A fast charging socket for vehicle

Abstract

The application discloses a quick charging socket for vehicle, which is provided with a containing cavity in an integrated shell, and is provided with an electromagnetic driving mechanism and two groups of high-voltage contact assemblies arranged side by side. The electromagnetic driving mechanism comprises an electromagnetic driving source and a movable push rod. Each group of high-voltage contact assemblies comprises a static contact rod, a movable contact rod and a conductive connecting piece, the ends of the two static contact rods form a charging interface, the movable contact rod is in transmission connection with the movable push rod, and the conductive connecting piece is externally connected with a high-voltage circuit of the vehicle. The movable contact rod can independently conduct or disconnect a high-voltage charging current branch under the driving of the movable push rod, and the two branches form a charging loop. The electromagnetic driving mechanism is connected with an external control power supply through the conductive connecting piece. The socket has high integration, realizes synchronous intelligent on-off of positive and negative poles during charging, reduces complexity and cost, saves space, improves safety due to electrical separation, simplifies maintenance process, and reduces maintenance cost and time.
