Preparation method of colostrum immune protein extract with tumor inhibition efficacy

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method of an immune protein extract of colostrum with tumor inhibition efficacy, and comprises the following steps: (1) raw material selection; (2) flocculation of casein; (3) sugar removal; (4) ultrafiltration membrane filtration; (5) directional hydrolysis; (6) cation exchange resin adsorption; (7) desalination; and (8) freeze drying. The extract of the application is rich in hydrophobic amino acid and alkaline amino acid hydrolysis fragments of the immune protein of colostrum, and has stronger antioxidant, immune enhancement and tumor inhibition activities. Different from common immune proteins of colostrum, the extract plays the anti-tumor activity as a result of the combined action of its double effects of immune enhancement and tumor cell growth inhibition.
