An absorbent containing a low-boiling alkane-alkene tail gas and an absorption process

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of organic tail gas treatment, and specifically discloses an absorbent for low-boiling-point alkane alkene tail gas and an absorption process. The absorbent for low-boiling-point alkane alkene tail gas is prepared from the following components by mass percentage: water 50-70%, oxygen-containing organic matter 30-50%, wherein the oxygen-containing organic matter comprises methanol, ethanol and acetone. The present application is aimed at the problem of low efficiency and high treatment cost in the existing treatment method for low-boiling-point alkane alkene tail gas. The water solution of oxygen-containing organic matter (methanol, ethanol and acetone) is used to absorb and treat ethylene, propylene, ethane and / or propane tail gas. The absorbent can be recycled and regenerated. The present application uses cheap and readily available water, methanol, ethanol and acetone as the absorbent, and has the advantages of simple operation, low treatment cost and being particularly suitable for the enrichment and concentration of low-boiling-point organic waste gas such as ethylene and propylene.
