Side wall force transmission device and using method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of subway station building construction, in particular to a side wall force transmission device. A side wall force transmission device is arranged between a subway enclosure wall and a prefabricated side wall and comprises a grouting bag, the grouting bag is connected with a connecting mechanism, and one side of the grouting bag is connected with a grouting mechanism; one end of the steel wire rope is arranged on the prefabricated side wall; the hanging ring is connected with the grouting bag, the steel wire rope is connected with the hanging ring, the grouting bag is placed at the lower portion of the grouting bag and kept stable, grouting can be conducted in the grouting bag through the grouting pipe connector and the grouting head in sequence through the grouting pump, and after the middle plate is installed, grouting is conducted on the grouting bag in a gap between the enclosure wall and the prefabricated side wall. Filling and force transferring are conducted, a replacement inner support is formed, a stress system with a prefabricated structure as a support is formed, and stress system conversion is achieved; the invention further provides a using method for the side wall force transmission device, and the side wall force transmission device can be conveniently used by operators.
