DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0029] The following will be combined with the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention to clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0030] See also Figure 7The embodiment of the present invention provides an ammunition release assembly, including an ammunition blocking portion that can remove the blocking force on the ammunition after movement, and the ammunition blocking portion is also provided with a locking structure for the safety pull ring of the ammunition to be installed. During the movement of the ammunition blocking portion, the blocking force is gradually removed and the safety pull ring of the ammunition is gradually pulled out. In this embodiment, the ammunition release assembly 6 can remove the safety of the ammunition while removing the blocking force on the ammunition to complete the bombing, and complete the release action in the air, avoiding the safety hazards caused by manually pulling out the safety pull ring in the prior art, and the process of bombing and releasing the safety can be regarded as being completed at the same time, which is more efficient. Specifically, the ammunition blocking portion can provide a blocking force on the ammunition and limit the bombing operation of the ammunition. When it is necessary to bomb, the blocking force can be removed by moving the ammunition blocking portion, and the bombing operation of the ammunition can be started. By arranging a locking structure on the ammunition blocking part, the locking structure can be used to install the safety pull ring of the ammunition. When the ammunition blocking part moves, the safety pull ring of the ammunition will be pulled accordingly. Through the stroke design of the ammunition blocking part, the ammunition blocking part can gradually remove the blocking force and gradually remove the safety pull ring of the ammunition during the movement. Usually, the moving action is completed in an instant, and the bomb can be dropped and the safety can be released very quickly. Therefore, it can be seen that this ammunition release component 6 can simultaneously achieve the two-in-one action of dropping and releasing the safety in the air. Pulling out the safety pull ring of the ammunition and dropping the bomb in the air can greatly reduce the safety hazards of soldiers when loading ammunition.

[0031] For details on the ammunition blocking section above, please refer to Figure 7 The ammunition blocking portion has a baffle 61 that can provide a lifting force for lifting the ammunition, and a driving seat is provided on the baffle 61 to drive the baffle 61 to move. The baffle 61 can provide a lifting force for the ammunition, and the lifting force is also the above-mentioned blocking force. In addition, a driving seat is provided on the baffle 61, so that the baffle 61 can be driven by itself to move. Of course, the driving form is not limited to the use of the driving seat, and it is also possible to use an external driving component for driving, but the form of driving by the driving seat can make the structure more compact than using an external driving component for driving.

[0032] For details on the above drive seat, please refer to Figure 7 The driving seat comprises a seat shell 62, wherein a compression spring 63 is built in the seat shell 62. The direction of the elastic force of the compression spring 63 is consistent with the direction of movement of the baffle 61. After the elastic force of the compression spring 63 is released, the driving seat moves with the baffle 61. The driving seat comprises a seat shell 62 having an inner cavity, wherein a compression spring 63 is built in the seat shell 62. Figure 7The cross-section diagram of the seat shell 62 is shown, and it can be seen that there is a compression spring 63 inside. In the initial state, the ammunition blocking part is restricted from moving, and the compression spring 63 is in a compressed state. When the restriction of the ammunition blocking part is removed, the compression spring 63 will reset and provide a linear force to drive the baffle 61 to move. When the direction of the elastic force of the compression spring 63 is limited, the moving direction of the ammunition blocking part can be controlled.

[0033] See also Figure 7 The locking structure is refined, and the locking structure includes a lock body 64 with an inner cavity, and the lock body 64 also has an opening for the safety pull ring to enter the inner cavity, and the opening is a movable opening with adjustable size. The locking structure is refined, and the lock body 64 can be used to place the safety pull ring, and the movable opening is provided, so that the safety pull ring is easy to enter and difficult to exit. For example, when entering, the opening first becomes larger to facilitate the entry of the safety pull ring, and after the safety pull ring is fully entered, the opening can be reduced to limit the safety pull ring from sliding out of the inner cavity. At the same time, the use of such a movable opening with a variable size can also adapt to different models of safety pull rings, no matter whether it is larger or thicker, it can enter the inner cavity from the movable opening.

[0034] For details on the above-mentioned adjustable opening size, please refer to Figure 7 , the opening of the lock body 64 is provided with a first protrusion 65 and a second protrusion 66 which are arranged oppositely, the first protrusion 65 and the second protrusion 66 cooperate to form a gap smaller than the opening, the safety pull ring enters the inner cavity through the gap, and one of the first protrusion 65 and the second protrusion 66 is an elastic protrusion. The gap is formed by the relative arrangement of the first protrusion 65 and the second protrusion 66. Since one of the protrusions is an elastic protrusion, the size of the gap is variable. Of course, in addition to this, it is also possible to directly use a retractable structure instead of an elastic protrusion to change the size of the gap. Preferably, the second protrusion 66 can be designed as an elastic protrusion, which can be an arc-shaped elastic sheet. The first protrusion 65 can be designed as a hook-shaped structure, because when the ammunition release assembly 6 is installed on the main frame of the bombing device B, the first protrusion 65 is closer to the ammunition in the main frame, so the first protrusion 65 adopts a hard structure, which is more conducive to removing the safety pull ring of the ammunition.

[0035] See also Figure 2 and Figure 7The ammunition release assembly 6 also includes an adjustment structure that can adjust the installation position of the safety pull ring on the locking structure. In this embodiment, the installation position of the safety pull ring of the ammunition can be changed by adjusting the structure. For example, when the distance between the safety pull ring and the top of the ammunition is far, the position of the locking structure can be adjusted upward by adjusting the structure so that the safety pull ring of the ammunition can smoothly enter the locking structure. Therefore, it can be seen that the adjustment direction of the adjustment structure actually matches the location of the safety pull ring of the ammunition.

[0036] For details on the above adjustment structure, please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 7 , the adjustment structure includes a first waist-shaped hole 67 provided on the locking structure, and the direction in which the long aperture of the first waist-shaped hole 67 extends is consistent with the direction in which the locking structure moves. The adjustment method is to use the extension of the inner ring of the waist-shaped hole. For example, when we need to adjust the locking structure in the vertical direction, the direction in which the long aperture of the first waist-shaped hole 67 extends is set vertically, and the locking screw 68 is first loosened. After the position is adjusted (that is, the position of the locking structure relative to the locking screw 68 changes), the locking screw 68 is then locked. Of course, in addition to this adjustment method, the position of the locking structure can also be directly changed as a whole, and then fixed.

[0037] See also Figure 7 The ammunition release assembly 6 also includes a guide rod 69 for providing guidance for the ammunition blocking portion and a blocking structure capable of blocking the movement of the ammunition blocking portion. The ammunition blocking portion is slidably sleeved on the guide rod 69. The extending direction of the guide rod 69 is the moving direction of the ammunition blocking portion, so that the ammunition blocking portion can be ensured to move accurately without misalignment. The ammunition blocking portion is blocked by the blocking structure to limit the movement of the ammunition blocking portion.

[0038] See also Figure 7 , the above-mentioned blocking structure is refined, which includes at least one through hole provided on the guide rod 69, in which a limit rod is pluggably installed. The displacement of the ammunition blocking part can be simply limited by designing the through hole and cooperating with the limit rod. There can be multiple through holes, and each through hole has different functions. If there are two through holes, we define them as the first through hole 690 and the second through hole 691 respectively, wherein the first through hole 690 can be used in conjunction with the limit rod. The limit rod here is actually the locking pin 74 in the control component 7, which is inserted into the first through hole 690 to limit the movement of the ammunition blocking part. The first through opening can be arranged horizontally to facilitate the cooperation with the locking pin 74. The second through hole 691 is designed to make the release safer. It is a service safety. The limit rod can also be inserted into the second through hole 691, that is, Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown in the figure, during the transportation of the bombing device B, there are two limit rods to cooperate with the limit release action to avoid an accident caused by one of the limit rods coming out. Usually, the pull ring pin 692 in the second through hole 691 can be manually pulled out after transportation to the destination.

[0039] See also Figure 7 A small slider 60 is provided at the end of the baffle 61 . The small slider 60 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene and can effectively reduce the friction between the baffle 61 and the support plate 50 .

[0040] See also Figures 2 to 8 The embodiment of the present invention provides a bomb-dropping device, including a bomb-dropping assembly 5 for lifting the bottom of the ammunition and the above-mentioned ammunition release assembly 6, wherein the ammunition blocking portion provides a lifting force for the bomb-dropping assembly 5. The above-mentioned ammunition release assembly 6 can be used in conjunction with the bomb-dropping assembly 5, and the lifting force provided by the ammunition blocking portion to the bomb-dropping assembly 5 is the blocking force mentioned in the above-mentioned embodiment, and the two can be used in conjunction to achieve the lifting of the ammunition. When the lifting force is removed, the bomb-dropping assembly 5 will no longer lift the bottom of the ammunition, and the ammunition can fall down under its own gravity and detach from the bomb-dropping device B, completing the bomb-dropping.

[0041] See also Figure 5 The present bomb throwing device B also includes a bullet blocking assembly 4, which can limit the radial displacement of the ammunition, that is, Figure 2 The horizontal displacement of the ammunition shown can usually be accomplished by designing multiple bullet blocking assemblies 4 to cooperate with each other to block multiple ammunition. For example, the four ammunition shown in this embodiment can be blocked by four bullet blocking assemblies 4 .

[0042] For details of the bullet-blocking assembly 4, please refer to Figure 5The bullet blocking assembly 4 includes an envelope plate 44 that can fit the side wall of the ammunition. The envelope plate 44 is provided with a notch 440 on one side close to the bullet supporting assembly 5. The notch 440 is used to allow the grip 80 of the ammunition to fall away from the bomb delivery device B. The envelope plate 44 can be used to wrap the ammunition from the side. Take the grenade 8 as an example. This ammunition consists of a projectile 81 and a grip 80. The grip 80 will automatically pop open after the grenade 8 pulls open the ring and is thrown out, and then triggers the projectile 81 to explode. The popping of the grip 80 will generate an elastic force on the projectile 81. If the ammunition explodes nearby, the thrust will have little effect on the projectile 81. However, if the ammunition is dropped from a high altitude by the drone A, the elastic force acts on the projectile 81. As the height of the drop in the air increases, the position where the projectile 81 lands will have a greater deviation, resulting in low delivery accuracy. Therefore, the present embodiment cleverly designs a notch 440 on the lower side of the envelope plate 44. When the ammunition is released, the gripping piece 80 will first be separated from the release device through the notch 440, and the main frame 3 of the release device B can absorb the eccentric displacement of the projectile 81 between the gripping piece 80 and the projectile 81, thereby improving the release accuracy of the ammunition. Although the present embodiment only designs the notch 440 on the envelope plate 44, the small notch 440 can bring a very good release effect.

[0043] To further refine the bullet-blocking assembly 4, please refer to Figure 5 , the bullet blocking assembly 4 also includes an adjustment structure that can adjust the position of the envelope plate 44. The position of the envelope plate 44 can be adjusted by the adjustment structure, so as to adjust the position of the radial limit of the ammunition. When the ammunition is thicker, the envelope plate 44 can be adjusted by the adjustment structure to move away from the ammunition. When the ammunition is thinner, the envelope plate 44 can be adjusted by the adjustment structure to move toward the direction of the ammunition. Preferably, the adjustment structure includes a linear push rod 40, a push rod 41, a spring pin 42 and a blocking arm 43. The linear push rod 40 is fixed to the main frame 3 by two screws, and the push rod 41 is moved and locked on the linear push rod 40 by the spring pin 42. The appropriate gear position is selected according to the different bullet diameters of the loaded ammunition. The envelope plate 44 is fixed to the blocking arm 43 by two countersunk screws. The ammunition can be better enclosed by bending the sheet metal. The upper end of the envelope plate is designed to be open and turned outward, which is more conducive to the delivery of ammunition.

[0044] See also Figure 8 The bombing device B also includes a control component 7 for releasing the limit of the ammunition blocking part to allow the ammunition blocking part to move. The control component 7 can automatically release the limit of the ammunition blocking part, so that the bombing action can be remotely controlled in the air.

[0045] See also Figure 8, the control assembly 7 is refined, the control assembly 7 includes a driving structure that can provide a linear driving force and a locking pin 74 driven by the driving structure to be pulled out from the ammunition release assembly 6. After the locking pin 74 is pulled out from the ammunition release assembly 6, the ammunition blocking part starts to move. The control method is to use the driving structure to provide a linear driving force to pull the locking pin 74 out of the ammunition release assembly 6 linearly, specifically, to pull it out from the first through hole 690 of the guide rod 69 of the ammunition release assembly 6. When the limit is pulled out, the ammunition blocking part can move, thereby removing the blocking force on the ammunition. The control assembly 7 is fixed to the bottom of the main frame 3 by two countersunk screws. The locking pin 74 is made of stainless steel, and its main function is to limit the elastic force of the compression spring acting on the baffle 61 to "lock" the dispenser.

[0046] See also Figure 8 , the driving structure is refined, the driving structure includes a steering gear 71 and a tiller 72 driven to rotate by the steering gear 71, the tiller 72 is provided with a second waist-shaped hole 75 penetrating therethrough, a locking pin 73 is installed in the second waist-shaped hole 75, and the locking pin 74 is arranged on one end of the locking pin 73 extending out of the second waist-shaped hole 75. The tiller 72 is installed to the bottom end of the steering gear 71 by screws, the waist-shaped hole at the tail end of the tiller 72 is used as a slide groove for the locking pin 73, and the locking pin 74 is used to limit the movement of the release assembly. The driving method is that the steering gear 71 drives the rudder bar 72 to rotate so that the locking pin 74 is pulled out linearly. Here, the second waist-shaped hole 75 is used to convert the rotational force into a linear force. Specifically, during the rotation of the rudder bar 72, the second waist-shaped hole 75 also rotates together. At this time, the locking pin 73 moves relative to the second waist-shaped hole 75, and the rotational force is decomposed into two linear forces, one of which is in the direction of the long hole diameter of the waist-shaped hole, and the other is in the direction of the pulling out of the locking pin 74, so that the locking pin 74 can move linearly to be pulled out from the first through hole 690. This rotation form can reduce the occupied space of the driving structure, and the locking pin 74 can be pulled out in a smaller space. Of course, if the space is not considered, other existing linear driving methods can also be used to directly drive the locking pin 74. The steering gear 71 is installed on the main frame 3 through the steering gear bracket 70.

[0047] See also Figure 4 The bomb throwing device B also includes a top cover assembly 2 disposed on the top of the ammunition and used to limit the axial displacement of the ammunition. The top cover assembly 2 can limit the axial displacement of the ammunition, that is, Figure 2 The vertical direction in .

[0048] For details of the top cover assembly 2, please refer to Figure 3 and Figure 4, the top cover assembly 2 is provided with a connection structure that can be connected to the drone A. It is used in conjunction with the aircraft pylon 1, and the aircraft pylon 1 includes a slide rail 10 and a buckle 21. The top cover assembly 2 can specifically include a cover plate 20, a slider 21, a spring pressure block 22, a hook 23 and a spring 24, wherein the connection structure can be the slider 21. The aircraft pylon 1 is installed on the belly of the aircraft by 4 screws. After the slider 21 in the top cover assembly 2 slides into the slide rail 10 of the aircraft pylon 1, it is locked by the lock buckle and hook 23 at the tail. The spring 24 is fixed by the spring pressure block 22, which on the one hand provides an initial preload force for the ammunition, and on the other hand can fill the margin caused by the different heights of the ammunition.

[0049] See also Figure 6 , the above-mentioned ammunition holding assembly 5 is refined, and the ammunition holding assembly 5 includes a holding plate 50, a stop block 51, a cover seat 52 and a torsion spring 53. The ammunition holding assembly 5 is fixed to the bottom of the main frame 3 by two screws, and the ammunition loaded in the main frame 3 is supported by the holding plate 50. Two ribs on the holding plate 50 are used to prevent the ammunition from rotating in the circumferential direction. One end of the torsion spring 53 is fixed to the edge of the holding plate 50, and the other end is fixed to one end of the stop block 51.

[0050] See also Figure 2 The bomb delivery device B includes a main frame, and the main frame body 3 adopts a frame aluminum alloy structure, which is a four-side consistent frame structure, which can not only reduce the overall weight of the delivery device, but also ensure that the delivery status of the four ammunitions is consistent.

[0051] At this point, the bomb throwing device B is refined. It mainly controls the steering gear 71 to drive the rudder bar 72 to rotate a certain angle, so that the locking pin 74 slides out from the guide rod 69, the compression spring force in the ammunition release assembly 6 is released, and the baffle 61 is driven to slide on the guide rod 69 to complete the "unprotection" and "uncover" actions. One end of the support plate 50 loses its constraint. Under the self-gravity of the ammunition and the elastic force of the top spring, it rotates along the center of the torsion spring 53 at one end of the limit block 51, so that the ammunition is thrown out from the main frame 3, realizing the bomb throwing function of the ammunition. The bomb throwing device B weighs less than 0.57kg and can carry and throw various types of grenades 8 at the same time. The simple and lightweight bomb throwing device structure design greatly enhances the bomb load and lethality of the unmanned aircraft. The simple bomb throwing mechanism improves the reliability of the weapon system of the unmanned aircraft A and reduces the risk of bomb jamming. The structural design with adjustable radial dimensions of the magazine not only meets the needs of loading a variety of ammunition on the bomb throwing device, but also improves the interchangeability of the device. Removing the safety ring of ammunition and dropping the bomb in the air greatly reduces the safety risks for soldiers when loading ammunition.

[0052] See also Figures 1 to 8The embodiment of the present invention provides a drone, including the bombing device B, which is installed at the bottom of the drone A. The bombing device B is used on the drone A to realize high-altitude bombing of the drone A, and all functions of the bombing device B can be realized on the drone A.

[0053] Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and variations may be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the present invention, and that the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
