Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to a plastic water guide for a mixing fitting, a mixing fitting having a plastic water guide and a method for producing a plastic water guide. With the aid of the mixing fitting, mixed water with a desired mixed water temperature can be provided, in particular at a wash basin, sink, shower and / or bathtub. Background Art

[0002] Mixing fittings usually have a fitting housing in which complex fluid channels for hot and cold water are formed. The hot and cold water can be supplied to a mixing valve, for example in the form of a thermostatic mixer, via the fluid channels. When the fluid channels flow through, the hot and / or cold water comes into contact with the fitting housing at least in some areas, so that the fitting housing must be made of a material suitable for drinking water, such as brass. However, such fitting housings are expensive to produce.

[0003] Thus, mixing fittings are known in which the liquid channel is formed by a plastic water guide. The plastic water guide must be sealed by a seal, for example in the form of an O-ring, which requires additional installation space, thereby preventing the fitting housing from being designed with a very small outer diameter. However, there is a high demand for mixing fittings with a particularly slender fitting housing. Summary of the invention

[0004] The object of the present invention is therefore to at least partially solve the problems described with reference to the prior art and in particular to specify a plastic water guide by which at least the number of required seals can be reduced. In addition, a mixing accessory should be specified, whose plastic water guide makes it possible to reduce the number of required seals. In addition, a method for producing a plastic water guide by which at least the number of required seals can be reduced should be specified.

[0005] This object is achieved by a plastic water guide, a mixing fitting and a method according to the features of the independent claims. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are given in the dependent claims. It should be pointed out that the features listed individually in the dependent claims can be combined with one another in any technically reasonable manner and define further embodiments of the invention. Furthermore, the features given in the claims are described and explained in detail in the description, wherein further preferred embodiments of the invention are shown.

[0006] Contributing to this is a plastic water guide for a mixing fitting which has at least the following structure:

[0007] - a tubular outer plastic water guide extending along a longitudinal axis;

[0008] a tubular inner plastic water guide which extends along a longitudinal axis and is at least partially arranged in the outer plastic water guide, so that at least one hot water channel is formed between the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide; and

[0009] At least one mixed water outlet, which extends through the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide, wherein the at least one mixed water outlet at least partially has a casing made of plastic.

[0010] The mixing fitting can be designed, for example, in the form of a thermostatic mixer, an exposed thermostatic shower faucet, an exposed thermostatic bath faucet, an exposed shower system (with or without (overhead) spray head) and / or an exposed bath system (with or without (overhead) spray head). The mixing fitting can be used in particular to provide mixed water as required at a wash basin, sink, shower and / or bathtub. For this purpose, a spray head, for example in the form of a hand spray head or an overhead spray head, can be connected to the mixing fitting, for example, via a flexible hose and / or a line.

[0011] The mixing fitting can have a mixing valve, for example, in the form of a thermostatic mixer or a thermostatic mixing cartridge. Hot water with a hot water temperature and cold water with a cold water temperature can be mixed into mixed water with a desired mixed water temperature by means of the mixing valve. The mixed water temperature can be adjusted in particular by means of an adjusting element of the mixing valve, for example in the form of an expansion element. The hot water temperature is in particular a maximum of 90° C., preferably 25° C. to 90° C., particularly preferably 55° C. to 65° C., and / or the cold water temperature is in particular a maximum of 25° C. (degrees Celsius), preferably 1° C. to 25° C., particularly preferably 5° C. to 20° C. The mixing valve is in particular arranged in a fitting housing of the mixing fitting, by means of which the mixing fitting can be fastened to a carrier, such as, for example, a (housing) wall. The mixing valve can extend at least partially into the plastic water guide through the end of the first longitudinal side of the outer plastic water guide.

[0012] The mixing fitting can have a valve for controlling the discharge of mixed water via the at least one mixed water outlet of the plastic water guide.

[0013] The accessory housing can be made at least partially or completely from a zinc alloy. A zinc alloy is, in particular, a metal alloy whose main component or base metal is zinc (Zn). This can mean, in particular, that zinc has the largest mass fraction compared to the remaining alloy components of the zinc alloy. The zinc alloy can have a mass fraction of zinc greater than 80%. In particular, the zinc alloy can have a mass fraction of zinc greater than 90% or 95%. Compared to copper or copper alloys (such as, for example, brass), zinc alloys or zinc have a different crystal structure, namely a hexagonal system instead of a face-centered cubic system. The zinc alloy can, in particular, be a so-called Zamak alloy. As further alloy components, the zinc alloy can, for example, include at least aluminum (Al), magnesium (Mg) and / or copper (Cu). In particular, the zinc alloy can include the following alloy components in mass fractions:

[0014] a) 3.8%-4.2% Al, 0.035%-0.06% Mg, the remainder (especially) Zn (Zamak alloy ZL0400),

[0015] b) 3.8%-4.2% Al, 0.7%-1.1% Cu, 0.035%-0.06% Mg, the remainder (especially) Zn (Zamak alloy ZL0410), or

[0016] c) 3.8%-4.2% Al, 2.7%-3.3% Cu, 0.035%-0.06% Mg, the remainder (especially) Zn (Zamak alloy ZL0430).

[0017] The fitting housing can be produced by a zinc die-casting method. In the zinc die-casting method, a liquid melt of a zinc alloy is pressed into a die-casting mold under pressure. After the melt solidifies, the fitting housing can be demoulded and optionally machined. The fitting housing is therefore, in particular, a zinc die-casting.

[0018] The fitting housing can have a hot water inlet for hot water and a cold water inlet for cold water. A hot water delivery line or a hot water delivery pipe, in particular for hot water, can be connected at the hot water inlet, and / or a cold water delivery line or a cold water delivery pipe, in particular for cold water, can be connected at the cold water inlet.

[0019] The hot water can be conveyed to the mixing valve via the plastic water guide, in particular without contacting the fitting housing. During the manufacture or assembly of the mixing fitting, the plastic water guide can in particular be arranged in the assembly space of the fitting housing or inserted into the assembly space. The assembly space can, for example, be designed (essentially) cylindrical and / or extend along the housing longitudinal axis of the fitting housing. The housing longitudinal axis can represent the central axis of the assembly space.

[0020] Cold water can be supplied to the mixing valve from the second inlet via at least one cold water channel. The at least one cold water channel is in particular formed in the assembly space of the fitting housing. In addition, the at least one hot water channel and the at least one cold water channel can be designed so that the hot water channel and the cold water channel do not cross each other in the fitting housing. The at least one cold water channel can be at least partially designed in an annular form. The at least one cold water channel can extend at least partially around the mixing valve. This can in particular mean that the mixing valve delimits the cold water channel in particular internally.

[0021] The plastic water guide extends along a longitudinal axis which is particularly straight. The plastic water guide has a tubular outer plastic water guide extending along the longitudinal axis. The outer plastic water guide can be made of plastic at least partially or completely. In particular, the outer plastic water guide can be designed as an injection molded part. The outer plastic water guide can extend from the end of the first longitudinal side to the end of the second longitudinal side along the longitudinal axis. The outer plastic water guide can have a first length of, for example, 100 mm to 300 mm (especially parallel to the longitudinal axis). The outer plastic water guide can have, for example, a first outer diameter of a maximum of 60 mm [millimeter], preferably 20 mm to 60 mm, particularly preferably 20 mm to 40 mm and / or a first inner diameter of, for example, a maximum of 58 mm, preferably 18 mm to 58 mm, particularly preferably 18 mm to 38 mm. The first outer diameter is measured in particular at the first outer peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide and / or orthogonally to the longitudinal axis. The first inner diameter is measured in particular at the first inner peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide and / or orthogonally to the longitudinal axis. When measuring the first outer diameter and / or the first inner diameter, structures formed on the first outer circumference and / or the first inner circumference, such as a bridge and / or at least one annular shoulder, for example in the form of at least one rib, may be neglected.

[0022] The plastic water guide has a tubular inner plastic water guide, which extends along the longitudinal axis and is at least partially or completely arranged in the outer plastic water guide. The inner plastic water guide can be made of plastic at least partially or completely. In particular, the inner plastic water guide can be designed in the form of an injection molded part. The inner plastic water guide can extend from the end of the third longitudinal side to the end of the fourth longitudinal side along the longitudinal axis. The inner plastic water guide can (especially parallel to the longitudinal axis) have a second length of, for example, 50mm to 280mm. The second length of the inner plastic water guide can be shorter than the first length of the outer plastic water guide. The inner plastic water guide can have, for example, a second outer diameter of a maximum of 56mm, preferably 16mm to 56mm, particularly preferably 16mm to 36mm and / or a second inner diameter of, for example, a maximum of 54mm, preferably 14mm to 54mm, particularly preferably 14mm to 34mm. The second outer diameter of the inner plastic water guide can be smaller than the first inner diameter of the outer plastic water guide. The second outer diameter is measured especially at the second outer peripheral surface of the inner plastic water guide and / or orthogonally to the longitudinal axis. The second inner diameter is measured especially at the second inner peripheral surface of the inner plastic water guide and / or orthogonally to the longitudinal axis. When measuring the second outer diameter and / or the second inner diameter, structures such as the form of at least one rib of the bridge portion and / or at least one annular shoulder portion formed at the second outer peripheral surface and / or the first inner peripheral surface can be ignored.

[0023] At least one hot water channel is formed between the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide. The outer plastic water guide may have at least one hot water inlet, through which hot water can be delivered to the at least one hot water channel. The at least one hot water inlet may be designed in the form of a hole or an opening and / or at least partially extend from the first outer peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide to the first inner peripheral surface orthogonally to the longitudinal axis. Via the at least one hot water channel, hot water can be delivered to the mixing valve from the hot water inlet, especially without contacting the fitting housing. For this purpose, the at least one hot water channel may extend from the hot water inlet to the mixing valve in the fitting housing. The at least one hot water channel may be at least partially or completely parallel to the longitudinal axis and / or at least partially designed to be annular. The at least one hot water channel may be limited by the first inner peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide and the second outer peripheral surface of the inner plastic water guide, and / or extend between the first inner peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide and the second outer peripheral surface of the inner plastic water guide.

[0024] The plastic water guide has at least one mixed water output for mixed water, and the mixed water output extends through the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide. At least one mixed water output can be designed in the form of a hole and / or a liquid channel. At least one mixed water output can have a (basically) straight line. At least one mixed water output can extend orthogonally to the longitudinal axis. At least one mixed water output can extend from the second inner peripheral surface of the inner plastic water guide to the first outer peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide. Via at least one mixed water output, mixed water can be delivered to at least one mixed water outlet of a mixing accessory and / or at least one outflow opening of a mixing accessory. At least one mixed water outlet can be connected, for example, with a flexible hose and / or pipeline, and mixed water can be delivered to a water spray head via this pipeline. For this reason, at least one mixed water outlet can have a thread. At least one outflow opening of a mixing accessory can, for example, include a bubbler, at least one nozzle and / or at least one jet former. Mixed water can be, for example, output to the environment of a mixing accessory via at least one outflow opening of a mixing accessory. The at least one mixed water outlet can have a diameter of, for example, 5 mm to 25 mm.

[0025] In particular, for sealing, at least one mixed water output has at least partially a covering made of plastic. The covering can be manufactured, for example, by an injection molding method (for example, by "overmolding") or by means of an injection molding machine. The covering can be manufactured, in particular, by at least partially covering the inner surface of at least one mixed water output. The covering can have, for example, a layer thickness of 0.5 mm to 5 mm. The covering extends at least partially on the inner surface of at least one mixed water output and / or at least partially forms the inner surface of at least one mixed water output. The covering is formed together with the mixed water output and / or is formed in at least one mixed water output in a material-locked manner. The covering can be connected in a material-locked manner to the inner surface of at least one mixed water output. The covering can be connected in a material-locked manner to an inner plastic water guide and / or an outer plastic water guide. The covering can fasten the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide to each other.

[0026] The sheath seals at least one mixed water outlet, so that in particular mixed water cannot leak from at least one mixed water outlet into at least one hot water channel, and / or in particular hot water cannot leak from at least one hot water channel (in particular when the mixing valve is bypassed) into at least one mixed water outlet. The sheath extends in particular over the seam or contact area between the outer plastic water guide and the inner plastic water guide. The sheath extends in particular over the seam or contact area between the annular shoulder and the outer plastic water guide for at least partially forming at least one mixed water outlet and / or in particular the seam or contact area between the annular shoulder and the inner plastic water guide. The sheath prevents liquid, in particular hot water and / or mixed water from flowing through such seam or contact area. The sheath does not require a separate seal, for example in the form of an O-ring, to seal at least one mixed water outlet.

[0027] The covering part can be designed as a sleeve at least in part. For example, this can mean that the covering part is designed as a tube at least in part. The covering part can extend along the (especially straight) covering part longitudinal axis (especially orthogonally to the longitudinal axis).

[0028] The covering can extend from a first outer circumference of the outer plastic water conductor to a second outer circumference of the inner plastic water conductor. Between the first outer circumference of the outer plastic water conductor and the second outer circumference of the inner plastic water conductor, there can be, for example (especially orthogonally to the longitudinal axis), a circumferential distance of, for example, 1 mm to 25 mm.

[0029] The covering part can have a surrounding flange in the region of the first peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide. The flange can be designed as an annular shape and / or extend into the recess of the first peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide. The covering part or the flange of the covering part can end flush with the first peripheral surface.

[0030] The covering element may have at least one connecting structure, by means of which the covering element is fastened in a form-fitting manner to the outer plastic water guide and / or the inner plastic water guide. The at least one connecting structure may be formed on the outer surface of the covering element.

[0031] At least one connecting structure can be designed as a circumferential bridge or in the manner of a circumferential bridge.

[0032] The covering member can be made at least partially of the same material as the outer plastic water guide and / or the inner plastic water guide. For example, the covering member, the outer plastic water guide and / or the inner plastic water guide can be made at least partially of polyamide (eg PA12GF50).

[0033] At least one mixed water outlet can extend at least partially through at least one hot water channel. This can mean, for example, that at least one mixed water outlet and at least one hot water channel intersect.

[0034] The plastic water guide can have the following structures:

[0035] a first mixed water outlet, which extends through the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide; and

[0036] A second mixed water outlet extends through the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide, wherein the first mixed water outlet and the second mixed water outlet are designed to be offset with respect to one another about the longitudinal axis by an angle of 100° to 140°.

[0037] The first mixed water outlet and the second mixed water outlet are arranged at an angle of 100° to 140°, preferably 110° to 130°, particularly preferably (substantially) 120°, offset from one another about the longitudinal axis. This makes it possible, in particular, to use (the same) plastic water guide in different mixing accessories, for example by rotating the plastic water guide in the accessory housing of the mixing accessory and / or about the longitudinal axis (only) by an angle of rotation. The angle of rotation can be, for example, 110° to 130°. The plastic water guide can reduce the variety of variants of the plastic water guide, thereby reducing the production costs of the plastic water guide and the mixing accessory.

[0038] The inner plastic water guide and / or the outer plastic water guide can have at least one rib, by which the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide are spaced apart from each other. By at least one rib, in particular the first inner peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide is spaced apart from the second outer peripheral surface of the inner plastic water guide. At least one rib can in particular be formed on the first inner peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide and / or on the second outer peripheral surface of the inner plastic water guide. At least one rib can in particular extend parallel to the longitudinal axis. The inner plastic water guide and / or the outer plastic water guide can have a plurality of ribs, which are spaced apart from each other (in particular circumferentially and / or around the longitudinal axis).

[0039] The first mixed water outlet and the second mixed water outlet can be formed in a common plane. This can especially mean that the first mixed water outlet and the second mixed water outlet are designed to be non-offset relative to each other along the longitudinal axis. In particular, the first center axis of the first mixed water outlet and the second center axis of the second mixed water outlet can be located in a common plane. This plane can especially extend perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis.

[0040] Inner plastic water guide and / or outer plastic water guide can have the first annular shoulder portion for at least partially forming the first mixed water output portion. Inner plastic water guide and / or outer plastic water guide can have the second annular shoulder portion for at least partially forming the second mixed water output portion. The first annular shoulder portion and / or the second annular shoulder portion can be designed as a tubular. The first annular shoulder portion and / or the second annular shoulder portion can be formed at the first inner peripheral surface of the outer plastic water guide and / or the second outer peripheral surface of the inner plastic water guide. The first annular shoulder portion and / or the second annular shoulder portion can extend through at least one hot water channel.

[0041] According to another aspect, a mixing accessory is also provided, which has at least the following structure:

[0042] - a fitting housing having a hot water inlet for hot water and a cold water inlet for cold water;

[0043] - a mixing valve for mixing hot water and cold water into mixed water; and

[0044] The plastic water guide according to the invention, wherein hot water can be conveyed to the mixing valve via the plastic water guide without contact with the fitting housing.

[0045] For further details of the mixing fitting, reference is made entirely to the description of the plastic water guide.

[0046] According to yet another aspect, a method for producing a plastic water guide according to the invention is also provided, the method comprising at least the following steps:

[0047] a) providing a tubular outer plastic water guide extending along the longitudinal axis;

[0048] b) arranging a tubular inner plastic water guide at least partially in the outer plastic water guide, thereby forming at least one hot water channel between the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide; and

[0049] c) At least one covering element is formed in at least one mixed water outlet, which extends through the inner plastic water guide and the outer plastic water guide.

[0050] Steps a), b) and c) can be performed at least partially simultaneously, overlapping in time or successively.

[0051] In particular, the at least one covering can be formed in step c) by an injection molding method (such as, for example, “overmolding”) or by means of an injection molding machine.

[0052] For further details of the method, reference is made entirely to the description of the plastic water guide. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0058] Figure 5 The plastic water guide is shown in a cross-sectional view. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0059] Figure 1 A first variant of a mixing fitting 2 is shown in longitudinal section. The mixing fitting 2 comprises a fitting housing 15 having a hot water inlet 16 for hot water and a cold water inlet 17 for cold water. A mixing valve 18 in the form of a thermostatic mixer or a thermostatic mixing cartridge is arranged in the fitting housing 15. The hot water inlet 16 is connected to the mixing valve 18 via the hot water channel 6, and the cold water inlet 17 is connected to the mixing valve 18 via the cold water channel 21, so that hot water can be supplied to the mixing valve 18 via the hot water channel 6 and cold water can be supplied to the mixing valve 18 via the cold water channel 21. Figure 1 , the flow directions of hot water in the hot water channel 6 and cold water in the cold water channel 21 are indicated by corresponding arrows. The cold water channel 21 extends annularly around the mixing valve 18. The mixing valve 18 is arranged concentrically with the housing longitudinal axis 22 of the fitting housing 15.

[0060] A plastic water guide 1 is arranged in the fitting housing 15, which has a tubular outer plastic water guide 3 and a tubular inner plastic water guide 5. The plastic water guide 1, more precisely the outer plastic water guide 3 and the inner plastic water guide 5, extend along a longitudinal axis 4, which extends parallel to or coaxially with the housing longitudinal axis 22 of the fitting housing 15. The inner plastic water guide 5 is arranged in the outer plastic water guide 3, so that a hot water channel 6 is formed between the inner plastic water guide 5 and the outer plastic water guide 3. The hot water channel 6 extends (substantially) parallel to the longitudinal axis 4 of the plastic water guide 1 and the housing longitudinal axis 22 of the fitting housing 15.

[0061] Hot water and cold water can be mixed into mixed water with a mixed water temperature by means of the mixing valve 18. The mixing valve 18 has a cartridge housing 27 with a cartridge head part 28, which is (essentially) designed in a tubular shape and extends along the housing longitudinal axis 22 of the mixing valve 18 or the fitting housing 15. At least one first inlet 29 for hot water and at least one second inlet 30 for cold water are formed in the cartridge head part 28. The variant of the mixing valve 18 shown here has a plurality of first inlets 29 and second inlets 30, which are arranged in the cartridge head part 28 in a manner distributed around the housing longitudinal axis 22 in the circumferential direction. Hot water can be guided into a mixing chamber 31 of the mixing valve 18 via the first inlet 29 and cold water can be guided into the mixing chamber 31 of the mixing valve 18 via the second inlet 30. Thus, the mixing chamber 31 is arranged after the first inlet 29 and the second inlet 30 in the flow direction of the hot water and the cold water. Hot water and cold water can be mixed into mixed water in the mixing chamber 31. In the flow direction of the mixed water, a mixed water outlet 32 is arranged after the mixing chamber 31, through which the mixed water can leave the mixing valve 18. The mixing valve 18 extends through the mixed water outlet 32 through the end 19 of the first longitudinal side of the outer plastic water guide 3 into the plastic water guide 1 or into the outer plastic water guide 3. The mixed water can be delivered from the mixed water outlet 32 to the valve 20 via the mixed water channel 33 of the plastic water guide 1, and the mixed water output from the mixing fitting 2 can be controlled by means of the valve. The mixed water channel 33 extends through the plastic water guide 1 parallel to or coaxially with respect to the housing longitudinal axis 22 of the fitting housing 15 and parallel to or coaxially with respect to the longitudinal axis 4 of the plastic water guide 1. Figure 1 In the figure, the flow direction of the mixed water is shown by the corresponding arrows.

[0062] The mixed water temperature of the mixed water is determined by the mixing ratio between hot water and cold water. In order to adjust the mixed water temperature, the mixing valve 18 has an adjusting element 34. The adjusting element 34 comprises an operating handle 35, which is non-rotatably connected to an adjusting nut 36 of an overload unit 37. As a result, the operating handle 35 can be rotated about an axis of rotation 38 by means of the adjusting nut 36, wherein the axis of rotation is aligned with the longitudinal axis 22 of the housing and the longitudinal axis 4. When the operating handle 35 is rotated, the spring sleeve 39 is adjusted in the axial direction 40, that is, parallel to the longitudinal axis 22 of the housing and the longitudinal axis 4. The movement of the spring sleeve 39 in the axial direction 40 is transmitted to the adjusting element 41, which in turn moves the adjusting slide 42 in the axial direction 40. According to the position of the adjusting slide 42 in the axial direction 40, the adjusting slide 42 can alternately open and close a first adjustment gap 43 for hot water and a second adjustment gap 44 for cold water. According to the position of the adjusting slide 42, the corresponding amount of hot water and cold water is guided into the mixing valve 18 through the first adjusting gap 43 and the second adjusting gap 44, and mixed into mixed water with the corresponding mixed water temperature. The adjusting element 41 can be made of a heat expansion material at least in part. Thus, when the adjusting element is heated, the adjusting element 41 expands, especially in the axial direction 40, and when the adjusting element is cooled, the adjusting element shrinks, especially in the axial direction 40. Thus, the adjusting element 41 can keep the mixed water temperature of the mixed water (substantially) unchanged. For example, if too much hot water and / or too little cold water flows into the mixing valve 18, the adjusting element 41 is heated and expands, whereby the adjusting element adjusts the adjusting slide 42 in the axial direction 40 toward the direction of the mixed water exit 21, so that the first adjusting gap 43 becomes smaller and the second adjusting gap 44 becomes larger. Thus, less hot water and more cold water flow into the mixing chamber 31. For example, if too much cold water and / or too little hot water flows into the mixing valve 18, the adjusting element 41 contracts, whereby the adjusting element moves the adjusting slider 42 away from the mixed water outlet 32, so that the first adjusting gap 43 becomes larger and the second adjusting gap 44 becomes smaller. As a result, more hot water and less cold water flow into the mixing chamber 31.

[0063] Figure 2 The mixing accessory 2 is shown in longitudinal section. Figure 1. The outer plastic water guide 3 has a first inner circumferential surface 23 and a first outer circumferential surface 25. The inner plastic water guide 5 has a second inner circumferential surface 24 and a second outer circumferential surface 26. The outer plastic water guide 3 has a first inner diameter 45 and a first outer diameter 47. The inner plastic water guide 3 has a second inner diameter 46 and a second outer diameter 48. The first inner diameter 45 of the outer plastic water guide 3 is larger than the second outer diameter 48 of the inner plastic water guide 5, so that a hot water channel 6 is formed between the first inner circumferential surface 23 of the outer plastic water guide 3 and the second outer circumferential surface 26 of the inner plastic water guide 5, more precisely, so that the hot water channel 6 is limited by the first inner circumferential surface 23 of the outer plastic water guide 3 and the second outer circumferential surface 26 of the inner plastic water guide 5. The outer plastic water guide 3 has a hot water inlet 67, through which hot water can be supplied to the hot water channel 6. The hot water inlet 67 is designed in the form of a hole or an opening, which extends orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 4 from the first outer circumference 25 of the outer plastic water conductor 3 to the first inner circumference 23. The inner plastic water conductor 5 has a circumferential or annular bridge 65 on its second outer circumference 26, which extends orthogonally to the longitudinal axis from the second outer circumference 26 to the first inner circumference 23 of the outer plastic water conductor 3. The bridge 65 seals the hot water channel 6 in the direction of the end 51 of the second longitudinal side of the outer plastic water conductor 3 or the end 54 of the fourth longitudinal side of the inner plastic water conductor 5, so that hot water cannot flow out of the plastic water conductor 1 at the end 51 of the second longitudinal side of the outer plastic water conductor 3 or the end 54 of the fourth longitudinal side of the inner plastic water conductor 5.

[0064] The inner plastic water guide 5 has a plurality of ribs 57 on its second outer peripheral surface 26. Figure 2 The rib 57 extends parallel to the longitudinal axis 4 and orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 4 to the first inner circumference 23 of the outer plastic water guide 3. The rib 57 centers the inner plastic water guide 5 within the outer plastic water guide 3. The hot water channel 6 has a gap width 56 (orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 4).

[0065] The outer plastic water guide 3 and the inner plastic water guide 5 extend coaxially with respect to the longitudinal axis 4. The outer plastic water guide 3 has a first length 49 parallel to the longitudinal axis 4, which extends from the end 19 of the first longitudinal side of the outer plastic water guide 3 to the end 51 of the second longitudinal side. The total length 52 of the plastic water guide 1 (parallel to the longitudinal axis 4) corresponds to the first length 49 of the outer plastic water guide 3. The inner plastic water guide 5 has a second length 50 parallel to the longitudinal axis 4, which extends from the end 53 of the third longitudinal side of the inner plastic water guide 5 to the end 54 of the fourth longitudinal side of the inner plastic water guide 5. The outer plastic water guide 3 ends with its end 51 of the second longitudinal side flush with the end 54 of the fourth longitudinal side of the inner plastic water guide 5. The second length 50 of the inner plastic water guide 5 is shorter than the first length 49 of the outer plastic water guide 3. The end 53 of the third longitudinal side of the inner plastic water guide 5 is at a distance 55 from the end 19 of the first longitudinal side of the outer plastic water guide 3.

[0066] The plastic water guide 1 has a first mixed water outlet 7 and a second mixed water outlet 8. The mixed water outlets 7, 8 extend through the outer plastic water guide 3 and the inner plastic water guide 5 at right angles to the longitudinal axis.

[0067] Figure 3 Along Figure 1 The sectional view along the section line III-III shown in FIG. 1 shows a first variant of the mixing accessory 2. Figure 3 As can be seen in the figure, the first mixed water outlet 7 and the second mixed water outlet 8 of the plastic water guide 1 are located in a common plane 10 parallel to the longitudinal axis 4. The first mixed water outlet 7 and the second mixed water outlet 8 are designed to be offset from each other by an angle 9 around the longitudinal axis 4. The inner plastic water guide 5 has a first annular shoulder 11 on its second outer peripheral surface 26, which extends orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 4 from the second outer peripheral surface 26 of the inner plastic water guide 5 to the first inner peripheral surface 23 of the outer plastic water guide 3 and partially forms the first mixed water outlet 7 (see Figure 2 The inner plastic water guide 5 has a second annular shoulder 12 at its second outer peripheral surface 26, which extends orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 4 from the second outer peripheral surface 26 of the inner plastic water guide 5 to the first inner peripheral surface 23 of the outer plastic water guide 3 and partially forms the second mixed water output portion 8. The hot water channel 6 is formed between the ribs 57 along the circumference of the plastic water guide 1.

[0068] A first plastic tube 58 is inserted into the first mixed water outlet 7, with which the mixed water can be conveyed through the outflow opening 60 of the fitting housing 15 to the outflow opening 61 of the outflow opening 60. The mixed water can be discharged into the environment 62 of the mixing fitting 2 via the outflow opening 61. A second plastic tube 59 is inserted into the second mixed water outlet 8, with which the mixed water can be conveyed to the mixed water outlet 63 of the mixing fitting 2, more precisely of the fitting housing 15. A connecting hose (not shown here) can be connected to the first mixed water outlet 63, for example, via which the mixed water can be conveyed to a hand shower head (also not shown here).

[0069] Figure 4 A second variant of the mixing accessory 2 is shown in cross section. Figure 1 and Figure 2 The first variant of the mixing fitting 2 shown in FIG. 1 differs only in that, in addition to the first mixed water outlet 63 , the mixing fitting 2 , more precisely the fitting housing 15 , has a second mixed water outlet 64 instead of the first mixed water outlet 63 . Figure 3 The outlet 60 shown in FIG. 6 is a first mixed water outlet 63 and a second mixed water outlet 64 are opposite to each other. A connecting pipe, not shown here, can be connected to the second mixed water outlet 64, for example, via which the mixed water can be supplied to an overhead sprinkler head, also not shown here. In other respects, the second variant of the mixing accessory 2 is designed similarly to the one in FIG. Figure 1 In particular, the same plastic water guide 1 as in the fitting housing 15 of the first variant of the mixing fitting 2 is arranged in the fitting housing 15. Figure 3 In comparison, Figure 4 The plastic water guide 1 in the fitting housing 15 of the second variant of the mixing fitting 2 is rotated only about the longitudinal axis 4 so that mixed water can be delivered via the first mixed water outlet 7 to the first mixed water outlet 63 and via the second mixed water outlet 8 to the second mixed water outlet 64 .

[0070] Figure 5 Along Figure 1 The sectional view along the section line III-III shown in FIG. 1 shows the plastic water guide 1. Figure 5, it can be seen that the first mixed water outlet 7 has a first covering 68 and the second mixed water outlet 8 has a second covering 69. The coverings 68, 69 are designed in a sleeve-like shape and have connecting structures 72, 73 designed in the form of circumferential bridges on their outer surfaces 74, 75. The connecting structures 72, 73 engage in grooves 76, 77 of the annular shoulders 11, 12 of the inner plastic water guide 5 and contact the first inner circumference 23 of the outer plastic water guide 3. The coverings 68, 69 have circumferential flanges 70, 71 at their longitudinal outer ends 78, 79, respectively, which extend in (circumferential) recesses 80, 81 of the first outer circumference 25 of the outer plastic water guide 3. The longitudinal outer ends 78 , 79 of the coverings 68 , 69 or the circumferential collars 70 , 71 of the coverings 68 , 69 terminate flush with the first outer circumferential surface 25 of the outer plastic water guide 3 .

[0071] The first mixed water outlet 7 or the first covering 68 has a first diameter 13, and the second mixed water outlet 8 or the second covering 69 has a second diameter 14. The coverings 68, 69 extend (orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 4) from the first outer circumferential surface 25 of the outer plastic water guide 3 to the second outer circumferential surface 26 of the inner plastic water guide 5. The coverings 68, 69 have a layer thickness 83, 84, respectively. The coverings 68, 69 are connected to the outer plastic water guide 3 and the inner plastic water guide 5 in a material-locking manner and extend over the joints 85, 86 between the first inner circumferential surface 23 of the outer plastic water guide 3 and the annular shoulders 11, 12 of the inner plastic water guide 5, respectively, so that mixed water cannot enter the hot water channel 6 from the mixed water outlets 7, 8 through the joints 85, 86.

[0072] The invention makes it possible to reduce the number of required seals.
