[0022] In the cover plate assembly for a floor washer provided by the present invention, it includes a floor brush cover, a cover plate, an elastic driving member and a temperature-variable locking member. The cover plate is rotatably connected to the floor brush cover, so that the cover plate can be flipped open or closed relative to the floor brush cover. The elastic driving member is connected between the floor brush cover and the cover plate. Under the elastic force of the elastic driving member, the cover plate can be automatically flipped open relative to the floor brush cover to a certain angle. The temperature-variable locking member is connected between the floor brush cover and the cover plate, and the temperature-variable locking member has two states: a locking state and a separating state. With the change of temperature, the temperature-variable locking member can deform to automatically switch from the locking state to the separating state. In the locking state, the temperature-variable locking member can lock the cover plate in the state of being closed with the floor brush cover; in the separating state, the temperature-variable locking member can be separated from one of the cover plate or the floor brush cover. At this time, under the driving action of the elastic driving member, the cover plate automatically flips open, so that the air in the inner cavity of the floor brush cover can circulate, and the drying effect of the floor brush is promoted.
[0023] During the specific use process, when the floor washer needs to normally clean the floor, manually press the cover plate to overcome the elastic force of the elastic driving member and flip the cover to the closed state. The temperature-variable locking member is in the locking state, and it can lock the cover plate and the floor brush cover in the closed state. After the floor washer finishes cleaning, during the process of drying the floor brush, as the temperature inside the floor brush cover rises, the temperature-variable locking member deforms and automatically switches from the locking state to the separating state. At this time, under the driving action of the elastic driving member, the cover plate automatically flips open. Thereby, the air circulation in the inner cavity of the floor brush cover is ensured, and the drying effect of the floor brush inside the floor brush cover is improved.
[0024] With this structural arrangement, an elastic driving member and a temperature-variable locking member are provided between the floor brush cover and the cover plate. During the process of drying the floor brush, as the temperature inside the floor brush cover rises, the temperature-variable locking member deforms and automatically switches from the locked state to the separated state. At this time, under the driving action of the elastic driving member, the cover plate automatically flips open. Thus, in this cover plate assembly for a floor washing machine, on the one hand, its cost is relatively low and the failure rate is also relatively low; on the other hand, during the floor brush drying process, the operation of opening the cover plate for ventilation is time-saving and labor-saving.
[0025] Furthermore, in the floor washing machine provided by the present invention, since both have the cover plate assembly for a floor washing machine as described above, therefore, it also has the above-mentioned various advantages. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0039] The following Figures 1 to 5 describes a cover plate 200 assembly for a floor washer and a floor washer provided by the present invention. It should be understood that the following is only a schematic embodiment of the present invention and does not constitute any special limitation on the present invention.
[0040] An embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a cover plate 200 assembly for a floor washer, as Figures 1 to 3 shown. The cover plate 200 assembly for the floor washer includes:
[0041] A floor brush cover 100 for installing the floor brush of the floor washer;
[0042] A cover plate 200 rotatably connected to the floor brush cover 100;
[0043] An elastic driving member 300 connected between the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200 and used to drive the cover plate 200 to flip open relative to the floor brush cover 100;
[0044] A temperature-variable locking member 400 connected between the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200 and used to lock the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200. The temperature-variable locking member 400 can deform under the action of temperature change and automatically switch from the locking state to the separated state.
[0045] In the cover plate 200 assembly for a floor washer provided by the present invention, it includes a floor brush cover 100, a cover plate 200, an elastic driving member 300, and a temperature-variable locking member 400. The cover plate 200 is rotatably connected to the floor brush cover 100 so that the cover plate 200 can be flipped open or closed relative to the floor brush cover 100. The elastic driving member 300 is connected between the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200. Under the elastic force of the elastic driving member 300, the cover plate 200 can automatically flip open relative to the floor brush cover 100 to a certain angle. The temperature-variable locking member 400 is connected between the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200, and the temperature-variable locking member 400 has two states: a locking state and a separating state. As the temperature changes, the temperature-variable locking member 400 can deform to automatically switch from the locking state to the separating state. In the locking state, the temperature-variable locking member can lock the cover plate 200 in the state of being closed with the floor brush cover 100; in the separating state, the temperature-variable locking member can be separated from one of the cover plate 200 or the floor brush cover 100. At this time, under the elastic force of the elastic driving member 300, the cover plate 200 automatically flips open to allow the air in the inner cavity of the floor brush cover 100 to circulate and promote the drying effect of the floor brush.
[0046] During the specific use process, when the floor washer needs to clean the bottom plate normally, manually press the cover plate 200 by hand to overcome the elastic force of the elastic driving member 300 and flip the cover to the closed state. The temperature-variable locking member 400 is in the locking state and can lock the cover plate 200 and the floor brush cover 100 in the closed state. After the floor washer finishes cleaning, during the process of drying the floor brush, as the temperature in the floor brush cover 100 rises, the temperature-variable locking member 400 deforms and automatically switches from the locking state to the separating state. At this time, under the driving action of the elastic driving member 300, the cover plate 200 automatically flips open. Thus, the air circulation in the inner cavity of the floor brush cover 100 is ensured, and the drying effect of the floor brush in the floor brush cover 100 is improved.
[0047] Through this structural arrangement, an elastic driving member 300 and a temperature-variable locking member 400 are provided between the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200. During the process of drying the floor brush, as the temperature in the floor brush cover 100 rises, the temperature-variable locking member 400 deforms and automatically switches from the locking state to the separating state. At this time, under the driving action of the elastic driving member 300, the cover plate 200 automatically flips open. Thus, in this cover plate 200 assembly for the floor washer, on the one hand, its cost is relatively low and the failure rate is also relatively low; on the other hand, during the floor brush drying process, the operation of opening and flowing through the cover plate 200 is time-saving and labor-saving.
[0048] In an embodiment of the present invention, the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200 are detachably and rotatably connected through an elastic connection assembly 500.
[0049] The elastic connection component 500 can be switched between a pressed position and a released position. In the state of the pressed position, the elastic connection component 500 can be separated from one of the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200; in the state of the released position, the elastic connection component 500 can be rotatably connected between the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200.
[0050] For example, the elastic connection component is connected to the floor brush cover 100. Under the action of an external force and the elastic force of the elastic connection component 500 itself, it can drive the elastic connection component 500 to slide between the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200, so that the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200 are separated or rotatably connected. When it is necessary to disassemble the cover plate 200 from the floor brush cover 100, the elastic connection component 500 is pressed by an external force, so that the elastic connection component 500 is switched to the pressed position. At this time, the elastic connection component 500 slides to the side completely separated from the cover plate 200. Subsequently, the cover plate 200 can be taken out. When it is necessary to install the cover plate 200 on the floor brush cover 100, first, the elastic connection component 500 is pressed by an external force to keep it in the pressed position. When the cover plate 200 is placed in place, the elastic connection component 500 is released. Under the action of the elastic force of the elastic connection component 500 itself, it can slide and rotatably connect between the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200. Furthermore, the floor brush cover 100 and the cover plate 200 can be rotatably connected.
[0051] According to the above description, in the cover plate 200 assembly for the floor washer, not only can the cover plate 200 be automatically flipped and opened during the floor brush drying process, but also the cover plate 200 can be manually disassembled for cleaning, maintenance, etc.
[0052] In an embodiment of the present invention, the temperature-variable locking member 400 includes a passive connection piece 410, an active connection piece 420, and a buckle 430.
[0053] A connection bar 110 is provided on the inner side wall of the floor brush cover 100. One end of the active connection piece 420 is connected to the connection bar 110. A buckle 430 is provided on the other end of the active connection bar 110 close to the inner side wall of the floor brush cover 100. A locking hole 210 is formed on the side wall of the cover plate 200. A gap is formed between the buckle 430 and the inner side wall of the floor brush cover 100 for the side wall of the cover plate 200 to be inserted, and the buckle 430 is placed in the locking hole 210. The passive connection bar 110 is attached and connected to the side of the active connection piece 420 away from the buckle 430. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the active connection piece 420 is greater than that of the passive connection piece 410.
[0054] For example, as Figures 2 to 5As shown, a connecting strip 110 is provided on the inner side wall of the floor brush cover 100. The connecting strip 110 is used to fixedly support the temperature-changing locking member, and a gap for inserting the side wall of the cover plate 200 is formed between the lock catch in the temperature-changing locking member and the inner side wall of the floor brush cover 100. Specifically, the active connecting piece 420 and the passive connecting piece 410 have the same shape and size, and the two are aligned and attached to each other. The active connecting piece 420 is located on the side close to the inner side wall of the floor brush cover 100, and the passive connecting piece 410 is located on the side close to the center of the inner cavity of the floor brush cover 100. One end of the active connecting piece 420 is connected to the end of the connecting strip 110. A buckle 430 is provided on the side of the other end of the active connecting piece 420 close to the inner side wall of the floor brush cover 100. A gap is formed between the buckle 430 and the inner side wall of the floor brush cover 100, and this gap is adapted to the side wall of the cover plate 200. When the cover plate 200 is in the closed state, the side wall of the cover plate 200 can be inserted into this gap, and a locking hole 210 is provided on the inner side wall of the cover plate 200, and the locking hole 210 is adapted to the buckle 430. When the cover plate 200 is in the closed state, the buckle 430 can be clamped in the locking hole 210 to keep the cover plate 200 locked in the closed state. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the active connecting piece 420 is greater than that of the passive connecting piece 410. When the temperature rises, the deformation amount of the active connecting piece 420 is greater than that of the passive connecting piece 410. Thus, the active connecting piece 420 and the passive connecting piece 410 will bend as a whole to the side of the passive connecting piece 410.
[0055] During actual use, such as Figure 4 and Figure 5 shown, when the floor scrubber is at normal ambient temperature, neither the active connecting piece 420 nor the passive connecting piece 410 is deformed, and both are flat sheet-like structures. When the cover plate 200 is flipped to the closed state, the buckle 430 can be clamped in the locking hole 210 to keep the cover plate 200 locked in the closed state. During the process of drying the floor brush, as the temperature inside the floor brush cover 100 rises, the active connecting piece 420 and the passive connecting piece 410 deform and bend as a whole to the side of the passive connecting piece 410, or rather, bend as a whole to the side away from the side wall of the cover plate 200, thereby separating the buckle 430 from the locking hole 210. When the buckle 430 is separated from the locking hole 210, under the elastic force of the elastic driving member 300, the cover plate 200 can automatically flip open to a certain angle.
[0056] For example, both the active connecting piece 420 and the passive connecting piece 410 are metal sheets. The active connecting piece 420 includes but is not limited to manganese-nickel-copper alloy sheets, nickel-chromium-iron alloy sheets, nickel-manganese-iron alloy sheets, or nickel sheets, etc. The passive connecting piece 410 includes but is not limited to nickel-iron alloy sheets.
[0057] In one embodiment of the present invention, the buckle 430 includes multiple inner buckle pieces 431. One end of each inner buckle piece 431 is connected to the active connection piece 420, and the other end of each inner buckle piece 431 extends to the side away from the active connection bar 110 and contracts towards each other to form a semi-ellipsoidal structure.
[0058] The inner buckle piece 431 includes an inner layer body and an outer layer body. The inner layer body is attached and connected to the inner side of the outer layer body, and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the outer layer body is greater than that of the inner layer body.
[0059] Specifically, as Figure 4 and Figure 5 shown, the buckle 430 includes multiple inner buckle pieces 431. The multiple inner buckle pieces 431 are connected to the end of the active connection piece 420 and together form a semi-ellipsoidal structure. Specifically, one end of each inner buckle piece 431 is connected to the active connection piece 420, and the other end of each inner buckle piece 431 extends to the side away from the active connection bar 110 and contracts towards each other. Each inner buckle piece 431 includes an inner layer body and an outer layer body. The inner layer body and the outer layer body have the same shape and size. The inner layer body is attached and connected to the inner side of the outer layer body. The inner side referred to here is the side close to the inner cavity of the semi-ellipsoidal structure. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the outer layer body is greater than that of the inner layer body. When the temperature rises, the deformation amount of the outer layer body is greater than that of the inner layer body. Thus, the outer layer body and the inner layer body will bend as a whole towards the side of the inner layer body, or say bend as a whole towards the side close to the center of the inner cavity of the semi-ellipsoidal structure. Thus, when the temperature inside the floor brush cover 100 rises, the buckle 430 will also deform to assist in accelerating the separation of the buckle 430 from the locking hole 210.
[0060] For example, both the outer layer body and the inner layer body are metal sheets. The outer layer body includes but is not limited to manganese-nickel-copper alloy sheets, nickel-chromium-iron alloy sheets, nickel-manganese-iron alloy sheets, or nickel sheets, etc. The inner layer body includes but is not limited to nickel-iron alloy sheets.
[0061] It should be noted here that the present invention does not make any limitation on the number of temperature-variable locking members 400 provided between the cover plate 200 and the floor brush cover 100. The number of temperature-variable locking members 400 can be one or more. For example, as Figure 2 shown, one temperature-variable locking member 400 is respectively provided between the two side walls of the cover plate 200 and the two inner side walls of the floor brush cover 100.
[0062] In one embodiment of the present invention, the elastic connection assembly 500 includes a fixed shaft 510, a sliding sleeve 530, a sliding shaft 540, and a spring 550.
[0063] One end of the fixed shaft 510 is connected to the cover plate 200 through the fixing plate 520. The sliding sleeve 530 is slidably sleeved on the fixed shaft 510. The spring 550 is sleeved on the fixed shaft 510 and is located between the fixing plate 520 and the sliding sleeve 530. The sliding sleeve 530 is connected to the sliding shaft 540. The sliding sleeve 530 can slide along the fixed shaft 510 to drive the sliding shaft 540 to separate from the floor brush cover 100, or to be inserted and rotatably connected to the floor brush cover 100.
[0064] In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic connection assembly 500 further includes a dial block 560. A chute 220 is provided on the cover plate 200. The sliding sleeve 530 is connected to the dial block 560 through the first connecting rod 570. The sliding shaft 540 is connected to the dial block 560 through the second connecting rod 580. The dial block 560 extends to the outside of the cover plate 200 through the chute 220. The dial block 560 can slide along the chute 220 to switch between the pressing position and the releasing position.
[0065] Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, in the state of the pressing position, the dial block 560 drives the sliding sleeve 530 to squeeze the spring 550, so that the sliding shaft 540 separates from the floor brush cover 100; in the state of the releasing position, the spring 550 drives the sliding sleeve 530 to slide along the fixed shaft 510, so that the sliding shaft 540 is inserted and rotatably connected to the floor brush cover 100.
[0066] Furthermore, in an embodiment of the present invention, a rotating insertion cylinder is provided inside the floor brush cover 100. An insertion hole is provided on the rotating insertion cylinder. The insertion hole is adapted to the sliding shaft 540. In the state of the releasing position, the sliding shaft 540 can be inserted into the insertion hole.
[0067] Specifically, as Figures 1 to 3As shown, a fixing plate 520 is provided at the inner bottom of the cover plate 200. One end of the fixing shaft 510 is connected to the fixing plate 520, and the other end of the fixing shaft 510 is a free end. The spring 550 is sleeved on the fixing shaft 510 from the free end of the fixing shaft 510, and one end of it abuts against the fixing plate 520. The sliding sleeve 530 is sleeved on the fixing shaft 510 from the free end of the fixing shaft 510, and one end of it can abut against the other end of the spring 550. That is to say, both the spring 550 and the sliding sleeve 530 are sleeved on the fixing shaft 510, and the spring 550 is located between the fixing plate 520 and the sliding sleeve 530. The sliding sleeve 530 can slide along the fixing shaft 510. The sliding sleeve 530 is connected to the dial block 560 through the first connecting rod 570. The sliding shaft 540 is connected to the dial block 560 through the second connecting rod 580. Thus, when the dial block 560 is manually toggled, the dial block 560 can drive the sliding sleeve 530 to slide along the fixing shaft 510. At the same time, the sliding shaft 540 can move together with the sliding sleeve 530. A rotating insertion cylinder is provided inside the floor brush cover 100. An insertion hole is provided on the rotating insertion cylinder. The sliding shaft 540 can be inserted into the insertion hole to enable the cover plate 200 to be rotatably connected to the floor brush cover 100. When the dial block 560 is pressed to slide along the sliding groove 220, the dial block 560 can be switched to the pressing position. In the state of the pressing position, the dial block 560 can drive the sliding sleeve 530 to slide along the fixing shaft 510 against the elastic force of the spring 550 through the first connecting rod 570. At the same time, the second connecting rod 580 can drive the sliding shaft 540 to move to the side away from the rotating insertion cylinder until the sliding shaft 540 is completely disengaged from the insertion hole. At this time, the cover plate 200 can be disassembled from the floor brush cover 100. When the dial block 560 is released, the spring 550 can drive the sliding sleeve 530 to slide along the fixing shaft 510. At the same time, the sliding sleeve 530 can drive the dial block 560 to move through the first connecting rod 570. Furthermore, the dial block 560 drives the sliding shaft 540 to move along the direction close to the rotating insertion cylinder through the second connecting rod 580 to insert the sliding shaft 540 into the insertion hole. Thus, the rotational connection between the cover plate 200 and the floor brush cover 100 is realized.
[0068] In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic driving member 300 includes a torsion spring. The torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating insertion cylinder, and one end of the torsion spring is clamped inside the cover plate 200, and the other end of the torsion spring is clamped inside the floor brush cover 100. Thus, when the buckle 430 disengages from the outside of the locking hole 210, the torsion spring can drive the cover plate 200 to automatically flip to a certain angle.
[0069] An embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention provides a floor washer, including a floor brush and the cover plate 200 assembly for the floor washer as described above. The floor brush is installed inside the floor brush cover 100.
[0070] Further, in the floor washer provided by the present invention, since it includes the cover plate 200 assembly for the floor washer as described above, it also has the above-mentioned various advantages.
