Abstract

The steam heat recycling device comprises a collecting pool, an exhaust hood and a water tank, the collecting pool is used for collecting hot water and hot steam discharged from the sterilization pot, a temperature sensor and a first heat exchanger are installed in the collecting pool, the collecting pool is connected with a blow-off pipe, the exhaust hood is installed at an opening of the collecting pool, and the water tank is connected with the exhaust hood. The exhaust hood is provided with a second heat exchanger and an exhaust port, the water tank is connected with the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger through a first pipeline, the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are connected with an air inlet channel of the mushroom house through a second pipeline, the first pipeline and the second pipeline are communicated through a branch, and the branch is provided with a first control valve. The second pipeline is provided with a second control valve and a proportional valve, the proportional valve is connected with the water tank, the opening degree of the first control valve and the opening degree of the second control valve are adjusted and controlled according to whether the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor reaches a heat exchange temperature threshold value or not, heat of hot water and hot steam of the sterilization pot is collected and recycled, and the resource utilization rate is increased.
