Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present application relates to the field of production and manufacturing technology, and in particular to a material handling method, device and system. Background Art

[0002] In the existing technology, vehicle automated production systems, especially production lines involving robot execution, usually rely on accurate and stable order information to guide the production process. However, in the actual production environment, order requirements often face multiple uncertainties and dynamic changes, which poses a severe challenge to the flexibility and responsiveness of the production system.

[0003] Specifically, when the upper-level system issues an order with a large demand quantity and a long execution cycle, such orders often involve multiple production links and complex material allocation. During the order execution process, if market demand, supply chain conditions or production plans suddenly change, resulting in a significant increase or decrease in the demand quantity of the original order, the existing production system often finds it difficult to quickly adapt to such changes.

[0004] Traditional processing methods usually include two: one is to directly ignore the change in order quantity and continue to execute according to the original order, which may lead to overproduction or shortage, increase inventory costs or delay delivery; the other is to manually intervene to adjust the tasks being executed, such as pausing the current task, reallocating materials, adjusting the production sequence, etc. This method is not only inefficient, but also prone to errors, which has a serious impact on the continuity and stability of the production line.

[0005] In addition, since different models require different types, quantities and packaging standards of materials, if the order splitting is not fine enough or the rules are not clear, it may also lead to material mismatch, waste or production interruption. Especially in the robot system, once there is an error in material or task allocation, manual intervention and correction are often required, which not only increases labor costs, but also reduces production efficiency and automation level. [0113] The following will be combined with the drawings in the embodiments of the present application to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present application, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field based on the present application belong to the scope of protection of the present application.

[0114] In the field of vehicle production, with the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and industrial automation technology, the efficient operation and flexibility of production lines have become the key to improving production efficiency and responding to market changes. In the traditional vehicle production process, order management often relies on batch processing, that is, arranging production plans according to the overall production demand issued by the upstream system (such as a certain number of a certain model of car). However, this method is particularly rigid when facing rapid fluctuations in market demand or adjustments in specific order requirements, and it is easy to cause a series of problems.

[0115] In vehicle production practice, we often encounter such a situation: the upstream system places an order containing a large number of vehicle production requirements to the downstream production line, that is, the robot system used to produce vehicles, based on market forecasts or customer reservations. Since vehicle production involves complex process flows, including stamping, welding, painting, assembly and other links, and each link is highly dependent on the other, the execution cycle of a single order is often long.

[0116] However, the market environment is changing rapidly, and customer needs may also change accordingly. For example, the market demand for a hot-selling model suddenly surges, and the production quantity needs to be temporarily increased; or due to changes in the supply chain, a certain component is in short supply, resulting in the need to reduce the production of some models in the original production plan. When these changes occur, if the materials used to produce and complete the order are still moved according to the original order, the following problems will be encountered:

[0117] Question 1: If the dynamic changes in order quantity are not responded to in a timely manner and the handling operation is still carried out according to the original order, once material shortages are found or the production line capacity has reached its upper limit during the handling process, the system will automatically report an error, resulting in the interruption of the material handling task. It may also trigger a chain reaction in subsequent production links, affecting the stability and efficiency of the overall production.

[0118] Problem 2: In order to cope with changes in order quantity, material handling systems often need to be adjusted urgently, such as replanning the handling route, reallocating handling tasks, etc. However, these adjustments are often highly dependent on manual intervention, requiring manual reconfiguration of system parameters and monitoring of the handling process, which not only increases labor costs, but may also reduce handling efficiency due to human errors and even affect product quality.

[0119] Problem 3: Unreasonable material handling planning may also directly lead to material waste. For example, when orders for a certain model suddenly decrease, semi-finished products or parts that have been moved to the production line or storage area may be piled up because they cannot be used in time, resulting in idle and wasteful material resources. In addition, frequent handling adjustments may also increase the risk of material loss and damage, further reducing the utilization rate of material resources.

[0120] In order to reduce manual intervention, improve the success rate and efficiency of material handling, and effectively avoid material waste, thereby improving product production efficiency and product quality, and to solve the above-mentioned problems 1, 2, and 3, the present application embodiment provides a material handling method applied to a robot system, see Figure 1 , Figure 1 A schematic diagram of a material handling method provided in an embodiment of the present application, the method comprising:

[0121] S101, receiving first order data sent by an upstream system.

[0122] The first order data includes a first quantity and a target product identifier, the target product identifier is used to indicate the target product to be produced, and the first quantity is used to indicate the quantity of the target product to be produced;

[0123] S102, searching for each material identification corresponding to the first product as a target material identification.

[0124] S103: For each target material identifier, generate second order data corresponding to a plurality of target material identifiers according to the first quantity.

[0125] Each second order data includes a second quantity and a target material identifier, the sum of the second quantities of all second order data is equal to the first quantity, and each second quantity is not greater than a preset threshold.

[0126] S104, for each target material identifier, searching for a point corresponding to the target material identifier as the target point corresponding to the target material identifier.

[0127] S105, for each second order data, controlling the movable robot to take the first target quantity of target materials and transport them to the target location.

[0128] Among them, the first target quantity is the second quantity in the second order data, the target material is the material represented by the target material identifier in the second order data, and the target point is the target point corresponding to the target material identifier in the second order data.

[0129] By applying the above embodiment, the order requirements of the upstream system are received, the target products and their quantities to be produced are accurately parsed, the specific materials required to produce the target products are determined, and the large batch orders for a specific material are split into multiple small batches and second orders of precise quantity. Even if the order quantity changes, only the small orders at the back of the order need to be adjusted, ensuring that the material handling can quickly adapt to the dynamic changes in the order quantity, effectively avoiding task interruptions caused by material shortages or the upper limit of the production line capacity, thereby ensuring the stability and efficiency of the overall production, and solving the above-mentioned problem one. The method realizes the automation of the entire process from order reception to material handling, reduces the need for manual allocation of handling tasks and monitoring of the handling process, not only greatly reduces the labor cost, but also significantly reduces the handling efficiency and product quality problems caused by human errors by reducing human factors, improves the success rate of material handling and the reliability of the overall production line, and solves the above-mentioned problem two. By accurately controlling the material quantity and handling target point of each handling task, the backlog and waste of materials are effectively avoided. When the order quantity changes, the system can quickly adjust the handling plan to ensure that the materials can be transferred or reallocated in time, thereby improving the utilization rate of material resources and reducing the idleness and waste of material resources. At the same time, reducing frequent handling adjustments also reduces the risk of material loss and damage, solving the aforementioned problem three. In summary, through intelligent material handling, manual intervention is reduced, the success rate and efficiency of material handling are improved, and material waste is effectively avoided, thereby improving product production efficiency and product quality.

[0130] In order to explain the above steps S101 to S105 in more detail, the following will be combined with the material handling system to elaborate on the complete operation process from sending the first order from the upstream system to the completion of the order by the mobile robot:

[0131] Before describing the complete operation process, the material handling system provided in the embodiment of the present application is described first. Figure 2 , Figure 2 The structural diagram of the material handling system provided in the embodiment of the present application is that the material handling system 201 includes an upstream system 2011, a robot system 2012 and a movable robot 2013. Communication connections are established between the upstream system 2011 and the robot system 2012, and between the robot system 2012 and the movable robot 2013. In order to improve the material handling efficiency, there can be multiple movable robots.

[0132] The complete operation process will be described below in conjunction with the material handling system 201. Figure 3 , Figure 3 The flow chart of material handling provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:

[0133] S301, the upstream system receives the main line production task information, that is, the upstream system receives the main line production task information configured by the user.

[0134] S302, after the upstream system completes the production task setting, it sends a completion signal to the robot system equipment access service module.

[0135] S303, after receiving the completion signal, the robot system access service module reads the upstream system order information, which is equivalent to the aforementioned step S101.

[0136] The order information is the first order data in the aforementioned step S101. The first order data can be obtained in a flexible and diverse manner. The robot system can actively request and obtain the first order data from the upstream system after receiving the completion signal sent by the upstream system. The upstream system can also actively send the first order data to the robot system based on business needs or preset rules. The specific choice of this acquisition method is not specifically limited here.

[0137] The first order data includes the first quantity and the target product identifier. The target product identifier is used to uniquely indicate the target product to be produced. It may be in the form of text, letters, numbers, barcodes, QR codes or other encoding forms. The first quantity is used to indicate the quantity of the target product to be produced, that is, the planned quantity.

[0138] The target product can be any product that can be produced on any production line, including but not limited to vehicles (such as cars, motorcycles, etc.), food (such as bread, beverages, etc.), clothing (such as shirts, pants, etc.) and various industrial products, consumer products, etc.

[0139] The first order data may also include the task number and remaining quantity of the production task. When the target product is a vehicle, the product identification may also include the vehicle model (equivalent to the vehicle model code) and the vehicle sub-model (equivalent to the configuration code). For example, the vehicle includes three models: 10, 20, and 30, of which model 10 includes two sub-models: 001 and 002. The first order data may be sent to the robot system in the form of a string. The information included in the first order data is arranged in any order, as long as the upstream system and the robot system can recognize the order data. Taking the target product as a vehicle as an example, the first order data may be 202309260110001100100. For ease of understanding, see Figure 4 , Figure 4A schematic diagram of the first order data provided for an embodiment of the present application. Wherein, 2023092601 is the task number, which is used to indicate that the task is the 01st task created on September 26, 2023, 10 is the vehicle model, 001 is the vehicle sub-model, 100 is the first quantity, and 100 is the remaining quantity. The first order data corresponding to the second row of data in the figure is 202309260210002100100, where 2023092602 is the task number, which is used to indicate that the task is the 02nd task created on September 26, 2023, 10 is the vehicle model, 002 is the vehicle sub-model, 100 is the first quantity, and 100 is the remaining quantity.

[0140] S304, the robot system parsing module parses the read order information according to the agreed rules, that is, the first quantity and the target product identifier are obtained by parsing.

[0141] S305, the robot system matches materials according to the material relationship configuration table corresponding to the vehicle model, which is equivalent to the aforementioned step S102.

[0142] Materials are the basic raw materials that make up the target product. Taking the target product as a vehicle, these materials cover all the key components of the vehicle, such as the front cover, tail cover, left front door, right front door, left rear door and right rear door. The material identification is a unique code, also known as the material code, which is used to clearly identify the specific materials required to produce a specific target product. This identification is consistent with the target product identification in form and can be in the form of text, letters, numbers, barcodes, QR codes or any other coding form. Taking the front cover, tail cover, left front door, right front door, left rear door and right rear door as examples, if the material identification is in text form, then they are directly identified by the names of "front cover", "tail cover", "left front door", "right front door", "left rear door" and "right rear door".

[0143] Step S102 searches for each material identifier corresponding to the target product. As the target material identifier, it can be searched in the first product material configuration table. The first product material configuration table is a configuration file agreed upon and deployed in advance by the upstream system and the robot system. It exists in these two systems and can be presented in any form. This configuration table records in detail the correspondence between the product identifier and the material identifier. In addition, it can also include the specific name of the material pointed to by the material identifier. Taking the target product as a vehicle as an example, see Figure 5 , Figure 5A schematic diagram of the material configuration table of the first product provided in an embodiment of the present application, wherein the material name is the front cover, and its material identification is 401, and the corresponding product identification includes the vehicle model and the vehicle sub-model, the vehicle model is 10, and the vehicle sub-model is 001; the material name is the rear cover, and its material identification is 402, the vehicle model is 10, and the vehicle sub-model is 001, and the configuration information of other materials also follows a similar pattern, that is, each material has a unique material identification and is associated with a specific product identification (including the vehicle model and the vehicle sub-model).

[0144] After obtaining the target product identifier contained in the first order data, the robot system can use the target product identifier to search the first product material configuration table to obtain the material identifier of the required material as the target material identifier.

[0145] S306, the robot system splits the original order according to the benchmark and generates a secondary order, which is equivalent to the aforementioned step S103, that is, splitting the large-volume first order for a specific material into multiple small-volume second orders.

[0146] The secondary order is the second order mentioned above. Before splitting the first order data, it is necessary to first determine the quantity of a specific material on the production line that can be carried by the online point where the material needs to be placed, that is, the number of packages that can be accommodated for each material corresponding to the online point, that is, the preset capacity number. The preset capacity number is related to the space size of the corresponding online point and the size of the material.

[0147] It can be a configuration file that is agreed upon and deployed in advance by the upstream system and the robot system and records the number of packages received at each material corresponding to the online point. For example, it can be expressed in the form of a chart. For example, the target product is a vehicle. See Figure 6 , Figure 6 A schematic diagram of the standard packaging capacity of materials provided in the embodiment of the present application, the diagram records the packaging capacity of each material corresponding to the online point, the preset capacity of the front cover, left front door, right front door, left rear door and right rear door corresponding to the online point is 9 pieces, and the preset capacity of the tail cover material corresponding to the online point is 8 pieces. The diagram can also record the production rhythm and packaging rhythm, where the production rhythm is the time required for a vehicle on the production line to flow through the online point. Here, the production rhythm of each material is 90 seconds, that is, the time from the start of material collection, movement, installation, to the start of the next material collection is 90 seconds. The packaging cycle refers to the time used to take out the preset number of materials. Taking the front cover, left front door, right front door, left rear door and right rear door as examples, the packaging cycle is 13.5 minutes, which is calculated as 90*9÷60=13.5 minutes. Taking the tail cover as an example, the packaging cycle is 12 minutes, which is calculated as 90*8÷60=12 minutes.

[0148] For each target material identifier, first determine the preset threshold value for the corresponding online point, and split the first order data according to the preset threshold value. In a possible embodiment, the preset threshold value may be the preset capacity quantity of the online point corresponding to each target material identifier. Then, based on the preset capacity quantity, split the first order data into a plurality of second order data, each of which includes a second quantity and a corresponding target material identifier.

[0149] In a possible embodiment, the second quantity may be any quantity not greater than the preset capacity. Taking the target product as a vehicle as an example, the preset capacity corresponding to each material identifier is 9. Figure 7 , Figure 7 The first schematic diagram of order data provided in the embodiment of the present application, taking the task number 2023092601 as an example, the first order data can be split into 13 second order data, specifically, the second quantity of the first 12 second order data is 8, and the second quantity of the 13th second order data is 4. However, this method may cause unbalanced material distribution or leave underutilized space at some online points, causing the online points to be idle, thereby wasting resources and reducing the efficiency of material handling.

[0150] Based on this, in another possible embodiment, in order to avoid the online point being vacant and thus improve resource utilization, the first order data can be split into N second order data arranged in a first preset order for each target material identifier. Among them, the second quantity in the first second order data to the N-1 second order data arranged in the first preset order is equal to the preset capacity number, and the second quantity in the Nth second order data is T-(N-1)*r, T is the first quantity, r is the preset capacity number, and N is greater than 0, that is, each online point is preferentially allocated with the maximum number of materials that it can accommodate. Among them, the first preset order can be set in various ways, for example, it can be sorted according to the second quantity of each second order data, specifically in an increasing order from small to large, or in a decreasing order from large to small. In addition, this order can also be determined according to any other reasonable logic or rule.

[0151] See also Figure 8 , Figure 8 A second schematic diagram of order data provided in an embodiment of the present application, Figure 8 For the general Figure 4The second order data obtained by splitting the first order data in , taking the product with vehicle model 10 and vehicle sub-model 001 as an example, 12 second order data are obtained after splitting. Among them, the first second order data retains the same task number as the first order data, that is, 2023092601, and adds "01" as an identifier, indicating that it is the first second order data obtained after splitting. The vehicle model and vehicle sub-model of this order are consistent with the original order, and the second quantity is 9. The subsequent second order data are successively identified as 202309260102, 202309260103, etc., until the last one, that is, the 12th second order data, is identified as 202309260112, and its second quantity may vary according to the remaining material quantity. The first quantity is 100, and the sum of the second quantities of the first 11 second order data is 99, so the second quantity of the 12th second order data is 1.

[0152] The second order data obtained by splitting the product whose vehicle model is 10 and vehicle sub-model is 002 also follows similar naming and splitting rules, which will not be repeated in detail here.

[0153] Corresponding to the second order data obtained by the above splitting and arranged in the first preset order, when the subsequent movable robot performs the handling task, it will also transport the target materials of the first target quantity in each second order data according to the first preset order, and the first target quantity is the second quantity in the second order data.

[0154] By applying the above embodiment, for each target material identifier, multiple second order data arranged in the first preset order can be efficiently and accurately generated based on the initial first quantity, the second quantities of the first N-1 second order data are set to be equal to the preset capacity, and the second quantity of the Nth second order data is flexibly adjusted according to the remaining quantity, which helps to optimize storage and transportation efficiency, so that each order data can make full use of space or carrying capacity, avoiding waste of resources. In addition, according to the first preset order, the mobile robot can sequentially and orderly pick up the specified quantity of target materials for each second order data and transport them to the target point, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of material handling.

[0155] During the entire process of material handling, the robot system will continuously monitor the dynamic changes of the first order data. Once the quantity of the first order is found to have changed, the robot system will adjust the second order data accordingly to ensure the smooth progress of the production process, which is divided into the following two situations:

[0156] Case 1: Increase in order quantity

[0157] When it is detected that the first quantity in the first order data is increased to the third quantity, in a possible embodiment, the increased order quantity, that is, the difference between the third quantity and the first quantity, can be split into multiple order data according to the preset capacity corresponding to the target material identifier as the third order data corresponding to the target material identifier. Figure 4 Take the order in as an example. In response to the change in business demand, the first quantity 100 of the task number "2023092601" is increased by the third quantity 150. The adjusted second order data can be found in Fig. 9 , Fig. 9 The third schematic diagram of the order data provided for the embodiment of the present application adds 6 third order data, namely "202309260113", "202309260114", ... "202309260117", and "202309260118". The fourth quantity of the first 5 third order data is 9, and the fourth quantity of the 6th third order data is 5.

[0158] In another possible embodiment, in order to maximize the use of the storage space of each online point and avoid waste of resources, first, for each target material identifier, the second quantity in all the corresponding second order data is adjusted upward, but it is ensured that the adjusted second quantity does not exceed the preset storage number. That is, when the order quantity increases, the second order data whose original second quantity does not reach the preset storage number are supplemented first, until their second quantity is equal to the preset storage number.

[0159] Subsequently, for each target material identifier, at least one order data is generated according to the third quantity and the sum of the second quantities in each second order data corresponding to the target material identifier, as the third order data corresponding to the target material identifier. Wherein, each third order data includes the fourth quantity and the target material identifier, the sum of the second quantities after the increase of all the second order data corresponding to each target material identifier and the sum of the fourth quantities in all the third order data are equal to the third quantity, and each fourth quantity is not greater than the preset capacity number, that is, the remaining order quantity in the newly added order quantity after the second quantity is supplemented is split according to the preset capacity number to obtain at least one third order data.

[0160] See also Fig.10 , Fig.10A fourth schematic diagram of order data is provided for an embodiment of the present application. In the figure, the second quantity of the second order data with task number "202309260112" increases from 1 to 8 and becomes 9. The remaining number of new orders is 42, because the splitting obtains 5 third order data, namely "202309260113"... "202309260116" and "202309260117". The fourth quantities of the first 4 third order data are 9, and the fourth quantity of the 5th third order data is 6.

[0161] The order data can also display the execution status of each order data, see Fig.11 , Fig.11 The fifth schematic diagram of the order data provided for the embodiment of the present application includes completion, online point (i.e., the material has been transported to the online point), in transit (i.e., the material is on the way to the online point), to be transported, new (i.e., used to identify new orders), etc.

[0162] Corresponding to the increase in the above-mentioned response order quantity, the second order data and the third order data are adjusted. When the mobile robot subsequently performs the task of transporting the material corresponding to the target material identification, the target materials of the first target quantity in the second order data are given priority to be transported. After all the target materials of the first target quantity in the second order data are transported to the target location, the step of transporting the second target quantity in the third order data to the target location is executed. The second target quantity is the fourth quantity in the third order data.

[0163] By applying the above embodiment, when the first quantity in the first order data increases to the third quantity, the second quantity in the corresponding second order data can be intelligently adjusted for each target material identifier to ensure that the adjusted quantity does not exceed the preset capacity, thereby effectively utilizing resources and avoiding resource waste. Next, at least one third order data is generated for the remaining orders in the newly added order. This series of intelligent processing not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of order splitting, but also ensures the smooth progress of subsequent handling operations. During the handling process, materials in the order data whose quantity is equal to the preset capacity are preferentially handled, which greatly improves the automation level and efficiency of material handling.

[0164] Case 2: Decrease in order quantity

[0165] When it is detected that the first quantity in the first order data is reduced to the fifth quantity, for each target material identifier, according to the fifth quantity, delete the second order data corresponding to at least one target material identifier in a second preset order opposite to the first preset order, wherein the sum of the second quantities in the remaining second order data is not less than the fifth quantity, and the difference with the fifth quantity is less than the preset capacity number, and according to the second preset order, the second quantity of the first second order data in the remaining second order data is reduced by the difference between the sum of the second quantities in the remaining second order data and the fifth quantity.

[0166] With the aforementioned Figure 4 For example, in response to changes in business needs, the first quantity 100 of the task number "2023092601" is reduced by the fifth quantity 50. Figure 8 The second order data with the task number "2023092601" before adjustment are deleted. The 6 second order data with the task numbers "202309260112", "202309260111", "202309260110" ... "202309260107" are deleted. After deleting the above 6 second order data, the sum of the second quantities in the remaining second order data is 54, and the difference between the sum of the second quantities in the second order data and the fifth quantity is 4. Then the second quantity of the second order data with the task number "202309260106" is reduced to 5. The adjusted second order data is shown in Fig.12 , Fig.12 A sixth schematic diagram of order data provided in an embodiment of the present application.

[0167] By applying the above embodiment, in response to the first quantity in the first order data being adjusted to the fifth quantity, the order data in the second order data whose second quantity is not greater than the preset capacity number can be deleted preferentially, and then the second quantity of the first order data in the remaining second order data can be adaptively reduced, so that the sum of the second quantities of the second order data finally obtained is the same as the reduced demand quantity, which not only improves the flexibility and efficiency of order splitting, but also effectively utilizes resources, avoids resource waste, significantly enhances material handling efficiency, and improves production efficiency.

[0168] S307, the robot system allocates inventory to the corresponding online materials for the secondary order and generates a delivery task, which is equivalent to the aforementioned steps S104-S105. The delivery task is a transport task, which includes the materials to be transported, the quantity of the materials to be transported, and the point where the materials to be transported arrive.

[0169] For the material identification of the material to be transported, the point corresponding to the material identification can be found in the material matching rule table, and the point found is the point where the material to be transported arrives.

[0170] In order to further ensure the accuracy of the points found, the material matching rule table also records the product identification and the correspondence between the product identification and the points. When searching for the target point in the material matching rule table, the point corresponding to the target material identification and the target product identification can be used as the target point.

[0171] Still taking the target product as a vehicle as an example, see Fig.13 , Fig.13 A schematic diagram of a material matching rule table provided in an embodiment of the present application, Fig.13 The upper part of the figure is the starting point of each material on the vehicle on the production line. The direction of the main line, i.e. the production line, is from the rear door of the vehicle to the tail cover or front cover of the vehicle. The point number is represented by the point number. The points corresponding to the front cover of the material are C11 and C12, the points corresponding to the tail cover are C21 and C22, the points corresponding to the left front door are C31 and C32, the points corresponding to the right front door are C41 and C42, the points corresponding to the left rear door are C51 and C52, and the points corresponding to the right rear door are C61 and C62. Fig.13 The lower middle part is the vehicle represented by each vehicle identification, the materials required to produce the vehicle, and the corresponding points of the materials. The production of 10 models, 20 models, and 30 models all require the front cover, left front door, right front door, left rear door, and right rear door. Only the 30 model requires the tail cover. The 10 models and 20 models do not require the tail cover. Taking the target product identification as "10 model" and the target material identification as "tail cover" as an example, when looking for the point corresponding to the material tail cover in the material matching rule table, the target product identification can be checked according to the material matching rule table, and it can be found that the vehicle with the target product identification as "10 model" does not need the tail cover during the production process, thus avoiding transportation errors.

[0172] By applying the above embodiment, the correspondence between product identification and location is recorded through the material matching rule table, and precise matching is performed in combination with the target material identification and the target product identification, which effectively improves the accuracy of determining the material handling location, avoids handling errors caused by incorrect location determination, and thereby improves the accuracy and efficiency of material handling.

[0173] After the target point corresponding to the target material identifier is found according to the material matching rule table, the transport task is executed, that is, step S308 is executed.

[0174] S308, the robot system dispatches the mobile robot to perform the transport task, which is equivalent to the aforementioned step S105.

[0175] When performing material handling tasks, in a possible embodiment, for each second order data, the movable robot can be controlled to pick up any first target quantity of target materials and transport them to the target location. However, in this way, since there is no basis for the handling process, it is likely to cause chaos in the handling process, resulting in low material handling efficiency. In addition, since the production cycle is often long, the quality or quality of some materials may gradually decline over time, resulting in unstable quality of the products produced.

[0176] Based on this, in another possible embodiment, a second product material configuration table is also pre-stored in the robot system, and the second product material configuration table is used to record the correspondence between the material identifier, the material represented by the material identifier, and the production sequence. The second product material configuration table and the first product material configuration table may exist in the form of two independent tables, or may be two sub-product material configuration tables of the product material configuration table.

[0177] Still taking the target product as a vehicle and the target material as a front cover as an example, see Fig.14 , Fig.14 This is a first schematic diagram of a material configuration table for a second product provided in an embodiment of the present application. Fig.14 The production order of the front cover from top to bottom in the table is from small to large. When performing the material handling task, the robot system can control the movable robot to take the first target quantity of target materials according to the production order of each target material and transport them to the target point, that is, to take the first target quantity of target materials and transport them to the target point in the order of production order "0001", "0002"... "000K". Among them, K is the number of all materials corresponding to the target material identifier in the second product material configuration table.

[0178] By applying the above-mentioned embodiments, the movable robot is controlled to carry the target materials in the production order, which improves the standardization and efficiency of the material handling, ensures that the materials are delivered to the target points in a timely and accurate manner according to the predetermined production order, improves the efficiency of material handling, and carries the materials in the production order, while fully considering the possibility that the material quality may change over time. By pre-planning and strictly carrying the materials in accordance with the production order, the adverse effects on product quality caused by the decline of material quality can be minimized, thereby improving the quality of the products produced.

[0179] It is understandable that the production sequence of materials depends on factors such as the production date of the materials. Therefore, in order to more accurately represent the production sequence of each material, the second product material configuration table can record the correspondence between the material identification, production date and batch number, which should take precedence over the production date during transportation.

[0180] Still taking the target product as a vehicle and the target material as a front cover as an example, see Fig.15 , Fig.15 A second schematic diagram of a second product material configuration table provided in an embodiment of the present application, Fig.14 In the table, the production date of the front cover is from early to late, and the batch number is from small to large from top to bottom. When performing the material handling task, the robot system can control the mobile robot to pick up the first target quantity of target materials and transport them to the target location in the order of the production date of each target material from early to late and the batch number from small to large, that is, according to Fig.14 Take the first target quantity of target materials from the top to the bottom in the table and transport them to the target location.

[0181] In addition to the above-mentioned production date and batch number, the second product material configuration table may also record the correspondence between the material identification, production date, batch number and specific production time (accurate to seconds).

[0182] By applying the above embodiment, a second product material configuration table is used to record the correspondence between material identification, production date and batch number, and based on this correspondence, the mobile robot is accurately controlled to pick up the first target quantity of target materials and transport them to the target location in the order of production date from early to late and batch number from small to large. This not only ensures the first-in-first-out principle of material use, effectively avoids the use of expired or long-term backlog materials, but also ensures the traceability of the material handling process, greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of material handling, and reduces human errors and material waste.

[0183] In order to avoid interruption or delay in material handling, during the material handling process, taking the handling of the target material in the second order data as an example, for each current second order data, the mobile robot is controlled to pick up the first target quantity of the target material and transport it to the target location, wherein the current second order data is initially the first M second order data in the first preset sequence. In response to the mobile robot completing the handling of the first target quantity of the target material in the second order data, the X+1 second order data in the first preset sequence, X+1 is used as the new X, as the new current second order data, and the step of controlling the mobile robot to pick up the first target quantity of the target material and transport it to the target location for each current second order data is returned, wherein X is M initially.

[0184] Exemplarily, assume that there are 10 second order data, which are arranged in the first preset order as order numbers "001" to "010". Initially, M=3 is set, which means that the mobile robot starts to carry the first 3 orders (i.e., order numbers 001, 002, and 003). The system controls the mobile robot to start carrying the materials corresponding to order 001, order 002, and order 003 to the target location. Update the current order data. When the robot completes the carrying task of order 003, the system updates the current second order data. At this time, X=3 (because X=M=3 at the beginning), so the new current second order data is order 004 (i.e., the X+1=4th order data in the first preset order). The system controls the robot to start carrying the materials corresponding to order 004 to the target location. Whenever an order is processed, the system will update the value of X in the above manner and continue to process the next order until all orders are processed.

[0185] By applying the above embodiment, every time the robot completes a material handling task of an order data, the system can automatically update the current second order data and use the next order data in the first preset order as the new current task. This dynamic update mechanism ensures the continuity and smoothness of material handling, avoids task interruption or task accumulation, and improves the efficiency of material handling.

[0186] S309, the mobile robot transports the material shelf to the online point, which is equivalent to the aforementioned step S105.

[0187] S310, the robot system access service module reports the online shelf material information to the upstream system.

[0188] S311, the upstream system verifies the online material information reported by the robot system.

[0189] S312, check whether the information is correct, if correct, execute step S313, if wrong, execute step S314.

[0190] S313, the upstream system sends the correct verification result to the robot system access service module.

[0191] S314, the upstream system feedbacks the abnormal verification result, the robot system PAD (handheld operating device) displays abnormal information, and the material collection is manually suspended; the current production task information and the execution status of the robot delivery task are manually checked to adjust the delivery.

[0192] The above steps S310 to S314 are to verify by the upstream system whether the material identification of the target material carried to the target point by the mobile robot, the point identification used to indicate the target point, and the target product identification correspond to each other. Specifically, after the mobile robot takes the first target quantity of target materials and carries them to the target point, the robot system sends the material identification of the target material, the point identification used to indicate the target point, and the target product identification to the upstream system. The upstream system verifies the reported material identification, point identification, and target product identification, and sends the verification result to the robot system.

[0193] If the verification result is normal, it is confirmed that the mobile robot has completed the transportation of the first target quantity of the target materials in the second order data. If it is abnormal, the staff will verify the cause of the abnormality and make adjustments.

[0194] By applying the above embodiment, after completing the task of transporting the target material, the mobile robot can automatically send the material identification, point identification and target product identification to the upstream system for verification, thereby ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the transportation, and enhancing the reliability and traceability of material transportation, which helps to realize the automation and intelligent management of the production process.

[0195] S315, the robot system PAD displays the material information of the online point shelf.

[0196] S316, the lineside operator selects a point on the robot system PAD interface, see the above Fig.13 , the same material corresponds to two different points. Therefore, when assembling the material at the upstream point to the main line, you need to manually select the point where the material that needs to be assembled to the main line is located.

[0197] Among them, line-side workers refer to staff who work on the production line and are responsible for a certain link in the production process, such as assembly and testing.

[0198] S317, the lineside worker takes the shelf materials and assembles them onto the main line. For example, if the point selected by the lineside worker in the aforementioned step S316 is C11, the front cover on the online point C11 is assembled onto the main line.

[0199] S318: After the line worker completes picking according to the quantity displayed on the robot system PAD, he / she clicks Confirm and Submit.

[0200] In this step, the robot system PAD displays two point information on the left and right split screens, such as C11 and C12. The point information includes the vehicle model, the first quantity, and the actual quantity (i.e., the quantity assembled to the main line). The line workers assemble the materials to the main line strictly according to the quantity prompted by the robot system. After completing the assembly, the robot system automatically closes the currently completed second order data, i.e., the status of the current second order data is changed to completed.

[0201] S319, the robot system generates a shelf return task;

[0202] S320, the robot system dispatches the mobile robot to perform the handling task, that is, after all the materials at the online points are loaded onto the main line, the robot system dispatches the mobile robot to carry the empty material shelves back to the warehouse.

[0203] S321, the mobile robot carries the material shelves back to the warehouse.

[0204] S322, the robot system updates the inventory.

[0205] The above steps S310 to S322 are the complete operation process of material transportation and assembling the materials to the main line.

[0206] Corresponding to the aforementioned material handling method, the present application embodiment further provides a material handling device applied to a robot system, see Fig.16 , Fig.16 The structural schematic diagram of the material handling device provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:

[0207] The receiving module 1601 is used to receive first order data sent by an upstream system, wherein the first order data includes a first quantity and a target product identifier, the target product identifier is used to indicate the target product to be produced, and the first quantity is used to indicate the quantity of the target product to be produced;

[0208] A matching module 1602 is used to search for each material identifier corresponding to the target product as a target material identifier;

[0209] The splitting module 1603 is used to generate, for each target material identifier, a plurality of second order data corresponding to the target material identifier according to the first quantity, wherein each second order data includes a second quantity and the target material identifier, a sum of the second quantities of all the second order data is equal to the first quantity, and each second quantity is not greater than a preset threshold;

[0210] A search module 1604 is used to search for a point corresponding to each target material identifier as a target point corresponding to the target material identifier;

[0211] The execution module 1605 is used to control the movable robot to take the first target quantity of the target material and transport it to the target location for each of the second order data, wherein the first target quantity is the second quantity in the second order data, the target material is the material represented by the target material identifier in the second order data, and the target location is the target location corresponding to the target material identifier in the second order data.

[0212] By applying the above embodiment, the order requirements of the upstream system are received, the target products and their quantities to be produced are accurately parsed, the specific materials required to produce the target products are determined, and the large batch orders for a specific material are split into multiple small batches and second orders of precise quantity. The whole process from order reception to material handling is automated, reducing the need for manual allocation of handling tasks and monitoring of the handling process, which not only greatly reduces labor costs, but also significantly reduces the decline in handling efficiency and product quality problems caused by human errors by reducing human factors, improves the success rate of material handling and the reliability of the overall production line, and solves the above-mentioned problem two. In summary, through intelligent and automated material handling, manual intervention is reduced, the success rate and efficiency of material handling are improved, and material waste is effectively avoided, thereby improving product production efficiency and product quality.
