A device for supplying air and water for cutting a stone mine with a wire saw

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of air and water supply devices, and more particularly to an air and water supply device for wire saw cutting in decorative stone quarries. The device includes an air and water supply pipeline and a conveying pipeline connected to the air and water supply pipeline. A connecting collar is embedded between the outlet of the air and water supply pipeline and the inlet of the conveying pipeline. Connecting retaining rings are fixedly installed on the upper and lower inclined inner walls of the inner cavity of the connecting collar, respectively. Inclined locking rods and locking springs are respectively installed on the upper and lower inclined outer walls of the connecting retaining ring. Inclined locking holes adapted to the inclined locking rods are respectively opened on the upper and lower sides of the inclined outer wall of the connecting retaining ring. A reset push rod is slidably embedded at the lower end of the inclined locking hole. Two sets of floating sealing rings are embedded between the contact surfaces of the connecting retaining ring and the connecting collar. This invention provides an air and water supply device for wire saw cutting in decorative stone quarries, achieving rapid, secure, sealed connection and convenient disassembly of the air and water supply pipeline during wire saw cutting operations in decorative stone quarries.
