 will be smaller than the centrifugal force of the lubricating oil at the other end of the inner hole 2211. This will make it easier for the lubricating oil to flow out from the end of the inner hole 2211 away from the oil distribution channel 51, thereby forming a negative pressure in the inner hole 2211, and the farther the axial distance from the oil distribution channel 51 along the rotating shaft 221, the greater the negative pressure, so that the lubricating oil can smoothly pass through the inner hole 2211 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 221, avoiding or reducing the backflow of the lubricating oil and improving the cooling effect.
[0133] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2, 5, and 6, the housing 10 includes a main housing 11 and an end cover 12. The end cover 12 covers the main housing 11 and defines a shaft hole 121. A rotating shaft 221 is rotatably mounted in the shaft hole 121. The main housing 11 and the end cover 12 are provided to facilitate manufacturing and installation of the motor 20. The shaft hole 121 is defined in the end cover 12. The rotating shaft 221 is rotatably mounted in the shaft hole 121 to provide stable support for the rotating shaft 221.
[0134] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2, 5, and 6, the housing 10 further includes a cover 13, which is mounted on the end cover 12 and covers the shaft hole 121, thereby forming an oil chamber 130 between the cover 13 and the end cover 12, the oil chamber 130 being connected to the inner hole 2211, and the oil channel 51 being connected to the oil chamber 130. The cover 13 is provided on the end cover 12 to provide a good sealing and protective effect, thereby preventing impurities from entering the housing 10 and preventing lubricating oil from leaking. Forming the oil chamber 130 between the cover 13 and the end cover 12 facilitates processing and manufacturing, and the oil channel 51 is connected to the oil chamber 130, which is connected to the inner hole 2211, so that the oil channel 51 is connected to the inner hole 2211, and the connection is convenient.
[0135] In some embodiments, the oil distribution channel 51 can also be directly connected to the inner hole 2211 of the rotating shaft 221. For example, when a pipe fitting is used as the oil distribution channel 51, the pipe fitting can be connected to the inner hole 2211 of the rotating shaft 221. In this way, there is no need to set a cover 13, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing costs.
[0136] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2, 6, and 7, a connecting tube 71 is provided within the oil chamber 130. This connecting tube 71 is a tubular structure that guides the flow of lubricating oil. One end of the connecting tube 71 is connected to the inner hole 2211, and the other end of the connecting tube 71 is in communication with the oil distribution passage 51. Providing the connecting tube 71 within the oil chamber 130 facilitates connection with the inner hole 2211 of the rotating shaft 221, facilitating the directing of lubricating oil from the oil distribution passage 51 into the rotating shaft 221. This improves cooling efficiency and increases cooling capacity utilization.
[0137] In some embodiments, the connecting tube 71 is inserted into the inner hole 2211 to facilitate connection and enable the connecting tube 71 to communicate with the inner hole 2211 .
[0138] In some embodiments, the connecting tube 71 and the inner hole 2211 are clearance-fitted to facilitate the insertion of the connecting tube 71 into the inner hole 2211 , and to avoid and reduce friction between the rotating shaft 221 and the connecting tube 71 when the rotating shaft 221 rotates.
[0139] In some embodiments, the connecting tube 71 may also use a rotatable connector, and the connecting tube 71 may be interference fit with the inner hole 2211 to achieve good sealing.
[0140] In some embodiments, the connecting tube 71 and the inner hole 2211 are clearance-fitted, and the diameter of the end of the inner hole 2211 connected to the oil distribution channel 51 is smaller than the diameter of the other end of the inner hole 2211. This allows the lubricating oil to flow out more easily from the end of the inner hole 2211 away from the oil distribution channel 51, reducing or preventing the lubricating oil from flowing back through the gap between the connecting tube 71 and the inner surface of the inner hole 2211, thereby reducing the cooling loss of the lubricating oil and improving the cooling efficiency.
[0141] In some embodiments, the connecting tube 71 and the cover 13 are integrally formed. Providing the connecting tube 71 and the cover 13 as an integral structure improves the connection strength between the connecting tube 71 and the cover 13 and also facilitates processing and manufacturing.
[0142] In some embodiments, the connecting tube 71 and the sealing cover 13 can be manufactured separately, and then the connecting tube 71 can be fixed to the sealing cover 13 by welding or other methods.
[0143] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2 and 6 , the oil channel 51 includes a first sub-oil channel 511, which is connected to the oil chamber 130. The first sub-oil channel 511 is provided on the end cover 12. In other words, the first sub-oil channel 511 connected to the oil chamber 130 is directly machined and manufactured on the end cover 12. In this way, when the end of the rotating shaft 221 extends into the oil chamber 130, it can be connected to the first sub-oil channel 511, which facilitates assembly and manufacturing, improves integration, and facilitates communication with the inner hole 2211 of the rotating shaft 221 through the oil chamber 130. The first sub-oil channel 511 refers to a channel structure provided in the end cover 12 for guiding the flow of lubricating oil.
[0144] In some embodiments, a connecting oil passage 512 is provided in the cover 13, and the connecting oil passage 512 connects the first sub-oil passage 511 with the oil chamber 130. Providing a connecting oil passage 512 in the cover 13 to connect the first sub-oil passage 511 with the oil chamber 130 can facilitate manufacturing. At this time, the first sub-oil passage 511 on the end cover 12 is not directly connected to the oil chamber 130, but is connected to the first sub-oil passage 511, and the first sub-oil passage 511 is connected to the oil chamber 130. This structure is convenient for processing and manufacturing, and is convenient for the design of the oil passage 51. In addition, this structure can make the rotating shaft 221 closer to the cover 13, thereby improving the integration and reducing the volume of the electric drive system 1001. The connecting oil passage 512 refers to a channel structure provided in the cover 13 for guiding the flow of lubricating oil.
[0145] In some embodiments, a conduit portion 131 may be provided on the cover 13 , and a connecting oil passage 512 may be provided in the conduit portion 131 to facilitate the processing and manufacturing of the connecting oil passage 512 .
[0146] In some embodiments, the main housing 11 is provided with a first oil hole 514 and a second sub-oil passage 513. The second sub-oil passage 513 connects the first oil hole 514 with the first sub-oil passage 511, and the cooler 42 is connected to the first oil hole 514. Providing the first oil hole 514 and the second sub-oil passage 513 in the main housing 11 and connecting the first sub-oil passage 511 with the second sub-oil passage 513 allows the oil distribution passage 51 to be integrated into the housing 10, thereby improving the integration level. The housing 10 also provides protection for the oil distribution passage 51.
[0147] The second sub-oil channel 513 refers to a channel structure provided in the main housing 11 for guiding the flow of lubricating oil.
[0148] The first oil hole 514 refers to a channel structure provided in the main housing 11 for guiding the flow of lubricating oil.
[0149] In some embodiments, pipes may also be provided outside the main housing 11 to connect the cooler 42 and the first sub-oil channel 511 for ease of manufacture and assembly.
[0150] In some embodiments, the cooler 42 may be mounted on the main housing 11 , and the outlet of the cooler 42 may be directly connected to the first oil hole 514 to shorten the oil circuit and reduce the loss of cooling capacity of the lubricating oil.
[0151] 6 , a first bearing 81 is disposed in the shaft hole 121 and is sleeved on the rotating shaft 221. The first bearing 81 disposed in the shaft hole 121 can well support the end of the rotating shaft 221 so that the rotor 22 can rotate flexibly.
[0152] In some embodiments, referring to FIG6 , the end of the rotating shaft 221 is provided with a plurality of oil outlet holes 2212. Each oil outlet hole 2212 is radially arranged and communicates with the inner hole 2211. The oil outlet holes 2212 are provided at the end of the rotating shaft 221. As the rotating shaft 221 rotates, some lubricating oil can be ejected from the oil outlet holes 2212 to cool other parts of the rotor 22 and the stator 21, thereby improving the cooling effect.
[0153] In some embodiments, an oil outlet hole 2212 may be provided at one end of the rotating shaft 221 close to the oil distribution channel 51 , so as to lubricate and cool the end of the motor 20 close to the oil distribution channel 51 .
[0154] In some embodiments, an oil outlet hole 2212 may be provided at the end of the rotating shaft 221 away from the oil distribution channel 51 , so as to lubricate and cool the end of the motor 20 away from the oil distribution channel 51 .
[0155] In some embodiments, oil outlet holes 2212 may be provided at opposite ends of the rotating shaft 221 , respectively, to lubricate and cool the opposite ends of the motor 20 .
[0156] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 2, 4, and 6, a second oil hole 52 is provided in the housing 10. The second oil hole 52 is located at a position corresponding to the stator 21, and the outlet of the cooler 42 is connected to the second oil hole 52. The second oil hole 52 is provided in the housing 10 and is connected to the outlet of the cooler 42 so that lubricating oil cooled by the cooler 42 can enter the housing 10 through the second oil hole 52 to cool the stator 21. The second oil hole 52 is a channel structure provided in the housing 10 for guiding the flow of lubricating oil.
[0157] In some embodiments, the cooler 42 is mounted on the housing 10, and the outlet of the cooler 42 is connected to the second oil hole 52. Connecting the outlet of the cooler 42 to the second oil hole 52 can shorten the path so that the cooled lubricating oil can directly enter the second oil hole 52, thereby cooling the stator 21. It can also simplify the structure and reduce costs.
[0158] In some embodiments, the outlet of the cooler 42 may also be connected to the second oil hole 52 through a pipe.
[0159] In some embodiments, when the housing 10 includes a main housing 11 , the second oil hole 52 is provided on the main housing 11 for ease of processing and manufacturing.
[0160] In some embodiments, the second oil hole 52 may be extended along the radial direction of the main shell 11 to shorten the oil path, reduce cooling loss, and improve cooling utilization.
[0161] In some embodiments, the first oil hole 514 and the second oil hole 52 may overlap, that is, one oil hole is provided on the main housing 11 to serve as both the first oil hole 514 and the second oil hole 52. Of course, the first oil hole 514 and the second oil hole 52 may also be provided separately.
[0162] In some embodiments, the electric drive system 1001 further includes a transmission 30, which is connected to the motor 20 and is mounted in the accommodating cavity 101. The transmission 30 is provided to connect to the motor 20, thereby integrating the transmission 30 into the electric drive system 1001 and reducing the size of the electric drive system 1001.
[0163] In some embodiments, the electric drive system 1001 further includes a second oil supply channel 60, which is connected to the outlet of the oil pump 41 and is used to supply lubricating oil to the transmission 30. Providing the second oil supply channel 60 and connecting it to the outlet of the oil pump 41 allows a portion of the lubricating oil pumped by the oil pump 41 to directly lubricate the transmission 30 through the second oil supply channel 60, thereby ensuring good lubrication of the transmission 30. Furthermore, the cooled lubricating oil enters the motor 20 without directly lubricating the transmission 30, thereby improving cooling capacity utilization.
[0164] In some embodiments, second oil supply passage 60 includes an oil conduit 61, one end of which is connected to the outlet of oil pump 41 and the other end of which extends to transmission 30. Providing oil conduit 61 to guide lubricating oil pumped by oil pump 41 to transmission 30 provides a simple structure and facilitates assembly and design.
[0165] In some embodiments, a channel may also be provided on the housing 10 to guide the lubricating oil to flow to the transmission 30 .
[0166] In some embodiments, referring to FIG6 , the housing chamber 101 includes a first chamber 1011 and a second chamber 1012. The motor 20 is mounted in the first chamber 1011, and the transmission 30 is mounted in the second chamber 1012. Separating the housing chamber 101 into the first chamber 1011 and the second chamber 1012 separates the motor 20 from the transmission 30 to prevent mutual interference between the motor 20 and the transmission 30. Furthermore, the motor 20 and the transmission 30 can be better mounted and supported, ensuring stable operation.
[0167] In some embodiments, a partition 111 is provided in the housing 10. The partition 111 divides the accommodating chamber 101 into a first chamber 1011 and a second chamber 1012 to prevent mutual interference between the motor 20 in the first chamber 1011 and the transmission 30 in the second chamber 1012. The partition 111 is provided with an opening 1111, through which the rotating shaft 221 passes, thereby connecting to the transmission 30. In this way, the rotating shaft 221 can be supported by the partition 111 to ensure smooth rotation.
[0168] In some embodiments, a second bearing 82 is installed in the opening 1111 . The second bearing 82 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 221 to stably support the rotating shaft 221 so that the rotating shaft 221 can rotate smoothly.
[0169] In some embodiments, the rotating shaft 221 may be supported by the first bearing 81 and the second bearing 82 so that the rotating shaft 221 can rotate smoothly.
[0170] In some embodiments, the end cover 12 is provided at one end of the main shell 11, and the casing 10 also includes a cover 14, which is installed at the other end of the main shell 11, and the two ends of the rotating shaft 221 are respectively supported on the end cover 12 and the cover 14 to stably support the rotating shaft 221, and also facilitate the processing and production of the main shell 11, and then facilitate the production of the casing 10, and also facilitate the installation of the motor 20.
[0171] In some embodiments, the cover 14 is located at an end of the main housing 11 away from the motor 20 , so that the cover 14 covers the transmission 30 to provide good protection and facilitate the processing and manufacturing of the housing 10 .
[0172] In some embodiments, a mounting groove 141 is defined on the cover 14 , and the rotating shaft 221 is supported in the mounting groove 141 to support the rotating shaft 221 .
[0173] In some embodiments, a third bearing 83 is installed in the installation groove 141 , and the third bearing 83 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 221 to support the rotating shaft 221 to ensure smooth rotation.
[0174] In some embodiments, the first bearing 81, the second bearing 82 and the third bearing 83 can cooperate to support the rotation to ensure smooth rotation of the rotating shaft 221. It is understandable that only the first bearing 81 and the third bearing 83 can be provided to protect the support rotation.
[0175] In some embodiments, when the inner hole 2211 in the rotating shaft 221 is a through hole and the third bearing 83 is installed in the mounting groove 141 of the cover 14 , the lubricating oil flowing out of the inner hole 2211 of the rotating shaft 221 can lubricate the third bearing 83 .
[0176] In some embodiments, the first oil supply passage 50 is connected to the end of the motor 20 away from the transmission 30. Connecting the first oil supply passage 50 to the end of the motor 20 away from the transmission 30 allows the lubricating oil cooled by the first oil supply passage 50 to enter the motor 20 from the end away from the transmission 30, thereby preventing the transmission 30 from consuming the cooling energy in the lubricating oil and improving the utilization of cooling energy.
[0177] In some embodiments, the transmission 30 is connected to the end of the rotating shaft 221 away from the oil chamber 130, so that the cooled lubricating oil can enter from the end of the rotating shaft 221 away from the transmission 30, avoiding the transmission 30 from consuming the cooling capacity in the lubricating oil and improving the utilization rate of the cooling capacity.
[0178] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the housing 10 further includes a control box 15 to improve integration and reduce the volume of the electric drive system 1001 .
[0179] In some embodiments, the control box 15 is located on one side of the first chamber 1011, forming an accommodation space 16 between the control box 15 and the first chamber 1011. The oil pump 41 and the cooler 42 are located in the accommodation space 16. Placing the oil pump 41 and the cooler 42 in the accommodation space 16 between the control box 15 and the first chamber 1011 can fully utilize the space, improve integration, and reduce the size. It is understood that the oil pump 41 and the cooler 42 can also be located in other locations of the housing 10.
[0180] In some embodiments, the electric drive system 1001 also includes a filter 43, which is connected to the outlet of the oil pump 41, and the cooler 42 is connected to the filter 43. The filter 43 is used to filter the lubricating oil flowing out of the oil pump 41. The filter 43 is provided to filter impurities in the lubricating oil so that the lubricating oil flows more smoothly, which facilitates cooling the motor 20 and prevents impurities from affecting the operation of the motor 20. Placing the filter 43 between the oil pump 41 and the cooler 42 can avoid the loss of cooling capacity by the filter 43 and improve the utilization rate of cooling capacity. In addition, when a transmission 30 is provided, a filter 43 is provided to filter impurities in the lubricating oil, which can also make the impurities in the lubricating oil entering the transmission 30 smaller, so as to better lubricate the transmission 30.
[0181] The filter 43 refers to a structure for filtering the lubricating oil, and the filter 43 may be a filter screen, a filter cartridge, or the like.
[0182] In some embodiments, referring to Figures 6 and 8 , the lubricating oil returning from the first chamber 1011 and the second chamber 1012 flows into the oil pump 41. After being pressurized by the oil pump 41, it is divided into two paths. One path of the lubricating oil flows into the cooler 42 for cooling. A portion of the cooled lubricating oil flows into the shaft 221 of the rotor 22 to cool the rotor 22. Since the transmission 30 is connected to the shaft 221, the lubricating oil flowing out of the rotor 22 flows into the transmission 30 to lubricate the portion of the transmission 30 connected to the shaft 221 of the rotor 22. The other portion of the cooled lubricating oil flows into the stator 21 to cool the stator 21, and then flows back from the first chamber 1011 to the oil pump 41. The other path of the lubricating oil, pressurized by the oil pump 41, flows directly into the second chamber 1012 to lubricate the transmission 30, and then flows back from the second chamber 1012 to the oil pump 41. The lubricating oil cooled by the cooler 42 directly enters the motor 20, cooling it and improving the utilization of cooling capacity. The lubricating oil used to lubricate the transmission 30 is directly pressurized by the oil pump 41 and directed to the transmission 30 without being cooled by the cooler 42. This ensures good lubrication of the transmission 30 and prevents the cooled lubricating oil from absorbing the cooling capacity of the lubricating oil before entering the motor 20, improving the utilization of cooling capacity.
[0183] Please refer to FIG. 9 , which is a schematic cross-sectional view of an electric drive system 1001 according to some embodiments of the present application.
[0184] In some embodiments, the connecting pipe 71 passes through the cover 13. This makes it easy to connect the connecting pipe 71 to the oil distribution channel 51, which is convenient for assembly. In particular, when a pipe fitting can be used as the oil distribution channel 51, it is convenient to connect the pipe fitting to the connecting pipe 71.
[0185] In some embodiments, the connecting tube 71 and the sealing cover 13 are integrally formed, and the connecting tube 71 passes through the sealing cover 13 . This structure can be easily processed and manufactured, and is convenient for connecting the connecting tube 71 with pipe fittings.
[0186] In some embodiments, the oil channel 51 includes a connecting pipe 515, which connects the oil chamber 130 and the cooler 42. Providing the connecting pipe 515 to connect the cooler 42 and the oil chamber 130 has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and reduces costs.
[0187] In some embodiments, when a connecting pipe 71 is provided in the oil chamber 130 , the communicating pipe 515 may be connected to the connecting pipe 71 to facilitate assembly.
[0188] In some embodiments, when the connecting pipe 71 passes through the cover 13 and the oil distribution channel 51 includes a connecting pipe 515 , the connecting pipe 515 can be connected to the connecting pipe 71 , which is convenient for connection.
[0189] Please refer to FIG. 10 , which is a block diagram of an oil circuit of an electric drive system 1001 according to some embodiments of the present application.
[0190] In some embodiments, the lubricating oil returning from the first chamber 1011 and the second chamber 1012 flows into the oil pump 41. After being pressurized by the oil pump 41, it is divided into two paths. One path of the lubricating oil enters the cooler 42 for cooling. A portion of the cooled lubricating oil enters the rotating shaft 221 of the rotor 22 to cool the rotor 22. The lubricating oil flowing out of the rotor 22 enters the second chamber 1012 and flows back to the oil pump 41. The other portion of the cooled lubricating oil enters the stator 21 to cool it, and then flows back from the first chamber 1011 to the oil pump 41. The other path of the lubricating oil, pressurized by the oil pump 41, flows directly into the second chamber 1012 to lubricate the transmission 30, and then flows back from the second chamber 1012 to the oil pump 41. Since the lubricating oil cooled by the cooler 42 directly enters the motor 20, it cools the motor 20, thereby improving the utilization of cooling energy. The lubricating oil for lubricating the transmission 30 is directly pressurized from the oil pump 41 and is guided to the transmission 30 without being cooled by the cooler 42 to ensure good lubrication of the transmission 30. It can also avoid absorbing the cold energy of the lubricating oil before the cooled lubricating oil enters the motor 20, thereby improving the utilization rate of the cold energy.
[0191] Please refer to FIG. 11 , which is a block diagram of the oil circuit of the electric drive system 1001 according to some embodiments of the present application.
[0192] In some embodiments, the lubricating oil returning from the first chamber 1011 and the second chamber 1012 flows into the oil pump 41. After being pressurized by the oil pump 41, it is divided into two paths. One path of the lubricating oil enters the cooler 42 for cooling. The cooled lubricating oil then enters the motor 20 to cool the motor 20. The motor 20 includes a stator 21 and a rotor 22. A portion of the cooled lubricating oil enters the rotating shaft 221 of the rotor 22 to cool the rotor 22. The lubricating oil flowing out of the rotor 22 enters the first chamber 1011 and flows back to the oil pump 41. The other portion of the cooled lubricating oil enters the stator 21 to cool the stator 21, and then flows back from the first chamber 1011 to the oil pump 41. The other path of lubricating oil, pressurized by the oil pump 41, directly enters the second chamber 1012 to lubricate the transmission 30, and then flows back from the second chamber 1012 to the oil pump 41.
