Filling laying device for anti-settling plant foundation construction

Abstract

The application discloses a filling and paving device for preventing settlement of a factory building foundation, and relates to the field of foundation paving. The device solves the problem that the existing filling and paving device has a large roller size and is difficult to detect and fill local settlement. The device comprises a vehicle body, a storage box, a filling mechanism and a compaction mechanism. The filling mechanism comprises a compaction roller, a conveying screw and a control member. The bottom of the storage box is fixedly connected with a plurality of output grooves. The device controls the ground settlement state of the compaction roller in the rolling sensing area on the ground through the filling mechanism, and controls the output state of the filling material and the rotating speed of the conveying screw in parallel, so that the output rate of the filling material is faster at the position with a larger ground settlement amplitude. The control member controls the lifting of the compaction roller to control the compaction strength. The ground before detection and the ground after filling are compacted respectively through the compaction mechanism, the ground is kept flat, and the strength of the ground after filling is improved.
