Cutting device for environment-friendly wallboard processing

Abstract

The cutting device comprises a workbench, a through groove is formed in the middle side of the upper end of the workbench, a wallboard is placed on the workbench, a fixing frame is fixedly installed on the left side of the upper end of the workbench, a sliding groove is formed in the upper end of the fixing frame, and an adjusting mechanism is arranged in the sliding groove; and a cutter is fixedly installed at the right end of the adjusting mechanism, an unblocked groove is formed in the right side of the upper end of the workbench, a driving mechanism is arranged in the unblocked groove, and the problem that the production efficiency is low is solved. According to the technical scheme, the cutting device for machining the environment-friendly wallboard is provided. The precise control of the second servo motor enables the rubber scraping plate to automatically move back and forth on the workbench, manual intervention is not needed, and therefore automatic cleaning of chippings is achieved. By means of the automatic cleaning mode, manual cleaning time and labor cost are reduced, manual cleaning is not needed, and production efficiency is improved.
