Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to the field of battery technology, and in particular to a stacking device and production equipment. Background Art
[0002] Battery cells are widely used in electronic devices, such as mobile phones, laptop computers, electric vehicles, electric cars, electric airplanes, electric ships, electric toy cars, electric toy ships, electric toy airplanes, and electric tools, etc. Battery cells can include nickel-cadmium battery cells, nickel-hydrogen battery cells, lithium-ion battery cells, and secondary alkaline zinc-manganese battery cells, etc.
[0003] At present, the stacking method of battery cells is relatively traditional and has low stacking efficiency. Utility Model Content
[0004] In view of the above problems, the present application provides a stacking device and a production equipment, which can improve the stacking efficiency.
[0005] On the one hand, an embodiment of the present application provides a stacking device, comprising: a conveying frame; a receiving assembly, configured to carry multiple battery cells, the receiving assembly comprising a receiving body, the receiving body being supported on one side of the conveying frame along a first direction; a lifting mechanism, disposed on a side of the conveying frame away from the receiving assembly along the first direction, the lifting mechanism comprising a first driving member and a supporting platform that are connected and arranged, the first driving member being used to drive the supporting platform to move along the first direction, so that the supporting platform can support the multiple battery cells to move along the first direction and separate from the receiving assembly.
[0006] In the above scheme, a first driving member is provided to drive the supporting platform to move along a first direction, so as to support multiple battery cells on the receiving assembly to move along the first direction together and separate them from the receiving assembly. The supporting platform can transport the multiple battery cells to the stacking position and position them so as to perform stacking operations on the multiple battery cells, thereby improving the stacking efficiency.
[0007] In some embodiments, the conveying frame includes a frame body and a transmission member that are connected to each other. The receiving body is supported by the transmission member and can move relative to the frame body along the length direction of the conveying frame through the transmission member.
[0008] In the above scheme, the receiving body can be movably connected to the transmission member so that it can move relative to the frame body along the length direction of the conveying frame, so that multiple receiving components can be moved to corresponding positions of the frame body in turn through the transmission member, thereby improving the stacking efficiency.
[0009] In some embodiments, the transmission member includes a conveyor belt, or the transmission member includes a plurality of rollers spaced apart along the length direction of the frame body.
[0010] In the above solution, the transmission member can be configured in the form of a transmission belt or a roller to ensure the effectiveness of the movement of the receiving body relative to the frame body, thereby improving the reliability of the stacking device.
[0011] In some embodiments, the receiving assembly includes limit members arranged in pairs and spaced apart along the second direction, the limit members are connected to a side of the receiving body away from the lifting mechanism along the first direction and protrude from the receiving body, and the second direction intersects the first direction.
[0012] In the above solution, the limiting member can play a role in positioning and limiting the multiple battery cells, preventing the battery cells carried by the receiving body from falling off, so as to improve the stacking efficiency.
[0013] In some embodiments, the receiving body has a first end and a second end in the third direction, and the length of the receiving body in the first direction decreases from the first end to the second end, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are intersected.
[0014] In the above scheme, a side of the receiving body having an inclined angle in the first direction can be used to support multiple battery cells, and the multiple battery cells can be rolled from the first end to the second end in sequence, which is convenient for placing multiple battery cells on the receiving assembly, thereby helping to improve the stacking efficiency.
[0015] In some embodiments, the receiving assembly further includes a buffer member, which is movably connected to the limiting member along the third direction, and the buffer member protrudes from the limiting member along the second direction.
[0016] In the above solution, a buffer is provided to provide a buffer force for multiple battery cells rolling from the first end to the second end in sequence, thereby preventing the battery cells from rolling too fast and falling off or being damaged, thereby improving the reliability of the stacking device.
[0017] In some embodiments, the stacking device also includes a fastening assembly, which is arranged on a side of the conveying frame close to the receiving assembly along the first direction and is spaced apart from the receiving assembly. The fastening assemblies are arranged in pairs and are spaced apart along the second direction. The fastening assemblies arranged in pairs can move toward or away from each other along the second direction.
[0018] In the above solution, the fastening assembly can unify the length dimensions of the multiple battery cells on the supporting platform in the second direction, so that the multiple battery cells meet the same flatness requirement, thereby improving the quality of the battery cells stacked by the stacking device.
[0019] In some embodiments, the fastening assembly includes a second driving member and an abutment member that are connected to each other, and the length of the second driving member in the second direction is adjustable so that the abutment member can move along the second direction.
[0020] In the above solution, by adjusting the length of the second driving member in the second direction, the abutment member can move along the second direction to apply pressure to multiple battery cells, so that the multiple battery cells meet the same flatness requirement, which is beneficial to improving the stacking efficiency of the stacking device.
[0021] In some embodiments, the stacking device also includes a flipping mechanism, which is arranged on one side of the conveying frame close to the receiving assembly along the first direction and is spaced apart from the receiving assembly. The flipping mechanism includes a rotating member and a clamping member that are connected and arranged. The rotating member can rotate with the width direction of the conveying frame as the axis so that the clamping member can rotate along the width direction of the frame body.
[0022] In the above scheme, a heat exchange element can be set on a plurality of battery cells supported by a supporting platform, and the plurality of battery cells and the heat exchange element can be turned over in a first direction by a flipping mechanism, and then a new group of battery cells can be lifted in the first direction to a side close to the heat exchange element by a lifting mechanism to form a battery module including two layers of battery cells and a heat exchange element clamped between the two layers of battery cells, which is beneficial to improving the versatility of the stacking device.
[0023] In some embodiments, the clamping member includes a third driving member and a clamping portion which are connected to each other, the clamping portion has a clamping opening, and the length of the third driving member in the first direction is adjustable to increase or decrease the opening size of the clamping opening in the first direction.
[0024] In the above solution, by adjusting the length dimension of the third driving member in the first direction, the clamping portion can clamp or release a plurality of battery cells and the heat exchange member, thereby ensuring the high efficiency of the stacking device.
[0025] In some embodiments, the stacking device also includes an adsorption member, which is arranged on one side of the conveying frame close to the flipping mechanism along the first direction and is spaced apart from the receiving assembly. The clamping portion has a through hole that passes through the through hole along the first direction, and the adsorption member can move along the first direction to pass through the through hole.
[0026] In the above scheme, after the flipping mechanism turns over the multiple battery cells and the heat exchanger as a whole, the adsorption member can be used to pass through the through hole of the clamping part to be adsorbed and connected to the heat exchanger, and the clamping part can be loosened to separate it from the multiple battery cells and the heat exchanger, so as to facilitate connecting a new group of battery cells to the heat exchanger to form a battery module.
[0027] In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a production device, including: a conveying device for conveying a plurality of battery cells; and a stacking device as in any of the aforementioned embodiments, disposed downstream of the conveying device, for stacking a plurality of battery cells.

[0052] At present, from the perspective of market development, the application of power batteries is becoming more and more extensive. Power batteries are not only used in energy storage power systems such as hydropower, thermal power, wind power and solar power stations, but also widely used in electric vehicles such as electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, electric cars, as well as military equipment and aerospace and other fields. With the continuous expansion of the application field of power batteries, the market demand is also constantly expanding.
[0053] A battery is a single physical module that usually includes one or more battery cells to provide higher voltage and capacity. After the battery cells are mass-produced, they need to be stacked and stored for subsequent transportation or installation. However, the existing stacking method of battery cells is relatively traditional and has low stacking efficiency.
[0054] Based on the above technical problems, the present application provides a stacking device, which controls the first driving member to drive the supporting platform to move along the first direction, so that the supporting platform can be raised in the first direction to simultaneously lift multiple battery cells carried on the supporting assembly to the stacking position, thereby improving the stacking efficiency.
[0055] See also Figure 1The embodiment of the present application provides a stacking device 100, including a conveyor frame 10, a receiving assembly 20 and a lifting mechanism 30. The receiving assembly 20 is configured to carry a plurality of battery cells 200, and the receiving assembly 20 includes a receiving body 21, and the receiving body 21 is supported on one side of the conveyor frame 10 along the first direction X. The lifting mechanism 30 is disposed on a side of the conveyor frame 10 away from the receiving assembly 20 along the first direction X, and the lifting mechanism 30 includes a first driving member 31 and a supporting platform 32 that are connected and arranged, and the first driving member 31 is used to drive the supporting platform 32 to move along the first direction X, so that the supporting platform 32 can support the plurality of battery cells 200 to move along the first direction X and separate from the receiving assembly 20.
[0056] The stacking device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application controls the first driving member 31 to drive the supporting platform 32 to move along the first direction X, so that the supporting platform 32 can support the multiple battery cells 200 on the receiving assembly 20 to move together along the first direction X and separate them from the receiving assembly 20. The supporting platform 32 can transport the multiple battery cells 200 to the stacking position to perform stacking operations on the multiple battery cells 200, which is convenient for positioning and helps to improve the stacking efficiency.
[0057] In the embodiment of the present application, the first direction X may be the height direction of the conveying rack 10 , the second direction Y may be the width direction of the conveying rack 10 , and the third direction Z may be the length direction of the conveying rack 10 .
[0058] In the embodiment of the present application, the battery cell 200 may include a lithium-ion battery cell, a sodium-ion battery cell, or a magnesium-ion battery cell, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The battery cell 200 may be a flat body, a rectangular parallelepiped, a cylinder, or other shapes, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The battery cell 200 is generally divided into three types according to the packaging method: cylindrical battery cells, square battery cells, and soft-pack battery cells, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
[0059] In the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of battery cells 200 may be supported on the receiving body 21 , and the specific number of the battery cells 200 may be determined by the structural dimensions of the receiving body 21 and the stacking requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
[0060] Optionally, the length of the first driving member 31 in the first direction X is adjustable to drive the support platform 32 to move along the first direction X. Optionally, the first driving member 31 may be configured as one of a hydraulic rod, a hydraulic cylinder, and an oil cylinder to adjust the height position of the support platform 32 in the first direction X, thereby adjusting the stacking position of the plurality of battery cells 200, which is beneficial to better stacking operation of the plurality of battery cells 200.
[0061] Optionally, the receiving body 21 has a through hole 21a that passes through the first direction X. In the first direction X, the orthographic projections of the first driving member 31 and the supporting platform 32 both fall within the through hole 21a, so that the supporting platform 32 can support multiple battery cells 2000 to move along the first direction X and separate from the receiving assembly 20 through the through hole 21a.
[0062] For example, the stacking device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, when in use, places the receiving assembly 20 carrying multiple battery cells 200 on the conveyor frame 10, controls the first driving member 31 to extend in the first direction X, so that the support platform 32 rises with the extension of the first driving member 31, and can pass through the through hole 21a of the receiving body 21 along the first direction X to simultaneously lift the multiple battery cells 200 and separate them from the receiving assembly 20, when the supporting platform 32 lifts the multiple battery cells 200 to the stacking position, controls the first driving member 31 to stop extending, at this time, the multiple battery cells 200 can be stacked at the stacking position. Then, the first driving member 31 is controlled to shorten in the first direction X so that the support platform 32 descends to the initial position, and the receiving assembly 20 on the conveyor frame 10 is replaced with the receiving assembly 20 carrying multiple battery cells 200, and the above operation is repeated to achieve the stacking operation of the battery cells 200.
[0063] Optionally, a packaging box or other receiving member may be pre-arranged at the stacking position to receive the battery cells 200 and stack them thereon.
[0064] In which, the receiving assembly 20 is configured to carry multiple battery cells 200. Optionally, the multiple battery cells 200 are supported on the receiving body 21, and in the first direction X, the projections of the multiple battery cells 200 are overlapped with the through holes 21a, so that the supporting platform 32 can support the multiple battery cells 200 through the through holes 21a to separate them from the receiving body 21.
[0065] Optionally, the battery cell 200 extends along the second direction Y, and multiple battery cells 200 are arranged along the third direction Z, both ends of each battery cell 200 in the second direction Y are supported on the containing body 21, and the supporting platform 32 can support the middle position of each battery cell 200 in the second direction Y so that the multiple battery cells 200 can move along the first direction X.
[0066] Optionally, the projection of the receiving body 21 in the first direction X is an annular structure, and the annular structure includes a rectangular annular structure, an elliptical annular structure or an irregular annular structure.
[0067] Optionally, the multiple battery cells 200 carried by the receiving assembly 20 may be arranged as a layer in the third direction Z. Of course, they may also be arranged as a two-layer or three-layer structure.
[0068] Optionally, the conveyor frame 10 has through holes in the first direction X, so that the supporting platform 32 can pass through the through holes and the through holes 21 a in sequence to support the movement of the plurality of battery cells 200 .
[0069] Optionally, the number of the first driving members 31 can be set to one, two, or more. Exemplarily, the number of the first driving members 31 is set to two and is spaced apart along the third direction Z, and the two first driving members 31 are connected to the support platform 32 to ensure the stability of the support platform 32, prevent the support platform 32 from tilting during movement, and prevent the battery cell 200 from being separated from the support platform 32, thereby ensuring the safety of the battery cell 200 and improving the reliability of the stacking device 100.
[0070] Optionally, the projection of the supporting platform 32 in the first direction X may be a rectangle, an ellipse or an irregular shape, as long as it can pass through the through hole 21 a and lift the multiple battery cells 200 on the receiving body 21 at the same time.
[0071] Optionally, a side of the support platform 32 that is away from the first driving member 31 in the first direction X is set in a wave shape. When the battery cell 200 is a cylindrical structure, this setting can increase the contact area between the support platform 32 and the cylindrical battery cell 200, limit it and prevent it from falling off, which is beneficial to ensure the safety of the battery cell 200 and improve the reliability of the stacking device 100.
[0072] Optionally, the side of the support platform 32 that is away from the first driving member 31 in the first direction X can also be set as a planar structure to support the battery cells 200 of flat body, rectangular parallelepiped and other structures. Of course, the side of the support platform 32 that is away from the first driving member 31 in the first direction X can also be designed according to the shape of the battery cells 200 to be stacked by the stacking device 100, and this application does not limit this, which can improve the versatility of the stacking device 100.
[0073] It can be understood that, in addition to being set as a structure with adjustable length in the first direction X, the first driving member 31 can also be set as a winding structure, the winding structure includes a pulley and a rope, the rope is wound around the pulley and connected to the support platform 32, and the pulley is controlled to wind the rope so that the support platform 32 can move along the first direction X under the traction of the rope.
[0074] Optionally, the support platform 32 can be set as one, and one support platform 32 can pass through the through hole 21a along the first direction X to support the middle position of multiple battery cells 200. Of course, the support platforms 32 can also be set in pairs, and the paired support platforms 32 are spaced apart along the second direction Y. In the second direction Y, the positive projection of the supporting body 21 falls between the paired support platforms 32. The paired support platforms 32 can move synchronously along the first direction X to support the end positions of multiple battery cells 200.
[0075] See also Figure 2 In some embodiments, the conveying frame 10 includes a frame body 11 and a transmission member 12 that are connected to each other. The receiving body 21 is supported by the transmission member 12 and can move relative to the frame body 11 along the length direction of the conveying frame 10 through the transmission member 12.
[0076] By configuring in this manner, the receiving body 21 can move along the length direction of the conveying frame 10, i.e., along the third direction Z relative to the frame body 11, so that multiple receiving components 20 can be moved to corresponding positions of the conveying frame 10 in sequence through the transmission member 12, which is beneficial to improving the stacking efficiency.
[0077] The stacking device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, when in use, starts the transmission member 12 to move the first receiving assembly 20 carrying multiple battery cells 200 to a predetermined position along one side of the third direction Z through the transmission member 12, and this predetermined position may be directly above the lifting mechanism 30 in the first direction X. The transmission member 12 is stopped, and the lifting mechanism 30 is controlled to separate the multiple battery cells 200 on this receiving assembly 20 from the receiving assembly 20. When the lifting mechanism 30 is reset, the transmission member 12 is started to move the first receiving assembly 20 from the predetermined position to the other side of the third direction Z through the transmission member 12, and the second receiving assembly 20 carrying multiple battery cells 200 is moved to a predetermined position along one side of the third direction Z through the transmission member 12. The above operation is repeated to realize the stacking operation of the battery cells 200.
[0078] By providing the transmission member 12 to realize the automation of transporting the containing assembly 20, the labor cost can be reduced and the stacking efficiency can be improved.
[0079] It is understandable that the transmission member 12 can rotate with the second direction Y as the axis, so that the receiving assembly 20 supported by the transmission member 12 can move along the third direction Z relative to the frame body 11.
[0080] Optionally, the conveying racks 10 are arranged in pairs and spaced apart along the second direction Y, and the supporting platform 32 can pass through between the spaced apart conveying racks 10 along the first direction X to support the movement of the plurality of battery cells 200 .
[0081] Optionally, the transmission member 12 can be connected to one side of the frame body 11 in the first direction X, and of course, can also be connected to one side of the frame body 11 in the second direction Y, as long as the receiving assembly 20 can be supported by the transmission member 12.
[0082] In some embodiments, the transmission member 12 includes a conveyor belt.
[0083] Optionally, a driving roller and a driven roller may be provided on the frame body 11, a transmission belt is connected between the driving roller and the driven roller, and the receiving body 21 is supported on the conveyor belt and moves with the movement of the conveyor belt.
[0084] In some embodiments, the transmission member 12 includes a plurality of rollers spaced apart along the length direction of the frame body 11 .
[0085] The receiving body 21 is supported on the drum and moves by friction with the drum as the drum rotates.
[0086] By configuring the transmission member 12 in the form of a transmission belt or a roller, the effectiveness of the movement of the receiving body 21 relative to the frame body 11 is ensured, thereby facilitating the reliability of the stacking device 100 .
[0087] Please continue reading Figure 1 and Figure 2 In some embodiments, the receiving assembly 20 includes limit members 22 arranged in pairs and spaced apart along the second direction Y. The limit members 22 are connected to a side of the receiving body 21 away from the lifting mechanism 30 along the first direction X and protrude from the receiving body 21. The second direction Y intersects with the first direction X.
[0088] By setting the limiting member 22, the multiple battery cells 200 carried on the receiving body 21 are limited and positioned to prevent them from falling off, and it is convenient to set the multiple battery cells 200 on the receiving body 21, which is beneficial to improving the efficiency of the stacking device 100 and also beneficial to improving the quality of the battery cells 200 stacked by the stacking device 100.
[0089] Optionally, the limiting member 22 and the receiving body 21 are provided as an integral structure, which is beneficial to reducing and improving the manufacturing efficiency. Of course, the limiting member 22 and the receiving body 21 can also be provided separately for easy processing.
[0090] Optionally, the limiting member 22 may be configured as a flexible structure to avoid interference with the poles on both sides of the battery cell 200 in the second direction Y, thereby avoiding affecting the quality of the battery cell 200 .
[0091] In some embodiments, the receiving body 21 has a first end and a second end in the third direction Z. From the first end to the second end, the length of the receiving body 21 in the first direction X decreases gradually. The first direction X, the second direction Y and the third direction Z are intersected.
[0092] By setting it in this way, the side of the receiving body 21 with an inclined angle in the first direction X can be used to support multiple battery cells 200. The multiple battery cells 200 can be rolled from the first end to the second end in sequence, which is convenient for placing the multiple battery cells 200 on the receiving assembly 20, thereby helping to improve the stacking efficiency.
[0093] Optionally, the projection of the receiving body 21 in the second direction Y is a triangle, the base of the triangle is used to support the transmission member 12 , and the hypotenuse of the triangle is used to carry multiple battery cells 200 and connect to the limiting member 22 .
[0094] Exemplarily, the projection of the receiving body 21 in the second direction Y is a right triangle, which is beneficial to improving the structural compactness of the receiving body 21 and reducing its space occupancy.
[0095] Optionally, the receiving body 21 includes a through hole 21a extending along the first direction X, and the receiving body 21 is also provided through in the second direction Y, which helps to reduce the weight of the conveying assembly, facilitates its support on the conveying frame 10, and helps to reduce processing costs.
[0096] In some embodiments, the receiving assembly 20 further includes a buffer member 23 , which is movably connected to the limiting member 22 along the third direction Z, and the buffer member protrudes from the limiting member 22 along the second direction Y.
[0097] The buffer member 23 is provided to provide buffer force for the battery cells 200 rolling from the first end to the second end in sequence, thereby preventing the battery cells 200 from rolling too fast and falling off or being damaged, thereby ensuring the reliability of the stacking device 100 .
[0098] Since one side of the receiving body 21 for supporting the battery cell 200 is arranged in a sloped form, the buffer member 23 can provide a buffering effect for the battery cell 200 to ensure safety.
[0099] Furthermore, the buffer member 23 is arranged to protrude from the limiting member along the second direction Y to increase the contact area between the buffer member 23 and the battery cell 200 , thereby ensuring the buffering effect on the battery cell 200 .
[0100] Optionally, the friction coefficient between the buffer member 23 and the limiting member 22 is greater than the friction coefficient of the battery cell 200 rolling on the receiving body 21 to ensure that the buffer member 23 can play a buffering role on the battery cell 200 .
[0101] Optionally, the buffer member 23 may be configured as a flexible structure to avoid affecting the quality of the battery cell 200 , thereby improving the reliability of the stacking device 100 .
[0102] Please continue reading Figure 2In some embodiments, the stacking device 100 also includes a fastening assembly 40, which is arranged on a side of the conveying frame 10 close to the receiving assembly 20 along the first direction X and is spaced apart from the receiving assembly 20. The fastening assemblies 40 are arranged in pairs and spaced apart along the second direction Y. The fastening assemblies 40 arranged in pairs can move toward or away from each other along the second direction Y.
[0103] By configuring in this manner, the fastening assembly 40 can unify the length dimensions of the multiple battery cells 200 on the supporting platform 32 in the second direction Y, thereby unifying the flatness requirements of the multiple battery cells 200 and improving the quality of the battery cells 200 after being stacked by the stacking device 100 .
[0104] It is understandable that after the battery cells 200 are produced, the length of each battery cell 200 is different. By providing the fastening assembly 40 , the length of each battery cell 200 can be unified, which is beneficial to improving the stacking quality of the stacking device 100 .
[0105] In some embodiments, the fastening assembly 40 includes a second driving member 41 and abutting member 42 which are connected to each other. The length of the second driving member 41 in the second direction Y is adjustable so that the abutting member 42 can move along the second direction Y.
[0106] By adjusting the length of the second driving member 41 in the second direction Y, the abutting member 42 can move along the second direction Y to apply pressure to the multiple battery cells 200 , unifying the flatness requirements of the multiple battery cells 200 , and facilitating improving the stacking efficiency of the stacking device 100 .
[0107] Optionally, the second driving member 41 can be set as one of a hydraulic rod, a hydraulic cylinder, and an oil cylinder to adjust the height position of the support platform 32 in the first direction X, thereby adjusting the stacking position of multiple battery cells 200, which is conducive to better stacking operation of multiple battery cells 200.

[0109] Optionally, the abutment member 42 may be configured as a plate-shaped structure to achieve a pressing effect on the battery cell 200 .
[0110] The abutting member 42 can abut against and press the pole of the battery cell 200 in the second direction Y to ensure that each battery cell 200 has the same length dimension in the second direction Y.

Of course, the desired stacking combination structure can also be made according to the stacking device 100 according to the needs.
[0118] Optionally, the flipping mechanism 50 can be provided as one, and of course, can also be provided in pairs and spaced apart along the second direction Y, which is beneficial to improving the flipping effect and ensuring safety.
[0119] Please continue reading Figure 3 and Figure 4 In some embodiments, the clamping member 52 includes a third driving member 521 and a clamping portion 522 that are connected to each other. The clamping portion 522 has a clamping opening. [0121] Optionally, the number of the clamping portions 522 is set to two, and the two clamping portions 522 are spaced apart on both sides of the third driving member 521 along the first direction X. The length of the third driving member 521 in the first direction X is adjustable so that the two clamping portions 522 can move closer to or away from each other along the first direction X to increase or decrease the opening size of the clamping opening in the first direction X.
[0122] Optionally, the third driving member 521 may be configured as one of a hydraulic rod, a hydraulic cylinder, and an oil cylinder to adjust the opening size of the clamping opening in the first direction X.
[0123] Optionally, the third driving member 521 may be configured to have the same structure as the first driving member 31 and the second driving member 42. Of course, they may also be configured to have different structures.
