Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the field of fabric technology, specifically to a woven suede fabric and its preparation process. Background Technology

[0002] Woven suede fabric is a type of fabric with a pleasant hand feel, widely used in clothing, home décor, and automotive interiors due to its unique texture and soft touch. Compared to traditional natural leather, suede fabric offers greater softness and abrasion resistance during production and use, gradually becoming an important product in the modern textile industry. Traditional suede fabric is generally made from synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, processed through spinning, weaving, and dyeing. However, suede fabric produced using traditional methods suffers from poor flame retardancy.

[0003] To address the aforementioned issues and improve the flame-retardant properties of suede fabric, this invention provides a woven suede fabric and its preparation process. Summary of the Invention

[0004] The purpose of this invention is to provide a woven suede fabric and its preparation process to solve the problems raised in the prior art.

[0005] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides the following technical solution:

[0006] A process for preparing woven suede fabric includes the following steps:

[0007] Step 1: Use polyester fiber as the warp and polyurethane fiber as the weft, and weave to obtain the base fabric;

[0008] Step 2: Take polyurethane emulsion, modified metal-organic framework material, organic solvent, dye, and surfactant, and stir evenly to obtain impregnation solution;

[0009] Step 3: Impregnate the base fabric with an impregnation solution for 5-10 minutes. Remove the fabric, introduce a magnetic field with the magnetic field direction and the base fabric horizontal. React for 20-30 minutes, then wash with water and dry to obtain the treated base fabric.

[0010] Step 4: The treated base fabric is needle-punched, heat-set, brushed, and sheared to obtain woven suede fabric.

[0011] A more optimized method for preparing the modified metal-organic framework material is as follows: take the metal-organic framework material, copper sulfate pentahydrate, ferric sulfate heptahydrate, ferric chloride hexahydrate, and deionized water, stir evenly, add phytic acid aqueous solution, stir evenly, then add ammonia aqueous solution dropwise, adjust the pH value to 8.8-9.5, raise the temperature to 65-70℃, react for 4-5 hours, wash with water and dry to obtain the modified metal-organic framework material.

[0012] A more optimized method for preparing the metal-organic framework material is as follows: take hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, 2-methylimidazole, and methanol, and ultrasonically disperse them for 20-30 min to obtain a mixed solution; take zinc nitrate hexahydrate and methanol, and ultrasonically disperse them for 20-30 min, add them to the mixed solution, stir at 25-30℃ for 60-70 min, age for 22-26 h, wash and dry to obtain the metal-organic framework material.

[0013] A more optimized method for preparing the polyurethane emulsion is as follows: Acetone oxime and acetone are taken and stirred evenly to obtain an acetone oxime solution; hydroxypropyl silicone oil, polypropylene glycol, and acetone are taken and stirred evenly, heated to 50-55℃, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate is added, and the reaction is carried out for 2-3 hours; benzoin dimethyl ether is added, and the reaction is carried out for 2-3 hours; the acetone oxime solution is added dropwise, and the reaction is continued for 2-3 hours; the temperature is lowered to 25-30℃, triethylamine is added, and the reaction is carried out for 20-40 minutes; the solvent is removed to obtain a prepolymer; the prepolymer, deionized water, and sodium dodecyl sulfate are taken and emulsified for 30-40 minutes to obtain the polyurethane emulsion.

[0014] More preferably, the impregnation solution includes the following components by weight: 60-70 parts polyurethane emulsion, 4-6 parts modified metal-organic framework material, 4-8 parts organic solvent butyl ester, 1-3 parts dye, and 1-2 parts surfactant.

[0015] In a more optimized manner, in step three, the bath ratio of the base fabric to the impregnation solution is 1:(10-12).

[0016] Ideally, the surfactant is a fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.

[0017] In a more optimized manner, during the weaving process in step one, the warp density is 54-62 threads / cm and the weft density is 36-40 threads / cm.

[0018] Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the present invention are:

[0019] 1. This invention uses an impregnation solution to impregnate a base fabric, preparing a woven suede fabric with excellent flame retardancy. A modified metal-organic framework (MOF) material is added to the impregnation solution. MOFs possess excellent thermal stability. This invention uses 2-methylimidazole and zinc nitrate as raw materials, and then encapsulates hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, which has good flame retardant properties, into the MOF material, further enhancing the flame retardant effect of the MOF material, thereby improving the flame retardant performance of the woven suede fabric.

[0020] 2. This invention uses phytic acid to treat the metal-organic framework material, followed by the addition of copper sulfate pentahydrate. The chelating properties of phytic acid allow for the chelation of more metal ions, resulting in a catalytic carbonization effect. The addition of ferric sulfate heptahydrate and ferric chloride hexahydrate allows the modified metal-organic framework material to be loaded with magnetic iron oxide particles, improving the dispersion of the modified metal-organic framework material in the matrix. After impregnation treatment of the base fabric, a magnetic field is introduced. The magnetic iron oxide particles loaded on the modified metal-organic framework material are then acted upon by the magnetic field, resulting in a uniform distribution on the surface of the base fabric, enhancing the dispersion of the modified metal-organic framework material and thus improving the flame-retardant properties of the woven suede fabric. [0110] experiment

[0111] The woven suede fabrics prepared in Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were subjected to performance tests. The warp tensile breaking strength of the woven suede fabrics was tested; then, their limiting oxygen index was tested to characterize their flame retardant properties. The data obtained are shown in the table below:

[0112] Example 1 1120 32.7 Example 2 1119 32.5 Example 3 1121 32.8 Comparative Example 1 1117 29.1 Comparative Example 2 1116 28.4 Comparative Example 3 1114 29.8

[0113] Conclusion: The data comparison in the table shows that in Comparative Example 1, without phytic acid treatment of the metal-organic framework material, the metal ion loading is reduced, resulting in a decrease in the flame retardancy of the woven suede fabric. In Comparative Example 2, without the addition of ferric sulfate heptahydrate and ferric chloride hexahydrate, the flame retardancy of the woven suede fabric deteriorates. In Comparative Example 3, without the introduction of a magnetic field, the modified metal-organic framework material is unevenly dispersed, leading to a decrease in the flame retardancy of the woven suede fabric. Examples 1 to 3 of this invention used an impregnation solution to impregnate the base fabric, preparing a woven suede fabric with excellent flame retardancy. The addition of a modified metal-organic framework material to the impregnation solution, which possesses excellent thermal stability, further enhances the flame retardant effect of the metal-organic framework material by encapsulating hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene, which has good flame retardant properties, within the metal-organic framework material, thereby improving the flame retardant performance of the woven suede fabric. In Examples 1 to 2 of this invention, phytic acid is used to treat the metal-organic framework (MOF) material, followed by the addition of copper sulfate pentahydrate. The chelating properties of phytic acid allow for the chelation of more metal ions, resulting in a catalytic carbonization effect. The addition of ferric sulfate heptahydrate and ferric chloride hexahydrate allows the modified MOF material to be loaded with magnetic iron oxide (Fe3O4) particles, improving the dispersion of the modified MOF material in the matrix. After impregnation treatment of the base fabric, a magnetic field is introduced. The magnetic iron oxide particles loaded on the modified MOF material are then acted upon by the magnetic field, resulting in a uniform distribution on the base fabric surface, enhancing the dispersion of the modified MOF material and thus improving the flame-retardant properties of the woven suede fabric.
