Portable temperature and humidity sensor calibrator and calibration method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a portable temperature and humidity sensor calibrator and a calibration method thereof. The calibrator comprises a shell and a solution bottle, a measuring cavity, a turntable and a controller are arranged in the shell; a pressure relief hole and an insertion opening are formed in the measuring cavity; a standard temperature and humidity sensor is arranged in the measuring cavity; a measuring head of a temperature and humidity sensor to be calibrated can be inserted into the measuring cavity through the insertion opening; a plurality of measuring holes and exhaust holes are formed in the turntable; each measuring hole can be connected with a solution bottle; the turntable can rotate until each measuring hole and each exhaust hole are communicated with the pressure relief hole of the measuring cavity; the standard temperature and humidity sensor and the to-be-calibrated temperature and humidity sensor are both used for acquiring temperature and humidity in the measuring cavity; the controller is used for calculating an error between the temperature and humidity values acquired by the standard temperature and humidity sensor and the temperature and humidity sensor to be calibrated; and calibrating the temperature and humidity sensor to be calibrated according to the error. Accurate measurement of the temperature and humidity sensor is realized.
