[0085] When the number of the electrical contact layers is 2 or more, the thickness range of the electrical contact layers is the same, which is 50 angstroms to 100 angstroms. The total thickness range of the electrical contact layers is less than 1000 angstroms.

[0100] In this embodiment, the material of the anti-reflection layer 216 includes titanium.

[0101] In this embodiment, the thickness of the anti-reflection layer 216 is in a range of 30 angstroms to 50 angstroms.

[0102] In other embodiments, the material of the anti-reflection layer and the material of the first adhesive layer may be different.

[0103] In other embodiments, the anti-reflection layer may not be formed.

[0104] In other embodiments, the first adhesive layer may not be formed.

[0105] In this embodiment, the material of the electrical contact layer is different from that of the conductive layer 215. The electrical contact layer has good catalytic performance and corrosion resistance, and the ions of the material of the electrical contact layer can easily diffuse to the first emission layer to form an ohmic contact under annealing.
