Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an endoscope, and more specifically, to an endoscope having a detachable insertion part and an operating part, allowing for the replacement of the disposable insertion part. Background Technology
[0002] A medical endoscope is a device that is inserted directly into the internal tissues of the human body for examination or surgery to confirm the condition of the affected area or to perform surgery.
[0003] Typical endoscopes feature an articulated assembly at the end of a flexible insertion tube, allowing for adjustment of the insertion direction during insertion into the body. A front end body, housing an image sensor and a light source, is provided at the end of the articulated assembly. A handle body is provided at the other end of the insertion tube. The handle body connects to an image processing device (not shown) via additional cables and connectors.
[0004] The main body of the handle is equipped with dials and buttons for adjusting the direction of the joint assembly and for use during surgery.
[0005] A pair of dials can be configured to adjust the direction of travel of the front end body up / down and left / right relative to the length of the insertion tube. Inside the handle body, a sprocket and chain convert the rotational motion of the dials into linear motion. The chain is connected to the end of the articulated assembly via an additional wire. As a result, the rotation of the dials is converted into linear motion of the wire via the sprocket and chain, and the articulated assembly bends with the linear motion of the wire. Thus, the operator of the endoscope can adjust the direction of travel of the front end body during insertion of the insertion tube into the human body.
[0006] Here, because the endoscope is inserted into the human body, strict hygiene management is required, and cleaning / sterilization must be performed before and after diagnosis or surgery. Depending on the situation, it may not be possible or preferable to reuse the part actually inserted into the human body (i.e., the insertion tube and joint assembly). In this case, since the existing endoscope is formed from a single body, there is a problem of needing to replace the entire endoscope device. Furthermore, even in cases where reuse is possible, cleaning and sterilization can be performed more conveniently if only a portion of the endoscope is separated rather than the entire device.
[0007] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0063947 discloses an endoscope in which the handle body and the operating part body are detachably assembled. However, the endoscope's operating structure makes it difficult to separate and reassemble the metal wires, resulting in low usability when other parts are separated while keeping the metal wires unchanged. Even if the problem of separating and assembling the metal wires is solved, when the endoscope is bent, the distances traveled by the separated pair of metal wires differ due to their radii, thus making it difficult to operate the endoscope precisely. Summary of the Invention
[0008] The problem that the invention aims to solve
[0009] The present invention was proposed to improve the problems of existing endoscopes as described above, and its object is to provide an endoscope in which the operator can easily combine the insertion part and the operating part.
[0010] In addition, the purpose is to provide an endoscope that can precisely combine the metal wire on the insertion side and the metal wire on the operation side.
[0011] Technical solutions to the problem
[0012] To achieve the objectives described above, the endoscope according to the present invention may include: an insertion section having an illumination and imaging section and the insertion tube; and an operation section including an operation knob and an operation wire that bends the insertion tube according to the operation of the operation knob; the operation section may include a coupling section that engages with the insertion section according to the rotation of a dial configured to be rotatably operable.
[0013] Specifically, the connecting part may be a first connecting part disposed on the operating part.
[0014] At this time, the connecting part may include a first connecting plate that moves with the rotation of the dial and engages with the insertion part.
[0015] At this time, the connecting part may further include: a pinion gear that rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the dial; and a rack that engages with the first connecting plate, meshes with the pinion gear, and reciprocates as the pinion gear rotates.
[0016] On the other hand, the connecting part may further include: a first wire frame, which is connected to the operating wire and reciprocates along the first connecting plate.
[0017] Therefore, if the operating knob is operated, the first wire frame can move back and forth linearly along the guide groove formed in the first connecting plate.
[0018] On the other hand, the connecting part may also include: a locking pin, disposed on the first connecting plate, which is received into a fixing groove formed in the first wire frame as it reciprocates.
[0019] Additionally, the connecting portion may also include a spring that applies pressure to the locking pin in the direction of the first wire frame.
[0020] Additionally, the connecting portion may include a locking seat, which engages with the first connecting plate and accommodates the locking pin so that it can reciprocate.
[0021] On the other hand, the insertion portion includes a second coupling portion that engages with the first coupling portion.
[0022] At this time, the second joint may include a second joint plate that is detachably joined to the first joint plate.
[0023] The second joint may include: a second wire frame, which is coupled with a bent wire, and is coupled to the first wire frame and moves back and forth together with the first wire frame.
[0024] Therefore, the first wire frame and the second wire frame can be combined and move linearly along the guide space formed by the combination of the first and second connecting plates, and can transmit the operating force of the operating knob.
[0025] That is, the operating part may include: a dial, configured to be rotatable; a pinion, which rotates in conjunction with the rotation of the dial; a rack, which meshes with the pinion and reciprocates with the rotation of the pinion; and a connecting plate, which is connected to the rack and is detachably connected to the insertion part; thereby the operating part and the insertion part can be detachably connected by rotating the dial.
[0026] Meanwhile, the insertion part may include a bent metal wire that bends the insertion tube, and the operation part may include an operation metal wire that moves the bent metal wire according to the operation of the operation knob. The bent metal wire and the operation metal wire can be detachably connected according to the operation of the dial.
[0027] Invention Effects
[0028] As described above, according to the endoscope of the present invention, by means of a pinion and a rack, the operator can easily engage the insertion part and the operating part by simply rotating a dial connected to the pinion.
[0029] In addition, by providing a wire frame, the wire on the insertion side and the wire on the operation side are connected and made to reciprocate linearly within the connecting plate, thus enabling precise operation of the wire. Attached Figure Description

[0053] Figure 1 The diagram shows a perspective view illustrating an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 The diagram shows a perspective view illustrating the attachment and removal relationship between the operating part and the insertion part of an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 It shows Figure 2 Top view.
[0054] Reference Figures 1 to 3 According to an embodiment of the present invention, the endoscope 1 can be a disposable endoscope. Specifically, the endoscope 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an operating part 100 and an insertion part 200. In this case, the operating part 100 and the insertion part 200 can be detachably connected to each other by means of connecting parts 150, 250. In this case, the connecting parts 150, 250 include a first connecting part 150 provided in the operating part 100 and a second connecting part 250 provided in the insertion part 200.
[0055] In this invention, the connecting portions 150 and 250 are configured to convert the rotational motion of the dial 152 into linear motion using a pinion 153 and a rack 154, thereby engaging the connecting plates 155 and 255 provided in the operating portion 100 and the insertion portion 200. At this time, the connecting plates 155 and 255 include a first connecting plate 155 provided in the operating portion 100 and a second connecting plate 255 provided in the insertion portion 200.
[0056] On the other hand, in this invention, the connection of the wires 130 and 230 can be achieved using the wire frames 156 and 256. Specifically, the wire 130 includes an operating wire 130 disposed in the operating part 100 and a bent wire 230 disposed in the insertion part 200, which are respectively connected to the first wire frame 156 disposed in the operating part and the second wire frame 256 disposed in the insertion part 200. In this case, the first wire frame 156 and the second wire frame 256 can be detachably connected to each other, and in the connected state, they can perform linear reciprocating motion within the connecting plates 155 and 255.
[0057] This will be discussed in detail later.
[0058] The operating unit 100 is configured to be operated by an operator. The operating unit 100 can be configured to be held and operated by an operator. The operating unit 100 can be operated by the operator to bend and rotate the insertion part 200.
[0059] The insertion unit 200 is configured to be inserted into the human body under the operation of the operation unit 100, thereby enabling it to photograph the interior of the human body. The insertion unit 200 can be inserted into the human body and is configured to bend according to the operation of the operation unit 100, so that it can move along the internal structure of the human body, illuminate the interior of the human body, and take pictures.
[0060] Although not illustrated, the endoscope 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention may also include a connector adapter and a universal cable.
[0061] Specifically, the endoscope 1 may include a connector adapter for connecting to an external device, which can be connected to the operating unit 100 via a universal cable. The external device connected to the connector adapter may be an image processing device. Thus, images captured by the insertion unit 200 can be displayed on the external image processing device. Therefore, the operator can operate the operating unit 100 while viewing images captured by the insertion unit 200 through the image processing device.
[0062] The operation unit 100 includes an operation unit housing 110, an operation knob 120, an operation wire 130, and a first connecting part 150.
[0063] The operating housing 110 can provide a structure for surgical personnel to hold, and can internally house operating wires 130 for driving the insertion part 200, etc.
[0064] Specifically, an operating knob 120 may be arranged on the upper part of the operating part housing 110, a first connecting part 150 may be arranged on one side of the operating knob 120 in the length direction, and a sprocket and chain that are linked to the rotation of the operating knob 120 and an operating wire 130 may be accommodated inside the operating part housing 110. In addition, a channel may also be accommodated.
[0065] The operating knob 120 can be rotated and used by a user to control the insertion part 200. The operating knob 120 may include two or more knobs. For example, the operating knob 120 may be configured such that a first knob 121 and a second knob 122 are stacked vertically. The first knob 121 and the second knob 122 are respectively connected to a first sprocket and a second sprocket (described later) and can rotate independently of each other. The first knob 121 and the second knob 122 have a shape with a plurality of protruding teeth, allowing the surgeon to easily grasp and rotate them.
[0066] On the other hand, the first knob 121 can be rotated independently while the second knob 122 remains stationary. Similarly, the second knob 122 can be rotated independently while the first knob 121 remains stationary. The first knob 121 controls the up-and-down movement of the illumination and imaging unit 210. That is, if the first knob 121 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the end of the illumination and imaging unit 210 will bend upward or downward accordingly. The second knob 122 controls the left-and-right movement of the illumination and imaging unit 210. That is, if the second knob 122 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the end of the illumination and imaging unit 210 will bend to the left or right accordingly.
[0067] Thus, the rotation direction of the illumination and imaging unit 210 can be arbitrarily adjusted by operating the first knob 121 and the second knob 122. According to the embodiment, it may be necessary to fix the illumination and imaging unit 210 in a bent state at a specific angle. For this purpose, a fixing knob 123 is provided on the upper side of the second knob 122. If the fixing knob 123 is rotated, the first sprocket and the second sprocket are fixed so that they cannot rotate, thereby keeping the end of the illumination and imaging unit 210 fixed as well.
[0068] Although not shown, two sprockets are mounted at the lower part of the first knob 121 and the second knob 122. These two sprockets are capable of rotating in conjunction with the rotation of the first knob 121 and the second knob 122. Furthermore, a chain is provided that meshes with and moves with each of the sprockets. The chains are responsible for the vertical and horizontal movement of the illumination and imaging unit 210, respectively, and they can move independently of each other.
[0069] Both ends of the chain are respectively connected to the operating wire 130. The movement of the operating wire 130 is guided by a guide structure formed inside the operating part housing 110.
[0070] The operating wire 130 is engaged with the first coupling portion 150. Specifically, the operating wire 130 is engaged with the first wire frame 156 of the first coupling portion 150. The first wire frame 156 is mounted to be able to slide within a limited range of the first coupling plate 155.
[0071] On the other hand, the first wire frame 156 can be combined with the second wire frame 256 of the insertion part 200, thereby the operating wire 130 can be connected with the bent wire 230.
[0072] Therefore, the operating wire 130 can bend and rotate the insertion tube 220 according to the operation of the operating knob 120.
[0073] on the other hand, Figure 14 This shows a different perspective. Figure 2 A three-dimensional image.
[0074] Reference Figure 14 The operating unit 100 may be provided with channels 140 for supplying air and water to the affected area during surgery. For example, channel 140 may be a supply channel and a suction channel. In this case, the supply channel may be an air supply channel and / or a water supply channel. The air supply channel, water supply channel, and suction channel may have a generally cylindrical shape and be hollow inside, so that when combined with the illumination imaging unit 210, they can be inserted into the interior of the illumination imaging unit 210, so that water or air is stably supplied to the surgical or examined site without leakage.
[0075] On the other hand, although not shown, the operation unit 100 may also be provided with a connection terminal. This connection terminal may be configured to be electrically connected to the illumination and imaging unit 210, enabling the transmission of data obtained using a camera or similar device located at the end of the illumination and imaging unit 210 to an external device. As an example, the connection terminal may be an HDMI terminal for transmitting voice and images.
[0076] The aforementioned channel 140 and connecting terminal can be configured on the underside of the metal wires 130 and 230. For example, the channel 140 and connecting terminal can be accommodated in the space formed by the operating part housing 110, the first connecting part body 151, and the second connecting part body 251, and configured to be farther away from the operating knob 120 than the operating metal wire 130.
[0077] At this time, the area for the movement of the operating wire 130 and the bending wire 230, as well as the area where the channel 140 and the connecting terminal are arranged, can be distinguished by the support plate 160. The support plate 160 can divide the internal space of the operating part 100 vertically, and can be provided with a channel support part 161 that engages with and supports the channel 140, thereby guiding the channel 140 to connect in the correct position when the operating part 100 is engaged with the insertion part 200. That is, if the first engaging part 150 engages with the second engaging part 250, the channel 140 of the operating part 100 can be connected with the channel 240 of the insertion part 200.
[0078] The channel support 161 can extend downward from the lower side of the support plate 160 and can have a circular hole through which the channel 140 passes and is supported. The number of holes can correspond to the number of channels 140.
[0079] on the other hand, Figure 4 The diagram illustrates the connection method of the first and second connecting portions in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 5 This shows a different perspective. Figure 4 Enlarged image, Figure 6 The diagram illustrates the engagement state of the first and second connecting portions in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figures 7 to 13 The diagram illustrates the structure for determining the initial position of a guide wire frame in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0080] Reference Figures 4 to 13 The first joint 150 will be described below.
[0081] A first coupling portion 150 may be disposed on one end of the operating part housing 110. The first coupling portion 150 can be detachably coupled to the insertion part 200 under the operation of the surgical personnel (user).
[0082] Specifically, the first coupling part 150 includes a first coupling part body 151, a dial 152, a pinion 153, a rack 154, and a first coupling plate 155.
[0083] The first connecting part body 151 is configured to engage with the second connecting part 250 of the insertion part 200. As one example, the first connecting part body 151 may be a plate shape surrounding three sides. As another example, the first connecting part body 151 may be a pair of plates extending from the operating part housing 110 toward the insertion part 200. Thus, the first connecting part body 151 can engage with the second connecting part body 251 of the second connecting part 250.
[0084] As a result, the first joint body 151 can be interlocked with the second joint body 251.
[0085] The dial 152 can be configured to be held and rotated by a user. The dial 152 can be rotatably attached to the operating housing 110.
[0086] Specifically, the dial 152 may be exposed on the outside of the operating housing 110. For example, the dial 152 may include a rotating plate in the form of a circular plate and a grip portion that protrudes from the rotating plate in the form of ribs for the user to hold and rotate.
[0087] The pinion 153 can be disposed inside the first engagement body 151 and rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the dial 152.
[0088] On the other hand, the pinion 153 can be connected to the dial 152. The pinion 153 can be connected to the dial 152 through the first coupling body 151. For example, the pinion 153 and the dial 152 can be formed as one piece.
[0089] Gear teeth may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the pinion 153, and mesh with the rack 154 described later. At this time, the pinion 153 can mesh with a pair of racks 154. The pair of racks 154 can be arranged facing each other with the pinion 153 as a reference.
[0090] The rack 154 can mesh with the pinion 153 and move linearly as the pinion 153 rotates. At this time, a pair of racks 154 facing each other can move linearly in opposite directions as the pinion 153 rotates.
[0091] A pair of racks 154 can be disposed between a pair of first joint bodies 151. At this time, the pair of racks 154 can be disposed in a direction intersecting the forming direction of the first joint body 151, and can reciprocate linearly in a direction intersecting the forming direction of the first joint body 151.
[0092] A pair of racks 154 can be engaged with a first engaging plate 155 respectively. The first engaging plate 155 can be formed in a direction that intersects the length direction of the racks 154.
[0093] The first connecting plate 155 can be disposed between two opposite sides of the first connecting body 151. Furthermore, the first connecting plate 155 can be disposed between a pair of second connecting bodies 251. Alternatively, the first connecting plate 155 can be disposed inside the second connecting body 251 and positioned facing the second connecting body 251.
[0094] Additionally, the first engaging plate 155 can be positioned facing the second engaging plate 255. The first engaging plate 155 can move together with the rack 154 as the rack 154 moves and engage with the second engaging plate 255.
[0095] For example, the first connecting plate 155 can be formed as a quadrilateral plate with a specified thickness. In this case, a fixing portion 155a for fixing to the second connecting plate 255 can be formed in the first connecting plate 155. As an example, the fixing portion 155a can be formed as a hole and combined with the fixing portion 255a formed as a protrusion in the second connecting plate 255.
[0096] On the other hand, a first wire frame 156 may be disposed on the first connecting plate 155. The first wire frame 156 may be combined with the first connecting plate 155 to perform linear reciprocating motion. For example, a guide groove may be formed in the first connecting plate 155 to guide the linear movement of the first wire frame 156, and the first wire frame 156 may be disposed in the guide groove.
[0097] On the other hand, an operating wire 130 is attached to the first wire frame 156. For example, the first wire frame 156 may have the operating wire 130 attached to one side of its length direction and be configured to perform linear reciprocating motion along the length direction.
[0098] On the other hand, the first wire frame 156 disposed on the first connecting plate 155 can be coupled to the second wire frame 256 disposed on the second connecting plate 255. For example, a frame coupling portion 156b can be formed on the other side of the length direction of the first wire frame 156. The frame coupling portion 156b can be formed by alternating ribs and grooves. The frame coupling portion 156b can be formed in a form corresponding to the frame coupling portion 256b of the second wire frame 256. That is, the first wire frame 156 and the second wire frame 256 can be coupled in a mutually engaging state.
[0099] The first wire frame 156 can be configured between the first connecting plate 155 and the second connecting plate 255 in a state of being combined with the second wire frame 256. Therefore, the first wire frame 156 and the second wire frame 256 can reciprocate linearly along the length direction of the endoscope 1 in a state of being combined with each other.
[0100] Thus, the operating wire 130 attached to the first wire frame 156 and the bending wire 230 attached to the second wire frame 256 can move in conjunction with each other, and the insertion tube 220 can be bent according to the operation of the operating knob 120.
[0101] On the other hand, the first connecting plate 155 may also be provided with a locking pin 155b, a spring 155c and a locking seat 155d.
[0102] The locking pin 155b can be disposed on the first connecting plate 155 and received in the fixing groove 156a formed in the first wire frame 156 during reciprocating movement. The locking pin 155b may include a head received in the locking seat 155d (described later) and a pin portion passing through the locking seat 155d and received in the fixing groove 156a. In this case, the head may be formed with a diameter larger than the pin portion. Therefore, the range of movement of the locking pin 155b can be limited by the locking seat 155d.
[0103] On the other hand, the locking pin 155b can be pressed against the first wire frame 156 by the spring 155c. Specifically, the head of the locking pin 155b can contact one end of the spring 155c. Thus, the locking pin 155b can be elastically supported by the spring 155c.
[0104] The other end of the spring 155c can be fixed to the first joint body 151.
[0105] The locking seat 155d can be detachably coupled to the first coupling plate 155 and accommodate the locking pin 155b so that it can reciprocate.
[0106] The locking seat 155d can be engaged with the locking lever 155e and reciprocate by the operation of the locking lever 155e. At this time, according to the operation of the locking lever 155e, the locking seat 155d can be detachably engaged with the first engaging plate 155.
[0107] The locking seat 155d can be configured to internally accommodate the locking pin 155b. For example, the locking seat 155d can be cylindrical, with one side along its length corresponding to the size of the head of the locking pin 155b, and the other side along its length corresponding to the size of the pin portion of the locking pin 155b. That is, one side along the length of the locking seat 155d can be larger than the diameter of the head, and the other side along its length can be smaller than the diameter of the head but larger than the diameter of the pin portion.
[0108] Therefore, the pin portion of the locking pin 155b can pass through the locking seat 155d and be accommodated in the fixing groove 156a of the first wire frame 156.
[0109] As an example, a pair of locking seats 155d may be provided, and a rod engagement portion that engages with the locking rod 155e may be provided between the pair of locking seats 155d. The rod engagement portion 155e may be formed in the form of an elongated hole for one side of the locking rod 155e to engage.
[0110] On the other hand, one side of the locking lever 155e can engage with the locking seat 155d, while the other side can be exposed on the outside of the first engagement body 151. Thus, the user can hold the locking lever 155e to operate it.
[0111] On the other hand, a fixing groove 156a may be formed in the first wire frame 156. The fixing groove 156a may be formed on the side opposite to the surface where the frame joint portion 156b is formed. That is, the frame joint portion 156b may be formed on the surface facing the second wire frame 256, and the fixing groove 256a may be formed on the side opposite to that surface.
[0112] The fixing groove 156a can accommodate the locking pin 155b as the first wire frame 156 moves. That is, when the first wire frame 156 is configured in a preset initial position, the fixing groove 156a can be configured to face the locking pin 155b. At this time, if the user operates the locking lever 155e, the locking pin 155b can move along the locking seat 155d and pass through the first connecting plate 155 to be inserted into the fixing groove 156a.
[0113] Therefore, according to the present invention, after replacing the insertion part 200, the operation knob 120 can be rotated while the user operates the locking lever 155e, thereby allowing the first wire frame 156 to move linearly (slide) and find the position where the locking pin 155b engages with the fixing groove 156a.
[0114] As a result, the present invention has the effect of being able to find and maintain the initial position of the operating wire 130 after replacing the insertion part 200.
[0115] The insertion part 200 can be detachably combined with the operation part 100, and at least a portion of the insertion part 200 can be inserted into the human body to take pictures of the human body.
[0116] The insertion part 200 includes an illumination and imaging part 210, an insertion tube 220, a bent metal wire 230, and a second connecting part 250. In this case, the insertion part 200 may have the illumination and imaging part 210 arranged on one side along its length and the second connecting part 250 arranged on the other side. Furthermore, the illumination and imaging part 210 and the second connecting part 250 can be connected via the insertion tube 220, and at least a portion of the bent metal wire 230 can pass through the second connecting part 250 into the insertion tube 220.
[0117] on the other hand, Figure 15 The diagram shows a perspective view illustrating the illumination and imaging unit in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 16 The diagram shows a perspective view illustrating the internal structure of the illumination imaging section in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 17 The figure shown illustrates a heat sink in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0118] Reference Figures 15 to 17 The lighting and shooting department will be explained below.
[0119] The lighting and imaging unit 210 can be inserted into the human body to illuminate the inside of the human body and to take pictures of the inside of the human body.
[0120] The lighting and shooting unit 210 includes a main body 211, a lighting module 212, and a shooting module 213.
[0121] The main body 211 of the lighting and imaging unit can form the appearance of the lighting and imaging unit 210 and be configured to be inserted into the human body. For example, the main body 211 of the lighting and imaging unit can have an illumination module 212 and an imaging module 213 arranged on one side in the longitudinal direction, and the other side in the longitudinal direction can be open and connected to the insertion tube 220.
[0122] The lighting module 212 can be combined with the end cover 217. The lighting module 212 can emit light. The lighting module 212 can be provided with an illumination lens 212a that can receive power and emit light. For example, the illumination lens 212a can be a light-emitting diode (LED).
[0123] On the other hand, in this embodiment, a plurality of illumination lenses 212a may be provided. Specifically, in this embodiment, an even number of illumination lenses 212a may be provided. For example, a pair of illumination lenses 212a may be arranged symmetrically. This prevents asymmetrical illumination of objects at close range and avoids creating blank spaces in the illumination.
[0124] In this embodiment, the pair of illumination lenses 212a can be symmetrically arranged with respect to the imaging module 213. That is, in this embodiment, the pair of illumination lenses 212a can be symmetrically arranged, and the imaging module 213 can be arranged on the axis of symmetry.
[0125] At this point, the correlated color temperature (CCT) of a pair of illumination lenses 212a can be different from each other. Thus, the desired wavelength distribution of light can be achieved.
[0126] Additionally, the lighting module 212 may also include a lighting support portion 212b that supports a pair of lighting lenses 212a. The lighting support portion 212b may be formed in the form of a flat plate, and a pair of front ends may extend symmetrically and bend upwards. A pair of lighting lenses 212a may be incorporated into the bent pair of extensions.
[0127] As an example, the lighting support 212b can be a flexible printed circuit board (PCB). An image sensor can be mounted on the flexible PCB. Since multiple lighting lenses 212a are used as lighting units, not only is it easy to adjust the illuminance, but the amount of light irradiated can also be significantly increased compared to existing halogen lamps, thereby further improving the clarity of the image obtained by the image sensor.
[0128] On the other hand, the imaging module 213 can capture images of the inside of the human body. The imaging module 213 can receive power and capture images of the inside of the human body, and can transmit the captured image data. For example, the imaging module 213 may include a camera 213a and an image processing unit 213b. In this case, the camera 213a can be configured at one end (front end) of the illumination imaging unit 210 along its length, and the image processing unit 213b can be combined with the camera 213a to process the images captured from the camera.
[0129] Therefore, the endoscope 1 of the present invention can be illuminated by the illumination module 212 and photographed inside the human body by the imaging module 213 while inserted into the human body.
[0130] The heat sink 214 can be disposed inside the main body 211 of the lighting and imaging unit. The heat sink 214 can be combined with the lighting module 212 and / or the imaging module 213.
[0131] The heat sink 214 includes a heat sink body 214a, an illumination contact portion 214b, a camera module receiving hole 214c, and a heat transfer portion 214d.
[0132] The heat sink body 214a can be configured to transfer heat. The heat sink body 214a can be formed of a material capable of transferring heat. For example, the heat sink body 214a can be formed of a metallic material.
[0133] The heat sink body 214a can be formed into a flat plate shape. One end of its length direction (long axis) can be connected to the lighting contact part 214b. Heat transfer parts 214d are connected to both sides of its width direction (short axis), and a shooting module receiving hole 214c is formed inside it.
[0134] The lighting contact portion 214b extends from one end of the heat sink body 214a along its length and contacts the lighting module 212. The lighting contact portion 214b can be shaped to correspond to the lighting support portion 212b. For example, the lighting contact portion 214b can extend from the front end of the heat sink body 214a along its length and then bend upwards. Therefore, the lighting contact portion 214b can contact the lighting support portion 212b. Thus, the lighting contact portion 214b can transfer heat generated in the lighting module 212 to the heat sink 214.
[0135] The imaging module receiving hole 214c can be formed in the heat sink body and can accommodate the imaging module 213 through it. For example, the imaging module receiving hole 214c can be formed in a rectangular hole shape, through which a part of the image processing unit 213b passes, and a part of the image processing unit 213b can contact the imaging module receiving hole 214c. Thus, the heat generated in the imaging module 213 can be transferred to the heat sink 214.
[0136] On the other hand, a printed circuit board 218 can be contacted on the other side of the heat sink 214 along its length. The printed circuit board 218 can control the lighting module 212 and / or the imaging module 213. Circuitry capable of controlling the lighting module 212 and / or the imaging module 213 can be mounted on the printed circuit board 218. Thus, the heat generated in the circuitry can be transferred to the heat sink 214.
[0137] The heat transfer portion 214d can extend from both ends of the heat sink body 214a in the width direction (short axial direction). In this case, the width of the heat sink body 214a can be smaller than the diameter of the heat sink housing 215, and the sum of the widths of the heat sink body 214a and the heat transfer portion 214d can be equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the heat sink housing 215. Therefore, the heat transfer portion 214d can contact the heat sink housing 215. Thus, the heat from the heat transfer portion 214d can be transferred to the heat sink housing 215.
[0138] The heat sink 215 can be configured to surround the outer peripheral surface of the main body 211 of the lighting and imaging unit and contact the heat sink 214 to dissipate the heat of the lighting module 212 and / or the imaging module 213.
[0139] For example, the heat sink 215 can be a spiral tube made of spring material, and can release the heat generated in the lighting module 212 and / or the shooting module 213.
[0140] On the other hand, in another embodiment of the present invention, the heat dissipation shell 215 and the illumination and imaging unit body 211 can be formed as one unit.
[0141] On the other hand, the lighting and imaging unit 210 may also include a heat insulation plate 216, which is disposed on one side of the lighting and imaging unit 210 in the longitudinal direction and blocks the heat generated by the lighting module 212.
[0142] The heat insulation plate 216 can be combined with the end cover 217 and disposed between the end cover 217 and the lighting module 212 along the length direction of the lighting and imaging section 210.
[0143] The heat insulation plate 216 may include: a barrier plate body 216a, which is formed in a semi-circular shape; an illumination cover 216b, which is symmetrically arranged on the barrier plate body 216a and is arranged to face the illumination module 212; and a camera cover 216c, which is arranged on the axis of symmetry of the pair of illumination covers 216b and is arranged to face the shooting module 213.
[0144] The heat insulation panel 216 can prevent the heat generated in the lighting module 212 from being transferred to the human body. At this time, the heat insulation panel 216 can be formed of a material that allows light to pass through.
[0145] An end cap 217 is provided at the longitudinal end (front end) of the illumination and imaging section 210. The end cap 217 has a cylindrical structure and is connected to the end of the insertion section 200. At this time, the illumination module 212 and the imaging module 213 can be connected to the end cap 217. In addition, a heat insulation plate 216 can be connected to the end cap 217.
[0146] Light-transmitting windows may be provided at a plurality of points on the end cover 217. The light-transmitting windows may be formed of glass or a transparent material and have a structure that allows light emanating from the lighting module 212 to be transmitted to the outside.
[0147] On the other hand, a plurality of channel receiving tubes for insertion into the channel 240 can be formed on the end cap 217. Each channel receiving tube has an internally hollow cylindrical shape and is formed with an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of each channel 140 to be inserted. Furthermore, an O-ring can be provided inside to prevent leakage of supplied water or air, etc.
[0148] On the other hand, a connection terminal may be provided in the illumination and imaging unit 210. The connection terminal may be configured to correspond to the connection terminal of the operation unit 100. That is, a male terminal may be provided in the operation unit 100, and a female terminal may be provided in the insertion unit 200.
[0149] on the other hand, Figure 18 and Figure 19 The diagram illustrates an insertion tube in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 20 The figure shown illustrates a first curved member in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 21 The figure shown illustrates a second curved member in an endoscope according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0150] Reference Figures 18 to 21 The following describes the insertion tube 220.
[0151] The insertion tube 220 can be connected to the illumination and shooting unit 210 and the second connecting part 250, and can be bent according to the operation of the operation unit 100.
[0152] Specifically, the insertion tube 220 can be bent as the bending wire 230 moves.
[0153] On the other hand, the insertion tube 220 can internally accommodate a plurality of channels 240 and terminals.
[0154] The insertion tube 220 may include a bend 221, an adapter 222, a coil spring 223, and an insertion hose 224. In this case, the bend 221 may be configured between a pair of adapters 222, one of which may be coupled to the illumination and shooting unit 210, and the other may be coupled to the second coupling part 250.
[0155] The bending portion 221 can be configured to bend as the bending wire 230 moves.
[0156] The curved section 221 includes a first curved member 2211 and a second curved member 2212 that rotate relative to each other. In this case, a plurality of the first curved member 2211 and the second curved member 2212 can be alternately arranged in the curved section 221. Furthermore, as the number of the first curved member 2211 and the second curved member 2212 increases, the overall length of the curved section 221 can increase. Therefore, the number of the first curved member 2211 and the second curved member 2212 can be adjusted according to the usage conditions of the endoscope 1 to select an appropriate length for the insertion tube 220.
[0157] The first bending member 2211 and the second bending member 2212 can be configured to rotate relative to each other.
[0158] The first bending member 2211 includes a first bending member body 2211a, a recess 2211b, and a wire through hole 2211c.
[0159] The first curved member body 2211a can be formed as a ring. In this case, the thickness of the first curved member body 2211a in the longitudinal direction can be repeatedly varied at predetermined angle intervals along the circumferential direction. For example, the first curved member body 2211a can be formed such that the thickness decreases as it moves away from the recess 2212b along the circumferential direction.
[0160] On the other hand, in this embodiment, the first bending member body 2211a can be formed of a resin material. For example, the first bending member body 2211a can be formed of a plastic material. Using the materials described above has the advantages of improving processability and reducing production costs.
[0161] At this time, a recess 2211b that can rotate relative to the second bending member 2212 can be formed in the first bending member body 2211a.
[0162] Four recesses 2211b may be formed in the first curved member body 2211a, with one pair formed at one end along the length direction of the first curved member body 2211a and another pair formed at the other end along the length direction of the first curved member body 2211a. In this case, the pair formed at one end and the pair formed at the other end of the first curved member body 2211a can be alternately arranged with a 90-degree phase difference between them along the circumferential direction. That is, the pair of recesses 2211b formed at the ends in the same direction can be arranged with a 180-degree phase difference along the circumferential direction, and arranged with the pair formed at the ends in different directions with a 90-degree phase difference between them.
[0163] The recess 2211b can be formed by recessing from the end of the first curved member body 2211a along its length. At this time, the recess 2211b can be formed from the end of the first curved member body 2211a along its length into an arch shape with a specified curvature.
[0164] The recess 2211b can accommodate at least a portion of the protrusion 2212b of the second curved member 2212, which will be described later. Furthermore, the recess 2211b and the protrusion 2212b can rotate relative to each other. In this case, the recess 2211b and the protrusion 2212b can come into contact with each other.
[0165] Therefore, when the first curved member body 2211a and the second curved member body 2212a are joined, the interval between them may not be constant. That is, if the first curved member 2211a and the second curved member 2212a are joined, the recess 2211b and the convex portion 2212b can contact each other, and the interval between them may increase as they move away from the recess 2211b and the convex portion 2212b in the circumferential direction.
[0166] This interval provides a range in which the first bending member 2211 and the second bending member 2212 can rotate relative to each other as the bending wire 230 moves.
[0167] On the other hand, the radial thickness of the first curved member body 2211a at the location where the recess 2211b is formed can be increased. For example, the first curved member body 2211a can be formed with a constant outer diameter on a concentric circle, but the inner diameter at the location where the recess 2211b is formed can be made smaller. That is, the inner circumferential surface of the first curved member body 2211a at the location where the recess 2211b is formed can be formed in a shape that protrudes radially inward.
[0168] At the same time, a wire through hole 2211c can be formed along the length direction at the location where the recess 2211b is formed. That is, the wire through hole 2211c can be formed as a circular hole at a position that protrudes radially inward in the inner circumferential surface of the first bending member body 2211a.
[0169] At this point, the bent metal wire 230 can pass through the metal wire through hole 2211c.
[0170] The second bending member 2212 includes a second bending member body 2212a, a protrusion 2212b, and a wire through hole 2212c.
[0171] The second curved member body 2212a can be integrally formed as a ring. In this case, the thickness of the second curved member body 2212a in the longitudinal direction can be repeatedly varied at 180-degree intervals along the circumferential direction. For example, the thickness of the second curved member body 2212a in the longitudinal direction can be formed such that it decreases as it moves away from the position where the protrusion 2212b is formed along the circumferential direction.
[0172] On the other hand, in this embodiment, the second bending member body 2212a can be formed of a resin material. For example, the second bending member body 2212a can be formed of a plastic material. Using the materials described above has the advantages of improving processability and reducing production costs.
[0173] At this time, a protrusion 2212b that can rotate relative to the first bending member 2211 can be formed in the second bending member body 2212a.
[0174] Four protrusions 2212b may be formed in the second curved member body 2212a, with one pair formed at one end along the length direction of the second curved member body 2212a and another pair formed at the other end along the length direction of the second curved member body 2212a. In this case, the pair formed at one end and the pair formed at the other end of the second curved member body 2212a can be alternately arranged with a 90-degree phase difference between them along the circumferential direction. That is, the pair of protrusions 2212b formed at the ends in the same direction can be arranged with a 180-degree phase difference along the circumferential direction, and arranged with the pair formed at the ends in different directions with a 90-degree phase difference between them.
[0175] The protrusion 2212b can be formed by protruding from the end of the second curved member body 2212a along its length. In this case, the protrusion 2212b can be formed to correspond to the shape of the recess 2211b. For example, the protrusion 2212b can be formed into an arch shape with a specified curvature from the end of the second curved member body 2212a along its length, and the curvature of the protrusion 2212b and the curvature of the recess 2211b can be the same.
[0176] With this configuration, at least a portion of the protrusion 2212b can be accommodated in the recess 2211b. Furthermore, the protrusion 2212b and the recess 2211b can be in surface contact with each other and rotate relative to each other.
[0177] On the other hand, the radial thickness of the second curved member body 2212a at the location where the protrusion 2212b is formed can be increased. For example, the second curved member body 2212a can be formed with a constant outer diameter on a concentric circle, but the inner diameter at the location where the protrusion 2212b is formed can be made smaller. That is, the second curved member body 2212a can be formed with the inner circumference of the location where the protrusion 2212b is formed protruding radially inward.
[0178] At the same time, a wire through hole 2212c can be formed along the length direction at the location where the protrusion 2212b is formed. That is, the wire through hole 2212c can be formed as a circular hole at a position in the inner circumferential surface of the second bending member body 2212a that protrudes radially inward.
[0179] At this point, the bent metal wire 230 can pass through the metal wire through hole 2212c.
[0180] On the other hand, the inner circumferential surface of the protrusion 2212b itself does not protrude radially inward, and can be formed to have the same maximum inner diameter as the main body 2212a of the second curved member. That is, the inner circumferential surface of the protrusion 2212b does not protrude radially inward more than the position where the wire through hole 2212c is formed. Therefore, when the inner circumferential surface of the second curved member 2212 is viewed as a whole, it has a uniform inner circumferential surface, while the inner circumferential surface at the position where the wire through hole 2212c is formed has a shape that protrudes radially inward.
[0181] Meanwhile, a wire guide groove 2212d can be formed on the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion 2212b. The wire guide groove 2212d can be recessed into the inner peripheral surface of the protrusion 2212b to form an arc shape, and the origin of the arc can be connected to the wire through hole 2212c.
[0182] Due to this shape, when the bent wire 230 moves with the position in contact with the body 2212a of the second bending member as the fixed end, the range of movement of the free end can be limited by the wire guide groove 2212d. That is, the maximum angle of bending from each of the second bending members 2212 can be the central angle of the arc of the wire guide groove 2212d.
[0183] The adapter 222 can be connected to both ends of the curved portion 221 along its length. At this time, the adapter 222 disposed on one side along the length can be connected to the illumination and shooting portion 210, and the adapter 222 disposed on the other side along the length can be connected to the second connecting portion 250.
[0184] The adapter 222 includes an adapter body 2221, a spring connection 2222, a wire receiving groove 2223, a wire through hole, and a bending member connection 2225.
[0185] The adapter body 2221 can be integrally formed into a cylindrical shape, and a spring engagement portion 2222 can be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the adapter body 2221. Additionally, a wire receiving groove 2223 can be formed along the length direction on either the inner or outer peripheral surface of the adapter body 2221. Furthermore, a wire through hole can be formed along the length direction of the adapter body 2221. Finally, a bent connection portion 2225 can be formed at the longitudinal end of the adapter body 2221.
[0186] The spring coupling 2222 can be coupled to the longitudinal end of the helical spring 2223. For example, the spring coupling 2222 can be a rib shape that protrudes circumferentially from the outer peripheral surface of the adapter body 2221. Thus, the end of the helical spring 2223 can be snapped into the spring coupling 2222 and supported.
[0187] Therefore, a helical spring 223 can be disposed between the spring coupling portions 2222 formed in a pair of adapters 222, and the restoring force of the helical spring 223 can be applied to the pair of adapters 222.
[0188] The wire receiving groove 2223 can be formed along the length direction on the inner or outer peripheral surface of the adapter body 2221. For example, four wire receiving grooves 2223 can be formed along the length direction on the inner peripheral surface of the adapter body 2221.
[0189] At least a portion of the bent metal wire 230 can be accommodated in the wire receiving groove 2223. The bent metal wire 230 can reciprocate along the length direction of the wire receiving groove 2223 according to the operation of the operating knob 120.
[0190] Although not shown, a wire through-hole can be formed along the length of the adapter body 2221. In this case, at least a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the adapter body 2221 can protrude from the location where the wire receiving groove 2223 is formed, and the wire through-hole can be formed in the protruding portion. That is, the wire through-hole can be positioned at a location connected to the wire receiving groove 2223.
[0191] At this point, the bent metal wire 230 can pass through the through hole of the metal wire.
[0192] On the other hand, the bending member connecting portion 2225 can be formed to be rotatably coupled to the bending portion 221. That is, the bending member connecting portion 2225 can be formed with a protrusion structure or a recess structure corresponding to the recess 2211b of the first bending member 2211 or the protrusion 2212b of the second bending member 2212, so as to be able to engage with the recess 2211b of the first bending member 2211 or the protrusion 2212b of the second bending member 2212.
[0193] On the other hand, the helical spring 223 can be configured to surround the outer peripheral surface of the bent portion 221. That is, the helical spring 223 can be configured to surround the outer side of the outer peripheral surface of the first bent member 2211 and the second bent member 2212 when the first bent member 2211 and the second bent member 2212 are engaged.
[0194] Conversely, both ends of the helical spring 223 along its length can be coupled to the adapter 222. The helical spring 223 can be elastically supported by the spring coupling portions 2222 of the pair of adapters 222. Therefore, the helical spring 223 can provide elastic force to return the bent portion 221 to its original position when it is bent according to the operation of the operating knob 120.
[0195] On the other hand, an insertion hose 224 can be configured on the other side of the insertion tube 220 along its length. The insertion hose 224 can be formed into a flexible hose shape, and the bending wire 230, the channel 240, and the terminal can pass through the interior of the insertion hose 224. Although not shown, a spiral tube can be provided inside the insertion hose 224 to provide elastic force to the insertion hose 224.
[0196] On the other hand, the bent metal wire 230 can receive the operating force of the operating knob 120 through the second joint 250, and make the insertion tube 220 bend and rotate through linear reciprocating motion.
[0197] One end of the bent metal wire 230 along its length can be connected to the adapter 222 or the illumination and imaging unit 210, and the other end along its length can be connected to the second metal wire frame 256. At this time, the bent metal wire 230 can pass through the wire through hole of the adapter 222, the wire through hole 2211c of the first bending member 2211, and the wire through hole 2212c of the second bending member 2212.
[0198] Therefore, on the side where the bent wire 230 is pulled, the first bending member 2211 and the second bending member 2212 can rotate relative to each other, narrowing the gap between them. Conversely, on the side where the bent wire 230 is loosened (extended), the first bending member 2211 and the second bending member 2212 can rotate relative to each other, widening the gap between them. Thus, the first bending member 2211 and the second bending member 2212 can form a bent shape. At this time, the bending angle between the first bending member 2211 and the second bending member 2212 can be limited according to the angle of the wire guide groove 2212d.
[0199] On the other hand, refer to Figures 4 to 13 The second connecting portion 250 is detachably connected to the first connecting portion 150 of the operating portion 100. The second connecting portion 250 includes a second connecting portion body 251, a second connecting plate 255, and a second wire frame 256.
[0200] One side of the second connecting part body 251 along its length can be connected to the insertion tube 220, and the other side along its length can be connected to the first connecting part 150. At this time, one side of the second connecting part body 251 along its length can be connected to the other side along its length of the insertion tube 220, and the other side along its length of the second connecting part body 251 can be configured to be detachably connected to the first connecting part body 151.
[0201] The second connecting part body 251 can be shaped such that its diameter narrows at one end (front end) in the length direction. As a result, the length end of the second connecting part body 251 can be shaped to connect with the insertion hose 224 of the insertion tube 220.
[0202] The other side of the second connecting part body 251 along its length can be configured to engage with the first connecting part 150. As an example, the other side of the second connecting part body 251 along its length can be a plate extending towards the operating part 100 and forming a plate with three surfaces. As another example, the other side of the second connecting part body 251 along its length can be a pair of plates extending towards the operating part 100. Thus, the second connecting part body 251 can engage with the first connecting part body 151 of the first connecting part 150.
[0203] As a result, the second joint body 251 can be fitted into the first joint body 151. That is, the second joint body 251 can be joined with the first joint body 151 and internally accommodate the first joint plate 155 and the first wire frame 156, the second joint plate 255 and the second wire frame 256.
[0204] The second connecting plate 255 can be disposed between two opposite sides of the second connecting body 251. The second connecting plate 255 can be disposed inside the second connecting body 251 and disposed at a position facing the second connecting body 251.
[0205] Additionally, the second engaging plate 255 can be positioned facing the first engaging plate 155. In this case, if the first engaging plate 155 moves with the movement of the rack 154, it can engage with the second engaging plate 255.
[0206] For example, the second connecting plate 255 can be formed into a quadrilateral plate shape with a specified thickness. In this case, a fixing part 255a for fixing the connection with the first connecting plate 155 can be formed in the second connecting plate 255. As an example, the fixing part 255a can be formed into a protruding shape and engage with the fixing part 155a formed in the hole shape in the first connecting plate 155.
[0207] On the other hand, a second wire frame 256 may be disposed on the second connecting plate 255. The second wire frame 256 may be connected to the second connecting plate 255 in a linear reciprocating motion. For example, a guide groove may be formed in the second connecting plate 255 to guide the linear movement of the second wire frame 256, and the second wire frame 256 may be disposed in the guide groove.
[0208] On the other hand, a bent metal wire 230 is incorporated into the second wire frame 256. For example, the bent metal wire 230 may be incorporated into one side of the second wire frame 256 in the length direction, and may be configured to perform linear reciprocating motion along the length direction.
[0209] On the other hand, the first wire frame 156 can be combined with the second wire frame 256. For example, a frame joint portion 256b can be formed on the other side of the length direction of the second wire frame 256. The frame joint portion 256b can be formed in a configuration of alternating ribs and grooves. The frame joint portion 256b can be formed in a configuration corresponding to the frame joint portion 156b of the first wire frame 156. That is, the first wire frame 156 and the second wire frame 256 can be combined in a mutually engaging state.
[0210] The assembly of the first wire frame 156 and the second wire frame 256 can be disposed inside the joint of the first connecting plate 155 and the second connecting plate 255. In this case, the first wire frame 156 can be accommodated in the guide groove formed in the first connecting plate 155, and the second wire frame 256 can be accommodated in the guide groove formed in the second connecting plate 255. Therefore, if the first connecting plate 155 and the second connecting plate 255 are combined, the assembly of the first wire frame 156 and the second wire frame 256 can reciprocate along its length (front-back direction), but its four sides (up, down, left, and right) can be constrained by the first connecting plate 155 and the second connecting plate 255.
[0211] Thus, the operating wire 130 attached to the first wire frame 156 and the bending wire 230 attached to the second wire frame 256 can move in conjunction with each other, and the insertion tube 220 can be bent according to the operation of the operating knob 120.
