Description

1. Technical Field

[0001] It belongs to the technical field of rural coal-to-electricity electric heating. 2. Background Technology

[0002] The commonly used method for coal-to-electricity electric heating is to install an electric boiler to drive the radiator for heating. It has many advantages, such as: neat; small space; labor-saving and trouble-free; the temperature can be guaranteed without lighting a fire at night. But there are also many disadvantages. ① Weak heat storage capacity and low electric heating efficiency: the total water storage capacity of the electric boiler and the radiator is very small, so the heat storage capacity is weak; the heat of the electric boiler is basically released indoors at night. While maintaining the indoor temperature, a considerable part of the heat will be lost to the outdoors through heat conduction, etc., resulting in the electric boiler being powered off during the day. Only the limited heat accumulated indoors at night can resist the severe cold, so the temperature during the day is difficult to maintain, resulting in a lot of electricity consumption, very cold during the day, and low electric heating efficiency throughout the day. ② High household cost: 2,000 yuan for a 6-kilowatt electric boiler, 500 yuan for installation, 1,000 yuan for circulating pumps, radiators, circulating pipes, water tanks, and other accessories, a total of about 3,500 yuan, which is also a considerable expense for some farmers with financial difficulties, not to mention that this set of equipment must have a service life. ③ Regular maintenance and necessary repairs are required: the wiring and switch screws of electric boilers must be tightened regularly, and the circulation system needs to be frequently derusted; sometimes there are also circulation pump and pipeline fault repairs, etc. These operations are difficult for some farmers to do.

[0003] This equipment uses electric heating rods to heat water in a cylinder. The hot water and steam are cooled and circulated in a closed space composed of the cylinder and supporting facilities, releasing and storing heat, thereby increasing the indoor temperature. It has many special advantages over electric boilers:

[0004] 1. Stores a lot of heat, releases heat slowly and lasts long

[0005] A large or medium tank can store 100-200kg of water and can be heated to nearly 100℃. While releasing heat instantly, a large amount of heat is also stored. If electricity is supplied continuously for one night, there will still be residual heat after releasing heat for one day.

[0006] 2. Easy to operate and use

[0007] You can add water by connecting to the tap or manually. The position of the electric heating cylinder can be flexibly set and changed according to needs. The hot water is large and can be released at any time for washing clothes, bathing, washing vegetables, washing dishes, etc., and it is convenient to add water.

[0008] 3. Low entry cost

[0009] The installation of a 6-kilowatt electric boiler costs about 3,500 yuan, while an electric cylinder heating component only costs 400-500 yuan. In addition, every rural household today has idle large and medium cylinders, which can effectively reduce the economic burden of low-income farmers and provide a low-cost condition for low-income farmers to enjoy high-quality modern life.

[0010] 4. Eliminate maintenance procedures

[0011] The components of this device are both cheap and durable. Generally, only the heating rod needs to be replaced, and basically no other maintenance is required.

[0012] 5. Easy maintenance

[0013] Since it is almost a closed cycle, there is almost no loss of water in the tank (except for manual draining), and there is no need for rust removal, and there is no circuit, waterway or water pump maintenance.

[0014] 6. Create a special and pleasant space

[0015] When it's cold, or people who are particularly afraid of cold can sit around the big vat to keep warm and eat--------, which fully demonstrates the superiority of modern civilization and the livable living conditions, and gives people a special sense of satisfaction in the cold winter.

[0016] 7. Return to the past and nature to promote the revitalization of old industries

[0017] Large vats have gradually faded out of the lives of modern people. A large vat that can release heat will undoubtedly give people a sense of returning to the ancient times. Once this equipment is widely used, it will bring new vitality to the traditional vat making industry. III. Summary of the invention

[0018] The components of the "Electric Cylinder Heating Equipment" include: large cylinder, bracket (frame of the equipment), film ring assembly (film support ring, film lining, air retention film), sealing booster assembly (lower pressure ring iron, cylinder bottom pad and pressure belt), siphon system (siphon tube and siphon outer tube), upper platform, etc., as well as necessary auxiliary tools. The specific structure and function of each component are as follows:

[0019] 1. Cylinder bottom pad and hanging straps: There are 4-6 hanging straps evenly spaced upward around the large cylinder bottom pad, which are used to pull the lower pressure ring iron downward.

[0020] 2. Bracket ( Figure 2b ): The bracket consists of two vertical pipes, an upper bracket ring and two sets of retractable legs.

[0021] The upper part of the vertical pipe in the cylinder is provided with a disassembled upper section of the vertical pipe and an upper bracket ring with the top end fixed by the central axis. Each connection is fixed by a top (screw) thread.

[0022] The vertical pipe in the cylinder is provided with three horizontal retractable legs near the cylinder bottom and the cylinder edge, and is evenly supported on the corresponding cylinder walls.

[0023] Support leg( Figure 2a ) is as follows: completely screw the nut into the hexagonal cap of the 0.5cm thick 5cm long through-thread screw; in a straight line with the screw, weld a 10-20cm long, 6mm thick steel bar from the center of the top plane of the hexagonal cap of the screw (opposite to the direction of the screw); in the opposite direction, weld a 5-6cm long, 6mm thick steel bar in the same direction and parallel to the screw on any two of the three sets of parallel planes of the nut, and then weld it to the short outer hoop of the vertical pipe in the cylinder to form a support leg, and each outer hoop is welded with three support legs at 120°. The length of the support leg (when the screw is fully retracted) is based on the standard that its front end is about 2.5cm away from the inner wall of the cylinder.

[0024] 3. Cylinder outer hoop: Thin iron hoops are installed near the bottom and edge of the cylinder (i.e. two horizontal circles on the outer periphery of the cylinder at the support points of the telescopic legs).

[0025] 4. Double guiding ribs: Two stainless steel soft wires are matched with each water inlet and outlet siphon pipe (there is no guiding rib when there is only one siphon pipe). Each soft wire is connected to the guiding rib connecting ring of the horizontal support leg at the bottom of the cylinder, and vertically passes through the space inside and above the cylinder, and is tied to the corresponding position of the upper bracket ring through which the limiting ring passes.

[0026] 5. Film ring assembly: It consists of a film support ring (Figure 3) and a film lining and air retention film wrapped around it. The film support ring is a hollow plane double ring (steel thickness 6mm) formed by welding two concentric stainless steel (or iron) rib rings with the same inner and outer diameters as the cylinder top. The film lining is a soft plastic film; the air retention film is a plastic film cylinder. It forms a closed water vapor environment with the cylinder, and the good elasticity of the film can effectively buffer and withstand the pressure of water vapor at high temperature, ensuring that the water vapor is controlled and does not escape.

[0027] 6. Lower pressure ring iron (Figure 4): The diameter is the same as the inner and outer diameters of the upper opening of the cylinder, and the thickness is about 2-3cm. It is a hollow double ring body formed by welding two concentric flat iron rings with short flat iron. There are 4-6 ring ears on the outer edge, which can be fastened with the hanging belt on the cylinder bottom pad to prevent air leakage between the membrane and the cylinder.

[0028] 7. Inlet and outlet siphons: The siphons (Figure 5) are PVC hot water pipes, the uppermost part of which is in the shape of an upper semicircular arc. Tangent lines are drawn from the two end points of the semicircular arc and extend downward in parallel to a sufficient length (generally about 1.5-1.8m from the lower end to the top of the arc). One end of the two siphons opens in opposite (away from each other) directions, and two horizontal limiting rings in different directions are fixed near the tip (the guiding ribs pass through these two rings longitudinally).

[0029] 8 Pulley bar (Figure 6): It is an auxiliary tool, which is higher than the bucket as a whole; the top end is a handle, which is connected to a hollow round rod with a diameter of about 2cm; the bottom end is a 4×6cm square steel, which is about 12cm long and is inserted into the groove pulley in a retracted state from the narrow side of the near end of the square steel (the pulley shaft is inserted in the 6cm wide sides of the square steel); the narrow side of the square steel pulley is embedded downward, and the four corners above are welded to the vertical hollow round rod with a handle by 4 6mm thick iron bars. When pulling the exhaust pipe outward, it can be pulled out at two 90° according to the pulley groove as a limit, solving the problem that it cannot be pulled out at 180° (reverse).

[0030] 9. Siphon inlet and outlet outer pipes (Figure 7): They are closed at the bottom and thick pipes with a diameter that can easily insert the siphon pipe. The height is kept 15-20cm higher than the tank. There is a tap at the lower end of the outlet outer pipe. The upper end of the inlet outer pipe is connected to the upward inlet pipe and leak through a tee and elbow. The inlet and outlet outer pipes can also be equipped with a water injection leak and a drain tap for both inlet and outlet (a set of water pipes with staggered two-way siphon functions for both inward injection and outward water discharge).

[0031] 10. The exhaust pipe is an auxiliary tool, a bendable, slender (about 3 meters or more) hard water pipe.

[0032] 11. Go up to the platform ( Figure 8 ): It is placed on the lower pressure ring iron, and its skeleton is a hollow circular frame plane body formed by two half-circles connected by folding and fixed by locks. The inner circular ring has the same inner diameter as the lower pressure ring iron; vertically upward along the inner ring, a 15cm wide thin iron plate (skin) is used to form a circle inner stop (screwed and disassembled) to prevent objects from scratching the air-retaining film; the outer ring is 30cm×2 longer than the inner ring; there is a concentric circular ring with the same diameter as the outer diameter of the lower pressure ring iron in the same plane between the inner and outer rings, and at 6 corresponding positions on the outer circumference of the lower pressure ring iron, the locks are locked with the lower pressure ring iron in pairs to form an inner circle fixation; the outer edge has 6 or 8 support rods that can change the angle and coincide with the radius, and the bottom end of each support rod is a circular hole, and the central axis of the circular hole is perpendicular to the movable surface of the connected movable rod. The three or four equally spaced circular holes at the bottom of the support rods on each side of the semicircular body are penetrated by semicircular iron bars in turn; the two semicircular iron bars are connected by hooks at one end and buckled at the other end, which can be fastened to the outer periphery of the middle of the large cylinder, forming a stable support ring with the cylinder. The circular holes at the bottom of the support rods are also equipped with hanging ropes and lower pressure rings to prevent the support ring from sinking. Wooden boards or plastic boards can be laid on it. It can be used to place flower pots or make a small drying platform, or a simple dining table. IV. Description of the drawings

[0033] 1. Assembly diagram of large cylinder and main frame components ( Figure 1a )

[0034] The electric heating rod heats the water in the vat, and the hot water in the vat generates steam. The air-retaining membrane that occupies a certain space collects the steam, and the steam condenses on the air-retaining membrane and flows back to the large vat. This cycle is repeated to store and release heat. All facilities work around the efficient and smooth operation of the cycle of heat storage and heat release.

[0035] The upper and lower sections of the vertical pipe of the bracket are located on the central axis of Figure 1(a). The uppermost end of the vertical pipe is the upper bracket ring, which is the support body for the air-retaining film to maintain the three-dimensional space. The double ring suspended above the adjacent cylinder is a film support ring. The double ring is first wrapped around the membrane liner to increase the tightness of the contact between the air-retaining film and the large cylinder due to the softness of the liner during operation; the outermost two layers are wrapped around the lower end of the air-retaining film. Between the film support ring and the upper bracket ring is a lower pressure ring iron, which is pulled downward by the hanging belt connected to the cylinder bottom pad, and can fully press the film ring assembly and the large cylinder. The lower bracket in the cylinder has three support legs near the bottom of the cylinder and near the edge of the cylinder, which are supported on the cylinder wall to keep the large cylinder and each component as a stable whole.

[0036] Figure 1(b) is a photo of the electric heating cylinder and its supporting equipment, taken during the winter heating season.

[0037] 2. Bracket

[0038] Bracket( Figure 2b ) consists of two sections of risers, an upper support ring and two sets of retractable legs.

[0039] There is a disassembled upper section of the vertical pipe and an upper bracket ring on the top of the vertical pipe with the central axis, and each connection is fixed with a top (screw). There are three horizontal retractable legs near the bottom and the edge of the vertical pipe in the cylinder, which can evenly support the side walls of the cylinder.

[0040] The composition of the supporting leg ( Figure 2a , starting from the cylinder wall) are: 6mm thick steel bars, hexagonal nuts, through-thread screws, nuts, and two 6mm thick parallel steel bars connected to the nuts and short outer hoops (welded).

[0041] 3. Film support ring

[0042] Membrane support ring ( Figure 3a ) is a hollow flat double ring (steel thickness 6mm) formed by welding two concentric stainless steel (or iron) rib rings with the same inner and outer diameters as the cylinder top, which is the skeleton of the film ring assembly. The inner lining of the ring is first wound around the film support ring, and the outer layer is wrapped around the lower end of the air-retaining film twice, forming a film ring assembly together, which is the basis for good contact between the air-retaining film and the cylinder, and then relying on the good elasticity of the film, it effectively buffers and withstands the pressure of water vapor at high temperature, ensuring that the water vapor is controlled and does not escape.

[0043] Figure 3(b) is a photograph of the membrane support ring.

[0044] 4. Press down the ring iron

[0045] Lower pressure ring iron Figure 4a ) is the same diameter as the inner and outer diameters of the upper opening of the cylinder, with a thickness of about 2-3cm. It is a hollow double ring body formed by welding two concentric flat iron rings inside and outside with short flat iron. There are 4-6 ring ears on the outer edge, which can be fastened with the hanging belt on the bottom pad of the cylinder to prevent air leakage between the membrane and the cylinder.

[0046] Figure 4(b) is a photo of the lower pressure ring iron.

[0047] 5. Siphon and horizontal limiting ring

[0048] siphon( Figure 5a ) is a PVC hot water pipe, the uppermost part of which is in the shape of an upper semicircular arc, with tangent lines drawn from the two end points of the semicircular arc extending downward in parallel to a sufficient length (generally about 1.5-1.8m from the lower end to the top of the arc); one end of the two siphon tubes opens in opposite (away from each other) directions, and horizontal limiting rings are fixed near the tip (the guiding ribs pass longitudinally through their respective limiting rings).

[0049] Figure 5(b) is a photo of the siphon and horizontal limiting ring.

[0050] 6. Pulley rod ( Figure 6a )

[0051] The pulley bar is an auxiliary tool, which is higher than the bucket as a whole. The top end is a handle, which is connected to a hollow round rod with a diameter of about 2cm. The bottom end is a 4×6cm square steel, which is about 12cm long. The narrow side of the near end of the square steel is indented into the groove pulley (the pulley shaft is inlaid on the 6cm wide sides of the square steel); the narrow side of the square steel pulley is facing downward, and the four corners above are welded to the vertical hollow round rod with a handle by 4 6mm thick iron bars. When pulling the exhaust pipe outward, it can be pulled out at two 90° according to the pulley groove as a limit, solving the problem that it cannot be pulled out at 180° (reverse).

[0052] Figure 6(b) is a photo of the pulley bar.

[0053] 7. Siphon water inlet and outlet external pipes ( Figure 7a )

[0054] The siphon water inlet and outlet outer pipes are closed at the bottom and thick pipes with a diameter that can easily insert the siphon pipe. The height is kept 15-20cm higher than the tank. There is a tap at the lower end of the water outlet outer pipe. The upper end of the water inlet outer pipe is connected to the upward water inlet pipe and leak through a tee and elbow. The water inlet and outlet outer pipes can also be equipped with a water injection leak and a drain tap for both water inlet and water outlet (a set of water pipes, with staggered two-way siphon functions of both inward water injection and outward water discharge).

[0055] Figure 7(b) is a photo of the external water inlet and outlet pipes of the dual-purpose siphon.

[0056] 8. Upper platform frame ( Figure 8 )

[0057] The upper platform frame is placed on the lower pressure ring iron, and is a hollow circular frame plane body formed by two semicircular rings connected by folding and fixed by locks. The inner circle ring has the same inner diameter as the lower pressure ring iron; vertically upward along the inner ring, a 15cm wide thin iron plate (skin) forms a circle inner gear (screwed and disassembled); the outer ring is 30cm×2 longer than the inner ring; there is a concentric circular ring with the same diameter as the outer diameter of the lower pressure ring iron between the inner and outer rings, and this ring can be locked with the lower pressure ring iron by locks; the outer edge has 6 or 8 movable support rods equally divided into two groups, and the bottom end of each support rod is a circular hole, which is penetrated by semicircular iron bars in turn; the two semicircular iron bars are connected by hooks at one end and locked at the other end, which can be fastened to the outer periphery of the middle part of the large cylinder. After laying wooden (plastic) boards on it, flower pots can be placed, and simple dining tables can be made. V. Specific implementation methods

[0058] The connection between components, operating principles and specific operation methods are as follows:

[0059] 1. Lay the bottom mat and place the tank

[0060] Wrap the intact cylinder to be used with tape in a grid pattern and tighten the cylinder hoop for use.

[0061] After selecting the location, lay the base mat flat, open the hanging straps, place the large vat on it, stretch the hanging straps appropriately, and pad the large vat at multiple points to make it flat and stable.

[0062] 2. Install the film ring assembly and the lower pressure ring iron

[0063] Wrap the base film (membrane lining) around the film support ring with multiple layers, and then open the lower end of the 1.5m long and 1-1.5m wide tube film (air retention film) in a cylindrical shape inside the horizontal film support ring, and wrap it outward and upward from the bottom of the film support ring in turn. Then, wrap the air retention film around the film support ring from the top in turn outward, downward, inward, and upward (with the long end still facing upward after wrapping), press it on the cylinder and put the air retention film as close to the film support ring as possible to form a short circle.

[0064] Wrap the lower pressure ring iron appropriately around the base film and place it on the film ring assembly.

[0065] 3. Install the bracket and guide ribs

[0066] Assemble the bracket outside the cylinder, ensuring that the three connecting rods of the upper bracket ring and several groups of supporting legs are correctly aligned up and down; lock one end of the four guiding ribs at the corresponding positions of the lower supporting legs, and float the upper ends of the guiding ribs on the upper bracket ring. Then, carefully put it into the cylinder through the inner space of the lower pressure ring iron and film ring combination, and extend all the supporting legs to press against their respective cylinder walls.

[0067] 4. Installation and operation of water inlet and outlet siphons and coordinated use of exhaust pipes and pulley bars

[0068] Before installing the water inlet siphon, you must first fill the tank with water to a depth of at least 50 cm, then insert the exhaust pipe (auxiliary tool) from the water inlet end of the siphon upward to its highest point and keep it basically fixed.

[0069] Before the water outlet end of the water inlet siphon pipe is inserted down through the upper bracket ring, the guiding ribs are first inserted into the respective relative limiting rings and fixed at the corresponding positions of the upper bracket ring, and then this end of the siphon pipe is inserted into the water at the bottom of the cylinder; the water inlet end of the pipe together with the inserted exhaust pipe is simultaneously inserted into a bucket filled with water, and thereafter the air in the siphon pipe is basically sucked out through the long exhaust pipe until water continuously flows out of the exhaust pipe; then the exhaust pipe is grasped and stretched with one hand, and the exhaust pipe is pressed with the pulley groove of the pulley bar (auxiliary tool, the same below) with the other hand to pull the exhaust pipe out; thereafter, the water inlet pipe end of the siphon pipe (the end must be kept not higher than the water surface of the cylinder) is quickly removed from the bucket, and the straight pipe of the water inlet siphon outer pipe is quickly inserted into the bottom of the water inlet siphon outer pipe, and after the water inlet siphon outer pipe is straightened, water is injected into it through the leak to realize siphon water inlet.

[0070] Install the siphon outlet pipe and siphon water:

[0071] Fill the cylinder to be heated (siphon) with water; insert the exhaust pipe from the water outlet end of the water outlet siphon pipe to the highest point of the upper bend of the siphon pipe; then insert the water outlet end together with the exhaust pipe into the bucket full of water; simultaneously, insert the other end downward through the bracket ring inlet along the double guiding ribs into the bottom of the cylinder to be heated; thereafter, the air in the siphon pipe is basically sucked out through the exhaust pipe until water continues to flow out of the exhaust pipe; then use the pulley bar to assist in pulling out the exhaust pipe; remove the water outlet end of the siphon pipe from the bucket and insert it into the bottom of the water outlet siphon outer pipe, straighten the water outlet siphon outer pipe and open the faucet to achieve siphon water outlet.

[0072] If it is not necessary to complete the siphon water inlet and outlet at the same time, a siphon facility including a siphon outer pipe with a water inlet funnel and a water outlet tap and a siphon pipe can be used.

[0073] 5Fix the inlet and outlet siphon outer pipes

[0074] After straightening the outer tubes of the water inlet and outlet siphons, tie them to the iron ring ears and hanging straps of the lower pressure ring.

[0075] 6. Install the heating rod

[0076] The electric heating rod should have a wire longer than 2m. It should be inserted vertically through the upper bracket ring, and the heating end should be placed in the small metal basin at the bottom of the tank.

[0077] 7. Close the space above the cylinder

[0078] Lift the lower pressure ring iron, carefully pull the air-retaining film from the lower pressure ring iron ring, tie it to the upper bracket ring and the siphon water pipe and the electric heating rod wire (the bottom film must be properly wrapped to ensure that there is no air leakage after tying), and then drop the lower pressure ring iron. The closed body assembly with the cylinder is completed.

[0079] 8. Fasten the lower pressure ring iron

[0080] Tighten the cylinder bottom pad strap and the lower pressure ring iron ring ear to make the air retention film fit tightly against the cylinder edge and prevent air leakage.

[0081] 9. Install the upper platform

[0082] Put the two equal halves of the upper platform frame connected by the hinge onto the lower pressure ring iron, and buckle the two halves together with the lock buckle, and install the inner gear of the circle; lock the lower pressure ring iron with three sets of lock buckles in the opposite direction; finally, insert the two half arc iron bars into the circular holes at the lower end of each set of support rods respectively, one end of the two half arc iron bars is connected to each other, and the other end is connected to the cylinder lock with the lock buckle as a whole. Hang the rope tied to the circular hole at the lower end of the support rod tightly on the lower pressure ring iron, and lay the board on it.

[0083] 10 Power transmission

[0084] Confirm that ① the power of the electric heating rod is consistent with the power load allowed by the power supply facilities such as wires, switches or sockets, ② the electric heating part of the electric heating rod is completely immersed in water, and ③ the wires are intact and not damaged, then you can supply power. After 1-2 minutes, you can hear the sound of boiling water, indicating that the installation is successfully completed.
